If you want to have a great relationship with those around you, you have to work

on it. If you feel like your relationship with those around you is getting lesser

and lesser connection, this is what you can do. First, be intentional to schedule

the time and spend the time together. No matter who they are, no matter who they

are, maybe it's your parents, your sister your

brother, your uncle, your auntie, your colleagues or your friends. How long you

never sit down and really connect and really talk to the person that your long

time didn't connect to? maybe you are busy with your work, with your career and

with your family, until you didn't contact each other for a long long time.

That is the reason why you get to schedule the time and make it happen!

It's definitely will happen because you schedule the time. When you schedule

the time, you will start to call the person, set the time really sit down

and chat and really communicate. When it comes to communication, you have to

make sure that you listen to understand and then to respond.A lot of us tends to

listen to respond and miss out a lot of clues about how what is a real feelings

in the person. We have to use our eyes, our ears and our heart to see hear and

feel the real emotion of the person right in front of us. Especially the body

language, because the body language can leave us a lot of clues about what is

the real emotion of the person. Don't just scroll your phone when you talk to

the person. That is how that you can connect with the person more effectively.

We are living in a technology world. Right now we can literally use our

smartphone to connect with any person in the world no matter where you are. That

is the reason why you have to make full use of this technology to your benefit.

Pick up your phone and call the person! Who comes to your mind right now? Pick up

recently? I always believe a genuine concern can
