On today's video we're gonna show you the difference between the Simple Present and the Present Continuous.
We use the Simple Present to talk about routines, habits.
Hi, Cris. What do you do every Monday morning?
I go to the gym.
I see.
We also use the Simple Present to talk about universal truths.
Cris, when does water boil?
When it gets to 100 degrees Celsius.
We also use the Simple Present to talk about things that we don't expect to change.
Cris, where do you live?
I live in São Paulo, Brazil.
And where do you work?
I work from home. I have a YouTube channel.
Nice.
We use the Simple Present with every day, every week, every month, every year.
For example, I go to the dentist every year.
And also we use the Simple Present with adverbs of frequency, like
always, often, usually, rarely, never
For example,
I never go to bed before 10 PM.
Now let's talk about the Present Continuous.
We use the Present Continuous to talk
about an action that is happening now.
Hi, Ana, can you talk?
I'm sorry, Cris, I can't talk to you now.
I'm shooting a YouTube video.
Oh sorry, I'll call you later.
OK, bye!
We use the Present Continuous to talk about an action
that is different from the routine.
Hi, Cris. What do you usually do on Mondays?
I usually go to the gym, but today I'm going shopping.
Cool!
We also use the Present Continuous to talk about an action
that is happening in a very near future.
Hi, Ana, what are you doing after we finish shooting the video?
I'm going out with my friends. Do you wanna come?
Sure! Great!
We use the Present Continuous with today, this morning, this afternoon, tonight
now, right now and at this moment.
For example, We are teaching you how to use the Present Continuous right now.
But pay attention!
There are some verbs that we don't usually use in continuous tenses.
What are they?
Verbs that express thought and ideas, like
think, believe
mean, understand, remember
and agree.
Ah, so know is a verb too that you don't use with -ing
I know!
And verbs that express feelings.
Love, like, hate, want and prefer
So even if you say "right now"
you still have to use the Simple Present

Because you cannot say
*I am understanding

Hi, I am Jegan. In my last video I showed how to grow palak. Compost is essential to grow plants. So, in this video will show you how to prepare it easily at home.
Just buy a simple plastic bucket like this, it needs to have top cover like this. U need to make multiple holes in the sides but not in top cover. This is a cheap solution!
See, we have made holes in all sides. Start by adding waste paper, then cut vegetable waste into small pieces and add. Cutting it small will help decompose faster.
Then add already made compost a bit and add little planting soil. Don't forget to add some buttermilk and close it!Keep adding vegetable waste every day to get your compost in few weeks. All the best and bye!

I'm going to show you a simple and easy way
to brainstorm your online course.

One of the tools that I like to use is called realtimeboard.com
It is a great tool
for organizing your thoughts and spreading things around.
This can be used by yourself.
Or you can actually share it and do it as a team.
Now for demonstration purposes, I decided to go with a meditation class.
I've been meditating all my life
so this one was pretty easy to figure out.
The first thing I do is I put up a tag on the left hand side.
Which is, where the person is beginning.
This is the person you are targeting. The person you're reaching out to.
And the person in this one is person new to meditation.
At the opposite end on the left,
is the results that you want them to get from taking this course.
This would be the benefits of attending your course.
And I want them to be able to meditate with ease.
Now as you can see here,
I have 4 rows and I have 6 columns.
These six columns are the modules.
And 6 is pretty common. You can make it 4 for a short course.
Or you can make it 8 for a longer course.
It just depends on what you're wanting to do.
I put text here at the top because pretty much every module is going to have text.
Then underneath that I put video,
audio and PDF.
These are the four essential elements that will be in a course.
Now for the first one I put intro.
Because I want to do an introduction and an overview of what the course is going to be about.
Explain the benefits
and what they're going to learn in the course.
Besides to text, I thought doing a short video would be a great idea for the intro.
In the second module,
I decided with the topic preparing your space.
Now, I've got the text here that's going to talk about how to prepare your space,
and instead of using a video or audio,
I'm going to include a PDF list
of items and things they need to prepare their space.
In module number 3,
I titled this one start simple.
And it's just the basics of getting started.
I decided to go with a video in that one.
And not an audio or a PDF.
In module number 4,
I picked different types of meditation.
There are so many different types out there that I decided
to go with a video talking about the different types of meditation.
I decided to go with a PDF to list several different types of meditation.
But because one of the types of meditation is a guided meditation,
I decided to also include an audio in that.
So including an audio guided meditation
for them to try out in this one.
In module number 5 here,
I have integrating meditation into your everyday life.
I decided to go ahead and go with a video with that one.
Explaining how to integrate
meditation into your everyday life.
And then module 6 here, I have review.
This is just kind of going back over what they have learned.
Also in the sixth and last module,
you may want to include a call to action if you have an advanced course that you're wanting them to followup with.
This would be a great place
if you want to sell an add-on, like maybe you
recorded a whole bunch of guided meditations,
and you want to offer to sell the audios of those to them.
This would also be a great place, If you have a
shop that sells items that they could use when they're meditating.
Maybe yoga mat.
Maybe a diffuser.
Something that would go along with their meditate. This would be a great place to add on those ecommerce items.
So this is a basic layout and structure.
Once you figure out what you want to talk about,
figure out your starting point, your ending point,
And then just go through how to get from your starting to your ending,
in the simple steps.
And whatever those steps are become the modules.
And then you can write out the text for those.
And after you write out the text you can make any videos,
audios and PDFs that you need to go with each module.
And now you have a plan
on how to get started on making your content.

Simple Treatments for Vaginal Infections
Lots of women suffer from frequent vaginal infections and all the unpleasantness that accompanies them, including itching, burning, irritation, altered urination, and more.
These things affect not just their daily lives, but also intimate relationships.
In this article, we'll explain how you can help resolve this issue by following our guidelines.
We'll give you some simple, all natural remedies that you can make at home.
A pinch of baking soda.
When we have an infection it alters the pH of the vagina, making it more acidic than normal.
A good way to bring it back to normal is to apply a pinch of baking soda directly on the labia, which will help prevent the proliferation of harmful bacteria and fungi.
It's also good to know that in general, you don't need to wash your nether regions with conventional soaps or gels because they can also alter the pH.
Choose organic, natural soaps that are made with glycerin or coconut oil – or simply mix a little baking soda into some hot water.
Garlic treatment.
Garlic is the best remedy for fighting fungi and parasites, something we've discussed in other articles.
And while you can increase your defenses against disease by consuming garlic, there's another, more direct way to combat vaginal infections.
Prick a clove of raw, peeled garlic with a fork or a toothpick to draw out its nutrients.
Then insert the clove directly into the vagina.
You can wrap the clove in sterile gauze that will also absorb the oil, and allow the tip of the gauze to protrude slightly for easy removal.
This treatment is best done at night before going to bed, for three nights in a row.
Vaginal rinses.
Vaginal rinses are performed with the help of a bulb or syringe made of silicone, similar to those used for intestinal enemas.
The liquid is drawn up into the bulb and the other end is inserted into the vagina, so that by squeezing the bulb the liquid flows inside.
Hold it in for a few minutes, and then expel it into the toilet.
Vaginal rinses should always be warm or at room temperature.
What can you use in a rinse?.
Thyme: Thyme is a medicinal plant that's used to fight all kinds of infections, because its antiseptic properties help to disinfect any part of the body without altering the pH.
Make a fairly concentrated infusion.
Yogurt and salt water: A combination of these two makes an excellent natural medicine.
The former helps promote healthy vaginal flora, while salt water restores the body's pH and adds minerals.
Make a mix of 50% plain yogurt and 50% salt water, ensuring that it's well blended.
Unpasteurized apple cider vinegar: Vinegar has also been used as an ancient remedy for women, thanks to its low price and ready availability.
It not only helps fight pathogens but also promotes healthy vaginal flora.
Still, always choose fermented "live", unpasteurized vinegar, which today are not so easy to find.
Mix two tablespoons of vinegar per quart of water.
Supplement bacterial flora (Lactobacillus), which are usually taken orally.
But you can empty the capsules into some water and use that as a rinse.
This is a much more direct tactic.
Other tips.
As always, if you want to solve a health problem naturally you'll attack it from different angles: taking care of your diet, avoiding back habits, and following a clear treatment regimen – medically supervised, if needed.
For vaginal infections it's especially important to eliminate refined sugars and flours from your diet.
Additionally, taking evening primrose oil and borage in capsule form will provide omega-6 and have a positive effect.
