News on Youtube Nov 24 2018

Hey Pete! can you hear me?

I'm trying to use a new camera here. So bear with me I just saw your chair. I

Wonder why my oh you can hear me. Alright. So, how are you man? Good to see you in my show

Oh, that's good to hear man, I'm just trying to figure out

You know

I'm using my mobile phone right now to live telecast or

Broadcast and also make a video. So the video title is

How much is your

YouTube channel

worth

So that's the title that I've given this live show, so I'm glad that you came online

I was trying to I was actually getting ready to speak just like

just like that, but it's good that I have you so I've got some engagement so pizza you've been doing you two for how long

Because I've been watching your channel for like

Since February or March this year

Oh two years

Wow, that's pretty good. That's pretty good. You have a massive growth on your YouTube channel. So super cool man. Congratulations

So, uh, let me ask you something Pete. So how much do you think is your YouTube channel worth right now?

What do you think of your YouTube channels worth like in dollar as in currency or

As in pounds how many how much how much is it worth?

Like if you want to sell it right now to someone how much would you ask them to pay to you?

Well, just make a guess you

Like how much do you think it's worth or how much I think your channels monetize right now, so maybe

Maybe from that you can get an idea how much you're making monthly

Or maybe you know how much you would like to make monthly

online or making videos on YouTube so

Let's forget the reality I'm just you know, how much do you want to make online from your videos from YouTube?

Thirty pounds, you mean YouTube is paying you thirty pounds right now or you made thirty pounds a month right now

I

Think that you're talking about YouTube. I'm talking about the Pete yourself. How much would you like to get from YouTube making videos?

out of YouTube

$38

Yeah, that sounds about right I used to make $45 was monetize

On YouTube per month 45 years dollars. I

Mean the

Let me simplify it for you like

You have a cooking show. So you're giving up recipes your own recipes to people online on YouTube

Yeah, okay so

I

Mean everything has a value right Pete. So even if you're not doing it for the money

For the sake of this video and this life to a life telecast. We would like to you know, just imagine

Things like imagine about how much is my youtube channel would so, you know, let's just imagine

I mean you're you're making

cooking channels you're giving our recipes sometimes your own personal recipes and

it's it's like

Right now it's like charity and donation. I know but

In reality how much?

Do you think your value I mean, let's put it like this

What do you think is the value of your channel YouTube YouTube channel value?

Let's say how much is it worth?

Yeah, yeah, there's a website there but that's like the website is like it's just a bar, you know, it's just a computer

Let's call it to make you happy so

It'll give up some false. Well evaluations and values so for

Me my youtube channel Pete, I think

This is my word, you know zero dollars

Regnum not monetized. So I believe my channel is worth dollars

Just because I'm using my personal ID my personal gmail address. I can't actually transfer this channel to anybody else

But this is what I feel like my channels worth $0

Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's true no I'm talking about let's say you want to buy a car

You want to pay some money, right?

Let's say if it's even if the car is not running you would like to pay something for it, right?

Maybe $1

So like Steve Jobs, you know Steve Jobs the late Steve Jobs of Apple he used to

Take $1 from the Apple company every year as as his salary

Everything came from you know dividends from his shares on Apple, but his salary was $1 a year. I don't know how many people

Knows about that

Yeah, so

The thing is, it's good to give out donations Petey, you know, you feel better

But the problem is over here on YouTube YouTube

actually

Selling our videos as theirs, you know what I mean? I mean, I'm we are providing the content to them so

It's like giving them free content because YouTube is a website and each and every website needs to have content, right?

So YouTube is the only website user

like us, you know, we put in contents for the website and then YouTube just

You know

just

spreads around using their website around the world youtube.com

So they have this platform, you know, they made this platform

So I was just wondering, you know

Should it be like legal to do that. I mean we are giving them content and they're just you know

Getting it for free right now like I mean 30 dollars is that even that is for it's almost like free, you know

I'm talking about YouTube. I'm not talking about the user and I'm not talking about the viewers

I'm talking about the company YouTube. Yeah

So every time I do a live show

I like to talk about YouTube because that's the only time I can interact with other youtubers and

I can talk to other channel

creators and producers, you know YouTube creators channel creators, so

that's why I when I do live, I want to talk about YouTube only so I

Don't know it's like we're giving out free content to YouTube and YouTube is just using it, you know, oh

Yeah blockchain but right now, you know

Bitcoin isn't doing so so well either so that's another story another chapter about it. So

But I was wondering have you ever done this before?

Pete like have you given out?

free contents on the internet

let's say you write an article for a newspaper or a dot-com website and then you

Just give it to them like have you done that before?

let's say you you produce a 500 word article and then you give it up to the

To let's say New York Times com. Have you done that before?

Exactly. So it's like and then let's say you painted something

So as one of us is like a painter and he painted something or he painted something and a masterpiece or an artwork

Would you give it up for free to somebody?

Profit I don't think this is a profit this is like

It's like working in McDonald's, you know

You serve burgers and get a fair share of your hours like in America. It's like

$8 an hour. I don't know how much it is in London. Are you?

but

Yeah

Absolutely, absolutely, they exploit. This is like the best

Exploitation model ever out there. I've seen a lot of websites, but none of them has this facility to exploit

Creators, you know exploit video producers. Oh

You have they've been doing that a lot right now they've been doing it that a lot big channels

You know you're working on it and you're making a channel big better and and you're playing by the rules, you know

Most of the channels we're not playing by the rules, but some of them were really playing by

You know playing by the rules, but they never got

Anywhere it's like they lost everything

Yep, yep, so

Plus, but they have some

youtube

creators on the top

That is actually working for YouTube. You know, they're they've been hired by YouTube. We don't know that

but if you go to the deep web forums, you'll find out that a lot of top youtubers have been hired and are getting

You know some facilities from you to the company so

Oh, yeah, so you're saying like YouTube will not stick around is that what you're saying Pete like YouTube will not be here

forever

Yes

There's a possibility of that as well exactly

because I don't know if you remember there were other websites out there that

Were quite big one of them would be America Online, AOL

Those are a dozen websites, I used to use before Facebook came in

Yeah, yeah exactly exactly it's only been like

Maybe 13 12 or 13 years. That's it. That's it 12 or 13 years and

then you know what I'll be frank with you Pete right now in 2018 with the

policies and the changes and everything and the YouTube videos that they have a

censored or have deleted, you know

It's making YouTube a much boring place it's it's not as interesting as it was before I used to watch YouTube a lot before

Almost 3 to 4 hours, but nowadays. I don't watch it that much because the the videos that used to interest me is

No longer interesting me because it's it's all junk right now. It's like you know how fast food became so big

Million dollar companies, you know YouTube is something like that the YouTube videos most of the videos are like junk food, you know

the junk fast foods

I'm not sure but I'm not so sure about Google. Google is a it's like an entirely different ballgame

YouTube YouTube is a is actually

It didn't belong to Google YouTube was

Independent Google bought it for some I think it was five five billion dollars or something like that

Yeah, but not in the near future because Microsoft is still around Microsoft's still big and powerful

So Google has a yeah, it's something like Microsoft but

YouTube is more like Facebook and America online, you know, and yahoo.com remember yahoo.com

I don't use Yahoo anymore. I'm not sure if it's if you guys still use it in London are UK

So but Yahoo in America, you know in the last

Three four years. It has died down. I don't check my yahoo! Emails anymore. I don't I don't even know if they're active

So this is how valuable I feel on YouTube right now, you know, I feel like a zero

Yeah twitter is almost almost you're almost dead almost gone future is almost gone and Facebook a lot of people

have stopped using Facebook because of privacy issue and a lot of

Problems with it, you know, it's it's not heading towards the right direction. So yeah, Peter

YouTube is going to go to that direction as well and it looks like you know

they're gonna go there faster than anticipated before because

Users like us who used to rely on YouTube for our contents, you know, we don't we don't use it anymore

We don't feel like YouTube is

Is worth the time, you know?

Yeah, yeah viewers select personal connections, you know, it's all like personal connection so we're trying to help each other out

Oh, thank you for helping

You know support my channel computer channel. You've been an avid supporter

Pete since you have subscribed, so I really thank you for that

Big should have and have and tried that

So I've tried dailymotion and I've tried Vimeo. Oh, they're a nightmare. They have a very bad creator studio

So YouTube has a very good creator studio. So it's very easy to

You know use it whenever

Yeah, thank you for that so you know

Vimeo and dailymotion they don't they don't have the same technology as YouTube does so

YouTube has a you know, upper Hanan and we need when you're talking about the other platforms

Sadly YouTube has the upper hand. It's really bad for us

Yeah for now

And I've heard that in 2019. They're gonna change the policies again. They're gonna have new policies

Excuse me, and they're gonna put in

Subscription for the creative studio. So get ready to pay I think $9.99

US dollars per month or $15.99 depending on how you want to use the creator studio

Starting February. Oh

Yeah, yeah

You know, the creative studio is not gonna stay free anymore for us for for us creators, so we need to pay

so YouTube is thinking like, you know if you guys wanna

Broadcast yourself on the web side youtube.com. Then you need to actually

Pay for the service. They don't want to keep it free forever

So from mine, you know from zero I might go to

- $9.99 my math and my value might go to - $9.99, you know per month

That's how bad it is

Yet it's very addictive right you would agree with me Pete it's very very addictive

Like you can't stop making videos and you can't stop making posting videos online every week

You have to post any of you. Don't post it for one week. Then you feel like you're missing something

So

Uh you to block something I don't know Pete you were trying to send me something YouTube blocked it

Yeah, $9.99 you have to pay that

Fee in order to use the creative studio. I think it's gonna be implemented for March 2019. That's what they're saying. I

Think right now they blocked something

That you would try and send me

They can go

Okay, okay, I think you use the f-word, right, okay. Okay. So I think the the block to your F word beat

That's a very nice way to put it they can go forth and multiply awesome

I was able to release your message

Yeah

So you said they can go and F

Themselves. Yep. That's exactly right

Yeah, I mean creator studio

Uploading your video is also part of the creative studio platform

So if you wanna upload your videos are on YouTube then yeah

You'll have to subscribe to the Creator studio subscription system starting this next year, you know, it's not official yet

But they're gonna announce it like the did in

2018 February 2018 about the four thousand hours and the 1000 subscribers. So they're gonna do that suddenly, you know

Yeah, come on no, none of us are gonna pave YouTube for this, right

You know, no no. No, that's too much, right?

Yep, absolutely

We all will find a different alternate alternate platform, you know

It's like you do this is just kind of kill itself if it does that it's just gonna kill itself

They come sustain with all the top creators only because I like watching your channel

You know, I like watching your cooking show because it's so simple and it's very concise. It's very, you know

You make the videos like five to seven minutes long some of the professional

Cooking channels the chef's that are cooking there. It's like too long, you know, and the instruction is not clear

so if YouTube

Things like they can actually sustain the platform

Yeah, they might destroy themselves the YouTube things like they're gonna sustain the platform just by utilizing the top youtubers

And you know paying the top youtubers they're so wrong

They're so wrong, man. Because most of my favorite youtubers right now are in the bottom, you know

My friends and not some of them not all of them are my friends

It's like I don't even know some of them

I haven't subscribed to them but I see their videos getting recommended to me. So I actually watched them and

Then yeah, I keep track of them by doing the this the name. I remember the name of the channel and then do a search

you know because subscription is it doesn't work that well the notification of subscription so

Yeah, yeah so, you know, I don't think I'm gonna watch YouTube

Right now I'm watching it for like a one hour or maybe two hours or maybe you know

maximum two hours minimum of like one hour a day

And sometimes some days I can't watch YouTube

but before I used to watch it for a much longer period of time and if that happens

I don't want to watch the top youtubers, you know faking everything

Cause it's like going back to TV

Acting it's like, you know

How the how it used to be on TV people acting people pretending it's gonna go back to that

So that's gonna be really really horrible

It's like it will be going back to television the game

Yeah, yeah

And it's getting pretty unhealthy right now, have you been following Pete have you been following the

The Mook bar or the mukbang channels. It's getting pretty unhealthy right now

What they're doing with the fast food and they're competing with each other they're getting hundreds and hundreds of views people

Really love to watch them. So

YouTube is really getting unhealthy because if you're watching those sort of video and people are watching those sort of video. It's like promoting

Fast food, you know, they're actually promoting fast food in a very clever way

Like your channel is not getting hits and

Views, but you are producing healthy food, right?

You're giving them an option to cook

Yeah, exactly so

You're actually showing us. Yeah, showing us healthy

alternative cooking

How to cook alternate food and how to cook healthy food. It's not processed right? None of it is processed

but if you look at YouTube, they're promoting mukbang channels and mukbang channels and

they're stuffing themselves with burgers and whatnot and

people on the comment section if you if you check out the comment section, you'll see people

The viewers are leaving a comment. Oh, okay. I'm gonna get a burger. I'm gonna go get a burger. I'm so hungry

I feel like eating a pizza. I'm so hungry, you know

Yeah, yeah exactly so

From the scratch man, you've always done that. So your channel should be getting the views right your channel is not getting the views

The mukbang channels of the food channels people, you know

Biting down on the burgers and everything those channels are getting huge views

Yeah, so it's pretty unhealthy, right?

Imagine what will happen to that fellow after five years from now

He's young now, but after five years of doing this just for you two views. Imagine what will happen

Okay, Pete it's like 30 minutes I was actually planning to do a 20 minute show so

Thanks a lot, buddy. Thanks. Thanks for sticking around till the end, man. And then thank you for supporting me

Thank you for making this show more interactive. Thank you for leaving the chats that you just did

I know it's very difficult to chat and

talk

If we can like, you know

interact so if you want if you want to do a live show, I'm okay with that if you want to do that, so

You know we can talk more about

Channels and YouTube because I mostly stick to YouTube and YouTube channel because this is YouTube. We are on YouTube, right? Yeah, buddy, so

Yep. It's been fun here too, man

Thank you. Thank you for

Supporting computer channel. Thank you for supporting me and thank you for making this

particular video

super cool, man

You stay fan. Fantastic. Oh

Yeah

How Much Percent of Brain We Use? - Duration: 2:12.

The world is made up of complex things, even the smallest of the things which you are touching

or feeling are so much complex to understand it completely.

Then what to say about our human body and the main component which drives this body

is the human brain - how complex it is?

Many are still doing researches on even small parts of the brains all across the world.

So there is one question which is often asked about our brain and that is How Much Percent

of Brain We Use?

Well, this might seem to be a simple question for many of you who might know that only some

fraction of our brain we human use.

But here is what interesting observation and study reveal.

Many think it is 100%.

It has been misattributed to many people including Albert Einstein that we only use 10% of our brain.

This myth was originated in the 1890's by the father of American psychology, William James.

He said, "most of us do not meet our mental potential" and this misunderstanding stuck

for a long time.

And many people believed in this for a long time and still many are into it.

The truth is, we use virtually every part of the brain and most of the part is active

all the time.

In fact, during sleep, all parts of your brain remain active.

For getting maximum efficiency our brain should be conscious to keep 1 to 16% of the cells active.

And to control unconscious activity like dreaming and heart rate you need this.

The human brain requires 20% (more than any other organ) of the body's energy, in children

that figure is 50% and in infants, it is 60%.

It contains more neurons than any other species and this dense neuron packing is what makes us so smart.

Bill Duke Asks How Many Fingers Am I Holding Up? - Duration: 5:53.

Film Courage: Going back real quickly [George Orwell's] 1984 you said it was a book that you would be one of the

five books that you would take with you if you couldn't read any other books I

was just curious why 1984? Bill Duke, author/filmmaker/actor: I want to get in trouble for this but in 1984

something worth living today you're durable it's my favorite books at the

time but I've been reading looking at the film and reading the book since its

last election and it has a section about the thought police

How to Use Tags to Categorize Proofs in Ashore - Duration: 0:57.

Tags are an important feature in Ashore.

In the same way that a news site can categorize their articles into news and opinions and sports,

you can now categorize proofs into different tags in Ashore.

To get started using tags, it's very simple. When you are sending a new proof, type in the name of the tag on the

upload modal. If the tag does not already exist you can create a new tag by

pressing the plus button. If it does exist, it will show up in the drop-down

below. Select it there and it will add the tag.

You can also view all of your tags from the proof overview screen.

There you can also modify your tags, create new tags, rename your tags,

and even archive your tags so that they do not show up in the sidebar on the proof screen.

Finally, on the Proof Timeline, you can add and remove tags by selecting modify tags.

If you have any questions, email us at info@ashoreapp.com

How much Arsenal have received from European competitions in the last five years - Duration: 3:14.

Arsenal haven't had much to celebrate in European competition in recent years, but they've certainly benefited from TV money

Last season saw the Gunners compete in the Europa League for the first time since the 1999/2000 campaign and finishing sixth in the Premier League as Arsene Wenger's reign came to an end means they are doing so once again this term

Before that it was four seasons in the Champions League where they were eliminated at the exact same stage each year

In 2013/2014 they came through a tough looking group which contained Borussia Dortmund, Napoli and Marseille to reach the knockout rounds only to be beaten by Bayern Munich despite drawing the second leg at the Allianz Arena

The 2014/2015 was one of disappointment as a 3-1 home defeat by AS Monaco proved decisive, they then fell to Barcelona and Lionel Messi in 2015/2016 and were humiliated 10-2 by Bayern on aggregate in 2016/2017

A change in competition proved helpful for the north London outfit as they went all the way to the semi-final in the Europa League last season before losing to eventual winners Atletico Madrid, who had dropped down from the Champions League

Despite little to no progression in European football elite club competition, the Gunners have received a total of €219m from European TV money over the past five years

For comparison, the Swiss Ramble have revealed that only Manchester City (€279m) have received more money than Arsenal of all the Premier League clubs

Chelsea aren't too far behind the London rivals having received €217m since winning the Europa League in 2013, Manchester United have brought in €172m, last season's Champions League finalists Liverpool have received €153m, Tottenham Hotspur (€140m), while Leicester City complete the list at €82m

Arsenal will be hopeful of a return to Europe's top table for next season and can do so by finishing in the top four or by emulating Atletico Madrid

Arsenal told how much Welbeck's replacement will cost - Duration: 3:05.

Arsenal will have to fork out over £25million if they want to sign Genk striker Leandro Trossard

That's according to their manager, Philippe Clement, who remains confident he can keep the 23-year-old in Belgium in January despite Arsenal's interest in his striker

Scouts from the north London clubs have been spotted watching the 23-year-old, who has scored ten goals in 13 appearances in all competitions so far for his boyhood club

Unai Emery had been keen to add another forward to his squad in January and after Danny Welbeck's injury in the Europa League against Sporting Lisbon, that area now looks to have become a priority

There had been rumours that Trossard would leave Genk in the summer after his performances in the Belgian top division the season before, but the club managed to hold onto him, despite Clement being worried they wouldn't be able to

But the Genk manager is in a different mood heading into January, where he says it's not common for a club to lose one of their best players, despite Arsenal's reported interest in his star man

Speaking on Le Grand Debrief on DH.be, he said: "I'm not afraid Trossard is leaving, it was not so easy to keep iim last summer, but we talked

"Normally no players leaves in January. 100 million is something else, but 25 million is not enough for Trossard to leave in January

"  The agent of Trossard has added more fuel to the fire by claiming the Gunners are tracking his client

"I contacted representatives from Arsenal and Tottenham. At Spurs, nobody wanted to confirm that Trossard is an option, but Arsenal did," Comhair said, as reported by Sport Witness

"They told me Leandro has a very interesting profile for them and that they've been following him since August

"They also added it was a good choice to stay at Genk for another year. They ended the phone call with 'They are keeping a close eye on him'
