The key points will be Contributions, Distributions, Ownership, Decision Making, Dispute Resolution,

Critical Developments, Dissolution Point 1.

Contributions, both parties are responsible for ensuring that time is made to be together,

effort will be shown on a constant basis to make things better, equipment has been checked

and will remain what it is and a certain amount of maintenance is implied

And intimacy up until a certain level will not be denied

Which brings us to point 2.

Distributions During the relationship certain goals and

dreams will arise And in this case, effort equals support, support

shall be defined as being there, not trying to stop the dream, crush the dream or being

envious of the dream, and words as "be realistic" shall be avoided

Or else this agreement might be rendered null and void

Point 3.

Ownership, Party A and Party B by signing this agreement both agree that they will be

exclusive in every sense of the word And in case you don't know the definition

of the this word "restricted to one person, group, or area concerned."

Point 4.

Decision making, day to day management will be conducted by party A and B, after a thorough

construction of duties and responsibilities, long term decisions will be done by vote where

both parties carry an equal share, in layman terms fair is fair

Point 5.

Dispute resolution, at no point shall mediation be brought in unless they are professional,

disagreements shall be conducted without violence, extortion or manipulation

When emotions reach their peak, both parties step away from the situation for a period

of time and then continue the conversation Point 6.

Critical developments there will be ups and downs and the handling of those downs will

define the possible success of this entire enterprise, when either party gets sick the

other party will take care of them, cheating will not be condoned, lies will be punished

and as time progresses changes will be made to this clause

Point 7.

Dissolution, when all points have been rendered obsolete due to actions from either party,

this agreement will be dissolved

Little People, Big World fans are still reeling from the news that someone bought the farm

-- well, the house -- in which family patriarch Matt Roloff had been residing.

Matt had made it appear that he was searching high and low for a new home to buy with girlfriend

Caryn Chandler. A new home in Arizona .

But an explosive new report says that his house hunt was all a sham. Take a look:

Radar Online got their hands on some documents and report that they prove that Matt Rolof

and Caryn Chandler lied about when they purchased their Arizona vacation home.

Weird, right?

The couple also allegedly lied about how they bought the property, which might be even weirder.

The tabloid got their hands on Maricopa County property records.

According to those papers, Matt Roloff purchased his new home in Surprise, Arizona all the

way back in May of 2017.

That's more than a year ago. That's the month in which Jackson Roloff was born.

Now, home purchases tend to be a slow thing.

The deed, RadarOnline reports, was only finalized last week, on June 13.

It was Caryn's parents, Roger and Michele Bryngelson who signed over their home to Matt

Roloff.

"For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is herby acknowledged,

ROGER AND MICHELE BRYNGELSON, husband and wife, the Grantor herein, hereby conveys and

warrants to MATT ROLOFF, the Grantee herein," the documents read.

The paper continues: "All of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following

described property situated in Maricopa County, Arizona."

Matt reportedly put down a cash payment of $110,000. The house's total sale value was $375,000.

Roger and Michele have apparently moved to a nearby residence.

So the inexplicable fakery comes in a couple of forms.

First, the timing -- since it appears that Matt knew last May that he was going to buy

this house.

Second, the idea that they had to search to find one at all. Because, again, the plan

to buy Caryn's parents' home is at least as old as Jackson Roloff. And maybe older.

So yes, these two will be spending a solid chunk of the year in Arizona.

(Don't worry -- Matt isn't moving there full time)

But, unlike what Caryn told fans, it doesn't seem like they didn't spend their winter break

on a house hunt.

They had already begun the process of buying it ... half a year earlier.

As we mentioned, Matt sold the house in which he had spent a great deal of time since his

split with Amy.

In fact, he flipped the house.

"About a month or so ago I promised you all I would share a complete tour of the house

I fixed up," Matt wrote on Instagram.

"At the time," Matt says. "I wasn't sure if I was going to move into it or sell it...

I actually did a bunch of the work thinking it would be my home one day..."

Matt continues: "Then plans change. Someone offered me a deal I couldn't refuse so within

an hour or so I sold it."

"Now I'm all motivated to become a Little Flipper man," Matt jokes. "Nah!!! I want to

retire."

He did a beautiful renovation and sold the three-bedroom house that is located just 15

minutes from Roloff Farms.

So ... why did Matt and Caryn try to pull the wool over the eyes of Little People, Big

World fans?

Maybe they just wanted to keep their lives in Arizona private and separate from their

role as reality stars. That's understandable.

But then ... why would they even mention it at all if they're not going to be honest about

it?

We can't know for sure.

It's like Jacob Roloff famously said years ago when he stormed off of the show and off

of the farm:

The pair have consistently been spotted together, but hadnt talked publicly about their apparent relationship. But now it seems Nick Jonas has finally confirmed that he and Priyanka Chopra are indeed an item via social media.

Nick, 25, took the huge step of sharing a post to Instagram of Priyanka, 35, on Friday.

In the video, which was actually a Story, Priyanka can be seen walking in a spaghetti strap top with a low-cut neckline which was paired with a matching skirt.

Shiny earrings appear to be her main item of jewelry, and her raven locks are pulled back and secured.

Crimson lipstick highlights her huge smile, which seems to only get bigger as she swaggers toward the camera, which is presumably operated by Nick. His only caption was an adorable her followed by a heart-eye emoji.

It seems like things are only getting more and more serious for the genetically-blessed couple. The pair is currently visiting the Quantico stars mother in Mumbai, as Priyanka wanted Nick to meet her mom, according to People.

Earlier this month Priyanka met Nicks extended family at his cousins wedding in New Jersey. The hitmaker and the actress arrived arm in arm for the family occasion on, looking very much like a devoted couple.

The two spent Memorial Day weekend together, and have also been seen on dinner dates.
