News on Youtube Jun 7 2018

Today I'm going to detail wear tester accounts of the minimalist zero-drop running shoe,

the Inov-8 Bare XF 210 and what weartesters say about what makes the shoe so effective

for forefoot running as well as the type of running events the XF 210 works best for and

other specifications of the shoe that makes it so appealing, especially for those transitioning

to barefoot running or transitioning from heel strike to forefoot strike running.

There's a long list of assets to the XF 210.

For one, aside from other barefoot-style running shoes, like the Vibram Five Fingers and even

going completely barefoot, the XF 210 really has the goods to help you get your forefoot

strike more on target during running.

That's because the XF 210 is really a more stripped down version of a racing flat in

that it's zero-dropped meaning its a completely flat shoe, no built up heel.

The XF 210 is extremely lightweight, nimble, agile, and flexible, it has a thin sliver

of an outsole that gives you a strong sensory connection with the ground in that the 3 mm

thin outsole supplies a steady pipeline of sensory input, all of which are the key ingredients

that goes into enabling a runner's feet to function almost as if they were barefoot,

but can bring your forefoot running mechanics as well as foot and ankle strength more to

scale in a sustained capacity.

This is what makes the XF 210 a choice transition shoe for barefoot running.

So, what is the Invo-8 Bare-XF 210 good for?

Another asset of the XF 210 is not only its functionality, but its versatility.

Its a running shoe suitable for all running distances on any surface thanks to the shoes

innovative unique outsole and upper, which collectively makes the XF 210 a multi-purpose,

multi-terrain athletic shoe.

The internal and external framework of the shoe helps promote efficient running form

at any pace on any terrain, but the XF 210 is specifically geared towards cross-fit and

obstacle course races because the inner sidewalls on the shoe's exterior is made of rope-climbing

specific fabrics which I'll talk about more in a moment.

Ultimately, the XF 210 is a lightweight racer that just happens to be incredibly robust

because its built to last well over 600 plus miles.

The XF 210 is a perfect fit for long and short distance runs as well as short sprints on

any surface.

What is more is that the outsole material is made of a unique, super sticky rubber compound

coupled with the structural reinforcements on the sidewalls makes the XF 210 a smart

choice for Tough Mudders, Spartan Races and other obstacle course events of that nature.

The XF 210 is also supremely useful for hiking, powerlifting, weightlifting because the grippy

outsole provides a more secure platform for weightlifting; there's no slip to the shoe;

you have a very stable instep.

Not to mention, the XF 210 has become one of the most preferred crossfit shoes by many

weartesters.

The 210 is also great for box jumps, jump rope, agility workouts and is incredibly comfortable

for everyday wear.

The Bare XF 210 is also the perfect utility to help you develop a more effective forefoot

strike during running for if you don't want to run barefoot.

Overall, one of the reasons the 210s scores really high marks among weartesters is because

of the shoes limitless versatility alongside its barefoot-mimicking interface that provides

excellent sensory support, helping keep your foot-ankle balance, motor control and stride

reflexes consistently engaged which can be a source of positive change and may give you

a strong shot at making progress at any workout you're doing.

One important element of the Invo 8 210 is the sufficiently rounded toe-tox which follows

the curvature of the natural silhouette of the front of the foot, enabling the toes to

move freely, flex, extend and spread-out which not only can help deflect impact during forefoot

running, it also reinforces more controlled sturdiness as well.

So definitely, the wider-than-average toe-box of the 210s is a bonus because it accommodates

a wider foot and prompts your toes to be more engaged in a similar way that they do when

you run barefoot and this of course can have a dramatic effect on the overall shape of

the forefoot in that a roomy toe-box can help a nurture a wider, more flexible forefoot

that is more able to provide additional stability during running and walking.

In looking closely at the upper, the Bare-XF 210 is equipped with an airy mesh-lining coupled

with synthetic overlays throughout to help shed weight off the shoe, giving a feather

lightweight feel and fit that ensures large air-intake volume to help keep your feet cool.

And, there's overwhelming evidence that running in a lighter shoe naturally points

you in the right direction in boosting economic sufficiency.

At the toes, there's additional structure that offers increased rock and trail debris-

protection, really-doubling down on toe protection that's durable enough to handle off-road

running.

Most importantly, the overall structure of the upper is incredibly flexible, permitting

ample degrees of freedom in foot flexion and muscular engagement.

The upper completely moves fluidly and smoothly with your feet, which is a fundamental ingredient

for sustained foot functional strength.

The upper is also very agile and nimble which is going to help give you more main levers

of balance control when running on uneven surfaces.

The forefoot is even more nimble which is going to usher in additional quantities of

flexibility and degrees of freedom in much the same as almost the barefoot condition.

Another performance asset of the Bare-XF 210s upper is the novel materials constructed on

the inner sidewalls which are made of an innovative, patented RopeTec aggressively gripy interface

designed to provide sure, solid grip for rope-climbing and climbing-related obstacles.

This is what really sets the XF 210s apart from most barefoot-style trail running shoes

in that the clutchy sidewalls can help you use your feet more effectively when rope climbing.

Because these shoes can weaponize your feet for rope climbing, if you are OCR warrior,

obstacle course race warrior, the structure and materials of the XF 210s really do square

with helping you excel at your next OCR event.

An even more impressive feature of the XF 210 is the outsole which is 0-drop and 3 mm

thin, allowing the shoe to sit completely flat on the ground when standing whereby a

flatter running shoe can help give you more control over your forefoot strike during running

and may also have a preventative effect for heel striking because it's going to hurt

if you heel strike while running in the 210's since there's no padding under the heel.

But it's this kind of sensory feedback you want to help reinforce a more effective forefoot

strike during running, making the Bare XF 210s perfectly suitable for learning forefoot

running for if you don't want to run barefoot.

Ultimately, the outsole thinness of the 210s gives you a strong sensory connection with

the ground which is going to help create mechanical rebalance that involves making productive

adjustments in foot strike intensity --you're gonna land much lighter on your forefoot when

running and also this sensory surplus is going to help you execute a higher back-kick or

a faster withdrawal retraction of the leg during running which may help deter you from

over-striding and most importantly, reduce levels of impact.

What is more is that the properties of the rubber outsole of the XF 210s has surprised

a lot of weartesters because as you can tell, Inov-8 didn't use studded, protruding, knobby,

clunky lugs for traction, but rather they used a flat, smooth outsole with indented

grooves that is formulated with the same sticky, rubber compound in most climbing shoes which

gives the 210s its stunning versatility.

It is the sticky traction-oriented rubber outsole that affords the shoe total enhanced

grip and traction on any surface, even wet surfaces, making the XF 210 a multi-terrain,

multi-purpose minimalist running shoe that can deliver on all fronts, yet still being

biocompatible with the function and natural movement of the foot that's good for countering

balance instabilities when running on technical terrain.

Conversely, most conventional trail running shoes are not only inflexible, but have a

foamy or firm thick outsole peppered with clunky, aggressive, protruding lugs which

may create a huge disconnect between you and the ground and may spark mechanical entanglements

when running on very difficult, uneven technical terrain whereby a destabilized landing surface

is the last thing you want while running on extreme trails.

This is why traditional trail running shoes maybe a mechanical disruptor to some degree

and is also why the Bare XF 210 may be a better and safer approach as a trail running companion

because again, the 210s outsole provides a barefoot similar-feel which may get your mechanics

to work the way they should on a mix of surfaces from easy dirt roads to technical uneven terrain

where good grip and most importantly, well-control, well-balanced mechanics are much-needed.

Many weartesters report that the XF 210 delivers on giving you more ultimate levers of balance

control on any surface, especially steep climbs and descents, and is another reason the 210

may be more well-suited for OCRs.

Definitely the 210s are a great option for a goal trail race.

Another big plus is that for additional comfort, the Inov-8 210 comes with a 3-mm thin, lightweight

removable insole that feels smooth and responsive, but you can just remove if you want to get

the most ground-feel out of the shoe.

But, it is always nice to have that cushy option if you're a runner who enjoys a little

padding and underfoot protection for the long haul.

Speaking of additional comfort, the XF 210 feels great without socks because the upper

seamlessly wraps the foot like a sock and gives a smooth, adaptable fit across your

entire foot.

There's also a contoured collar around the ankle and thicker padding behind the tongue

for added comfort.

How does the 210's compare with other minimalist running shoes.

The Invo-8 Bare XF 210s have a wider toe-box than the New Balance Minimus.

As compared to the Vibram Five Fingers, the 210 is as lightweight and flexible as most

Vibrams, but the 210s offer a tad more protection against trail debris than most Vibram Five

Fingers, but the added protection doesn't dilute or interfere with ground-feel.

You still get a hefty dose of sensory input from the 210s that'll provide you an easier

way to feel yourself forward when it comes to achieving more optimal mechanics during

running.

The 210s have more structural integrity than the Merrell Vapor Gloves.

The infrastructure of the 210s just feels more sturdy, more robust and more long-lasting.

Actually, another great strength of the shoe is that the 210s have an impressive record

for lasting well beyond 600-miles which is why the 210 is ranked very high in durability

among a lot of weartesters.

With the 210's, Invo-8 has done a great job at merging a feel that almost perfectly

matches the barefoot condition with unmatched durability.

Overall, The XF 210 by Inov-8 is really a playground for the feet because these shoes

are a lightweight, high performance package great for conditioning and strengthening your

feet and ankles.

If you destain the thought of going barefoot and hate the looks of the Vibram Five Fingers

because some people do, I strongly recommend the 210s as a developmental tool that can

enhance your foots vitality and can help phase out bad mechanics during running by helping

guide your forefoot strike to a better position that keeps the foot in close proximity to

your upper body or your center of mass which is an injury prevention imperative in running.

Especially when running on uneven terrain, the sensory feedback you get from the razor

thin outsole may help put in motion more widespread balanced biomechanics that may help deliver

real results that's good for injury prevention during trail runs.

The XF 210 are slowly becoming extinct.

I linked down below in the description the few places you can still get them if you want

to check them out.

I also did a blog post version of this video review which is also linked down below in

the description box.

Inov-8 has since upgraded the XF 210 to the XF 210 V2 which more than duplicates the success

of the original 210 because the V2's is a lighter, more nimble, more breathable and

wider revision; it's essentially the same lightweight super-thin performance racer than

the original, but one of the more appealing and beneficial aspects about the upgraded

model is that the V2 is constructed with a wider toe-box, offering even more room for

toe-splay.

I'll be reviewing the V2s in the near future, so stay tuned.

In the meantime however, if you want to check out the V2s for yourself, I posted a link

where you can read more about them down below in the description box.

I hope you've enjoyed this review.

Product Review - Fishmaster Pro Series Folding T Top - Atlantic Marine - Duration: 4:29.

Good afternoon, guys

My name is Alfonso with Atlantic Marine

Today I'm going to talk to you about this product, Fishmaster

This is our team member, Frank

He also works with Atlantic Marine

He's very knowledgeable and he's going to explain to us more about this product

Frank: So we've become a dealer for Fishmaster

They make a really cool product

They make several products

One of the things they make is this adjustable T-Top right here

This adjustable T-Top goes from 22" to 52"

So no matter what size center console, you can get this here

The cool thing about it is, if you see the hinges right here, and we also have one at

top here

This T-Top folds not only here, but also at the top

So if you're coming up on a bridge, you've got something low coming up, you can just

flip this over, flip it one more time here, and the tallest part of your boat will end

up being your wind shield

They use great product

You can see this one here is powder coated white

All the hardware is stainless steel

The canvas top is Sunbrella

Which, as you all know, is the best product out there for canvas tops

It comes with everything you need to put it together, and it is UPS-able

It comes completely dismantled

You put it together

Quick steps

Comes with these quick pins here

This is an upgrade that you can get

Makes it a lot easier for you to go ahead and take it apart whenever your out there

in the water

You don't need much help

One person can do it

They go on there tight with your grip, and you can just take it off

The other cool thing is they have a lot of add-ons

Like they have the rocket launchers back here

They have for the front, where you can put in a spot light, flood lights, anchor light,

radar

Whatever it is you need

You can clamp on all along the side if you want to put your VHF antenna, all your accessories

Fold it all down and everything stays safe

For storage, it's great for all kinds of different things

You can get this in anodized and powder coated white like I stated before

Like I did say, it is UPS-able

The other product that they make is this leaning post

All this here comes already upholstered

You can get it in different colors

The cool thing about this here, is if you notice the hinges down at the bottom, a lot

of the leaning posts, everybody has problems whenever you fold it up

You walk by and you bang your shin in it

So right now, you pass right through without a problem, and everything is good to go

No more hurting your shin, no more cutting yourself

Alfonso, I know you've done that

Alfonso: A bunch of times

Frank: It happens to all of us

The other cool thing is back here, we have the rocket launchers

So you can hold on to your rod right there

Or, you can actually change that out and put a grab bar

They have a couple of different options for you there

Like I said, all this product is UPS-able

We can get it right to you

You can check out the link below, or go to our website at AtlanticMarineStore.com

Order it up

Or, if you come in for a repower, we can install it for you, and you can have some nice leaning

posts and T-Top brand new on your boat whenever you get that new motor

So, like I said, this is an upgrade, but you can get these pins right here

You can pull these off whenever you're in the water

You have one on each side

They come right off

Put those on the side

It's got the ones on top

Again, you undo them real quick

They come right off

This one's already off, thank you for that

So then you go ahead and we fold this forward

You can see here, it comes right down

Alright guys, so as you can see here, this is folded over

It does have another fold here

Due to the fact that we use this to travel around to trade shows

Show it off to everyone, we cant really fold it right now

But again, you can check out our website

We do have pictures of it

We have tips on how it works

We have it on different boats, so you can see how it would look on yours

Like I said, the color on the T-Top, you can get the canvas in different colors right now

They have seven major colors, with more coming in everyday

If you don't see the color you need, give us a call, send us an email

We'll do everything we can to help you out

Get you the right answer

Like I said, these are great, they're UPS-able, and I think it's a great product for your

boat if you don't have a T-Top, or if you're looking to upgrade

Maybe from a Bimini Top get something a little more stable on there for you

Alfonso: Thank you, Frank

That was very informative

So now you know

Come to us

We can repower your boat

We can put a T-Top on plus a leaning post

LifeStation Review: Medical Alert System - Duration: 4:39.

Hi, my name is Kane Wilkin, co-founder of InHomeSafetyGuide, buying advice to keep your

loved ones safe.

In this video review of LifeStation, we'll be focusing on the two core areas as we do

when reviewing any of our top-rated Medical Alert System providers:

-First, LifeStation's Product Line, Pricing, and how that equates to real value

-Second, I'll dive into some of the key points on what makes LifeStation stand out.

in other words, why they've earned a spot on our list of the Best Medical Alert Systems

of 2018.

Ok, let's get started.

Product Line & Pricing.

LifeStation is a complete Medical Alert System provider, meaning they offer a variety of

systems, from traditional in-home medical alert systems to an advanced mobile protection

system, as well as different service plans based on one's need.

As a rule, we recommend going with providers that offer a wide-variety of systems and services

for one key reason - your needs may change over time.

You may begin service with a traditional in-home system, then later find you want the flexibility

of a mobile device.

LifeStation's choices in systems are most easily broken down into FOUR main categories:

First, their traditional In-Home system.

This system includes a base station, as well as a pendant or wristband, to ensure complete

protection from within your home.

For folks with a landline phone service, who want protection at home, the traditional in-home

system is the right choice.

LifeStation also offers the In-Home Plus System, which is similar in every way to the traditional

In-Home system, except it uses a cellular connection instead of a landline.

The equipment for either of these in-home medical alert systems are FREE, and the monthly

service plans start at a low price point of around $25.

LifeStation also offers a Mobile GPS system.

It's portable, powerful, and provides protection both inside and outside the home.

The GPS technology helps identify your location if there's an emergency.

The equipment for LifeStation's mobile GPS solution is FREE and the monthly service plans

start at around $35.

While it may sound like a no-brainer to choose this mobile device there's a bit more to it.

With a mobile device, you need to carry it with you, and like all things small and mobile,

they can get lost.

Whereas with an In-Home system, it would stay in one spot.

No matter what system you choose, you will also have the option of Fall Detection.

LifeStation offers this service as an add-on to any of their plans for about $10 more per

month.

All right, so what makes LifeStation stand out and rank so high on our list of BEST Medical

Alert Systems of 2018?

Let's start with what is provided to you for free when you sign-up.

All of LifeStation's systems come with Free Equipment, Free Activation and Free Shipping.

The only cost you pay for, is the service itself, which is the always-on connection

and assurance that 24/7, there is help available to you on the other end of the line should

you need it.

LifeStation offers one of the lowest monthly rates for an in-home medical alert system,

which can start at under $25 per month.

In order to take advantage of this special discounted pricing, when you give them a call,

be sure you mention you found them on our website, InHomeSafetyGuide.org.

On top of that, LifeStation is one of the few companies that offer a price-lock guarantee,

which means when you sign-up with them, your rate will never increase.

LifeStation's service is first-rate.

Their monitoring centers are U.S.-based and staffed with some of the most well-trained

professionals in the industry.

In addition to the standard monitoring center certifications, LifeStation requires all of

their Customer Care Specialists to take a six-week course on their corporate campus

prior to taking their first customer call.

And when you call them, there's no machines, phone menus, or a maze of buttons to get through.

When you give them a call, you're simply answered by a live person right away.

LifeStation is one of those companies that you know you're in good hands.

They have more than 40 years of leadership in the life-saving monitoring space, thousands

of happy customers, and a stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau as well as

Trustpilot.

They even offer a no hassle money-back guarantee, should you wish to cancel for any reason,

within your first 30 days of service.

So, on behalf of all of us here at InHomeSafetyGuide, we hope this information helps you decide

if a medical alert system, from LifeStation, is the right fit for you.

Thanks.

INSANE LABZ I PSYCHOTIC GOLD PREWORKOUT REVIEW - Duration: 7:27.

Insane labz - Psychotic Gold Pre-workout Review

what's up guys?

I'm myles kuikahi and I want to thank you again for stopping by and checking out my

pre-workout review channel.

Today's pre-workout review is going to be a pretty cool one.

It's by Insane labz.

It's called psychotic gold.

Pretty cool one.

So yesterday I went to my boys shop new body nutrition modesto and I was actually going

to buy the regular psychotic, but he said he myles you should try this new one this

the gold one.

Higher stim, a little bit higher agmatine which means a little bit better pump just

try it out and see how you like it so that's why I got it.

Definitely looking for the best stuff on the market so psychotic by Insane labz his gold

and this one right here what I expect to get is insane energy insane Focus some insane

pump and insane cycle energy with no crash.

So I am excited to see what this one has in store.

Let's get right into it.

Again every single one of my pre-workout reviews will be from a brand new container so that

you know that this thing is legit.

So again, brand new container look I'm opening it right up in front of you.

Just like my boy John Franklin at Maserati body I want to thank Eddie at muscle players

for encouraging me to do these videos.

It seems pretty cool look at the Gold top.

Alright, see it...still sealed, still intact.

Alright here we go psychotic gold.

Boom.

That's it.

Now this one right here it says to only take one serving in a 24 hour.

So I'm going to follow the directions and not taking him in more than just once.

This one I'm going to dry shot.

Okay so I'm going to rake the experience.

Again insane labz psychotic gold.

Here we go.

Boom.

I got to say the mix ability is pretty darn good.

I have to give that like a 9.

Mixed right up no residue no type of flakes or crystals left.

It went right down.

The taste wasn't that bad for a dry shot.

I'm sure if I mix it up in the Shaker it tastes a lot better.

But yeah not bad.

Easy dress shop it went down pretty quickly as soon as the water hit it dissolves right

away.

Insane labz this one right here is a fruit punch.

Insane labz psychotic gold.

So I'm head over to the gym right now and give you my review right before I hit the

gym and we're going to get it.

I'm going to get some shoulders and a little bit of cardio tonight.

All right guys thanks for watching moskaluke High pre-workout review Channel.

What's up guys so I'm at the gym right now and it's been about 30 minutes since I've

taken the psychotic Gold by insane labs.

I'm about to head my shoulders.

In my review for right now 30 minutes and I got to get this thing like a nine right

now.

I can feel the rush to caffeine is there at the focus starting to come in my mouth is

starting to water a little bit so that means that is starting to come up on me.

Starting hit me pretty hard right now.

It's definitely the kick in the ass that I need to get a proper workout in so right now

I give this thing a solid 9.

Here we go guys.

Alright guys so here's my final review my final review for insane labz psychotic gold.

Again I got the fruit punch flavor.

Final review is going to be a solid 9.

The reason why I gave it A9 was because of the intense Rush was there the focus was there

but for some reason I didn't feel the pump as hard as I was expecting or as hard as the

caffeine and the focus hit me.

I thought I was going to have a way harder pump more vascularity.

The one thing that I did notice was the amount of sweat that was coming off of me.

I was sweating a lot.

So this definitely has a thermogenic effect to it.

Which can help burn fat, but anyway again a solid 9.

insane labz.

Stay tuned for more pre-workout reviews from insane labz.

ITU Hedef - Flight Readiness Review - IMechE UAS Challenge 2018 - Duration: 10:04.

Welcome to Team Hedef's 2018 Flight Readiness Review.

In the following next 10 minutes,

We will introduce our Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) named Tulpar.

Team Hedef consists of 21 engineering students from various disciplines

such as aeronautics and astronautics,

electronics and communication,

and mechanical engineering.

15 new members joined the team this year.

In 2017, Tulpar was designed from scratch,

and this year detailed optimizations in the design are done.

Tulpar can carry payloads up to 2 kg

while the MTOW is kept in the limit of 6.9 kg.

Tulpar is capable of autonomous flight up to 15 minutes,

with an operational range of more than 10 km.

In order to reduce the weight of the tail,

new tail without horizontal tab is designed

while providing a stable flight in three directions.

Fuselage size is optimized according to

the required volume by the interior systems,

and narrowed fuselage provides less drag and weight.

Nose design is enhanced to have smaller cross-section area

to have fewer drag thanks to smaller sized camera selection.

Flaps are used to keep the take-off and landing distance less than 25 m,

and also touchdown speed of the aircraft is decreased.

Tulpar consists of 5 main components:

The design had to be detachable, as far as transportation

to the competition field and test flight airfield is concerned.

And also, it is beneficial in terms of maintenance of the UAS.

Tulpar's subsystems are introduced in three sections.

Pixhawk 2 autopilot module handles the autonomous operations,

and it is programmed and tuned by Team Hedef.

It receives ground control commands via the RFD telemetry link.

In addition to onboard sensors in Pixhawk,

airspeed sensor, GPS, and LIDAR are used.

The autonomous operation is managed at the ground control station

with Mission Planner and also a custom GUI developed by Team Hedef.

The manual control of the UAS can be done using the 2.4 GHz radio receiver.

Payload releasing mechanism consists of 2 servos

and each payload unit is secured with a metal rod.

Payloads are inserted in a package consists of dampening material

to ensure that they are delivered to the location without any leakage.

The imagery system is positioned in the nose section

for a maximum point of view for the reconnaissance mission.

Instead of last year's Sony A6000 Camera,

a new USB 3.0 high resolution camera developed by the Imaging Source

is selected due to its reduced size and weight

while providing high resolution images from a flight altitude of 75 m.

A custom design gimbal is used to stabilize

the camera in 2-axis with Brushless DC motors.

Onboard-computer is responsible for on-board image processing

which provides short reporting time to the ground control station.

Bullet M5 connects the UAS to the ground station

via a WiFi link at 5 GHz.

Tulpar can operate Payload Delivery and Reconnaissance Missions

autonomously with the following confidence levels.

Numerical analysis and physical tests were executed

to make sure that wings are reliable in flight.

Finite element analysis was executed

with the loads obtained from vortex lattice method,

and wing load test was executed to simulate

the forces on the wings during flight and manoeuvring.

Payloads were placed on the wings according to the distribution

obtained from vortex lattice with the maximum load of 4 g.

We carried out Wing Flow Test in order to check

the accuracy of the lift calculations in XFLR5.

The yarns were arranged to be parallel to the direction of flow on the wing.

At a 25 degree angle of attack,

we have seen that the UAS entered the stall state.

The propulsion system is chosen to be

brushless DC motor with 6S Li-Po Batteries.

Sunnysky's X3525 motor is selected,

and its static thrust test is conducted on ground.

The motor has sufficient and efficient performance

with 13x6 prop that provides 0.6 thrust-to-weight ratio.

To ensure that Tulpar has a consistent ground control station link in a safe range,

we conducted a range test where the UAS is flown 1 km distance.

The signal rate is lowered to 73% without any disconnection issue.

Take-off speed of Tulpar was set to 14 m/s

which is 1.3 times of stall speed to provide safe manoeuvre.

Take-off distance is kept less than 15 meters

due to high thrust-to-weight ratio.

Since the landing maneuver is risky,

in addition to onboard barometer sensors of Pixhawk 2.1,

LIDAR is used to increase redundancy

and accuracy of altitude determination.

Ardupilot software is used for the autonomous operations.

Firstly, the PID parameters are tuned on the ground

by investigating the test flight log data,

then the detailed tuning and verification is done

via telemetry data during the flight.

After these tuning and validation, Team Hedef is confident

to have more than 90% of waypoint accuracy,

and the missions are planned using custom interface

developed based on mission requirements.

We performed image process mission

under the different light conditions with various letters

to evaluate the performance of the image processing algorithm.

Identification of several alphanumerics were problematic,

so the algorithm is improved after test flights

and also the sunlight effects are eliminated by

adaptive ISO Gain, Exposure, and Brightness settings via OBC during flight.

After all of this improvements, all of the alphanumerics

are read with a rate of 70% accuracy,

and the geolocation error is minimized down to 8 m.

The release mechanism mounted into Tulpar,

and tested during test flights.

We checked the flight logs for release triggering time,

and improved the linearized ballistic algorithm

determined analytically via comparing

the desired and actual payload drop locations.

The team managed to deliver the payload with less than 5 m error.

Also, we have seen that our coverages

for the floor packages can absorb the impact shock

even on the asphalt concrete surface.

Tulpar is capable of flying under strong wind conditions.

Safety is the most prior issue for the team

and we paid attention to apply safety procedures

in each step of the design, production, and test processes.

Yusuf Demiroglu has been the safety pilot of Team Hedef

since the foundation of the team in 2014.

He has the required equivalence of BMFA-A qualification,

and his BMFA Membership covers the required insurance for the competition.

Including previous year's flights,

he has been the safety pilot of the UAS

for more than 80 flights successfully.

Team uses an ultrabook with sunlight readable screen for the ground control station

that is equipped with RFD telemetry link during the test flights.

The UAS is equipped with multiple redundancies of communication channels

with the ground control station in order to guarantee uninterrupted monitoring and data relay.

All of the radio communication devices are ensured

to be in compliance with respective UK regulations.

RFD radio telemetry modems are backed up with the 2.4 GHz WiFi telemetry link,

and the flight termination sequence is programmed to initiate if both of the channels fail.

A detected loss of RC transmitter signal will trigger the termination of the flight.

For the flight safety, the automatic flight termination system will kick in,

in the event of a possible power loss, geofence breach,

avionics malfunction or any disruption of the communication systems.

The automatic flight termination is done by moving the control surfaces

to preset positions in order to achieve a passive/active gliding maneuver.

Barometer, IMU or GPS failures trigger the Flight Termination System for passive gliding maneuver.

If a visual assessment through the ground indicates a malfunctioning in the operation,

the safety pilot can take the control of the UAS to trigger flight termination.

The Manual Flight Termination sequence is the active gliding with the IMU instruments.

A buddy box transmitter is set and it is ready for the competition's safety pilot.

Before every flight, the team follows the safety checklist procedure carefully,

and the comments about the flight is recorded in the test flight logbook.

The team conducted more than 30 test flights with Tulpar.

During the flight tests, crew members are trained for operational excellence at the field,

autonomous operations are tested,

and the reliability of the system is examined in the air.

As a result, the team is confident that all the systems are well integrated and working well,

and aims to be in the top 3 in the UAS Challenge 2018.

Bottom Line Review: Deadpool 2 - Duration: 3:16.

This review brought to you by Dee...SPIDER??

OH NO!

[Deadpool] Bring it on, One-Eyed-Willie.

[ gunshots ] [Deadpool] Whew.Your bullets

they're really fast....

Bottom Line: I know I'm the only one saying this,

but Deadpool 2 is cynical, poorly written nonsense.

To put it another way: Deadpool 2 reminds me of a parable made famous

by *this* 21st century war criminal.

"Fool me once... shame on... ...shame on you.

Fool me, can't get fooled again."

Now, what Deadpool did in 2016 was surprise us by bringing something new to

a stale movie subgenre, with this genuine take on a character

that probably shouldnt work on film, and surprisingly it came out genuinely funny

with all the heart it needed, and struck a balance between accessible to

a general audience and having the kind of respect for the source

material that we're really not used to seeing on the big screen.

The problem with Deadpool 2 is that when the biggest reason your first movie worked

is that we've never seen something like it before,

You can't just do it again in the sequel.

And this sequel does *nothing* the first movie didn't already do

except have more side plot clutter that doesn't matter,

jokes that aren't funny, and references that are pointless,

so, "Fool me, can't get fooled again" There are plenty of moments in this movie

that are likeable, but sparse interesting moments don't

make a good movie.

The other thing is that this sequel's approach to inclusion

is practically a template for how Gen-X Hollywood guys

who's careers started in the 90s approach it.

Which is to say, with a general forced sense of disdain, and a lack of understanding.

It's like they know they're supposed to do it,

but they don't understand why they're doing it,

so they gleefully miss any aspect of the process that isn't easily quantifiable.

I'll give you example, The movie has a number of female characters

with names and lines in the script, and that's great.

But in the first half hour of the movie the romantic female lead goes from gushing

over how badly she wants to get pregnant,

to immediately getting fridged. and

then we SMASH-CUT to the film's introduction

of a character played by T.J. Miller, who, if you're not familiar, was kicked off of a

a sitcom for allegedly sexually assaulting someone.

There is no box that you can check off that'll tell you not to do that

but I mean... you really should be able to figure this stuff out if you really cared,

and this kind of thing is prevelent all throughout the movie.

Now if I'm getting nerdy, Deadpool 2 is when Danny Way took over writing the character

and turned him into an unfunny cartoon parody of himself

that nobody liked.

It's time to course correct.

Matida Bay Beez Neez - Beer Review - Schooner & Hopp #3 - Duration: 8:12.

This is schooner hop, another beer review. We're doing Beez Neez. A Matilda Bay.

Probably most famously known for their Yak varieties. The Wild Yaks probably one

of my favorite beers that exists at the moment at least.

So just cracked one open and we're gonna do something different. You know what we

cracked, we cracked. This is number three and four that we cracked open cos Shane

cracked two open on the ground. Not the good kind of crack open. Geez that went everywhere.

That was a fun time, so we did a little bit of cleaning. Mop the floor yeah.

That's okay anyway. We're sitting here with the Bees Neez.

Man, you get that honey flavour

the end? Honey notes to finish. Finishes crisply

with a honey. I get like a little bit. I guess it's a little like malty on the

aftertaste. Which is a nice change. Well you couldn't have the honey be too

overpowering, otherwise it'd be awful. Otherwise we'd be drinking it mead. Yeah

otherwise we're on mead and that's practically like just sweet, sweet wine.

It's kind of got this malty, kind of honey aftertaste but the initial sip is

water. Yeah look I was gonna say smooth.

It's water, like it's a watery beer. Yeah nah, i guess you're right, there's not a lot to start with.

That being said on, I was gonna say a summers day but this might actually be

a nice winter beer. I guess so. Because that honey kind of finishes like it's not

warm is it dodgy word to use because it's not warm. I think you could probably even drink this

not super cold. Oh drink it pommy style. A couple of degrees warmer. Yeah drink

their room temperature which is you know still 10 degrees. Not a bad temperature

Yeah so what's the percent on this guy? Four point seven, which is pretty

surprising because I didn't. It doesn't taste like you're drinking a

full-strength beer. No.

Did not notice that at all but I guess that's what we're saying with the kind of

watery. It's sessionable you could drink it probably all day. I suppose because

it's there's no, there's no bitterness to it at all it's just a very smooth and

crisp beer. Well, like I said warm slightly from ice-cold to enjoy. Oh. So I

was right so maybe it was a good thing that I dropped those other ones and we

had these on the bench. Yes had them sitting out for a little while. Yeah maybe he

just wants you to microwave them for a second.

Probably just rank it and sip and talk.

The only reason, the only reason the Atomic Ale is, I put it below it is

because I'd have about three of those and be done whereas with this guy I

could like Cory said you can do a whole day on it.

Not that I would because that would be the end of me so but just because of the

fact that I could probably have quite a few of these and still be enjoying them

by the end of it. If I was to walk into a bottle shop I'd go for this before that

if I was looking again. Fair enough. Well I f- as- Oh God. bottom of the list I rank my at

Bottom of the list.

I ranked mine at the bottom of the list not because I didn't enjoy it. Like I really did enjoy

it. It's easy to drink. You know I really like a bold big. Did you ever try

the um, the Four Brothers? They had a beer on. No I didn't.

Actually, they've got growlers now so. Interesting. Just got them in. I think

they used to have them then they ran out but anyway. That's a future - That's a

future thing. So we'll have to get that ah The Arrogant Brother I believe it

was and that man you're drinking it, it's just like a regular pale ale and then. Sorry

about that mic, but that is, that is literally, that's what the bitterness and

hoppiness at the end just the slaps you and you're just like whoa. Excellent.

Yeah so it's just down the bottom for me because it's not really the kind of beer

I enjoy to drink. Whereas I've got a soft palate.

Soft, soft weak skinny little man. That's okay. Yeah but look it's still enjoyable

because it's quite enjoyable. Mm-hmm. Enjoyable. Enjoyable. We should have a

list of words that we won't use. Drink and enjoyable are now on the list. Yeah

So I bet you've been wondering why is Shane holding this pen this whole time? And

also. Whoa. What is this? Ah these are new. So this is a part of another thing that

we want to do with this channel. We are aspiring filmmakers and we really want

to introduce that element into this channel. We've got three different cups

each with a different label. So we've got a plot cup. We've got a setting cup.

And the last genre. Yeah. So what we're gonna do

whenever we get the chance, ideally once a month. We want to pick one out of

each cup, write them down create a script and just

make a little short film out of it starring ourselves. Yeah. We just really

want to have a little bit of fun with this. We want to learn how to do all the

things we want to do, before we actually go and do them with actual professional

actors and crew. We're gonna pick some now. Cory

do the honors. What's our first one? We're starting with the plot. What

have we got? Race against time. Oh, a race against time

Oh what could that entail? Well it could be anything because time is not a real

thing it's a human construct. No time still exists.

Well yeah, but like our thing it's let's cut that. No, let's talk about time. Measuring time is a

human construct. Yes we measure the sun's cycle which is what we gauge is time

that's always say time is is how many time. But our time is only the time of earth relative to

the Sun. Exactly which is not necessarily how time passes. We already get

in the mortal Asgardian God. They can chat to us about what time really is. That was

fun. Setting? Hospital! A race against time in the hospital this could

get real dark real quick. It's all up to the genre. What are we gonna get?

Something ridiculous. Probably. Oh well that's gonna be fun. That's why we're

doing this. You didn't see it did you? No I didn't see it. Uh I'm just gonna write

it down. All right. Is it doable? Is what I want to know? It's so doable. Cool. Ah, son of a gun. So for you guys watching we are

going to make. A race against time film, in a hospital and the genre is a rom

com. Corey and I are going to get real comfortable with each other real quick. We hope you

enjoy it. Mm-hmm. There was only one thing that I was like 'oh let's not do that first

let's get a bit of.' Yeah let's do something serious. But you know when I'm

talking about eyes closed head first that's literally it. The universe decided

for us. Yeah thanks. And here we are. We're gonna make a skit for you very soon and we'll see

you you know either Sea of Thieves or our Maximum Effort Gears of War. Check

that out. Yeah having a lot of fun with that. Well actually look we've only.

At this point we've only filmed the first episode so that wasn't fun maybe

this next one will be better. We're about to go jump into that anyway. Cool.

We're Schooner and Hopp. Cheers!

Hyperspace Dogfights Review - Duration: 6:52.

The advice I see given to most developers is to combine mechanics from a few different

games to create something new for your own game.

And that's exactly what Hyperspace Dogfights is doing.

The problem with that is everyone will compare what you've done with the other games.

On one hand you're gaining a lot of good ideas but on the other the comparison might

not be so gracious.

So while Hyperspace Dogfights has compelling gameplay it's difficult not to draw a comparison

to all its influences and see the issues.

The flying is taken straight from a fantastic arcade game called Luftrousers.

If you are going to be influenced by an arcade flyer that's a good one for it.

Hyperspace Dogfights has an amazing feeling of speed and precision that lets you dance

around enemies.

The controls are perfectly responsive so all the quick movements you need to make are effortless.

It makes you feel one hundred percent in control.

One thing that helps is that the ship has backwards thrusters which allow you to hover.

It can also aid you in getting out of sticky situations easily.

That paired with the way gravity effects the ship can lead to some really uncommon movements

that keeps the flying from getting stale.

I enjoy the thrill of narrowly dodging all the bullets on the screen.

However, it's tarnished by how cluttered the screen is.

Just look at this comparison between Luftrousers and Hyperspace Dogfights.

One is crystal clear with very simple pixel sprites and the other is so messy.

The detailed clouds and tiny ship sprites and bullets make it very difficult to track

everything.

Expect some confusion as to what just damaged your ship.

Also the fact that enemy ships can hide behind clouds is a little unfair.

It can become frustrating when a few hits come in quickly that instantly take out one

of your lives.

There's a fine line between keeping a game visually interesting with cool ship sprites

and making it so my eyes can't focus on anything.

Hyperspace Dogfights is not completely unplayable though.

The game loop is fairly compelling.

You're not on the planet just to kill everything but to do missions.

The mission based gameplay actually provides a real sense of accomplishment instead of

the more typical kill everything gameplay.

Missions like hacking a ship and taking pictures of facilities are unique.

Don't worry because they still have stand your ground and destruction missions that

require trying to kill everything on screen.

After completing the mission you move on to the next but between you can purchase items

with money you picked up from dead enemies.

Unfortunately the game is not clear that every level increases the difficultly by ten percent.

When Hyperspace Dogfights first launched there was no way of knowing this but the developers

have since added an indicator in the upper left corner.

Therefore it is a good idea to farm as much as you can to have the funds to buy as many

items as possible.

Especially once you hack the storage vessel.

If you can save one the items on that ship will be available for purchase too.

If you can farm that much then you might be setup to get a great run with that many items.

Yet, it would definitely ruin the missions and change it to more about grinding.

For items they implemented the standard rogue-like random items.

When you spend your points between rounds you're not quite sure what's in the box

but the costs are different.

For anyone who has played a rogue-like it will be familiar.

I haven't found anything exciting though.

Nothing that changes the way you would play or makes the flying more fun.

Some of the item's descriptions are opaque and leaves me scratching my head when I can't

figure out what I spent my points on.

I want the potential for a big item that can make or break a run.

Comparing it to something like Risk of Rain where the items in that game were done much

better.

They very clearly explained the item's benefit and forced you to adapt.

In Hyperspace Dogfights I'm not eager to find out what items I unlock because I can't

figure out if it's going to help the run or not.

No matter what items I get I can keep playing the same way, there's no need to adapt.

Sidenote, more items unlock as you progress further into the game.

This is done in the standard rogue-like fashion to make it interesting to keep playing.

However, if the items aren't interesting it doesn't really work.

The weapons are not really that much better either.

The most interesting and fun to play are the melee weapons.

It's because their attacks can reflect bullets and require extreme concentration and precise

flying to get in close.

But, it makes hitting ground targets almost too difficult.

All the gun weapons I've seen have different shots that all do the same thing, shoot bullets

in front of you.

It's the same issue that the items have, the weapons do not require you to adapt your

style of play.

No matter which ones you get they all handle the same way.

Except the melee weapons which is probably why they're the most enjoyable.

Forcing the player to adapt to random situations is one of the most important aspects of a

rogue-like and it's just missing from Hyperspace Dogfights.

It is the biggest flaw of the game and I'm never craving that one more run after defeat.

What's the point if it's just the same gameplay again with more perplexing items.

Overall Hyperspace Dogfights is okay.

It pulls from various influences that are the best parts but lands flat where it matters

most.

Initially I had a lot of fun with the game but realized that the repetition and lack

of interesting items don't lead to meaningful gameplay.

I hope they can clear up the item problem which would go a long way toward improving

the game.

Hyperspace Dogfights is almost there and for someone who can look past these faults and

loves flying this would be a good pick up.

Especially if you loved Luftrousers and wanted more.

Thanks for watching.

AMP'D Throttle Sensitivity Booster Product Review - Duration: 3:43.

*Imitating a Struggling Motor* *Goo, goo, goo, goo, goo*

*Motor Sputters and Dies* Ohhhh...

How many times has this happened to you, huh? That's why it's Kyle from Midwest

Aftermarket, and today we're going to be talking about and unboxing--BAM!

The Amp'd Throttle Booster. Oh, yeah, my friends, this is going to increase your

throttle sensitivity to back in the day, before the man stepped in and told you

that you couldn't have all the power of your throttle. Uh-uh! Oh, no. And it's easy to

install as well. Look at this bad boy right here. Look at this state of the art

packaging. Oh yeah, this is going to reduce your pedal lag and make you a hit

with everyone of the opposite sex. *clicks tonque* Alright, take this away. Ooooo! We're gonna open

this box up. Ohhhh! Okay. Now with this right here, it also comes

with an optional switch too, so you can have 50 percent, 100 percent, or 400

percent of the power in that throttle. That is the "FEEL THE POWER™" mode. It's

going to be able to get up and go. I'm talking "seat of your pants" power with

the Amp'd Throttle Booster in your truck. Now let's open this bad boy up right

here. Aw... What's going on here? Aww...oh, my goodness! And inside of here. Okay,

you following me camera guy? Let's take a look... *bleep* *bleep* Son of a--*bleep* It's here. Okay.

We're gonna open this thing up, right here. BOOM! Take a look. Oh, what's this?

What's this? Oh, look at that, and this right here functions as a second

separate toy for you to pop some of those bubbles. *Pop* Okay, now--BOOM! Look at this

guy right here: got this sweet logo on it. Eh? The Amp'd Throttle Booster, and again

super simple, super easy to hook up inside of your truck like I said. Aww...

it's gonna be a difference of night and day. Also inside of this box here, BA-BAM!

We got the easy stuff. It's gonna be able to connect it. Look at this guy.

What you're telling me, there's not 400 wires and cables? I don't have to call a

Chinese arithmetic kid over to my house to install it? No, you just got one of

these bad boys, got a couple of these in here, all

individually packaged with these great instructions. Now I know what you're

thinking to yourself, Kyle, I've never told anybody--this it's my deepest

darkest secret, but I can't read, okay? I can't read. That's okay because we're

gonna make a video where I painstakingly detail how to install one of these bad

boys onto your truck. I know! Don't thank me. No, thank me. Okay,

so if you want an Amp'd Throttle Booster, it's as simple as going to

MidwestAftermarket.com. If you have any questions, as always, pick up the phone.

You might not be able to read, but there's numbers. Dial them. Talk to us.

We'll answer any of your questions. Okay? All right. Take a look--BOOM! It's

beautiful. I can't put this back together. This is not gonna be the one that we

send to you. All right. So Like, Share, and Subscribe. I'm Kyle from Midwest

Aftermarket, and we'll see you next time.
