I am a sad cat because I can't get my food.

Oh woe is me.

You can see it in my eyes

I have no food. Nobody loves me

Nobody feeds me. I have resorted to eating wrappers because I am such a sad, sad...

...weasel...

...thing... cat...

...thing.

Look at my tragic tale of... eating things.

I strive for the day, when I will finally eat...

...real food.

Though I know, in my heart, that that day will never come.

Wh-wh-what the hell am I doing...

...oh god...

I am absolutely destroying that wrapper.

Oh but no- but no matter, as you can see, I have, I have no food...

...and I, oh, and I am sad.

...truly a saddening st- (story).

(licking continues, birds chirp)

You gaze deep into my... emotional eyes... you could see the sadness, inflicted by... the having of no food.

…my only friend, and companion...

...is the sole wrapper...

...he is my only friend... the only one who loves me.

Welcome... to the life of a cat.

...but wait...

What's this?

Oh yeah, I do have food... I'm just, I'm just a jerk.

Oh- I was given food just... ten minutes ago, but I just, don't like it very much...

...because there's some old food on the bottom of it...

You know, you understand me, right?

But the main point is... like, I have no food.

No- no, don't look in there... th- there's no food in there.

Th- There's no food, there's obviously no food.

...um...

So, totally no food that I can eat.

I... I, uh...

I don't- I don't know where this food came from. I-it's not mine. It's not for me, because, of course...

I am a cat who cannot eat anything.

Because... I have no food

What a sad, sad cat I am.

O-oh what's this?

Uh, f-food that I have just been bought and my owner had literally gone out to buy this?

It's late, too...

Uh, he- he went out to buy it.

No, no, no, I'm a sad cat with no food.

I am a sad cat with no food, as illustrated by the sad landscape of a happy place...

...but I am a sad cat for I have no food. Thi-this food is totally not mine. I have no idea where it comes from.

All this food is also like, totally not mine. I'm such a sad cat that I need to resort to eating...

...cat food wrappers...

uh... uck- um...

Yeah, I'm such a sad hungry cat.

A sad life, a cat's is... you can see the pain, in (from) the back of my head.

It- it's...

...really emotional...

I'm such a sad, sad cat, and that's, that's the end of my sad, sad story of being a cat.

With no food.

A-a-apart from the food that's right behind me. But, you know, being a cat with no food.

Tha-that-that's me. Sad, sad story.

STARRING:

The frest (best) friend and companion... the wrapper.

(LOUD) ALSO STARRING:

(LOUD) THE CAT. THE VERY SAD AND LONELY CAT, WHO HAS NO FOOD!!

(background laughter and coughing)

And of course, me! As the film- you can see my shadow here...

I am- I am the star of the show. I'm the narrator. I am also a hungry cat.

The one thing Prince Charles hates William and Harry doing in public - Duration: 4:02.

Prince William and brother Harry reportedly have a "strained" relationship with their father

Prince Charles is said to be enduring a "rocky" relationship with his sons, according to reports

Reports suggest the three "are very different people."  In fact, one source revealed to The Daily Beast: "They just don't get on

"  "It's as simple as that," the source added.  They rarely see each other outside of official business

"  The Mirror reports there's one thing in particular that the boys do that Charles disapproves of - public emoting

Apparently the Prince of Wales "hates" that his children have become popular with the public for discussing their feelings about the loss of their mother, Princess Diana

William and Harry opened up about their mother's death for a BBC documentary in 2017, marking 20 years since the tragic car accident which claimed her life

The interview was intended to help reduce stigma around mental illnesses.  Harry, 33, said about his initial reaction to being told, while at Balmoral, that his mother was dead: "Disbelief, refused to accept it

"  Prince William, 36, added: "I remember just feeling completely numb, disorientated, dizzy

"You feel very, very confused.  "And you keep asking yourself 'why me?' all the time 'why, what have I done? why, why has this happened to us?'

"  Charles did not feature in the documentary.   The 69-year-old had a difficult relationship with Diana, and is thought to have been having an affair with Camilla Parker Bowles throughout their engagement and marriage - with Diana once finding a bracelet he had commissioned as a secret gift for her

Diana and Charles divorced in 1996 after receiving a letter from the Queen advising them that was the best decision for everyone

As well as their "emoting", Charles is also thought to disapprove of the younger royals more laid back approach to royal tradition

The Daily Beast reports that William, Kate, Harry and Meghan all call staff at the palace by their first name, which he views as a rejection of his communication style

Writer Christopher Andersen has also suggested that Charles is unhappy with the amount of work William and Kate undertake

He said: "William is unhappy with Charles's camp for promulgating the notion that the Cambridges aren't pulling their weight

"In fairness, they have three young children and there is no reasonable way they can be expected to match the hundreds of tree-plantings, plaque-unveilings, ribbon-cuttings, hospital visits, and walkabouts Charles and Camilla perform each year

"   Despite these reports, Charles recently played a key role at the royal wedding in May, making a touching speech about his "darling" Harry

The boys have also publicly praised their father's behaviour after their mother's death

Harry said: "One of the hardest things for a parent to have to do is to tell your children that your other parent has died

"How you deal with that I don't know.  "But, you know, he was there for us.  "He was the one out of two left and he tried to do his best and to make sure that we were protected and looked after

"But, you know, he was going through the same grieving process as well."

We've been seeing a huge increase in

works is you take one medication every

Lesbian couple in Malaysia caned in public as punishment - Duration: 5:25.

The unnamed women, aged 22 and 32, were each caned six times in the Sharia High Court in the state of Terengganu as punishment for attempting to have sex in a car

The caning was witnessed by more than 100 people, according to local news outlet The Star, including family members and government officials

Homosexual activity is illegal under both secular and religious laws, however according to an official, this is the state's first conviction for same-sex relations and its first public caning, the BBC reports

The women were arrested in April after being discovered in a car by Islamic enforcement officers

They pleaded guilty to breaking Islamic laws last month and were sentenced to be caned and fined $1110

Human rights organisations condemned the sentencing as a setback for human rights and said it could worsen discrimination against people in Malaysia's LGBT community

Women's Aid Organisation said it was "appalled by this grave violation of human rights"

Amnesty International Malaysia said in a statement: "Caning is a form of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment and may amount to torture

"People should not live in fear because they are attracted to people of the same sex

The Malaysian authorities must immediately repeal repressive laws, outlaw torturous punishments and ratify the UN Convention Against Torture

"  Muslim Lawyers' Association deputy president Abdul Rahim Sinwan told AP that, unlike caning under civil laws, the punishment under Islamic laws isn't painful or harsh and was meant to educate the women so they will repent

The women, dressed in white headscarves and clothing, didn't cry or scream but "showed remorse," he said

"Repentance is the ultimate aim for their sin," he added. Malaysia follows a dual-track justice system

Nearly two-thirds of Malaysia's 31 million people are Muslims, who are governed by Islamic courts in family, marriage and personal issues

Malaysia is seen as a moderate and stable Muslim-majority country, but Islamic conservatism is on the rise

The caning occurred amid a climate of fear and discrimination against Malaysia's LGBT community

A few weeks ago, authorities removed the portraits of two LGBT rights activists from a public exhibition

Malaysia religious minister Mujahid Yusuf later said the government doesn't support the promotion of LGBT culture

A transgender woman was also beaten up by a group of people in a southern state this month

Public Protector to probe Cape passenger train woes - Duration: 2:46.

Public Protector to probe Cape passenger train woes

Public Protector to probe Cape passenger train woes.

The Public Protector has agreed to look into the "causes behind the myriad failures" of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa's (Prasa's) train service in the Western Cape.

Prasa has been plagued by chronic delays in the past three years‚ with arson attacks on trains and looting of infrastructure such as power cables steadily crippling the service's ability to operate.

In a letter to Western Cape chairperson for the standing committee on transport and public works Nceba Hinana‚ the public protector's executive manager for communications and stakeholder engagement‚ Oupa Segelwa‚ said a senior investigator would investigate Prasa and its management.

This was after Hinana wrote a letter requesting an urgent investigation by Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane into the failures by the rail agency and "mismanagement" by the transport ministry.

In the letter Hinana wrote that the train service had lost 41% of it's passengers since 2014 when it transported 608‚000 passengers a day.

Arson attacks on trains since 2015 have eroded Metrorail's stock to about 50 workable train sets and more than 150 coaches have been damaged by fire since then.

Incidentally‚ security cameras at stations where trains were burned have been out of operation since around the same time as the start of the arson attacks.

There have also been several trains set alight at Cape Town's main terminal in Central Station yet only one person has been convicted for starting a train fire.

Transport minister Blade Nzimande visited Cape Town last month where he said that the arson attacks on trains would become a focus area for Prasa.

He also said that the department was "not getting its money's worth" from the security companies contracted by Metrorail to safeguard infrastructure.

7-Year-Old Girl Survives After Being Found Unconscious in Public Pool During Labor Day Outing - Duration: 3:17.

A 7-year-old girl was found unconscious at the bottom of a crowded pool in Washington, D

C., on Monday, but she was rescued by park staff in a scene officials called "astounding

"  The girl, whose name has not been made public, was pulled from the pool unresponsive around 4 p

m. as families gathered in the water for a Labor Day celebration, a spokesman with the D

C.'s Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department tells PEOPLE.  Paramedics were called to the scene around 4:10 p

m., and arrived to find the girl unconscious and breathing.  "She was revived by pool staff

When we arrived, she was conscious and alert and doing great," the spokesman says

"Frankly, our paramedics were a bit astounded that she was in such wonderful conditions considering the circumstances in which she was found

"  The girl was taken to a local hospital. Authorities are working to determine the circumstances that led to the incident

Shawn Zeller, a witness who called 911, told the Washington Post that the pool was at full capacity when a man screamed and pulled the little girl from the water

He told the publication that, "She was completely lifeless. She had no control over her body

She was limp."  Zeller detailed the incident in a Facebook post Monday evening, writing that there should have been more than two life guards alongside the packed pool

"A bystander pulled a lifeless girl out of one of the shallowest sections of the pool

A lifeguard performed CPR and her lungs cleared. Her body jerked back to life," he wrote

"These public pools, which serve children and adults who cannot swim, need to be fully staffed

"  Officials with The D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation did not immediately respond to a request for comment from PEOPLE

Director Keith A. Anderson told the Post that the department's "top priority is to ensure that our guests are safe

"  Department officials said the pool was adequately staffed on the day of the incident and that lifeguards followed protocol in the incident, according to the Post

Anderson told the publication that the department will look into the "entire matter

"

Court interdict halts public protector probe into horseracing industry - Duration: 4:08.

Court interdict halts public protector probe into horseracing industry

Court interdict halts public protector probe into horseracing industry.

The Public Protector has postponed hearings into the horseracing industry in Gauteng indefinitely after one of the interested parties obtained a court interdict.

"Phumelela Gaming and Leisure (PTY) Limited‚ obtained an interdict from the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on Monday afternoon to have the hearings postponed until further notice‚" public protector spokesperson Oupa Segalwe said on Monday evening.

Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane said she had noted the court order.

"We have noted the court order.

What is important is that the investigation itself has not been interdicted.

Therefore normal investigative processes will continue.

This means we will still hear from witnesses but not out in the open as it would have been the case with the public hearings‚" she said.

Phumelela approached the high court in Pretoria on Friday to stop the hearings which would have started on Tuesday.

It would have formed part of an investigation into alleged maladministration and improper conduct relating to a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Gauteng Provincial Government and the Gauteng horseracing industry‚ concluded 21 years ago.

It led to the transfer of certain racecourses to Phumelela Gaming and Leisure.

"The MoU sought to re-organise and restructure the industry into a single corporate structure‚ reduce the involvement of the [provincial government] in the sport and make the sport economically viable‚" Segalwe said in an earlier statement.

"Following the conclusion of the MoU and the dissolution of the Horseracing Development Fund‚ Phumelela was formed and listed on the JSE." The office of the public protector received complaints about the industry in the province in 2012 and 2013.

Phindi Kema alleged that the conclusion of the MoU was improper and constituted maladministration because it did not follow a parliamentary consultation process.

She said this had led to a monopoly of the industry in favour of Phumelela and Gold Circle.

Kema alleged that‚ as a result‚ horseracing clubs in Gauteng and other provinces "handed over" racecourses to Phumelela for free‚ some of which were later sold for profit.

South African Grooms Association president Chophelikhaya Simoto alleged that during negotiations that to corporatise the industry‚ it was agreed that the Horseracing Development Fund would pay R17.5-million to Phumelela for the benefit of grooms.

He said Phumelela did not pay the money to the grooms.

Former Gauteng Gambling Board employee Hanif Manjoo alleged in 2013 that the provincial government "disregarded the legislative prescripts regulating the disposal of the government's assets" when it was transforming and corporatising the industry.
