On the Hotel Setup screen, enter your license ID.

Click Next.

Tick MySQL database host.

Then hit the Next button.

Enter your MySQL admin account and password.

Then click Next.

On the Database Configuration page, fill in all the details required.

Then hit the Next button.

Then fill in the details on the Website Configuration page.

Please make sure to enter the hotel's check in and check out time.

Then click the Next button.

You will find the OTA Hotel Management Setup Wizard next.

Click the Finish button.

On the Login page, enter your username and password.

How to Setup Global Discount in e-Bridge Cloud - OTA Hotel 3.5 - Duration: 1:16.

Click Admin.

Click Room Rates on the left.

Click the Discounts tab.

You will find "Global Discount - Apply to all rates" reminder.

Click Add New Discount then hit the Edit button.

On the Discount Edit page, enter the discount details.

On the Period of Discount section, click the start and end dates on the calendar.

Choose the day(s) of the week when it is applicable.

If Promo Code is chosen, drop down screen will show that criteria cannot be used on OTA rates. Click OK

If Min Advance Purchase is chosen, drop down screen will show that criteria cannot be used on OTA rates. Click OK

Enter the remaining details.

If Max Advance Purchase is chosen, drop down screen will show that criteria cannot be used on OTA rates. Click OK

Enter the remaining details.

Add Back Out Dates if applicable.

Click the Add button.

Tick Active and hit the Save button.

Click OK on the drop down "Save?" screen.

On the Discounts tab, highlight the global discount you have created.

Click Edit.

On this page you will find the details of the local discount you have created.

Click the Cancel button.

Highlight the Global Discount and hit the Delete button to delete it.

Click OK on the "Delete?" drop down screen.
