this video I'm going to share with you how to break down the wall between you

and someone so stay tuned the moment we are living with someone the moment we

have parents and there's something going on or maybe the one you love or your

children sometimes you feel like there is a wall between you and the other

person there is something going on in them or in you and you cannot really

connect anymore something that irritates you and you want to break it down you

want to speak with it again with them again and you can wait until they open

up and they start talking to you again but you also can do something with your

own energies so you can break down the wall between you and the one on the

other side so let me share how I do this first of all you have to become aware of

it and as you probably are here now you are aware of what's going on between you

and and the other and the other person and the other side of the wall so the

other thing is that you have to feel in yourself I truly want to speak with a

person again I truly want to break down a wall and have the energy is clear

again because you know what the thing is the moment there is a wall between you

and the other person it irritates you when you speak to the person when you

see the person when someone else speaking about the other person

and the whole thing about being free is that there's no one or nothing in your

energies what's irritating you and what's taking energy from you

so probably the answer is yes only if it is from your own sake you want to break

down the wall first of all second you have to ask yourself if there's anything

in your system that makes the wall keep being there do you blame the person do

you it's a is there something that happened

between you or the other person probably probably the thing is yes for me every

time there was a wall between someone and myself there was something going on

or I had suspicious about what the other person did and it involved me so there

was something some tensions between You two the whole thing about breaking

the wall is to breathe back your energies out of this game which are

playing this energy exchange you're breathing it back there in yourself

you forgive the one for whatever they did whatever happened whatever you have

said they have said whatever it doesn't matter you don't want to be in this

blaming as a guilt in this this angry state or suspicious it's also a game you

don't want to be in this game anymore so you breathe back your energies and

you'll say whatever happens I don't care if they are going to talk to me again

it's fine if they're not it's fine but I'm not going to walk around then I'm

not going to walk around the people and I'm not going to make myself smaller or

whatever what I did with them so the moment that you have your energies for

yourself clear in the wall is still there but the thing is the moment you do

this energetic work with yourself the wall already slow stuff it's going to

fade away but if there is still a little wall it's like you can look through it

it's more offence now instead of a big stone wall you can invite them their

energies to be open to each other again you don't have to speak with a person

interest I never do this I'm just let it happen naturally it's

like I'm working on my own energy my own energies and I'm invite them that you're

open for a conversation that you're open to speak with them if this is necessary

and that you're not going to walk around them ignore them being angry or whatever

the energies are open and not clear and are soft so they can

move it at themselves and a funny thing what's going to happen is this slowly

maybe you feel that they want to speak to you maybe that you feel that they

want to say something don't interact with it they have to do it themselves

because when you're going to force it it can be that they pull up the wall again

and the tensions can be coming again so don't force it just be present be open

and let them come in the time it's right for them if they are the one with having

some troubles with it and if you are the one who feels that you want to make

something right or whatever what you have done you can step in when their

energies are open for you to talk again but i really suggest to don't rush make

your own energies clear and to slowly move into this process and i can tell

you when energies are free again the wall is set down you are free to do

whatever you would like to do and there's no one or nothing bothering you

anymore about this person about this wall whatever you were moving wanting to
