News on Youtube Jun 6 2018

hey guys today is June 5th 2018 I started to dry fast

on May 28 2018 I was at a hundred and eighty three

pounds I did the fast for five days a hundred and twenty hours I broke that

fast on june 2nd at a hundred and seventy-one pounds

now I've been on a refeed for a couple of days so I picked up some weight so

it's a little bit over 24 hours into this new dry fast and I'm gonna get on

the scale and see if I basically am back at 183 from where I started from on may

28th or am I still down hopefully I'm down a couple of pounds to get me

started on this 3-day dry fast and by the time this three days is over I

should be even lower than I was at the five drum day dry uh mark so let's do

this

okay so it says a hundred and seventy nine point six get back on the skin and

I'm a hundred and seventy nine point six so basically I'm down still four pounds

which is good that's a good start I started on May 28 with the five day

dry fast I was at 183 so I'm currently at 179 so I'm still down four pounds I'm

not up the reason for me going up from the 171 when I broke the fast of 179 is

a factor in that I ate foods with sodium and sugar so in carbs little carbs so

it's going to be water weight and stuff that hasn't been on removed from the

colon of course um but I'm on a three-day fast indefinitely I will be

lower than 179 by tomorrow so I will do an update video for the next three days

so you can see my weight go down in the scale so have a nice day

Arsenal told how much they will have to pay for Sevilla's Steven N'Zonzi ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 2:08.

The France international has long been linked with a move to the Emirates and could now

reunite with his former boss

Arsenal have been told they will need to trigger Steven N'Zonzi's £35million release clause

if they want to sign the France midfielder.

Unai Emery signed the midfielder from Stoke City in 2015, working with him for just one

season before leaving for Paris Saint-Germain.

The Frenchman, 29, has long been linked with a move to the Emirates and he could now reunite

with his former boss.

With questions marks hanging over N'Zonzi's future, Sevilla's director of football Joaquin

Caparros has clarified what Arsenal must do to sign him.

"Is that a rumour or is it true?" he posed to Radio Seville .

"Has Unai Emery called you?

Well, as a successful man, Unai Emery knows what line the club keeps.

"If he wants N'Zonzi, he will have to call and put the bid in.

And the bid is the clause.

If you put that bid in, then there are no more negotiations [over the fee]."

N'Zonzi signed a new deal with Sevilla in January 2017, tying him down until the summer

of 2020.

Caparros added: "We could even extend the contract, if the coach gives the green light.

Everything is possible."

For now N'Zonzi's focus will be on the World Cup.

The midfielder was named in Didier Deschamps 23-man squad and has been training with his

international team-mates all week.

Ruth Langsford tells Eamonn Holmes just how much he means to her - and it's emotional! - Duration: 2:17.

Ruth Langsford told Eamonn Holmes just how much he meant to her in a heartfelt message

read out on Wednesday's Loose Women.

The TV presenter teared up as she read out a 'love letter' via text message, which she

had sent to her husband and This Morning co-host.

Ruth – who was slightly hesitant at reading out the personal message live on air – wrote

to Eamonn: "My darling, we are all so busy I worry I don't take the time to tell you

how much I love you.

Well, I love you more than you will ever know.

You make my life complete and give me the love and support to do everything I do."

She ended the message adding: "Thank you for making me feel like the most loved woman in

the world."

All panellists on Wednesday's show had been tasked to write a love letter to someone they

cared about, with Janet Street Porter, Stacey Solomon and guest panellist Catherine Tyldesley

also reading out their messages.

Janet had decided to message Linda Robson, Stacey wrote to boyfriend Joe Swash, while

Catherine took the opportunity to hint to husband Tom Pitford that she would like another

baby – a suggestion he quickly shut down!

By the end of the show, Ruth revealed to the audience that Eamonn had yet to respond to

her message.

She said: "Eamonn!

He hasn't even replied.

I don't even do gushy things like that.

I can him my poet.

He's the gusher!"

Ruth and Eamonn have been married since 2010 following a 12 year relationship, and share

son Jack, 16.

They have also been working together for 17 years, something Ruth had wanted to do even

before meeting her husband.

She previously told HELLO!: "I always admired him as a broadcaster before I met him [Eamonn]

so I would like to work with him even if he wasn't my husband because I think he is

so brilliant."

Ask Sonnet: How are my personal belongings covered? | Sonnet Insurance - Duration: 1:42.

Hey I'm Tawsif, I work for the Customer Care Team at Sonnet.

So, when I was younger, the most valuable personal belonging for me would be my Game Boy.

I definitely would have paid like good money to make sure that,

hey, I can get my Game Boy back if something happened.

So, personal belongings are pretty much the things that you own.

Things like your laptop, your cellphone, your clothes.

From a homeowners perspective – say you're moving to a brand new home,

personal belongings would be the things that you carry in the moving van.

So, let's talk a little about special belongings. If you have, say,

jewelries, collectibles, or silverware, they fall under the "special belongings"

and have a custom limit. So you can actually increase the limit based on your need.

And then there's some other items like gift cards or the spare tires for the car that you keep in your garage

and they have a standard, fixed limit.

My mother-in-law gave me a pretty expensive watch,

other than that I don't really own a lot of expensive items.

I actually have separate insurance, separate coverage added to it through my homeowner's policy.

So that way, you know, if something happens to it, I want to be able to buy something

that looks exactly like that, and bring it home before my wife finds out.

So, we covered personal belongings, we covered custom limits, standard limits with some examples.

We covered scheduling an item, like adding insurance separately… That's pretty much it, actually yeah.

So we are going with "Get in Touch" or… Can I just say "Reach out to us, we're here to help"?

So hopefully that clarified a few things about personal belongings.

If you still have questions, just reach out to us.

we're here to help.

How To Avoid Distraction and Stop Wasting Time Online - Duration: 3:05.

We've all been there you turn on your computer and start research for a work

assignment and before you know it you're two days deep in your Facebook Timeline

as beneficial as the Internet is is fastness often contributes to a lack of

productivity when working online since time is our most precious asset it is

important to limit the amount of time spent mindlessly surfing the web by

employing the following four tips you will ensure that your time online will

be much more productive number one track your time online part of the reason

surfing the web seems so innocent is because we often do not realize how much

time we are sinking into useless browsing it is easy to spend 20 minutes

browsing YouTube videos or following recent news on Facebook without even

realizing it as the best practice begin tracking how much time you spend online

against how much you actually get done in that time frame if your output seems

low then this should be an indication that you need to better monitor how you

spend your time online number two block access if you feel as though you lack

the self-control to avoid time wasting sites then using software to limit your

activities is your best bet software like focal filter allows you to

limit the sites you can access for a designated time frame allowing you to

work more efficiently as a follow up to tip number one note down how many times

you try and access the block sites during your time online to get a sense

of just how bad your tendencies are number three disconnect your internet if

tracking your time and blocking access are not strong enough to turn when

trying to limit time wasted on line then disconnecting your internet is your next

option as you are more likely to drift off to Facebook or YouTube

rather than minesweeper disconnecting your internet will force you to remain

focused while the strategy will not work in all circumstances such as conducting

online research it can be very effective when working on projects you can tackle

offline number four take designated breaks taking breaks when working online

can be very effective at managing non-work-related activities like

Facebook and Pinterest for instance if you set up your schedule

using the Pomodoro Technique which involves working for 25 minutes then

taking a five-minute break you will signal to your brain that time for

useless internet surfing is imminent taking these breaks is actually

beneficial to your productivity as prolonged periods of work eventually

results in reduced focused and hindered performance there for implementing small

pockets of time for frivolous browsing will not only satisfy your cravings for

distractions but will reset your brain for further work in conclusion the

Internet can be a sink wall for time but only if you allow it to be by becoming

more cognizant of how you spend your time online through the employment of

the tips previously mentioned you are sure to see your time wasted shrink to

zero while your productivity skyrockets

Royal wedding: How much will Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's big day cost? - Duration: 4:44.

Wedding planning company Bridebook, who have estimated the breakdown of wedding costs, think the royal couple's wedding will make it into the Top 10 most expensive weddings of all time

It would come ahead of William and Kate's wedding which cost £20million. But it will fall well behind Charles and Diana's super lavish day, which cost £84million in total

Bridebook says that the majority of the money would be spent on ramping up security, which may include snipers, undercover police and military technology could cost up to £30million

Despite Kensington Palace confirming the Royal Family will be paying for Harry's and Meghan wedding on May 19, Republic has questioned other aspects of public funding for the big day

British taxpayers could be expected to pick up the bill for security at the wedding, as was the case for Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding in 2011

As of 9.30pm GMT on Tuesday the petition had received over 13,700 signatures. The security cost is expected to be higher than that of William and Kate's wedding – even though theirs was larger and held in London – due to the ongoing terrorist threat level

Harry's military background, as well as recent racist comments directed at Meghan, are thought to be responsible for ramped up security measures

The company estimated that Meghan's dress, flowers, catering and drinks will cost close to £1million

Ms Markle's wedding dress, designed and made by Ralph and Russo, could fetch £300,000-£400,000

Royal wedding figures are traditonally never disclosed to the public but it's believed the May 19 wedding at Windsor Castle will cost millions with flowers estimated to cost £110,000 alone

Piles of sausage rolls are thought to come to £26,000, while £1million is thought to be earmarked for counter-drone defence systems

Royal Wedding: 15 royal couples who married at Windsor Tue, May 8, 2018 Ahead of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's big day we take a look at the other royal couples who have got married at Windsor Castle in the last 150 years

Play slideshow 1 of 18 Bridebook also broke down their estimated wedding costs, including £90,000 for 20 silver-plated trumpets that will announce the event and £50,000 on lemon elderflower cake from Violet Bakery in east London

The glass marquee that is expected to be the centrepiece for the evening reception in the grounds of Frogmore House can cost up to £300,000 to hire

Royal expert Katie Nicholl, author of Harry: Life, Loss and Love, says such figures are "wildly inaccurate" and thinks the estimated £32million cost is way off mark

Speaking to The Telegraph, she said: "Meghan is very mindful of wanting to send the right message with her gown

"It's going to be iconic and fit the backdrop of Windsor Castle, but it would send off the wrong message to wear a dress that in cost alone would upstage Kate's

" However, she pointed out that Meghan's dress will still be a wonder to behold: "Ralph and Russo are famous for their showstopping, elaborate and incredibly beautiful handmade couture gowns

"As Meghan is quite cool and understated, she might pay in the £60,000 range for her dress

" She is then expected to change into a second dress for the evening. Wedding expert Mark Niemierko, who has planned weddings attended by royalty, said the couple will probably lean more towards low-key than lavish

Mr Niemierko said: "I know the royal family, and they don't spend money. Everyone thinks the royals are like the Kardashians, but they're the total opposite

They find it crass to be over-the-top. He says that the couple will opt for unstated options for the dress, jewelry and flowers and expects Prince Charles will spend just £500,000 on behalf of the royal couple

However, he says the party will be the most lavish asset of the wedding day: "The dinner-and-dancing part will be the real celebration

" "The Queen will most likely not be present, so everyone can let their hair down and have some fun

"  An official statement released by Clarence House in November last year confirmed that the Royal family would pay for the cost of the wedding

It read: "The marriage of His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle will take place at St

George's Chapel, Windsor Castle in May, 2018."Her Majesty The Queen has granted permission for the wedding to take place at the Chapel

"The Royal Family will pay for the wedding. Further details about the wedding will be announced in due course

"
