hey guys Rex overdrive' here with another movie review in this time we're

talking about Jurassic world fallen Kingdom three years after the

destruction of the theme park Claire and Owen head back to rescue the remaining

dinosaurs from a volcano that's about to erupt and I wasn't really that big of a

fan of that first Jurassic world movie that came out just a couple of years ago

it just really felt like one big like dumb popcorn movie with Dinosaurs in it

and unlike that first Steven Spielberg drastic Park movie that film is just

filled with so much like depth in meaning and there's just something about

it that's been drawing people back to it for 25 years but that first Jurassic

world movie it just felt like it had so much wasted potential and just watching

the trailers leading up to this movie I just could not get excited for this film

in just what was in the trailers it just looks like the same old bullshit where

you have you know there's similar similarities between Jurassic park's the

lost world where you have these these characters trying to you know bring

dinosaurs back to the mainland like like that's gonna work again but it just

looked like the same same old bullshit that we've seen before but there are

things about this movie that I did enjoy the whole opening sequences was one of

my favorite parts about this film it just it has this whole like dark and

ominous tone that I just really dug and it got me in the mood to see some people

get eaten by dinosaurs and it's that a good thing I'm not really sure but it

just got me in the mood to see some serious shit go down and I love that

about it and that sort of leads me to the visuals in this film and I gotta

give credit where credit's due like J a Bayona did a phenomenal job directing

this movie we'll get to you know other parts about this movie that aren't so

good but this movie has some amazing visuals especially for like fans of like

classic horror movies this stuff like fallen Kingdom has some visuals that are

completely brand new to this franchise in I just really dug sort of like the

darker more like classic or tones that were thrown in this movie

I really ate that stuff up so I want to see more of that stuff going forward but

that's sort of where this movie stops in terms of what I like in this film and

it's not like everything's terrible or god-awful it just there's a lot of stuff

in this movie that just feels like a complete missed opportunity and about

halfway through this film the story shifts into almost something entirely

different and just the way the story plays out in the villain in this movie

it just it really took a nosedive for me and I was pretty disappointed just the

way this movie turned out and this movie has great special effects and it's

filled with tons of dinosaurs obviously but it's just not that compelling you

have this group of characters that's off to rescue some dinosaurs on an island

that's about to explode and this like cartoony villain is trying to auction

them off for millions of dollars to a bunch of goons on the black market like

it's just not that interesting to me and after watching this and sort of getting

home and thinking about this film for a while there's really not one sequence or

moment from this film that really stands out and that's kind of a bummer a lot of

this stuff is really shown in the trailer so if you haven't watched those

I'd recommend try and stay away from those but it just really felt like a

story that was sort of unnecessary to tell into me it just really feels like

this franchise doesn't want to try and add any like depth or meaning to these

stories and to me that was great about that first Jurassic Park movie it was

filled with that stuff and it's not just the dinosaurs that's great it's the

characters having debates and conversations about philosophy and all

that sort of stuff that's what makes us want to go back to that first Jurassic

Park movie and re-watch it over and over it just feels like popcorn fare with

shitty characters and storylines that are retreading the same things that

we've seen before and I still think there's fun to be had if you're just a

casual fan and you want to go see dinosaurs eat people on the big screen I

think you'll get enjoyment out of this film but it just feels like these last

two movies are really missing the point with what made that first Jurassic Park

be really that good and I don't know it just feels like these movies are just

scratching the surface and I just think it's a missed opportunity I think they

could be way better I did really enjoy the first half of this movie just the

rest of it I was not a fan and there's just some really atrocious supporting

characters in this movie there's one guy that's just the absolute worst in this

film but guys that's it for my review of Jurassic world fallen Kingdom let me

know what you thought of this movie in the comment section guys thank you so

much for watching please make sure to subscribe for future videos I'm Rex

RPM Tesla Light Upgrade Kit Review/Install - Duration: 10:56.

we're on round 2 of the RPM Tesla upgrades and this round we are upgrading

the stock lighting in the car to the RPM Tesla's upgraded much brighter lighting

now I got I got my phone up with some specs here the standard OEM lights such

as the the floor lights the puddle lights trunk lights and front lights are

only about 25 lux and they all have just a single LED whereas the RPM Tesla's

LEDs are not counting the the logo ghost light but the other standards are 550

lux and have 6 LEDs in them draw maximum of 5 watts of power each those pittance

minor minor power drop for considerably more light so obviously we're gonna

install them during the day daytime now I got my Sun Shade up so you can

actually see in my car it's really bright out but what better time to

install them then in the nice warm sunshine especially when it's literally

freezing outside and then we'll come back tonight and see just how bright

these buggers are so let's start with the puddle lights we'll start with the

ghost light which when the door is opened these are for the front doors

will project a bright model or s Tesla on the ground and then we'll install the

the regular upgrade kit there's five lights here and these will go on such as

the the floor in the trunk and in the front to brighten that all up

and then some red accent lights to go such as on the back of the doors when

you open the doors up so let's get those all installed the only tool that's

required is flat-head screwdriver and then you're gonna want to wrap the tip

of your flathead screwdriver with some masking tape or electrical tape or duct

tape just a little bit to keep it from damaging anything and basically all this

is used for is insert it into the light and a small little pop pops the lights

right out so let's do that and then we'll take a look see what we got

tonight I will say the stock lighting on the Tesla cars is seriously lacking

let's fix that

it's finally nighttime here's the car it's a lock oh okay well let's start

with the front and take a peek at how bright holy mackerel that's freaking

bright nice oh man that's bright bright right

another side effect is it also charges up the emergency puppy pin that's go

around passenger side here ready set and holy moly

he had to come here the sound parent the stereo on Iran so we got the Tesla s

that is pretty darn bright and then we have holy crap let's see if how

brightest lighten up I mean that's that's uh I mean that barely lit up

anything before I mean I'm lighting up my whole driveway just from this light

and then there is the floor light holy crap

here's the rear now I did the red light on the rear I did not do the puddle

light on the rear so that's the stock puddle like just to give you an example

puddle light stock single LED a single LED I mean maybe there's still single

LEDs ahead ago with a single LED for the s because it's you know projection and

they had to have a LAN this blah blah blah but look at that little knob right

- holy crap check out the trunk holy crap I can actually see the inside of my

trunk

Wow okay oh yeah all right so this one appears stock okay

stock after market stock not break after market blinding

driver's rear okay this is just once again this is just the red light

probably doesn't show on the camera but actually I can now visibly walk down the

walkway on the side of my garage without a flashlight holy moly

and drivers the wife likes the S the S is actually really bright so you get two

of these open here and I mean this is that's really really good the pedal

light and this is the man that I I've been driving a Model S for a couple

months short of five years holy crap Tesla what the heck is wrong with you

guys with those dinky little dim lights you got this is frickin awesome

but I'm definitely gonna do brighter puddle lights

I gotta replace the the stalks but on the rear holy crap and that's just to

replace that one with with these buggers holy crap this is awesome definitely

worth it

128GB SanDisk Ultra A1 microSD Review - Duration: 4:09.

SanDisk Ultra microSD is one of my favourite cards.

Owning 64GB card few years back and still kicking until now.

Of course, its performance is way slower compare to newer cards nowadays.

128GB SanDisk Ultra A1 microSD is the star today.

It is loaded with blazing transfer speeds @ 100MB/s read and support App Performance

Class 1 (A1).

Does it really that fast?

Let's find out…

My 128GB SanDisk Ultra A1 microSD is from China directly.

There are global and Americas version too.

Basically, they are the same.

And there are other capacities to choose – 400GB, 256GB, 200GB, 128GB, 64GB, 32GB and 16GB.

Most of the microSD cards do not have lifetime warranty anymore.

Same apply to SanDisk which has 10 years warranty.

128GB SanDisk Ultra A1 microSDXC is a class 10 UHS-I card.

Not sure this is year 2017 / 2018 model.

Anyway, it is the latest SanDisk Ultra series so far.

And the fastest one yet.

Without further ado, let's find out its performance in details starting with CrystalDiskMark.

99 MB/s sequential reading speed!

Yes, that's maximum speed that SanDisk Ultra A1 can reach.

However, sequential writing speed is way much lower at 47 MB/s only.

ATTO Disk Benchmark has the same reading speed but even lower writing speed at 27 MB/s for

most transfer sizes except 128KB.

Anvil's Storage Utilities is the best way to find out all the ability of the storage

performance.

You can see Input-Output access Per Second (IOPS) performance for 4K tests as well.

SanDisk Ultra A1 has great IOPS for reading and almost reach A1 standard by SD Association

IOPS for writing.

AndroBench replaced A1 SD Benchmark on mobile test as it covers 4K IOPS. 128GB SanDisk Ultra

A1 does perform up to App Performance Class 1 standard.

This is great to use it as internal storage as part of Android Adoptable Storage.

As for real world tests, BlackVue DR490L-2CH Dual FHD dash cam, Xiaomi Mi Action Camera

4K, Mi Sphere 360° panoramic camera, Redmi Note 4 and Galaxy Note 8 are being used.

128GB SanDisk Ultra A1 passed with flying colours.

Yes, it manages to perform even on summer hot temperature on dash cam in car.

And able to write up to 4K UHD 100 Mbit/s super fine quality mode on action camera.

As a conclusion, 128GB SanDisk Ultra A1 is a budget yet performing microSD card.

Loaded with fast reading speed with A1 support.

Perfect to use on your dashcam, smartphone, tablet, digital camera, recorder and even

drone camera.

TARTE CREASELESS CONCEALER One Min Review + 10hr WEAR TEST! | Beauty Banter - Duration: 5:29.

Hey guys, welcome back it has been a minute since I've done a one-minute review today

We're going to be looking at the Tarte creaseless concealer

This is an older formula by Tarte that they have put into new packaging

So I just wanted to swatch it next to the Tarte shape tape

So you guys can see the creaseless is obviously a lot cooler and Pinker toned and they blend a little bit differently

The creaseless is definitely a lot thicker. It's got a thick sort of heavy

Consistency it reminds me of the it cosmetics

Bye bye under-eye concealer as well as the benefit

Erase paste concealer if you guys are familiar with those that is a similar type of consistency

Definitely definitely on the thicker side. It's also got a bit of

Luminosity to it, which you'll see when I do the close-up because of the thick consistency

It really does a nice job of gliding over your fine lines as opposed to settling into them

I actually kind of thinks this is like

dry skin and mature skin's answer for shape tape

so if you do have dry or mature skin and you're seeing that it's settling into your fine lines or it's

emphasizing your skin texture

I would give this a try because it's got equally amazing coverage, but it is very very very moisturizing and very illuminating

So here you guys always know I do my close ups

So you guys can see really how it's sitting on the skin

The left side obviously has no product and the right side has the concealer

So you can see the luminosity there and how it's bright into that area. Also how it's just super super kind of moisturizing

I was pretty happy with it overall

My biggest complaint is probably the blend ability

Which you guys are about to see when I try to blend it in with my finger it is

It just takes a lot longer because it's so thick it blends

Okay under the eye the nose the chin, but once I get to my forehead where there's a little bit more product

I just gave up and switched back to the Real Techniques sponge because it just like that you can see it just was taking

So long, it really wasn't blending

So I think when you use your finger, you can use a lot less product, which is really really nice

But it just is a lot harder to blend. So my preferred method of application is definitely the like a damp sponge

Alright, so I did set my whole face with a light layer of powder

So you guys could see how the concealer looks

After setting it and as you can see, my texture is a bit more highlighted now that we've added a layer of powder

But not too too bad. So take away points. This is a very full full coverage concealer. It's hydrating. It's

Moisturizing and it brightens the skin but it is on the thicker side

Hi guys, so I am checking in with you after wearing the Tarte creaseless concealer all day long

I put it on at about 6:30 this morning and now it is close to 5 o'clock in the evening

So needless to say, I've given it a pretty solid wear test

It was a very hot and kind of sticky day in the school, of course, no air conditioning in public schools

Why would we have such a thing? Um

So yes, I feel as tired as I look right now. It was a very long day full of meetings and

I'm pretty tired, but I did want to check in with you guys about the concealer overall. I am impressed with the wear

I'm noticing it most on my chin that it's still pretty solidly there

I

Didn't put a really thick layer on

because it's actually quite a bit lighter than my skin tone right now because I got a bit of a tan over the weekend and

When I put my concealer on for work

I put it on my chin my nose under my eyes and right through the center of my forehead

So I didn't want to put too thick of a layer on because it didn't match my skin

So it was looking like white blobs

So I did put a little bit thinner of a layer and I think that did help the wear power

I think whenever you put something on that's too thick

it reduces your wear a little bit because it tends to cake up and

Separate from the oils in your face. So it did get a little bit of separation

Especially on my nose where the oil kind of broke through and separated out the concealer

I didn't get a ton of creasing out of my eyes. I do have some micro creasing right on the corners

I work with kids. I do a lot of smiling and goofy faces throughout the day

So I do definitely get some settling into those fine lines

But I would say it's certainly not any worse than any of my other concealers, maybe a little bit better

So I am pretty pleased overall with the wear power

I think the Tarte shaped Cape concealer is still a winner in my look I suppose in terms of long wear

I think it's a little bit better than the creaseless

But I have to say the creases did a pretty good job given what it was up against today

very very hot humid weather a very sweaty

oily person

And I think generally it did well so I know it's it's hard for you guys to tell

But I will say overall I'm pretty pleased with it. I did set it with just a light layer of powder. Nothing crazy and

Overall, I am pretty pleased with the wear but I do still feel like tark shape tape is a little bit better today subscriber

NCU President Hagan Year In Review - Duration: 4:59.

Well, they say the older you get, the faster time goes and it's true.

You add a year in higher ed, or in a new job like this, and I just can't even begin to

explain how fast the year went.

It was awesome.

I told Karen the other day that we had — I was asking her how did the year go for her—

and we both just concurred that we're as happy as we've ever been.

You know, one of my goals, I joked, was that we wanted to have an uneventful first year

at North Central, because there is so much great activity going on.

It was really an eventful-uneventful year.

We just had a spectacular year of the students, the atmosphere, and culture.

Everything beat my expectations.

The focus for the first year, personally, was just to be very intentional about listening

and just meeting, really, the hundreds, if not thousands of people that make this university

great.

So, a lot of relationship building, a lot of time spent with people, a lot of travel.

Our constituency is spread out all over the country and the state of Minnesota; Small

towns, big towns, but really just a year of relationship building, friendship building,

and listening.

Another great aspect of this year was just getting to know the students.

You know, the cornerstone of that is chapel.

Being in chapel, being around the front in worship, the altar times, and then getting

to speak on Fridays and looking all those students in the eye.

It just meant the world, and then, being intentional about getting to know them one-on-one, in

small groups out in the hallways, lobby and classrooms.

All of that cumulative interaction with the students gave me a tremendous experience this

year for North Central.

You know, one great personal discovery at this stage of my life, at 55, is I wasn't

expecting to enjoy life in Minneapolis or this new, really this challenge professionally

as much as I did.

I thought I had had pretty much had all of life's experiences in some fashion.

But this has been totally different, totally new, and absolutely enjoyable.

I didn't think I had that space still inside me for those kinds of discoveries.

I think the opportunities at North Central are limitless.

They're global.

They're regional.

They reach far beyond Minneapolis.

There is such opportunity in education through online delivery systems for us to deliver

the great DNA and the great leadership and the degree programs of North Central around

the world and that's very exciting to me.

But our residential campus here is going to go through a tremendous transformation in

the next 5 to 10 years.

We're going through a dynamic MFP (Master Facility Planning) process right now, so we

are looking at the layout, and the buildings, new facilities in the area of the sciences

that we're very excited about, and just enhancing our athletics, and just the academic

and student experience at the university.

This campus is a miracle.

It's been around since 1930.

It acquired hospitals.

I can't imagine how they acquired this back in 1930.

The faith that it took.

But really, there has been very little actual building of academic classrooms over these

87 years.

They've repurposed hospitals and other buildings for the use, and they've done a magnificent

job of building and cobbling out this university in the heart of the city.

But the next 5-10 years, there will be a major transformation of how the building's facilities

are laid out here.

It's going to be just a dynamic time.

People ask me what my favorite place on campus is.

It is outdoors.

Even in January, at the intersection of Chicago and fourteenth.

I stand there, not in the middle of the intersection, but on one of the corners, and we own all

four corners.

I can see in my mind's eye the transformation of this university.

It's positioning to the downtown, what's about to happen on this campus.

So I would say my favorite place on campus is Chicago and Fourteenth.

If I could stand right in the middle of that intersection and dream, I would probably do it

It's a great spot.

The best advice I received before taking this role came from Gordon Anderson.

He reiterated something I knew, but to hear him say it to me in such a fatherly role as

a mentor, he talked again about just stewarding and protecting the presence of God on this

campus, and that that chapel is built in the center of the campus for a reason, and it's

the heart of the university.

I don't just echo that.

I really take up that stewardship, and it is what has marked this university since its

founding in 1930.

There's something very precious, so that advice from Gordon was outstanding.

Passpartout: The Starving Artist Review - Duration: 8:11.

I don't think of myself as a creative person.

Although that goes directly against me recording this review right?

On some level I have to be creative to write an interesting review of a game then edit

the video together, hopefully it comes out to my vision.

I still feel incredibly odd playing Passpartout because I need to be creative and paint.

Well not only paint but then be judged by people that come through my shop and hate

the art.

Passpartout's art judgement system is wonderful.

Start with a blank canvas and after your done with it hopefully someone will think it's

art and buy it.

There are different styles of paintings that sell better to different crowds.

It is actually based on the type of painting, which makes it very interesting.

I can't imagine it's analyzing the painting for shapes but who knows.

What it does know is how long you take to create the painting and your brush strokes.

Do you try and please people to sell the art or make the art you want to make?

My most popular paintings for some time involved pizza.

I consider myself an expert in pizza paintings and my collection of thirty different pizza

slices has rocked the art world.

Anyway, you do have expenses so you definitely need to sell some paintings.

You will lose if you run out of money although I never found it that difficult to make something

that sells.

In fact I would go so far to say that it's very easy not to lose.

The game gives you every opportunity to sell paintings.

The first stage you can pretty much shit out anything and it will sell.

The audience you can sell to is very large and enjoys almost anything.

On act two there will still be some customers that will buy almost anything.

However there are some customers that want a particular style.

The game encourages you to sell to a specific crowd.

Only the third act really steps it up in terms of painting to a particular style.

By then, hopefully, you know which paintings are really desirable.

The customers definitely get harder to please and even paintings that I thought were perfect

they were not a fan of.

So it's not impossible to imagine running out of money later in the game.

There is a strange haggling mechanic and I just don't understand the point.

Most of the time they will pay more but sometimes it will go down.

If it's too low just don't sell the painting and someone else will come along.

It's just a little out of place because most of the time artists set their own price.

Then the customer haggles them down.

No comment on that practice but in the game it's a little weird that the customer offers

the price and you haggle with them to increase it.

I suppose setting your own prices would have complicated the game.

I'm glad they kept it simple but I think haggling could have been eliminated completely.

It might be making a statement about how art is worth more to different people or I might

be looking too much into it.

Part of this game is the emotion of getting a nice painting done and everyone that looks

at it calls it garbage.

It's a little rough hearing their reviews.

Yet here I am making a review of this game.

I realize that's pretty silly.

You want to please your customers though and you want to have enough money to eat.

I ended up taking some of the paintings very serious in hopes that I could progress through

the game.

I feel like that's when the game tears you down, when those paintings don't sell.

The actual painting is fun and simple.

Which is important since that's all you'll be doing.

There are eventually three different ways to apply paint to the canvas.

The starter brush, spray paint, and a pen tool.

Each is useful in their own way but I used the simple brush the most.

The spray can is as you would assume if you've ever used Microsoft paint.

While the pen tool is used to create smooth lines.

It has the largest learning curve and I don't see the point in using it at my skill level.

While there's enough here to paint anything you want I wish there were more tools and

colors.

Be aware that you're probably going to be painting with a mouse, like I did.

It's not precise and I have no idea how they got some of the artwork in the screenshots.

I have to assume they were using a different input device.

I'm sure some people can do amazing work with a mouse but it's not easy and I'm

terrible.

Luckily, I don't think the way your customers judge your paintings has any relation to skill.

That's the part of the game that might bother people.

You spend a lot of time creating art and it could look amazing but it doesn't fit into

the game.

Even if you have real skill it could be undesirable.

If you take the game too seriously it's not going to be fun.

Same with the input too.

As I said you're probably not going to be able to create anything with perfect lines

using a mouse.

Just like real painting there is no undo feature.

I think it could be frustrating for someone who is used to photoshop.

Passpartout also has a cute setting inside a living puppet theater.

That's why the characters look a little off but it suits the game so well.

Just adds another unique layer on top.

Also for some reason there are ghosts that come visit your gallery.

If you sell a painting to them they give you a hat.

It's very odd.

Then when you restart you can wear the hat.

I wanted to mention the ending so if you want to play this game and experience it skip to

the time shown on the screen now.

You've been warned 3, 2, 1.

The ending of Passpartout is so strange.

Eventually you've sold enough paintings that you're famous and your paintings sell

for ludicrous amounts of money.

Well I sold just one or two and the game just ended and showed fifty years later I'm dead.

However your paintings still live on in a gallery, even some of your earlier works are

hanging on the wall.

Just like real life you got lucky and now you're famous.

It's kind of abrupt after grinding so hard to get the paintings sold then the game is

over.

I wonder with this type of game what else could they have done.

Because of this ending though I wasn't satisfied from all the time I put into the game.

I look back now and as much as I enjoyed the game sometimes it felt like a slog, something

a lot of people can overlook for a good ending, which wasn't there.

It's nice they pull up your older paintings on the wall so you can see how far your style

has changed, I definitely got better.

It's a minimal ending that I think was a missed opportunity to add some story.

I also think no ending would have worked because there is no ending to an art career, just

keep painting.

Overall Passpartout is fun if you can get past a blank canvas and try to create your

masterpiece.

I really enjoyed how smart the game is about judging your paintings.

There are also several different paths to beat the game which correlate to different

art styles.

It could be fun to play again trying to paint a different style than my first time through

but I don't think I will.

I really enjoyed how unique Passpartout is and how much creativity I felt when playing.

It's a pure art experience that differentiates itself from all the other indie games.

There is some pressure to sell the paintings but it's all about being creative and making

art.

I think you'll love it too, no drawing skills required.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S03E16 - Episode Review - Duration: 9:27.

Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power

Rangers and then discuss it!

Today, we're exploring the hundred and twenty eighth episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

as well as the sixteenth episode of Season 3, titled "I'm Dreaming of a White Ranger".

Welcome to Christmas everyone.

We start at the Youth Center where Aisha is directly a bunch of kids singing while Kimberly

plays along on the guitar.

They're singing "we wish you a merry christmas", and we see that there are a surprising amount

of extras here doing activities and whatnot.

The kids are done singing, and we see that the four other Rangers walk up.

Billy mentions that this is for underprivileged kids so that they have a place to spend Christmas.

Ernie then comes up, giving Tommy the star to go on top of the Christmas tree, and he

sees a young girl sitting alone, clearly depressed.

Then, Tommy looks sad like he's upset that he had to do what he's about to because

only he should be able to put the star up.

Seriously, his face says "this little bitch is about to steal my thunder".

He walks over, talking to the girl.

She says she can't reach up to the top of the tree, and Tommy says it's no problem,

and he lifts her up, helping her put the star on the tree.

Meanwhile, Kim is sad because it's the first Christmas she's ever spent without her mom,

and Aisha understands.

Also, Kim says that's she grateful for Aisha and Tommy, which makes me laugh because she

acts as if she doesn't like everyone else then.

Aisha tells her that it's going to be okay, walking away with her before Bulk and Skull

come in while Skull is screaming a Christmas carol.

Bulk is in a bad mood because he has to play Santa Claus for a bunch of drooling children.

Tommy helps Kim put up the mistletoe, and just as they're about to kiss, Bulk and

Skull walk through with Skull kissing Kim on the cheek.

Can you tell these episodes were aired out of the originally intended order?

Then Bulk looks like he's having trouble deciding whether or not he wants to kiss Tommy,

but instead, he leaves.

On the moon, Zedd is pissed about Christmas because he's basically a Scrooge.

Rita tells him to shut up because he says it every year, and Zedd has a good point,

she has no idea since they've only been married a year.

Then, Zedd shows his toy that he wants to be given to the children of the world via

Santa: the evil hypno-spin.

Yeah, Zedd is literally starting a war on Christmas with an evil dreidel.

Was there no one in the writer's room that thought this was an absolutely terrible, potentially

anti-semitic idea?

Zedd sends Rito down to the North Pole with the toy to make the elves start working on

them right away before he shakes his head at the camera.

Weird.

Meanwhile, the children are singing "O Hanukkah", and we see that girl is still sad.

And Aisha slyly tells her to stop being such a downer.

They're done, and all the kids leave.

Also, they keep hugging Aisha which makes no sense, but I think the real reason is that

these kids were really excited to meet an actor on Power Rangers, so they got a hug

while they could.

Turns out, this girl who we're supposed to care about is named Becky, and Aisha asks

her why she doesn't sing.

She then asks if she likes the song, which would be super problematics if she said "no,

I don't" because it's the most Jewish song ever.

Instead, she explains that no one is going to be there to hear her sing, and she walks

away.

Meanwhile, in the North Pole, Santa and the Elves are stressed about their toy production

schedule.

Also, all these Elves are being played by little people.

This seems so wrong.

Then, Rito shows up, letting Santa know that they're going to start making evil dreidels,

and an elf who is only referred to as "number one" tries to stand up to Rito, but yeah,

she backs down after Rito yells a bit.

Outside, Kimberly meets up with Becky, who explains that she's bummed because her dad

won't be there tonight to see her sing because he has to work.

That's legitimate.

Kim explains that her dad works so hard so that she can be happy, and she suggests that

she tells her dad how she feels because he can't do anything without knowing.

They go back inside, and they meet up with Tommy under the mistletoe, and just as they're

about to kiss, their communicators go off.

All six meet up, teleporting out of there.

In the Command Center, WE'RE DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS!!

I imagine Alpha got super bored one day, but let's be honest, this is not efficient whatsoever

when it comes to pushing buttons and whatnot.

Zordon tells them about Zedd's evil toy, and Zordon says that it's unlike any they've

ever seen.

Thanks, Zordon.

Glad you're wiping out the whole of Jewish tradition in a single sentence.

Alpha explains that there's an extra complication as well before Zordon just hijacks the conversation

to say that their morphin' powers won't work in the North Pole because of a crosscurrent

of holiday magic?

I mean, come on, this show has made up some bad excuses before, but wow.

Alpha can teleport them there, but they won't be able to defend themselves.

Alpha then teleports them out, landing outside of Santa's village.

They sneak up to the main cabin, and they see that Rito is harassing the elves, and

Santa is hogtied with tinsel and a bow?

Shit's getting kinky.

The rangers say they have to think of something to stop him.

Zedd sees that they've arrived, and he tells Goldar to go down and handle this so that

his plan doesn't get thwarted.

Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull are about to eat donuts before Becky comes up, telling them

that she can't find Kimberly.

They don't think that she'd flake out before they just ignore her issue and walk

away so Bulk can dress as Santa.

At the north pole, Billy suggests that since their powers don't worry, the villains'

powers won't work either, which is fine logic except for if you get impaled with a

giant bone sword.

Whatever, they have some sort of plan.

In the workshop, Kim and Aisha have somehow snuck in, and Kim gets the attention of number

one for runs over to them.

They tell her that they have a plan.

Then, Rito in a Santa hat sees Kim and Aisha, and he's led outside by them with Tengas.

Then, Tommy comes out from behind a tree, and Rito tries to fire at them, but they short

out.

That was pure luck, guys.

Goldar then appears, and they're pummeled with snowballs by the Rangers because this

episode is lame as hell.

Then, Goldar and Rito and the Tengas get home aloned by the elves by being tripped onto

the ground and then tying them up?

Alpha then teleports them out of there, but Number One is still worried because they're

now way behind schedule because they need a miracle to get everything done.

Billy suggests the Rangers help Santa and the elves.

This episode is so terrible.

Meanwhile, Rita and Zedd are screaming at one another about yet another failed plan.

Then, we see the Rangers running around with the elves and Santa, loading up presents.

Santa thanks the Power Rangers, saying that Christmas is saved thanks to them.

He also still has Zedd's toys, and he gives Tommy a special sack for the party.

The Rangers head out, and we see that Zedd and Rita got their evil dreidels back.

Also, Rito has gotten Goldar a present, and it's nice to see that Rito actually like

Goldar.

We never see what it is, but it's still nice.

Bulk is dressed as Santa in the Youth Center, and Skull, as a reindeer brings him a child

who starts to read off of a long list.

Then, the teens show up, and they're handing out their presents.

Kim walks over to Becky before saying that someone else is here for her, and Becky's

dad is there!

And he plans to spend more time with her.

She's obviously happy, so she runs over to Santa/Bulk, sitting on his lap.

She thanks him for bringing her dad home, and she kisses him on the cheek.

This clearly melts Bulk's heart while Skull cries.

Finally, Kim and Tommy get to kiss for second time ever.

Then, Kim's mom and French painter husband to be come in, and she says they took a last

minute flight from France?

Don't think that's a thing, but okay.

The children sing "Holy Night" with Aisha directly them, and we get a really long shot

of just Becky singing?

Also, Kim is playing the guitar, but there's literally no guitar in this song.

What is she doing?

We also get awkward shots of pretty much everyone's face before they break the fourth wall, yelling

, screaming "Merry Christmas" at the audience via the TV screen.

Over the credits, we see Number One explaining to Rito how holiday spirit exists or something.

I don't know.

Whatever.

This episode is a cringe worthy classic.

Seriously, I watch this episode every December because it's so terrible.

It's a very unique episode of Power Rangers, especially in their era of the show, because

there's no Japanese footage, and no one even morphs.

In fact, there's not a whole lot that happened during this episode at all, but it's still

entertainingly bad a bit.

There's a lot of weird trivia to discuss with this episode as well.

Firstly, it was originally released as VHS exclusive episode in September of 1995.

Timely, I know.

It wouldn't air on November on TV, but what's weirder is that the VHS, which was released

around the time of the Ninja Quest Part III, includes a spoilerific deleted scene in it.

Just before the Rangers are teleported to the North Pole by Alpha, Zordon tells them

that they have a message from someone special on the viewing globe: an unnamed girl who

apologizes that she can't be with them because she's at home visiting family in Australia.

Who is she?

Well, stick around until next episode where we meet her, but honestly, this scene makes

the placement of this episode really hard.

It's impossible to tell who this girl is to the Rangers or why certain people are around

during this episode.

Just… weird overall.

Other than that, let's also not skip over the fact that Jason David Frank, the actor

who plays Tommy, has said before at conventions, that there's an outtake of the mistletoe

scene where he hung it on his belt, telling Kim "look!" to insult that she should

kiss it.

Apparently, Amy Jo Johnson laughed really hard at this, but let's be real, we're

never going to see that outtake ever surface.

So, as I said, next episode introduces someone new, but who is she exactly?

Find out next time, but until then, may the power protect you!
