Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were looking rather romantic in New York City despite neither confirming they are dating again.

While the duo is keeping silent on their relationship status, they were photographed holding hands leaving Cipriani's on Thursday wearing coordinating black outfits.

The pair looked very much like they were on a date even sharing a dessert at the restaurant with the model opting for a spoon to eat a cake while the "Sorry" singer dipped his finger in and licked it off.

Bieber, 24, wore a casual black shirt, basketball shorts and a black baseball cap, while Baldwin, 21, wore an oversized leather jacket with her hair in a neat braid.

"He is single and not dating anyone seriously," the insider told PEOPLE previously.

"He is doing very well. He has known Hailey for years — she is very involved in Justin's church.

He likes hanging out with her. She is a wonderful person.

They have fun together, but they are not in a relationship.

They are two single people that enjoy each other's company."

Former President Barack Obama was just caught doing something that shows that he is more

desperate than ever to destroy President Donald Trump.

Daily Mail reported that Obama has held secret meetings with at least nine potential challengers

to President Trump.

These potential challengers include Senator Elizabeth Warren, former Vice President Joe

Biden and former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick.

The meetings have reportedly taken place at Obama's personal office on the third floor

of the World Wildlife Fund building in Washington D.C.

The potential candidates are each desperate to secure Obama's blessing, as he has remained

the virtual head of the Democratic Party.

However, Obama has made no promises to any of them and will not endorse in the race until

a nominee emerges.

Obama campaigned heavily for Hillary Clinton in 2016, and it appears clear that he plans

to campaign against Trump a lot once again in 2020.

This comes after Trump called out Obama over the way he handled the Iran deal.

"The Obama Administration is now accused of trying to give Iran secret access to the

financial system of the United States.

This is totally illegal.

Perhaps we could get the 13 Angry Democrats to divert some of their energy to this "matter"

(as Comey would call it).

Investigate!" Trump tweeted last week.

Trump is referring to the fact an investigation by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations

just found that Obama's Treasury Department secretly worked on a license to allow Iran

access to the American financial system.

"The Obama administration misled the American people and Congress because they were desperate

to get a deal with Iran," Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH), the subcommittee's chair, said

in

a statement.

 "That does not make the Treasury, on my watch, 'the enemy of Brexit'.  "Rather, it makes it the champion of prosperity for the British people outside the EU, but working and trading closely with it

 "Connectivity was always at the heart of London's success. And to succeed in the future, we must remain connected to the world, including the important emerging markets

 "So while some question the benefits of openness, being open to the world, and being a global capital of finance, will continue to be the foundation of the UK's economic success

 "So, as the Prime Minister said, across the nation taxpayers will have to contribute a bit more in a fair and balanced way to support the NHS we all use
