Lewis Hamilton: Mercedes boss Toto Wolff reveals what relationship with F1 ace is like now Hamilton cemented his position as one of the greatest drivers of all time this year by winning a fifth F1 title. And the new two-year deal he signed with Mercedes in July signalled his happiness to continue racing for the Brackley-based team.

's future had been in doubt two years ago after Mercedes had seemed to favour his team-mate Nico Rosberg, who went on to win the World Drivers' Championship. And tension grew between the Brit and Wolff which led to a clear the air chat in Oxford after the campaign ended. Wolff has now opened up on how things are between himself and Hamilton following the 33-year-old's latest title win.

"With Lewis, we needed our time and in hindsight, how it was with how the 2016 season ended, it gave us the best roots to grow our relationship stronger," Wolff told. "Since then we have had mostly good moments and trust has built up. "It is important for a racing driver, for myself and for the team, that we can say that we trust each other and it is not lightly said.".

Questions have been raised over what Hamilton will do once his current Mercedes contract ends. expert Tony Jardine cannot see Hamilton hanging up his racing gloves in 2020 though. "I personally think that he's one of the guys that as he gets older, he gets better," Jardine exclusively told Express Sport. "I just think at 35, that's still absolutely fine.

"You have to look at Damon Hill and Nigel Mansell, they were up into 38, 39. That's a bit past it now and even [Michael] Schumacher was back in at 38. "I still think he will be absolutely in his prime and his quote for me was, 'I was born to race and win'. That's what he does.

"No matter how much he loves his fashion and his music and all those other things, I think it would be a big chunk out of his life. "So, in these two years if things go really well, I can see him signing for another two after that." Hamilton will begin his title defence when the 2019 F1 season starts with the in Melbourne in March.

We understand that Schumacher needs round-the-clock £115,000-per-week care. His son, Mick Schumacher, won the Formula 3 title earlier this year and looks to move closer to Formula 1 in F2 next season.

NEXT NEWS:Ricciardo plans to take Renault to the "next level". Daniel Ricciardo believes he is good enough to take Renaultto "the next level" in Formula 1 as the team's long-term plan continues. The Australian sent seismic waves through the F1 paddock when he surprisingly signed for Renault instead ofRed Bull.

Ricciardo won two races in 2018, and while he might not be in a race-winning a car next season, a solid drive with the right strategy and he could squeeze out a few podiums. After finishing in the best of the rest position last year, podium finishes really are the "next level" for the French team.

"Obviously the driving I will always keep improving, but just try to figure out how to bring the team to the next level. Just be engaged in the whole process I guess and not get lazy,"Ricciardo said in an interview on Crash. "I want more from myself in terms of I'll always want more, I expect more from my presence in the team," Ricciardo stated revealing his expectations.

"Nico [Hulkenberg] is experienced and he's been around, and I want to expect myself to become part of that team very quickly. And have a presence in the team, and be another source of push and fire and motivation.

I guess I'm just expecting to carry good work ethic and to bring the people around us to work on what they have." Both drivers will have to get working hard soon, but New Year celebrations are still ongoing. Daniel Ricciardo brought in the new year with style in front of a BBQ, while Hulkenberg is swimming with some beer and cocktails!

NEXT NEWS:Ricciardo reveals why he isn't at Mercedes.Daniel Ricciardo could have been driving for Mercedes in 2019 but has said that he was tired of waiting for a 'black and white answer' from the team.   After impressing many at the beginning of the season it had been expected that the Aussie would find himself driving for either Mercedes or Ferrari.

Instead, the former Red Bull driver has joined Renault in a move with left many fans confused.  "I knew talks would take a bit of time probably and again, trying to feel each other out, but it got to June/July and maybe we had spoken a few times and we hadn't really got anywhere, so if you want me tell me otherwise, I will move on – that's cool" Ricciardo said to ESPN.  "I guess it gets to the point like that with everyone where you want a black or white answer and that's it.

I guess the games can wear a little thin. "I don't even know if it's games, but circling around the edges, it's like – just go straight in! But these are all things I will learn, and I am sure there will be another time in my career where I will need to go through this process again." Renault have been looking quick and every time they have been in Formula 1 they have ended up winning.

Therefore Ricciardo could have made the right move.  "I guess on one hand I had teams that really wanted me, and then on the other, there were teams that were kinda half the foot in the door but not really… so Mercedes and that. At times it was confusing for sure, and obviously, you're trying to figure out what is real and what isn't, who's genuine and who is not.

Again, that was exciting, but it does keep the mind ticking a little bit." It looks like Ricciardo and Renault have formed a strong relationship where both parties needed each other. Fans will be looking forward to seeing how they do in 2019.

NEXT NEWS:Leclerc opens up on his debut season which could have been very different.    At the beginning of the season, few would have predicted that Charles Leclerc and Sauber would have performed the way they did.     By the middle of the 2017 season, Sauber was close to a financial breakdown.

However, a change in ownership and leadership gave the Swiss outfit an excellent foundation for its 2018 success. The team struggled in the first few races but eventually they found the right setup and Leclerc was able to put it to use at the right time.

Things could have gone wrong though, for both Leclerc and Sauber:  "I think it could have been a very difficult season mentally if obviously myself and the car would have kept the level we had at the beginning of the season," said Leclerc to grandpx.news.

"For me, it made things a lot more interesting once we started to evolve as a car and also myself as a driver, fighting for points and things like this, it gave me a lot of motivation." The car and the driver progressed well throughout the season and even ended with Leclerc being promoted to Ferrari.

7 Simple Ways To Create A Great Relationship with Dr Dain Heer - Duration: 3:23.

Hey everybody, it's Dr. Dain.

I was just on a radio show with my friend Heather Nichols,

we were talking about relationship.

We have this class coming up in January

and I was looking to sort of distill things into seven tips that people could actually use.

I did, she sent them to me and I want to read them to you.

Number one:

Don't judge you're not wrong and they're not wrong.

Number two:

Be grateful for them and tell them everyday that you are.

A lot of us never tell our partners that we're grateful for them.

If you find one thing a day to be grateful for about your partner

use it, be grateful for them and make sure to tell them.

You'll be amazed at what this starts to create

and dissolve the walls in your relationship.

Number three:

Never let the sun set on an argument.

In other words, don't go to bed hating that person

and unhappy in the middle of being upset about them.

Get it figured out and get it handled every single day.

Number four:

Have fun together and make time to have fun together.

Why are you with somebody if you're not having fun?

If you're not actually enjoying it and I get, you have jobs, you have kids,

you have all this stuff that seems to take your time away

but if this relationship is actually important to you

make the time to actually get together and enjoy each other.

That's why you got together in the first place.

Number five:

Honor your partner and honor yourself

and allow them to do things that honor them even if you're not included.

They'll be energized from that and will come back to you grateful and more alive.

Like if your partner likes salsa dancing or exercising or something

and you're really not into that,

don't try to stop them because you don't do it

encourage them to do it

and when you do what will happen is they'll go dancing or they'll go exercise

and they'll come back and they'll be so alive

and they'll have had some space for them and something that contributes to them.

They'll be even more of a contribution to you.

Number six:

Give your partner space to explore life the way that you both need to.

In other words, this is where you get to see what you would like in life.

You get to see what they would like in life

and allow them to explore it.

Not every moment of their time or energy has to

or actually should be devoted to you.

You can't be the sole source of their lives,

expecting that of anybody is unkind

and it's a massive requirement of energy that we put on a lot of our relationships.

Give them the space to explore life the way they need to

and ask for that in return.

Number seven:

Make sure every single day to destroy and and uncreate every wall

that has come up between you the day before.

Which is what we talk about in Access,

destroy and uncreate your relationship as it was yesterday every single day

When you destroy the walls every single day,

things don't have time to build up

because most people they get together and they feel like this

and then a few years later they feel like this

and they don't know what happened.

These seven things will make sure that never happens.

So, if you're truly interested in creating a great relationship

these are seven simple things.

Because it's really got to be simple or we're not going to do it.

These are seven simple things that you can choose

that will change things dynamically.

Here's to you and creating the best relationships in your life

not just with your enjoyable other

but with every relationship you have in your life.

See you soon, bye!

The Miraculous Relationship Between the Jewish People & the Land of Israel - Duration: 6:47.

Imagine if I told you that there is a certain area of land in the world where its fertility

is dependent upon the people that dwell in that land.

Would seem pretty preposterous right?

Agriculture doesn't work like that.

Either a land is fertile or it isn't – it doesn't depend on which group of people

inhabits the land.

Can land really have some kind of direct relationship with the people living on it?

Well…I have some news for you.

Such a relationship exists – and it's between the Jewish people and the land of

Israel.

Let me explain.

When the Jewish people entered the Land, even up until the time of Josephus (i.e. approximately

1300 years later), it was still very prosperous and fertile.

"For the whole area is excellent for crops or pasturage and rich in trees of every kind,

so that by its fertility it invites even those least inclined to work on the land.

In fact, every inch of it has been cultivated by the inhabitants and not a parcel goes to

waste.

It is thickly covered with towns, and thanks to the natural abundance of the soil, the

many villages are so densely populated that the smallest of them has more than fifteen

thousand inhabitants."

Indeed, according to the Torah, when entering the Land the Jews are told: "God will bring

you to a good land, a land flowing streams and springs gushing out in the valley and

the mountains.

It is a land where you shall not eat your bread in rations…"

(Devarim 8:7)

But then they are also warned: "I will devastate the land, and your enemies who dwell in it

will be desolate.

You, I will scatter among the nations, at the point of my drawn sword, and your land

will be completely desolate, and your cities will be in ruins" (Vayikra 26:32,33)

The basic idea is this: As long as the Jews are in the Land of Israel, the land will be

very fertile.

However, as soon as the Jewish people leave the land, or are expelled from the land, it

is going to become desolate and inhospitable to all others who try to live there.

Obviously no scientist could ever begin to explain how a plot of land could flourish

only for one particular people.

But that is exactly what has happened.

No one living at that time 2000 years ago would have been able to see how their blossoming

land could suddenly turn desolate and remain so as long as Jews stayed in foreign lands.

But, exactly as predicted, 2000 years ago the Jewish people were oppressed and exiled

from their land by the Roman Empire.

And – so – what happened to the land's fertility?

During the 2000 years that the Jewish people were exiled, many Empires conquered its territory,

and countless wars were fought for its possession.

The land is situated on the 'fertile crescent', where 3 continents meet – a prime location

for nations and empires to acquire.

And yet, astonishingly, no conqueror succeeded in permanently settling there or in causing

this desolate wasteland to blossom.

Remarkably, the land became and remained desolate, despite all the odds.

Nachmanidies - the Ramban wrote in a letter to his son in 1260 – "The desolation is

great.

The more sacred the place, the more it has suffered."

Mark Twain said on his visit to Palestine in 1867 that it is "...a desolate country

whose soil is rich enough, but is given over wholly to weeds-a silent mournful expanse...."

Has this ever happened anywhere else in the world?

The Europeans came to the US and took it over from the American Indians.

Did the land's fertility suddenly change?

No.

If a land is fertile, it's fertile; if it's a desert, it's a desert.

Not so with the land of Israel.

Only there does the land become uninhabitable when the Jews are exiled.

Obviously we can see in hindsight how nation after nation squabbled over the land and never

made it blossom, but how could how could anyone be able to predict such an occurrence?

How could they know in advance that it would happen?

Why would they write it in their book?

What guarantees do they have that it would happen?

None.

Now, remarkably, after many years of exile, the Torah states that the Jewish people will

eventually return to the Land of Israel, and with their return will be the miraculous physical

rejuvenation of this desolate land.

"And God will return your captured ones, and He will have compassion upon you, and

He will gather you in from all the nations that God scattered you there" Devarim 30:3-5

While Jews always maintained a presence in the land while most of their brethren were

in exile, from the end of the late 19th Century Jews began to return in large waves to the

Land of Israel.

By 1948 the state of Israel was declared a reality.

This is an unprecedented event in human history.

What other nation has returned to its land after such a long period dispersion, minority

population and persecution?

We are all witnesses to the fact that in less that one generation the land of Israel has

undergone an unbelievable transformation from a desolate wasteland into a prosperous and

blossoming land – Israel is a large exporter of fruits and vegetables around the world;

from a negligible population to about half the Jews in the world and counting, from the

colonies of countless Empires to a secure homeland for Jews across the world to return

to.

Amazing!

The land has responded to her people!

Now, you might be able to explain how the Land of Israel did transform so rapidly with

modern technology and international funding, but the question is - who could have predicted

that such a phenomenon would take place?

How could someone know 3000 years ago that the land of Israel will only respond to the

Jewish people – that when they leave the land en masse, its fertility will suddenly

fall – despite nation after nation attempting acquiring it – and only when the Jews return

will it finally become fertile again?

Could such a human being take a risk by making this prophecy in the Torah?

What if they got it wrong?

What if some other nation did rebuild the land?

To me, the history of the land of Israel's relationship with her people is testimony

to the divine hand over human affairs.

Today we are witness to an ancient prophecy becoming manifest.

We are witness to what I personally think can only be described as the hand of God.

Before we end let me show you a quote that from Professor Sir John William Dawson in

his book Modern Science in Bible Lands – he wrote this in 1888 - "Until today no people

has succeeded in establishing national dominion in the land of Israel….No national unity

or spirit of nationalism has acquired any hold there.

The mixed multitude of itinerant tribes that managed to settle there did so on lease, as

temporary residents.

It seems that they await the return of the permanent residents of the land."

News24 - Kaka reveals Mourinho relationship blighted his spell at Real Madrid - Duration: 2:47.

Kaka has revealed that it was not only injuries but also a difficult relationship with Jose Mourinho that disrupted his spell at La Liga giants Real Madrid

Kaka made 120 appearances over four seasons in the Spanish capital, a spell during which he won one La Liga title

But the Brazilian long struggled with injury problems and last December he called time on his career at the age of only 35

In Spain, however, Kaka had more than fitness issues to contend with. He spent three seasons under Mourinho at the Bernabeu and struggled to prove his worth to the Portuguese

'My problem at Madrid was continuity first and then the coach, as I spent three years trying to convince Mourinho that I should have more opportunities but it was his choice, it was out of my control,' Grande Circulo de SporTV via Marca

'The first year I had a hip problem, then the adductor and I was operated on. I was out of action for six months and when I returned, it was Mourinho

'I was an excellent professional, and today I can say with great joy that I can go to Real Madrid and the doors are always open

(President) Florentino (Perez) says that I was one of the most professional athletes in the club

' Mourinho left Madrid in 2013 and five years on he was sacked by Manchester United following a tumultuous start to the season

His tenure was marred by strained relationships with star players such as Paul Pogba, while Mourinho also made a habit of publicly calling out his squad

Kaka, however, has held no grudge, revealing: 'I went to Manchester to a sponsor's event, I stayed at the same hotel as him and we stayed talking for two hours

'Mourinho is exactly what people see on camera, at the time he's explosive, but he is an extremely intelligent, very prepared guy, so what people see in the interviews is all prepared
