News on Youtube Aug 3 2018

Hey, there. Michael Church with CrawlSpace Ninja.

I got Brian here from Aprilaire again.

He's sitting down with me.

Today, we're going to be talking about how humidity affects temperature, and also, how

much does it cost to run a dehumidifier, so stay tuned.

Okay, Brian, first of all, I want to say I like your, I don't know if that's on camera,

but that's a wonderful Crawl Space Ninja mug, and you know, we're going to let you take

that with you.

Uh oh.

He needs to be dehumidified.

He's got some water on his shirt.

Anyway.

Let's get into our subject.

We're going to talk about, you know, I read on your website, and it's a great website,

by the way.

Aprilaire.com. Is that right?

Yep. Aprilaire.com.

Now, of course, you can't purchase from the website.

That's correct.

You will be sent to dealers or distributors in their area, but why would you want to purchase

anywhere but CrawlSpaceNinja.com?

I have no idea.

But anyway.

We want to talk about a little bit about how the humidity affects how I feel.

Sure.

Okay?

And not emotionally how I feel, but temperature-wise how I feel.

So can you share that with us?

Absolutely.

When the humidity's in the air, we call that a latent load.

So that's, basically, latent means hidden.

That's the hidden part of what's going on inside of your house.

When you have moisture, it's a lot more uncomfortable.

The analogy I like to use is if you've ever been to Phoenix, Arizona, or Palm Springs

in California, you'll notice that it can be 100 degrees outside and you can be out on

the golf course or swimming and it's extremely comfortable because when you don't have that

extra moisture or humidity in the air, your body's very efficient at evaporating and cooling

yourself.

But when you add all that extra moisture and extra humidity, it becomes uncomfortable.

In essence, it feels like it's hotter and more miserable than it actually is.

That's a good point.

That's a good point.

I use the opposite from whenever it's cold here in Knoxville, it can be 30 degrees outside

or just under freezing, and then it feels super cold.

It's like what we call bone-chilling cold, but I had the pleasure to go out to Colorado

and stay a few days, and it was like negative 12 degrees and, don't get me wrong, it was

cold, but it didn't feel cold.

It was just amazing the temperature difference and how humidity affect, you know, a 20% relative

humidity in Colorado versus and 80% relative humidity here in Knoxville.

So that was a wonderful analogy.

You know, Michael, that's why you ever hear the weather guy on TV when they tell you,

"Hey, it's 80 degrees outside, but it feels like 88?"

That's why they tell you that.

That's the heat index.

It's the role the humidity plays on making it feel hotter than it actually is.

That's great.

I hope that helps.

The other thing we want to talk about is I get a question all the time.

Well, if I install the dehumidifier, how much is that going to cost me every month on my

utility bills?

Do you mind sharing with that a little bit?

Absolutely.

So, obviously, depending on your kilowatt-hour rate and your different jurisdictions, that

can change, but from what we found of a seasonal average is when a person runs a dehumidifier,

it's going to be about a $10 to $15 cost per month from what we've seen empirically for

a dehumidifier.

However, there's some benefits that now you can raise your thermostat up.

So let's say you had it at 68 degrees in the summer before your dehumidifier.

If you raise it up to, say, 74, it's a rule of thumb that for every degree that you raise

your temperature, it's a 1% savings on your energy bill.

So that's a 6% savings monthly that will offset that $10 to $15.

So again, having a dehumidifier and having that comfort and healthy area, now, is not

really going to cost you that much money month over month.

That's right.

And $10 to $15 a month versus having a mold problem inside your house is also-

Pretty expensive.

... a great benefit.

So we obviously don't want because a lot of people forget ... The only reason why we fix

crawl spaces, ultimately, is because of structural issues or to protect the home from structural

issues or to protect indoor air quality inside of the home since 50% of the air in the crawl space

makes its way into the living space.

So if you can control humidity down there and create a better indoor air quality environment,

there's hidden benefits there that could save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars every

year.

The other thing that I'd like to ask you about is, you know, is it also true that the AC

runs more efficient when the house humidity is lower?

Is that also correct?

Absolutely because before we were talking about the latent versus sensible loads.

Again, sensible is the straight temperature.

That's the temperature of dry air.

Latent is what happens when you have that humidity in there.

It's much more difficult for an HVAC system to cool because, guys, first it has to remove

that moisture from the air and then the temperature is brought down.

Whereas when you have a drier air going into the HVAC system, it's much easier and takes

less energy to just reduce that temperature.

That's right.

So that's another energy savings benefit.

That's correct.

Of course, the Aprilaire 1820, 1830, and 1850, which we offer on the DIY page, they're all

Energy Star rated, so they're running at maximum efficiency already.

Is that correct?

Yes.

The 1820 and 1830 are Energy Star rated.

The 1850 is not.

Oh.

Well, there you go.

I didn't know that.

However, again, we always talk about the energy factor.

It's still designed to optimize and run efficiently, so we always like to compare it to the Energy

Star portable that you might see at your big box store.

From the research and data we've gathered, you're going to save about $189 if you're

running our dehumidifiers when you compare it to your typical portable because it's going

to run optimized.

It's going to run longer cycles, and it's not going to have nearly the number of hard

compressor starts that you would get from a big box store dehumidifier.

That's great.

So you're still going to get that energy savings that you're looking for.

That's great.

Is that research you're talking about on your website Aprilaire.com?

You can find it in all of our literature, which again, you can find that on Aprilaire.com

as well.

Well, we'll put a link to that down below so that way you got access to that.

Goes straight to the Aprilaire website or maybe I'll even write a blog and kind of get that information

and put it on Crawl Space Ninja.

Anyway, really appreciate you coming, Brian, and it's been a pleasure talking to you.

I hope you liked this video.

We're going to put some links down below to all these topics.

We've already done a couple of other videos about the different remotes and the comparisons

between the three Aprilaire models that we offer on the DIY page.

We're going to put those links down below as well.

My name is Michael Church with Brian Canfield from Aprilaire.

We hope you make it a happy and blessed day and thanks for watching.

We'll see you later.

How Much VOCABULARY You Need To Be FLUENT in English? - Duration: 9:28.

watch this video and learn how much grammar and vocabulary you need to learn

in order to become a fluent speaker

hey friends teacher Prix here to help you talk to

anyone anywhere anytime in English hey thanks for joining me on another video

and if it's your first time here thank you so much I hope you enjoy this

lesson I hope I can help you become a better English speaker

you know I have an email list and in this email list I send weekly emails

with English tips and suggestions and ideas I share my experiences in other

countries everything connected to English and many of you guys send me

emails with your questions and your feedback so if you want to become part

of this very exclusive mail list click in the link in the descriptions and sign

up for my newsletter it's free and on top of that you're gonna get a free

ebook so check it out and become part of this exclusive email list where I share

very exclusive tips with you but you know one of you guys asked me this

question teacher Prix how much grammar and

vocabulary do I need to learn in order to become a fluent speaker hmm what do

you think and that's why I decided to make this video because the truth is

that many of you guys have this question how much grammar do I need to learn and

how much vocabulary do I need to learn today if you go to a book shop well you

don't even need to go to a book shop today if you go online on Amazon or many

other websites you will find hundreds of books today on Facebook communities I'm

always checking English pages and communities and there are so many

questions from you guys of what's the best English book what's the best course

book by the way I have some articles about that on my blog so check it out

but it's interesting because you guys are always trying to quantify how much

vocabulary you need how much grammar you need and the truth is that the more you

focus on how much you need to learn, the harder it gets and the further the

more distant the further you get from English fluency because the point is not

how much the point is how you're going to use them if you follow my videos if

you follow my channel you know that I am always talking about context in

conversations context in everything you learn and there is a reason why I'm

always repeating this over and over and over because if you focus on quantity on

how much vocabulary you know you may not be a good English speaker and why do I

say that well I have many students who have very good grammar I give them

exercises and they get all the answers correct they do their homework and it's

perfect but when they are going to speak it's not why because it doesn't matter

how much grammar you know it doesn't matter how much vocabulary you know when

you are speaking you may not be able to use that why because the way you

study grammar and vocabulary and the way you speak are disconnected and that's

why you are not feeling that all the grammar you know and all the vocabulary

you know are being used efficiently so when I'm when I'm talking to my students

when I'm talking to my clients I don't like them to focus on how many new words

they learn on how many grammar lessons they study because that's not gonna be

helpful as a matter of fact you need very basic grammar to become a good

communicator to become a fluent communicator in my opinion fluency is

being able to talk about many different kinds of subjects being a flexible

speaker that has a reasonable amount of vocabulary and this reasonable amount of

vocabulary is enough to help you communicate in different kinds of

contexts in different kinds of situations that's why knowing how much

doesn't matter now what do you need to focus on what are you learning this

grammar for oh, Priscila, that's obvious I'm learning because I want to become a

better speaker wrong why are you learning this grammar point

why are you learning this vocabulary point because someone told you it was

important because you believe it is important see that's where you need to

fix that's where you need to reanalyze and make sure to understand that the

main reason why you should learn it you shouldn't learn something just because

it's important you should learn something because you're gonna use it

okay of course Priscilla I know I'm gonna use

it hmm I got a question for you what are you going to use it for Priscilla to

speak in conversations everyday conversations see the more general you

are the more difficult it is for your brain to understand that subject is

important so what do you need to do what conversations can I use this for in what

conversations can I use this grammar point in what conversations can I use

this vocabulary point that's why context is so important if

you watch my videos you see that I'm always giving you some conversation

subjects weekend, talking to the doctor checking in at the airport going through

customs and security let's see what else talking about your daily routine likes

and dislikes about food about personality why there's a purpose I am

preparing you to use those grammar points to use those vocabulary lessons

in contextualized conversation because it's easier for your brain to make

associations and remember those words and remember those grammar lesson

because if you just open a grammar book and start studying that's it they're

just words you're not giving them meaning you're not giving them

importance all right so you don't need much as I said you don't need much

grammar to become a fluent speaker the ugly truth is that many times many

students many English learners do not master basic grammar points such a

simple present simple past future if you don't know these three guys you can't

talk it would be difficult for you to communicate if you don't master them

what I always tell my students is lack of practice if you're making continuous

mistakes in such grammar points like present past and future it's because

you're not practicing enough and the only way to improve that is by

practicing and you don't need to only practice by speaking you can practice by

writing by reading by listening by watching by interacting with that

grammar point not only sitting down and doing exercises or speaking to someone

there are other ways to become a better communicator a better English speaker

and it's not just speaking especially if you are studying alone instead of trying

to understand how much vocabulary or how much grammar you need focus on what

conversations do I want to master I want to be able to talk about DNA I want to

be able to talk about genetics or I want to be able to talk about sports cars I

want to be able to talk about my job I want to be able to talk about nature and

flowers and biology so what exactly do you want to talk about and that's a good

way to start to help you improve your vocabulary and believe me when you do

that you don't improve only at the subject you want to improve but so many

other aspects of the language improve as well because you are focusing you are

being strategic about how and what you study but more importantly your brain

has a reason has a why why you should learn what you're learning not just

because it's important or because someone told you so but because you want

to use this for some very specific conversation subject I hope you enjoyed

this video make sure to sign up for my newsletter ok and download my ebook

thank you so much and I'll see you next time bye

broadcasts and many of you have been coming back off and I appreciate all the

emails you showing your appreciation you know we talked a lot more than just

workouts we talked a lot more about nutrition we talked a lot more about the

mindset that goes along with the bodybuilding and training lifestyle so

it's a workouts for older men and a whole lot more and I just won't let you

know I know that a lot of very smart very smart very driven ambitious younger

men I hit they're not a little bit older

with the same passion and concerns and interest you are smart enough to learn

from this old dog guy who's a little bit older got knocked down quite a few times

in life and got back up my you want to learn from my failures my successes and

everything in between my wins my losses my wisdom I know you guys are here too

and I welcome you I wish I had like me who I would do these live

broadcasts when I was going through the journey of life that I could just pick

up my phone pick up my my tablet and he had a mutual interest with me that I

could do this too so you are very smart I am so glad you are here

so again continue to post your questions or comments you can certainly got a

message for I want to talk about your muscle gains especially if your man

who's a little bit older with a busy productive life I want to talk about

that it's really important that you know that you're winning the game when you're

winning in your frustration confusion and overall them just because you don't

know necessarily how this works even though you're smart you're successful in

other areas of life so we want to talk about muscle gain expectations in this

video now I'm going to do another set here while more driven ambitious men

come on to this broadcast I'm gonna talk about muscle gains also got an offer for

you to reach out for me so many men have wanted some personal attention I've got

so many ways for you to win so many ways for you to take our relationship to the

next level alright

Oh

all right I love that exercise for rear delts rear delts is a very challenging

muscle group to hit you notice that when I'm doing those dumbbell real or

dumbbell rear lateral raises I'm trying to just hit that very small muscle you

notice that your muscle development for your shoulders should be just as round

on the front as the back and if you really look around a lot of us sometimes

the miss that it's a very small muscle and it's challenging to hit all right

when I do those one thing in my head is I'm visualizing my arms being way up

here as I do it so I hit that rear delt but even when that I'm trying

to put my my arms as forward as possible they can't help but go back and that's

with me concentrating so much to put them forward so you got to make sure you

overcompensate in your head because if you don't you'll be doing this and it

becomes more of a back exercise that's why it's a very challenging muscle to

hit you notice - I use weight and I'm not afraid to use a little momentum

right as the form because wait to hit it right really concentrating on that

mind-muscle connection at very small muscles they're very challenging muscle

to hit the the dumbbell rear lateral raises is a challenging exercise but

when you hit it it's the best thing for shoulder of government tell you one

thing - lifting weights free weights is a skill just like everything else and

what I do sometimes to hedge my bed and I encourage you especially if maybe

you're a little bit older busy productive life now is the time maybe

the first time you've been training machine man it keeps you up there you

know with that rear delt hitting that muscle it's easier to control

- so I know that a lot of us and we know that hey we hear that free weights are

the thing but free weights takes a lot of skill set sometimes we just got to

worry about results and machines are great too right so try

that rear delt machine maybe had your bet while you're getting your skill set

for these dumbbell rear lateral races all right guys so I've got a message for

you I talked to so many men especially over these last three months you know

I've had some videos over on my youtube channel that have really got a lot of

views and every day they've introduced me to a whole new audience you know what

I've been doing this for 30 years I was having my first internet website 20

years ago a lot of you guys have been following me for 20 years and now we're

at this stage life but it brought me to a whole new group of men a little bit

older who want this information getting it from a trusted source someone who's a

little bit older like they are rather than the younger fitness experts hands

yeah so those videos have introduced me a whole new crowd and they have no idea

who I am or what I've done and that's okay with me because it's not about me

in this stage of my career it's all about you my efforts ago how can I be

that example but how can I come to you so I talked so many many men and one

thing that I've I've come to realize is what they expect as far as muscle gains

all right and I was talking as a very determined very accomplished a smart man

great family great business right knee now for the last couple years he's been

focusing on his fitness right so we're talking a very smart ambitious man all

right and so I was talking he came to me for 12 weeks of coaching and it's

getting so many gains and down actually it's Silvan right yeah if you

look down below on my facebook page you'll see his testimonial and you can

just see his energy he's a great guy a smart guy and I was talking to him and I

and it goes Walt Lee like ah what do you expect cuz he wants to build muscle

right and you know I'm not a type of guy to the limit you just because you're

older you can't lose muscle your testosterone levels are so low you know

I'm not that way it's all about the journey so but all about feeling control

it's about being your best right but I asked him I said well you know let's

just think about a one-pound steak you know that's all

muscle right lean beef how many of those do you think you can put on over the

course of the year right let me just tell us what he expected it's just not

gonna happen and I share it with him I said look in 1999 or my first contest

it was after thirteen months of training you know I did very well I won that show

and at 511 I weigh 200 pounds rip conditioned won the show won the overall

in my first show 15 years of straight competing doing the multiple shows

winning multiple national championships really putting myself to the test right

living it making it my career writing about thinking about it all the time my

sole source of passion a career and everything went into it

and when I won my sixth national championship 15 straight years later I

waited 205 pounds now the quality was a lot better probably lean muscle I was

leaner so it's not a direct comparison but the truth of the matter is and all

that time with all that effort in 15 years I didn't gain that much muscle

right it's all about quality muscles so when you're a little bit older with a

busy productive life you know you got over that all that overload that muscle

you got a rest recover you know but it's been weighing sometimes it's that

quality muscle that it's gonna give you that appearance of looking bigger and

you got to understand that because many times you're winning the game you're

training you're eating right you're loving the journey but your expectations

okay of gaining 10 pounds of muscle in a year when you're a little bit older of

quality muscle right not just eating and waiting ten more pounds on the scale

right listen if you've been with me long enough you know I'm not the type of guy

who limits you I mean hey as much as your imagination you want to go for but

at the same time if you think you're gonna gain ten pounds a rock solid

muscle in that short period of time and you're doing great it's just not

into your expectations and you're frustrated you're overwhelmed you think

you're doing something wrong you're changing routine after routine well

that's just not understanding how it works just remember 1991 in my first

contest I weigh 205 pounds 15 years later one in my six national

championship I weighed 205 pounds all right so

hopefully that is helpful hey guys a lot of guys would come to me that and they

want they're interested in my coaching they want me to help them with the 8020

rule prioritize things they're successful in

business they're successful and their personal life their family and they

don't want they're a little bit older they don't want the next 10 years to try

to master this and figure this stuff out and they're going all over the YouTube

and Facebook and getting all the different information from all the

different sources a lot of younger sources and they're confused in their

overwhelm that come to me and with my experience and not just what I've done

Fox News Tried To Attack Medicare For All, Instead Showed How Much People Love It - Duration: 3:56.

Right-wingers are doing absolutely everything possible to try to discredit the growing push

for a Medicare for all type healthcare system here in the United States.

We all know that earlier this week the Koch brothers, a group that they fund, put out

a study that showed that, wow, this thing was going to have a 32.6 trillion dollar price

tag over the next 10 years.

And the same study admitted that that's actually two trillion dollars less than what we already

pay now as a country.

So, their own study showed that this would save us money.

So, knowing that and everybody jumped on that, the Koch brothers looked ridiculous.

Bernie Sanders actually thanked them for putting it out and showing that it saved us money.

Fox News tried to get people back on the side of Medicare for all is evil, so they put out

a poll on Twitter, in which they got more than 32,000 people to respond.

Here is what the question says, "Bernie Sanders' Medicare for all bill, estimated to cost 32.6

trillion, new study says.

Would the benefits outweigh the costs?"

73% of the more than 32,000 people who responded to this said yes, the benefits outweigh the

costs.

So Fox News, trying to discredit this and put out that already discredited information,

got 73%, nearly three quarters of their respondents to say, "Yeah, that's actually worth it, we

would be willing to do that."

So even Fox News can't help but make the case that Medicare for all is not only what the

people want, but they don't even care about the price tag, when you don't include the

fact that it's actually going to save us money and be cheaper in the long run.

They just want it.

This is a program that they support regardless of the cost, and at this point again, we know

that we will end up saving money.

Republicans and Democrats actually support this kind of plan.

And this isn't to say that everybody's going to have federally mandated government health

insurance.

Medicare is an optional program if you want to do it.

The only people who could suffer under such a plan would be insurance company executives,

and of course Big Pharma executives, because part of the thing with this would be that

drug companies would have to lower their prices here in the United States.

If you wanted to have a private plan with Blue Cross or Aetna or Cigna or whoever, you

could still go and buy that plan.

No problem with that.

But, if you wanted the cheaper option, the federal government option, the Medicare for

all, you could also do that.

This is all about expanding choice in this country, the exact opposite of communism or

socialism, like Republicans are trying to scare us with, and most people know that on

both sides of the aisle.

Progressive policies like a Medicare for all type plan are hugely popular when you do not

associate them with any political party.

They're popular among Republicans, they're popular among Democrats, and that's what's

happened with Medicare for all.

Since the Democrats refused to jump on it when Bernie was pushing it, it has become

disassociated from the Democratic Party, and now it's just a plan that most people want

regardless of party affiliation.

It's going to save us money and, so far, every single time that these Republican pundits,

networks, and think tanks have tried to debunk it and tell us how horrible it is, they have

ended up telling us that this is almost at this point, inevitable for this country because

it's what the people want.

How to smile without looking like a creep - Duration: 2:50.

How much of your teeth should you show when you smile?

How wide should your grin be, and what if it's crooked?

Using a variety of computer-animated faces, researchers from the University of Minnesota

have done their best to isolate the traits of a winning smile.

It's no laughing matter.

For people with paralysis or other medical conditions, being physically unable to smile

can cause communication problems, anxiety, and depression.

This study could help doctors who perform facial reanimation surgery and rehabilitation—

understanding the characteristics of a great smile will help us to make sure

a grin doesn't look like a grimace.

The researchers had an artist create 27 different smiles on a computer-animated face,

varying the smile's angle, width, toothiness, and degree of crookedness on each face.

802 people at the Minnesota State Fair then rated each one based on

its effectiveness, genuineness, pleasantness, and the emotion expressed.

One quick note!

Facial reconstruction techniques are pretty limited when it comes to restoring movement

around the eyes.

To acknowledge that, the scientists never changed or crinkled the model's eyes,

even as its smile got bigger.

So if you have full control of your facial muscles, your giant grin is probably still charming.

Ok, here's what the researchers found:

Bigger isn't always better.

Smiles with a low to medium width tended to get better ratings.

Big smiles were rated worst when combined with a high angle (or upturn) and a lot of teeth.

In fact, smiles with a medium upturn tended to be more popular in general.

More V-shaped smiles creeped people out.

But how much of your teeth should you show?

Just a little, or maybe none at all.

Open-mouth smiles can easily be mistaken for a sign of fear or contempt—

the two lowest rated smiles were both pretty toothy.

And don't be afraid of a little asymmetry.

A slight crookedness is actually better than none—it probably makes people feel like

the smile is more genuine.

But if the left and right sides of the mouth weren't synced within 125 milliseconds,

people started to get weirded out.

Say cheese.

How much water should you drink according to your weight? - Duration: 6:24.

How much water should you drink according to your weight?

The water needs of each person vary depending on the body, although in general terms it is recognized that an adult needs about 2 liters (64 ounces) of water a day to stay hydrated, due to the fluid that is eliminated during metabolism.

About 60% of our body is made up of water and for it to function properly you need to keep this proportion in balance.

It is true that water can help us lose weight and it is necessary to keep us hydrated and alive.

However, some people make the mistake of consuming more water than their body needs to perform its functions, without knowing that in reality they may be putting their health at risk instead of doing something good for the body.

That is why today we want to give you some interesting information so you can learn to consume the correct amount of water according to your weight.

Drink water according to your weight.

Although very few people take it into account, in reality the body weight of each person has much to do with the amount of water to be consumed daily.

For example, a thin person does not need as much water as a person who is heavy.

However, because everyone has a different body weight, there is a formula available that can be quite useful.

To find out the exact amount of water you should consume according to your body weight, you need to take the value of your body weight in pounds and divide it in two.

The result of this mathematical operation is equal to the number of ounces of water your body needs daily.

For example: take a person weighing 116 pounds (52 kg) and divide the weight into 2 parts; as a result you have 58 ounces (26 kg), that in other quantities is about 5 cups a day.

Formula to remember: (Body weight in pounds) / (2) = Amount of daily water in ounces.

Special situations.

If you participate in any kind of sports or vigorous exercise, it is recommended that you consume an additional liter (32 ounces) of water per hour of exercise.

If your diet does not include plenty of fruits and vegetables, it is advisable to consume at least 2 liters (64 ounces) of water a day.

Sufficient hydration is essential if we suffer from a certain illness or low defenses.

In this case it is also advisable to drink more water than normal.

Recommendations to drink the needed amount of water each day.

After learning the simple formula to determine how much water we need per day, the idea is to start consuming this amount of water in order to stay hydrated and to lose weight.

Since many people forget to drink enough water or just find it difficult to do so, below we will give additional tips to help you meet the daily goal.

A good idea is to drink a glass of water before each meal, because in this way it will be harder to forget this good habit and it will also contribute to better metabolism of the food.

Another option you can adopt into your routine is to drink a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach and another just before bed.

However, it is advisable that you supplement with more water during the day to achieve the recommended amount of water.

If your objection is that water does not taste like anything, a good way to take advantage of its benefits it is to prepare naturally flavored water, but with no added sugar.

You can make them with fruit, herbs or tea, among other things.

If you easily forget that you must drink a certain amount of water during the day, make a kind of schedule with boxes for each day and mark the boxes every time you drink a glass of water.

How to know if you have drunk enough water?.

The best way to know if we are dehydrated or properly hydrated is through the urine.

For this it is important to consider how often we go to the bathroom and the color it has.

For example, if your urine is light yellow, it indicates that you are properly hydrated.

Meanwhile, a dark yellow urine and a strong smell can tell us we need to drink more water.

If you notice dry skin and lips, you feel fatigued and fail to focus during daily activities; it is also advisable to increase your water consumption, as these are clear signs of dehydration.
