Hong Kong Butcher (1985) - Movie Review - Duration: 4:11.

Hello Youtube.

I am Torstein from Cinema Terror and today I went deep into the world of Hong Kong sleaze

and what I found is an obscure film from 1985 that are based on some gruesome real life

murders that occurred only a few years before this movie was made.

The film is called Hong Kong Butcher and here are my thoughts on it.

Hong Kong Butcher tells the story, or rather displays the acts of a loner taxi driver in

Hong Kong.

He uses his occupation to stalk and prey on young females that he for some reason or another

singles out.

That's basically it, we don't really have any protagonist to get ourselves attached

to or anything like that.

There are other characters than the main killer present in the film, but they serve no or

little purpose except being victims for the butcher.

The main thing that I kept from this experience was that this is a dull film.

There are so many scenes that hardly go anywhere and at times I had trouble seperating the

characters as it felt like none of them really mattered anyway.

I guess the filmmakers just wanted to tell this horrific story and wasn't all that interested

in exploring the mental state of the killer or anything like that.

Him we see driving around, occassionally harassing women and then at times he snaps and murders

some of them.

Nothing else.

The rest of his acts seem very inconsistent and all over the place so it's hard to understand

his persona.

I can understand that they didn't want to humanize a real life killer, but you are also

creating a movie and not a documentary so they have to give us something.

If not, then focus on the investigation or give more backstory to the poor victims of

this madman.

And the only moment where they tried to do something was at the very end with a cringeworthy

dialogue scene between the killer and one of his potential victims.

It was very out of character from everything we have seen from him in the rest of the film,

so yeah, not well executed.

Hong Kong Butcher also doesn't have all that much to deliver to what I would believe would

be its target audience, fans of shock and gore.

Yeah, there are some brutal murder scenes that are dirty and nasty to watch, but they

are few and between and do not compare to other brutal films we got from the same time

period.

This is not the only film based on the horrible real life acts that this movie is based on.

The same backstory was used once more in 1992 with the more known Dr. Lamb.

Although it's been a while since I've seen that, I would still say that you should rather

go see that one instead of seeking out the Hong Kong Butcher.

Hong Kong Butcher is a film that sounds more horrible than what it really contains.

It's a boring film with some violence in it every now and then, and that's all it has

going for it.

I can see other fans of Hong Kong sleaze being curious about this, but even if this is the

type of film you could find interest in, I am not going to recommend that you spend your

time on it.

While I didn't have the biggest hope in the world for Hong Kong Butcher, it still disappointed

me.

Hong Kong Butcher only gets a 1.5 out of 5.

Has anyone else out there seen Hong Kong Butcher?

Did you like it more than I did?

What 80's Hong Kong sleaze do you believe more people should check out?

Let me know in the comment section below.

If you enjoy these types of films from Hong Kong, then you might want to check out my

review of Love to Kill from 1993.

So yeah, go do that.

And as always, thank you so much for spending your time on this channel.

I do appreciate it and I hope you'll be back soon again for more horror movie reviews here

on Cinema Terror.

Evil Twin Brewing Bozo Beer Imperial Stout Craft Beer Review - Duration: 13:52.

Are you looking for the next craft beer to try well maybe Bozo Beer from Evil

Twin Brewing is the one for you

Welcome back everybody I'm Brad I'm Jessica we're gonna try Bozo Beer and

Jessica wanted to try an Imperial Stout right I want to try it

the flavors um I'm just gonna go ahead and read what's in it because actually I

got it from Hoffman Street grocery $9.99 no bottles on date and I was going to do

the review and Jessica's like well I want to do it so it has molasses lactose

chocolate almond hazelnut vanilla bean cinnamon oak spirals chili marshmallow I

don't know how to Matt musk my Muscovado sugar whatever that is and coffee well

I'm gonna like it's that time of year for marshmallow and caramel and

chocolate it's always the time of year for chocolate yeah um I don't know why

you gotta make a big deal out of you might want to try a beer I don't want to

come down here very often these days so you guys will just take it when you get

it like I said $9.99 17.2 percent ABV I read untapped to say in 60 IBUs this is

pretty cold I it's probably been out like ten

minutes I'm not probably gonna like it because it's an evil twin dear yeah it

has nothing to do with it being an imperial stuff as to do with it being

long time um you know evil twin and out really like any of them I think that

they're overpriced and never good in my opinion I don't like them um it's thick

dark smelly like you would expect we'll see if it's worth the $10 price tag

Brady said you'd have a few beers you're kinda giggly yeah like my third one

after having another in America that's not what he said

we do have a chocolate colored head almost all small bubbles a couple of

medium you know I I like the pixelated label almost like minecraft minecraft

because that's what my worlds about yep half a finger of head color is jet-black

I can't see through it no hue at all smell I smell chili chili nice dark

roasted malts you could say coffee I'm gonna say coffee roasted coffee I

don't smell chili in it though not really

I smell a little bit now I did do the craft of brew Imperial Stout that has

chiles and after because I used a catalyst and after I took off the main

jar of it that's and I put the coz that if you haven't watched that that that

comes with a I wouldn't say steeping but a secondary batch that you have to put

in there and it has chilies in it chili pepper and I before you pour that in you

have to let's say sanitize it in vodka or bourbon so I poured the vodka on it

for about a week and when I was pouring it in the hot bag I could smell that

chili okay and that's that's kind of what I'm getting off this sorry thank

you for the education on another video and a different beer that name drink yet

yeah but like I said I could smell it because it was steeping okay we just

taste this now yeah sure

okay there's a little bit of warmth but truthfully I don't think I could

pinpoint this as chilly I can it kind of tastes like it was in a

bourbon barrel and it's warm it's warm like that like and I can't say it for

green door if you've watched any of our reviews on that like most of that that

liquor is smooth like this in the middle to the back of the palate I do get like

an alcohol burn on my tongue going down okay it's very light bodied almost like

I shouldn't say light body it's it's pushing heavy but not thick-bodied

almost like it was in a barrel and where that barrel would pull some and add some

and lighten up that body it's so no arm lingers oh yeah well for 17.2% I'm just

saying it's warm it's warm I throw a consistent warm but I would not ever be

able to say that's chilly in there no at all if anything I would say I do get

some oak but again since I read oak spirals okay - because I don't yeah Oaks

pylons I do get some of that oak but I don't know if it's because it isn't

Imperial and you're getting that alcohol along with that vanilla like you would

get out of a bourbon barrel you would get kind of a vanilla Oh kind of taste

okay and that's what I'm getting so I'm saying oak so it could be like an

alcohol vanilla oak really taste

I would go with molasses molasses this one is I wouldn't yeah I would say

molasses a little bit if anything all of its happening to me at the beginning of

the pallet so you're getting like the vanilla the oak molasses coffee roasted

malt okay and then it goes into that alcohol smoothness alcohol I just have

yes like I can feel the burn from the middle to the back oh yeah wait wait

it's just a tingle in my throat yeah it's not big but it's like it lets you

know it's there whereas it goes down like in my throat I can feel it

yep aftertaste is more like a coffee chocolate like a low-lying coffee

chocolate to me Missy I make the aftertaste taste like anything I don't

have I don't have a coffee aftertaste so I enjoy this I might finish this it's

not the the chili is mate must be there just for the heat of it if this would be

like is that what how opera is you just get the heat what is that

see jalapeno I think brings a little bit of fruit from when you roast it but in

Halawa one well Halawa yeah um you get the heat I don't I think the heat that

we're getting is from the alcohol not the chili really you want to taste a

beer that has some heat no I'm good but I I would say it's alcohol heat that

I'm getting not chili okay would you say the opposite you know nice

because I haven't had great seeing mine still there well you know when you've

had four or five beers already you know maybe your throat's a little bit more

apt that's right and I've only had three

who's guilty I don't think it's bad I think that if you are into expensive

beer if you are in Seoul but is it expensive for everything that's in it

plus 17.2% I think this is the highest ABV beer I've had I am the cheapest beer

buying in person that's why she didn't buy this I was I read it for him before

he found it and I would rather support Hoffmann at this point but I think all

beer should be $2.99 what about almond and hazelnut none none

none I love almond see that's what I was

hoping for chocolate almond molasses yeah I was a Chilean or they scare me

hazelnut would be all right and that's not nutty at all that would not like

this this is not not bandit I know I almost picked him up for pack today

you'd appreciate that but you know if you look sit I was trying to say for us

so rudely interrupted if you're into expensive beer and you like high alcohol

beer this has a lot of flavors I don't think you can really stand out to me

though but they don't stand out well right well because I think they're

fighting with each other and the dominant flavor is gonna come out I

think the body is too light for an imperial style I think it should be

heavier because it wasn't in a barrel I would go a four out of five

my guess is whatever kind of sugar that is I would like to taste you know what

this is the most disgusting thing I'll ever say I want it to taste more like

maple syrup I want more of that flavor that I don't like my almost brown

sugar I don't know what our whatever one I had last week or the week before

whenever it was like I was a - maple syrupy I want a hint of maple syrup and

this I guess remember I don't know I can't even remember yesterday at all so

what are you on one three and a half I want it sweeter nine of my friends have

to reviewed this average four point three one out of five a little over nine

hundred and fifty thousand people have rated this average four point two out of

five roasty AF Jeff says coffee bitterness I don't really get the

bitterness alcohol is well hidden the I like that the taste is not coffee the

smell is a little bit yeah the scent aroma the aroma is a little tricky

however um you know this one I because of the the laundry list of ingredients I

would recommend trying it because every palate is different in what you're

getting is different than when I'm getting that's what you know for other

people are gonna get you try a beer and the wrong I think it's different I think

so get off your phone now I was trying to

okay I would say just like Jessica if you're

into Imperial Stout and even evil twin because usually evil twin beers are more

expensive and I still buy them because I'm like half and half

even more Jesus was good ten bucks for a beer like this if you're into imperial

stouts I would say pick it up and try it because of the scores on untappd but it

wouldn't be something that I would pick up and buy again

because you're not getting all those flavors that they say that's why you buy

one cup and now we move on yep thumbs up if you like this

thumbs down if you don't make sure you hit that subscribe button and ring that

bell so you know when new videos are coming out new videos out every day

[YG24](ENG)YG stan's exciting review [YG Treasure Box Episode 7 Part.1] - Duration: 9:09.

hi this is 24

time goes really fast, treasure box's episode has came to 7

same as other video, we'll divide this into 2, part1 will be my brief review and thoughts

and part 2 will be the reaction video

so from this episode, begins the 2:2 unit battle

important part is that the battle will be the 3 treasure box unit team against 3 teams that WINNER picked

rest of the unit will do the 1:1 battle and one of them will gonna drop out

is a really sad situation

so if they couldn't get into the 3, than yesterday's comrade will become today's enemy. is a cruel system

I'll not talk about the cruelty of this show, cause I've mentioned quite a lot

I don't know the standard of this 100 treasure maker, but anyway they are picked and they will be the replacement of the silver card

first match was Kim Byun Gon, Kim Seung Hoon unit vs Ha Yun Bin, Kim Yeon Kyu unit

so Kim Byung Gon's unit is challenger and Ha YUn Bin's unit was treasure 6

so I didn't really cared that much about Ha Yun Bin's stage

and his rap was really fresh

Looks like a good rapper inside other idols

it was really interesting cause he didn't really practiced for a long time

his style was really unique in YG

his really skillful rather than powerful

so Yeon Kyu

he seems really nervous and humble on the screen

over that, for other members and seniors, his attitude looks a little bit like a lack of confidence

but Yeon Kyu did quite well in this stage

yeah

he really showed all of his skill and he did really improved a lot

I was really surprised, and YG also complemented about that

wish he can be more confidence and realize that he is good at singing

Yeah, he did really well

next, Seung Yoon and Byung Kon

Byung Gon did not really stand out

but Seung Hoon was really nice

make me think that he is one of the trainee who has the skill with the high tone vocal

he really need to debut

so what I mean is that, in YG there are a lot of soulful vocals

for example

starting from Taeyang

and YaeDam is also very soulful

he does has vocal that YG doesn't have, which are more near like a public idol vocals with a good skill

I think there were not that much artist who are like him

his high tone is very stable, and I think treasure must need him

he is my one pick

his physical side is also really good, he is very tall

next battle is, Kim Do Hyung and Kill Do Han vs Bang Ye Dam vs Keita

I think Do Hyung is really passionate

he said a lot about challenging Ye Dam

in the other hand, Kill Do han looked very nervous and worried cause he knew that Ye Dam's skill is much better than him

Ofcourse, everyone will not question about how strong is Ye Dam's team and Do Hyung's team is very inferior

if they can't avoid the battle, than I think Do Hyung's attitude is much better than Do Han

eventhough I can understand why he is so nervous

anyway, Ye Dam's unit won the battle, and could keep their sit

lastly, Kim Jun Kyu Masio vs Haruto, Park Jung Woo

they both did well

cause Ha Jung Woo's team was doing well

so to win them, Masio prepared back dumbling move

maybe he was nervous and failed the move and he cried a lot

he said that if he fail the back dumbling than they can't win the battle

that was really heart broking

anyway Haruto's team won the battle

Masio feel apolegetic about that

that was really sad

TMI, Masio looks really similar to Black B's Park Kyung

so Ha Jung Woo's team

did a song call 'Oh yeah'

YG pointed out about

cause they have to adjust the key to Park Jung Woo's key which the original song is song by female vocal

Haruto had to rap with really low voice

even his voice was really deep down like a cave

but still they won

it was ok than I thought

fit really well with Haruto

after this unit battle is done

1:1 drop out match began

first was Park Ji Hoon and Wang Gun Ho's battle

it was quite interesting cause Ji Hoon has been released from YG and he came back to do this competition

it is a unusual chance for him, and he won the battle

cause he had that experience and earnest that he could win this battle

and seems like YG also saw that earnest in him

so they did a song call cocobab, we'll look at that at part 2

Kun Ho is a bit close

cause I thought his style really fits well with YG

what can we do, is a rule

so if we look at the teaser of the next episode, the treasure 6 goes down to 5

of I didn't talk about the signal song

is a song call 'going crazy'

I'll do that too

so they will gonna decrease from 6 to 5

I don't know the number of them will gonna debut

I think 7 is fine

cause there are lot of members I like

I'll not tell you guys my fixed pick cause the show is not ended yet

I'll do that later

anyway, they will gonna reduce to 5

and on the episode 7 teaser, they were talking like there will be a battle between Choi Hyun Suk and Jun Yub

but never happened

i think they will do that on episode 8

this drop out match is a bit harsh

yeah

so next episode will be the team match

I don't how they'll gonna do that

on the teaser, Ye Dam seems really nervous

he couldn't get the right note, and keep missing the beat

is it because he is doing in front of WINNER?

that was quite hear broking

I'm really expecting the next episode

we can see his first nervous moment, who had never misssed the treasure sit

but the point is that YG does quite a lot of evil editing

in front they keep saying its not easy

but on the stage they do really well

don't get fooled

we'll back with the episode 8

see you guys on part 2 with reaction video

[REVIEW] HONEYSYUBEE BABY DOLL VER. 2 (BTS SUGA DOLL) - Duration: 5:32.

Hello everyone! today I'm going to review

about my kpop baby doll HONEY SYUBEE

First of all, what is kpop baby doll ?

kpop baby doll is a 20 cm baby doll

kpop baby doll is a 20 cm baby doll

made similar to our idol

for example, if my bias is SUGA from BTS ,then the doll is made similar to SUGA

same as other members and idols

for this kpop baby doll

the price is about Rp 500.000 (35 USD) - Rp 650.000 (45 USD)

usually the ready stock doll is from the salestock

or

if there's any people who wants to sell their preloved baby doll

for the preorder doll

usually the doll is made from korean fansite

the preorder doll is cheaper than the ready stock

the price is about Rp 250.000 (17 USD) - Rp 400.000 (28 USD)

the preorder doll is fullset with the clothes (same as the salestock)

but, why the preorder doll is cheaper ???

1. the doll is preorder (so, the doll is not ready stock)

2. we must wait for the doll production about 6 month - 1 year :)

that's why the preorder doll is cheaper

and for the detail of this honeysyubee doll

this is honeysyubee doll version 2

there are 2 version of honeysyubee ( for the ver. 1 the hair is blonde and for ver. 2 the hair is black )

I bought this doll from other people preloved

so for everyone who wants the ready stock doll

or if you want other people preloved doll

you can try searching by twitter

because usually many people sells it on twitter

try the hashtag #want to sell #wts or #want to buy #wtb

or try typing kpop baby doll or using the doll name (if you know the name)

if you're lucky, you can find it immediately :3

you have to be fast because many people are fighting over kpop baby doll

I assure you the kpop baby doll is not disappointing

because the price matches the quality

but, I'm a little bit confused, because on the label it written as "made in china"

I assume the doll production is in China but the whole material, design and etc is from Korea (Korean Fansite)

now, I'm going to review all of syubee clothes :3

I want to review 3 set of clothes

this is set clothes 1

this set is original come from the korean fansite (fullset with the doll)

this clothes represent min holly (SUGA's dog)

the quality is very good

but I'm a little bit confused

I got this holly clothes preloved ( comes with syubee doll)

the hoodie doesn't cover up fully the doll's ear

look at syubee's left ear, the hoodie not cover up fully :(

I assume the hoodie is a bit loose

but, it's okay as long as it still cute hehe

this is set clothes 2

I got this clothes from online shop

you can try the keyword "kpop baby doll" or "kpop baby doll clothes"

usually it will appear related search to the doll clothes

the price of the dungaree set is about Rp 180.000 (12 USD)

import from china

but, the quality is good

cute right :3 ?

I got this shoes as a bonus from the online shop

there's a little bit defect on the left shoes

but, it's okay as long as it still good

this is set clothes 3

I got this set from instagram online shop

try using hashtag on instagram #sellkpopbabydoll #kpopbabydollclothes

or some related search about the kpop baby doll

and if you're lucky

usually there will appear online shop that sells other kpop baby doll preloved clothes

or some salestock clothes from korean fansite

I got this set clothes preloved from seventeen baby doll

originally the honeysyubee doll fullset should comes with holly clothes and the kumamon diaper

but, when I bought the preloved doll, it doesn't comes with the diaper

then, I'm searching the doll clothes that comes with the diaper one

so the doll resemble to a baby hehe :3

uwu right :3 ???

that's all the review from me

I hope this information will be useful to all of you

we will say goodbye then

greetings from syubee :3

don't forget to like and subscribe <3

kiss from syubee :*

Sketchnoting My Annual Review - Duration: 12:43.

Hello and welcome to Verbal To Visual. Today I would like to share a personal

follow-up to the last video that I made. In that video I shared some ideas about

how to do some reflecting on the past year and some planning for the year to

come. And as a follow-up to that video I would like to share my own annual review,

take a look back at my 2018 as well as what I'm planning for 2019. And to help

me look back and then look forward I use this three bucket framework, thinking

about contribution - the work that I put out into the world (hopefully to make it

a little bit better), connection - the ways in which I'm building relationships with

other people, and vitality - how I'm taking care of my mental, physical, and emotional

well-being. The idea here is that if you neglect any of these buckets, if you

don't contribute to any one of these, then you're essentially going to be

poking holes in all of them. That neglecting one will have a negative

impact on your life as a whole. So with that as our framework, first I will

respond to the prompt "2018 was the year I..." and we'll follow that up with "2019

will be the year I..." Those are the two prompts that I encourage you to spend

some time considering in your annual review. So let's start with that

contribution bucket in 2018. Here at Verbal To Visual I published 41 new

sketchnoting videos here to this YouTube channel as well as on Facebook. If you

look back on those 41 videos you'll see some differences in style, some

experimentation in the format here, but with each of those videos I've tried to

explore a particular idea related to a sketchnoting, how you might build your

sketchnoting skills or some examples of how you might use your sketchnoting

skills. I hope that you enjoyed those videos because I did enjoy making them.

And if you're interested in checking out the most popular of those videos, check

out the links below to a new post that I created called The Top 10 Sketchnoting

Videos of 2018. In addition to making and sharing

these weekly videos I also created two new online courses. First I

launched a course called Learn a New Language with Sketchnotes, which took a

deep dive into how you might use your visual note-taking skills to help you

learn a foreign language. That was a really fun intersection to explore

because I think the two go really well together. The way that sketchnoting

activates the visual parts of your brain and the verbal parts of your brain

simultaneously makes for a pretty powerful language learning tool. And from

there I created and launched a second resource, this one called Build an Online

Course with Sketchnotes. Throughout the entire process of creating the language

learning course I was having weekly conversations with three internet

friends of mine who were also building online courses and using sketchnotes to

help with the development and delivery of their course. Those webinar workshops

resulted in stage one of that resource - Build an Online Course with Sketchnotes -

and I'm now in the process of finishing stage two, creating more polished video

lessons and resources for any of you who might be interested in building your own

online course using sketchnotes as a primary tool. With that trio there I feel

pretty good about my contribution bucket in 2018. I spent quite a bit of time and

energy filling that bucket this past year. But that bucket has never really

been a problem for me. It tends to be the other two that I occasionally neglect, so

let's take a look at how those went, starting with connection. The biggest

news from this past year is that I got engaged. Later this year I will be

marrying a wonderful woman named Shelby and I couldn't be more excited about

that. This past year I also added a new piece to my weekly routine. I established

a weekly co-working session with my good friend Austin, who has been a regular

collaborator here at Verbal To Visual. We meet up at a coffee shop each week, chat

about the creative projects that we're each working on, and spend a good chunk

of time each of us plugging away on our own

individual project. Those weekly co-working sessions have been a great

opportunity to not only refill my creative energy tank,

thanks to that in-person connection, but it's also been a great time to get some

solid work done at the end of the week and it gives me a good amount of

momentum moving into the next week. This past year I was also more intentional

about putting energy into family and friendships. Sometimes it's hard for me

to actively reach out to others and foster those family relationships and

friendships, but I think this past year I got a little bit better at doing that,

and I hope to keep that trend going in this next year. Because of those three

pieces, I feel like I've also done a decent job of filling the connection

bucket in 2018. Let's turn to that third and final bucket of vitality. As a

follow-up to a previous year's theme of mindfulness, in 2018 I re-established a daily

meditation practice. I've got a dedicated space in my home where I do that

meditation and a time that I set aside as well - 9:00 a.m. - after I've had the

chance to wake up, get some breakfast, have some coffee, and do a little bit of

work. Following up that morning work session with a 20-minute meditation has

been really helpful in fostering mindfulness throughout the rest of the

day. And since most of the challenges related to doing creative work are

mental and emotional, for me I found it to be very impactful to strengthen that

mindfulness muscle. I also stopped drinking (entirely) in the middle of this

past year. After going through a handful of cycles of fairly heavy drinking

followed with light drinking then heavy drinking then light drinking over the

past three or four years, I realized it was time for me to just cut that out of

my life completely. And though that has been at times challenging, especially in

a place like Portland, Oregon with a strong craft beer culture, the cutting

out of alcohol has had a very positive effect on my daily mood and

energy levels. I also tweaked my exercise routine this past year. I've now got a

three-day cycle that I really enjoy. I'll go for a run one day, do some yoga the

next (sometimes at a local studio, sometimes using YouTube - shoutout to

Yoga with Adriene), and on the next day I'll do some simple strengthening with

push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups. The day after that I will get the cycle going

again with a run. What surprised me about this three-day cycle is how good my runs

feel. As a cross country and track runner in college, it was easy for me to feel

like I should run every day (or at least every other day), but now that I'm in my

early 30s it seems to be the case that a couple days of rest from running, with

some other lighter exercise, is the perfect recovery time that helps me feel

strong and refreshed the next time I make it out. And with those as the

primary ways I'm addressing my physical, emotional, and mental health, I'm feeling

pretty good about how I filled that vitality bucket this past year. And

what's exciting for me as I look back at 2018 from a more holistic perspective is

that this is the first time that I've ever done a good job of filling all

three of these buckets. It has taken about five years of doing these annual

reviews and using this three-bucket framework to get to this point, and

there's no guarantee that those three buckets will stay filled going into the

future. It's on me to continue putting time and energy into each of those

buckets, and that's what I plan to do in 2019. When it comes to connection and

vitality, my goal is simply to maintain the good habits that I established in

2018. So here I'd like to focus on what I plan to add to the contribution bucket.

First, I will continue making (and hopefully improving) these weekly videos.

I very much enjoy creating these as part of my weekly work routine. I like digging

into a new sketchnoting topic each week. And for now at least I'm

enjoying the style that I've landed on here, a little bit

more of a stripped-down approach: just a single frame, using only a black marker,

and improvising this narration rather than scripting it. And as I think about

the videos that I'd like to make in the year to come, I see two primary

categories, the first being "How to..." videos in which I will teach a specific

sketchnoting skill. Things like "How to Sketchnote a Book" or "How to Build Your

Drawing Skills." There are plenty of individual sketchnoting skills worth

digging into, as well as specific applications to explore. So I'm excited

to continue making those how-to videos and I hope you continue to find them

valuable. The second category is more "Sketchnotes of..." and with that category

I'm using sketchnoting to highlight an impactful idea or set of ideas. An

example of that type of video is the visual summary of the book Essentialism

that I published late last year. I really enjoy those videos as a way to explore

in depth the ideas that I'm coming across in the books I'm reading and the

podcasts I'm listening to. And my hope is that you find those ideas interesting

and applicable in your life, but even when that's not the case, they'll still

be demonstrating specific sketchnoting techniques that you might be able to

steal and use in your sketchnotes. Another thing that I'll be doing this

year to fill that contribution bucket is improving the resources that I've

already made. For the first time in many years I'm not planning to build a new

course this year. Instead, I want to revisit all of the courses that I've

already made and look for ways to make them better. Right now I feel really good

about the library of courses that we have in place here at Verbal To Visual,

and I think it's a good time to look back and do some maintenance work. That

might not be as exciting as creating something new, but that hopefully makes

those courses more impactful, more helpful in the lives of the people who

decide to pick them up. Though I won't be building a new course this year, I am

still starting something new. This year (and in fact next week) I'm launching a

new podcast. I've gotten in the habit of keeping a daily business log.

At the end of each workday I quickly jot down the things that I worked on, the

ideas that I came across, and any insights that might have cropped up. At

the end of the week I've been looking back at those daily business log entries

and doing a bit of reflecting. And it's within this new weekly podcast that I

will be sharing those reflections on what it's looking like for me to build a

sustainable creative career. So this podcast will not exist under the

umbrella of Verbal To Visual because it's not specifically about sketchnoting.

Instead, it's for people who are also in the process of building their own

creative career. If that sounds interesting to you, then stay tuned

because next week's video here on Verbal To Visual is going to be all about that

podcast. I've already recorded the first few episodes and I can't wait to share

them with you. So those are some of the highlights of my 2018 and some of my

plans for 2019. If you have not already done so, I encourage you to do this

reflecting and planning for yourself because I think it will help you to be

more intentional about how you spend your time every single day. And I hope

that seeing these concrete examples from my life have been a helpful case study. I

wish you the best of luck with whatever goals you set for yourself in 2019, and

I'll be here each week sharing some new ideas about sketchnoting and about

building a sustainable creative career, if those happen to be relevant to your

goals. Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you again next time.

Till then.

How To Create The Relationship You Desire ~ Review of Working with Selina Schuh - Duration: 1:43.

I decided to start working with Selina because I made an instant connection

with her at a networking event and I knew that she had the sincerity and the

clarity and the wisdom to help me move forward in my relationships the way that

I knew I wanted to and couldn't do in my own. So prior to working with Selina the

relationship struggles I experienced were that I didn't feel heard, I didn't

feel like my partner really understood what my values were and how I wanted to

create my life. I also felt a lack of desire and connection and communication

as well. So as a result of working with Selina I was able to create a

relationship where I feel supported on every level, where communication flows

organically, where I feel that my partner really gets me and I feel safe

expressing my full self and feeling very very connected. I would recommend anyone

who wants to create more fulfillment in their current relationships on their own

terms, and also people who want to create new relationships and want to really make

sure that they're aligned with their highest code and everything that they

want and deserve in those relationships.

GOT7 I Love It Reaction and Review - Duration: 2:59.

The important role of popular art is to entertain people

But further, popular art hides a valuable lesson within pleasure and delivers it to people

This is one of the important privileges of art

Among GOT7's songs, there are many philosophical songs that the members learned through their own lives

<I Love It> is also philosophical

In the official introduction, "<I Love It> is a solo hip-hop track featuring Jackson's charming voice"

It is so simple and concise like this

In fact, the value and meaning of the song is never simple

Like words of 'sukyung Lee'(this song recommender), it is a very philosophical song based on Jackson's personal experience

The most impressive lyrics is

"They just wanna see you fall"

After hearing the song, I reflected on myself

I also sometimes feel like I want someone to fail

It's definitely a bad idea

That means I want to get a feeling of relief and satisfaction from someone else's failure because it's hard for me to succeed

But it's a illusion and a delusion

So what should we do?

The song gives us an answer

The answer is 'Do what you love!'

This may sound very simple, but it is very important

It means not to compare yourself with others, but to live a true own life

I totally agree

In other words, focusing on yourself instead of focusing too much on other people's success is the best way to live a happy life

Plus, I think we should praise other people's merits and truly celebrate others' success instead of constantly pointing out and criticizing other people's demerits

We can make a beautiful and happy society if we do this

So this song sends an important message to us living in a competitive society

Review Marvel Legends Symbiote Spiderman - Duration: 8:06.

Wait, Where's The Symbiote Spiderman

I'M HERE I'M HERE!!

At Last It's My Turn For Review

Actually It's Not You That I Looking For

Wait, The Symbiote Is Only Me

Well, Actually There's Another One.

Look At Your Back

Hello Bro!

What!!! So This Is Not My Turn??

Unfortunately, Yes!

Sigh... Life Is So Cruel

So We Just Let Him Go, Boss?

Nothing We Can Do For It

Spider KIck

Yo Hello Guys!

Welcome Back

With Me!

The OMNITOYVERSE

So Today Is 2019 Already

Happy New Year For All Of You Guys!

I Wish For All Of Yours Resolution Will Come True

Today I Have

Marvel Legends

Symbiote Spiderman

From Build A Figure Kingpin Wave

And If You Notice

I Only Bought The Spidey

In Here

It Supposed to Contain Two Head Of Kingpin BAF

But I Don't Buy All Of Them

So I Only Bought The Spidey

If You Look At It

The Symbiote Design

is Slightly Different From The Usual Design

This Design Is Coming From

The Amazing Spiderman Comic Book

Issue #800 in 2015

Where Spidey Is Forced

To Teamed Up With Venom

To Fight The Green Goblin

Who Teamed Up With The Carnage.

And This Figure Need 3 Years

To Actually Hit Marvel Legends Series.

So Let's Take A Look At The Figure

but Before That

Let's Look At The Box Design First

Because The One Who Design It

Is Also Need To Be Mentioned

The Box Is Marvel Legends Standard

The Fron Box Is Transparent Package

There's A Lettering Symbiote Spiderman

The Side

On The Back There's A Picture

Of The Figure Pose

And There's Also A List

Of The Figures From This BAF Wave

And Also The Baf Figure Itself

The Other Side

The Above

The Bottom

Enough For The Box

Now Let's Get It Out First

So, This Is The Figure

After I Unbox It

In My Opinion

For The Detail And Accuracy

From This Figure

Is Look Alike From The Comic Book

In Here, I Gave You The Picture From The Comic

So You Can Compare Itself

How Accurate The Details Are

The Spider Symbol On The Front Side

The White Part in The Hand

The Eye Design

The Spider Symbol on The Back

In My Opinion

Everything Is Look Similar With The Comic

But, I Think

Hasbro Made This Figure

Half Breed

Why I Said That?

In Here We Have Anothe Picture

So If You Look At It

In That Picture

It Is a Picture

Where's For a Moment

Spidey Is Transform

Into Monster Venom

Because He's Mad

His Friends Flash Thompson

Getting Tortured By Red Goblin

If You Look Closely

At The Hand And The Leg In The Picture

That Is Similar To The Hand

And The Leg

From This Figure

The Finger Part Is Look Like The Monster

So, In My Opinion

It's a Little Weird

Why Hasbro Made The Hand And The Leg

Looks Like A Monster Venom

But The Head Is Regular Spidey head

Why They Don't Give The Monster Venom Head?

It Would Be Good

For The PaintJob

In My Opinion

Quite Good

But, Unfortunately For My Figure

There's A Minor QC

If You Look Closely

On The Front Side

The Paint Is

A Little Bit Messy

Actually The Thing That Really Piss Me Off

Is On The Back Side

If You Look At It

The Paint Is So Messed up

And In Here The Paint Is So Bad

There's No Hope For It

For The Articulation

The Head Is Ball Joint

So You Can Rotate 360 degree

Upward

Downward

The Shoulder Near The Chest

Can Go To The Front

Or To The Back

The Shoulder Is Cut Joint

So You Can Fully Rotate It

You Can Raise It But Not That Much

The Biceps Can Fully Rotate It

The Elbow Is Double Hinge

So You Can Fully Bend It

You Can Fully Rotate The Hand

Or Up And Down

The Chest Can Bend To The Front

Or To The Back

The Lower Stomach Can Fully Rotate

The Thigh Can go Fully To The Front

To The Back Just a Little Bit

You Can Raise It But Not That Much

You Can Fully Rotate The Thigh

The Knee Is Also Double Hinge

So You Can Fully Bend It

Or Even To The Front Like This

The Foot Can Fully Rotate

Or Upward

And Downward

We Got a Decent Articulation

But For Accessories

We Got a Little To Nothing

Only The Extra Hand

This One The Open Up Hand

Looks Like Monster Hand

And This Is

Punching Hand

Well, Actually Marvel Legends

Is Usually Lacking of Accessories

For The Size

This Marvel Legends Height Is

15,5 CM

Or 6Inchish

Next Is Compared With The other Marvel Legends Symbiote Spiderman

SHF Antman Civil War Version

Mafex The Amazing Spiderman 2

Revoltech SpiderGwen (Ghost Spider)

And Figma Miku Append

Overall I Like This Figure

I really Like To Play With It

I'm Not Worried It Damaged So Easily

As Ususal From Marvel Legend

The Durability Is Number 1

The Mold Is actually Not A New Mold

It Have Been Used In Many ML Spiderman

Even The Hand And The Foot

I Think It's Just a Repaint From Another Figure

My Figure Has a Minor QC In Paintjob

But I can Deal With It

Eventhought I'm a Little Bit Disapointed

For The Retail Price

This Figure Is Cost About

$20 To $25

If We Change It To The Current Exchange Rate

Let's Say It Was Rp.14.000

The Price Should Be Around Rp.280.000-Rp350.000

If It Goes To Indonesia, Maybe You Can Prepare The Money Around

Rp.4xx.000

Note That, It Should Includes The BAF Part

But If It Not Include The BAF Part

It Could Be Cheaper

Maybe The Difference Is Around

Rp.50.000-Rp.150.000

But This Retail Price

Sometimes Is Not Applicable

If It's Already In The Community

Because The Price Is Depend On The Character

If The Character Is Famous/Great

The Price Will Go Higher Than The Retail

And If Not Famous/Bad

It Can Be Cheaper

If You Got This Figure

In The Range of Retail Price

In My Opinion It's Still A Good Deal

Especially

If You're A Spidey Fans

I Think

You Should Get This Figure Quickly

Rather Than Regret It In the Future

So That's All For My Review

Maybe You Can Drop A Critic and Suggestion

2018 in Review: Supporting & Optimizing Our Brains | EDB 154 - Duration: 18:06.

Hi, I'm Dr. Hackie Reitman.

Welcome to this special two-part episode covering just some of the highlights from of Exploring

Different Brains in 2018.

In this second part, we are going to hear from some of the dedicated clinicians, specialists,

educators, advocates, and change-makers working to improve the lives of those of us with Different

Brains.

Ken Dychtwald

We need to beef up our scientific creativity and imagination to turn this disease off.

If we could do that, if we could somehow create a world without Alzheimer's, we'll be

having another discussion when we're a hundred years old, and it'll be an interesting discussion

and we're going to remember everything we're talking about today, and we're going to

be talking about great grandkids and the contributions we've made to the world.

I did a piece for the Harvard Business Review about a decade ago, and I'm not that good

a writer but I got lucky and they accepted it, and I won the McKenzie prize that year

and they called me up, they said it was the best article of the year, but you've tied

for first place.

I was like, "That's ok; who did I tie with?" and they said, "96 year-old Peter

Drucker, who is the founder of modern management science."

So Mr. Drucker and I had to go to the banquet together.

And I'm thinking to myself, "Nan, this guy is 96.

He's done more since he was 65 than rest of us will do in a lifetime."

We can imagine the world without Alzheimer's; we're going to see, first of all, intact

families, because caregiving can bust up a family and damage relationships.

We're going to see people with more financial well-being, because dementia and diseases

of the aging brain could unravel a family's life savings.

We're going to see the ability to have the dream of history: 5, 6, 7 generations alive

at the same time, all interacting, all contributing, all making sense of what the future could

be.

Joseph Lento

You know many years ago I actually put into a study what was going on with the kids in

my program.

You know, it wasn't anything new that people had done before but in terms of the populations

of kids I was using that was different.

I was teaching at Lemon High School, and I used, probably close to 200 students in a

study and they were not only kids with the highest traditional IQs but also kids with

emotional in academic problems and I did a side by side comparison of the students who

took instruments with music and those who did not.

And the kids who took instruments with music including the ones that before had lower grades

of the sudden we're now scoring much higher in every academic subject that was taught

in the high school whether it was foreign language, science, math, history.

All of them with a minimum of two years of experience in my class now began having much

higher grades and I'm very very proud of that because it really shows the power of

music across all different brain types.

So, that's something I still use till this day when I'm discussing things with people.

And also making music more accessible to our students with special needs.

I've recently been involved with the company called Looe Music for which I'm not a paid

endorser or anything like that.

And they devised a polymer trumpet which you don't hear to my right which is so light

weight that people who have motor difficulties and who lack certain upper body strength,

they can negotiate this instrument as I'm very, very happy to began the process of opening

up awareness of the instrument.

This a prototype and it's not complete yet.

Now I've played it and it's got a wonderful sound and soon when the finished product is

available I'm going to play it and I'm going to share it on the Linked in website

but, the cost value of something like this, but also be something that, special needs

communities can afford.

And bringing music to special needs communities is something really, really, wanna do.

So anyway I can do it, I'm going to do my very best to do that.

Seth Keller

What are some of the simple tools that I can use that make sense for me to be doing.

Well, it's actually a marvelous question cause it really has a lot to do with health

promotion.

Promoting our health and allowing ourselves to age health-, in a healthy way, uhh, and

it's really everything that we do, starting at a young age to as we're getting older

to do just that, to be healthy when you're older, and there's no doubt that there's

a great growing science, Hackie, on, on the uhh, the brain health and things that absolutely

can be done throughout our lifespan to really make ourselves uhh, uhh, well when we're

older, in, in our mind.

And, and one thing really, basically is just keeping very socially active.

There, there's a lot of research that talks about people with interactions and conversations

and reading and thinking through and keeping very busy is very good.

And that is really working your mind.

There's a lot of research, a lot of studies, a lot of information that talks about that,

which kind of parlays into what people talk about with word games, with sudoku, and other

kinds of things.

So that's kind of really where a lot of that comes from about that, working things

through.

And one example is that what we do naturally in our lives to kind of keep ourselves going

is right now, I'll use an example, you just literally picked up a glass with your right

hand, automatically and picked it up.

So what that means is that you and probably you didn't give it much thought, and here

I got my glass too, so you're basically have a pathway in your mind of what naturally

you use, right handed or not, pick it up.

So that's a pathway that you have formed in your brain.

So a way in which we talk to people, that I do, people trying to help their pathways

in their brain stay healthy, is do things differently.

So, for instance, if you naturally always use your right hand to pick up your glass,

try doing the opposite side.

Do it and do that more regularly.

That would be the same thing, say, brushing your teeth.

If you naturally brush your teeth with one hand, work in the other side.

You're driving your car and you know naturally that you go one direction every time, next

time maybe try a different way.

So what that does is actually works our brain to learn and use other pathways and it exercises

the brain in that fashion.

That's number one.

Number two is what we, the way we treat our bodies has a big difference.

So do we smoke cigarettes, do we get our blood pressure checked, do we eat well, do we not,

our sugar, diabetes controlled, everything like that is huge in terms of brain health.

People who have uncontrolled blood pressure problems absolutely have a much higher rate

of cognitive brain dysfunction.

People that smoke a lot, who have a risk of brain dysfunction because of that, absolutely.

People end up having strokes, worsening memory problems, there's no doubt that what we

put in our bodies have-have-has impact.

The way we exercise, so if you get your heart rate up on a semi-regular basis throughout

your lifespan, and not waiting until you're 56 years old.

It's not too late, of course, to do that, but try to do things throughout the lifespan

which is really important for people to realize.

"Why am I doing it now?

Why am I putting this effort in now?

Even though it makes me feel good?"

You're basically protecting yourself for later, and I guess that might be esoteric,

you know, later in life I'm doing all this work now, 40 years before I get older, 30

years, 20 years, it really makes a difference.

You know, for those who're already that age and say, "Boy, I wish I did this,"

but you know, you live, you learn from that.

The key thing, Hackie, is how do you take someone and change their bad habits, or I

hate to say lazy habits, and make them someone that does these things?

How do you get someone to go on a, what we would call a health promotion program?

That's not an easy thing to do, especially in those with developmental disabilities,

who sometimes need supports, and they need mentors, they need people to look at around

them who sometimes may need to support them, be a good observer, uhh, and good role model.

That's something that's very important, especially in those that have developmental

disabilities, that, that, you know, go with families or direct supports.

Jennie Trocchio

Now, my daughter Rebecca is always reminding me, "Dad, sometimes good intentions are

not enough," and parents have great intentions, but what is, like, some of the biggest, what

is the biggest mistake that parents make when they're interacting with their children

on the spectrum?

Or their adults, for that matter?

The biggest mistake?

Umm, I think, possibly, the biggest mistake I see is that parents are interacting at a

different, a different level, often a little bit too high, umm, and not taking the time

to just watch their kids, and think about what are they doing and why.

Sometimes I like to say, "Ok, let's just take a minute, back up.

And instead of just coming in with our agenda," and I guess that's really what I see parents

doing.

They come in with their agenda.

And, you know, today we're gonna do this, this, and this.

Umm, but instead, let's take a minute, watch what the child's doing, and think about

where's their attention, and what is their intention.

What are they trying to do?

And then we can kind of figure out why, and then we can join them in that.

Umm, but coming in and just kind of directing a lesson is what it feels like sometimes,

instead of just playing, taking time to, to find joy and to have fun and to smile.

And that's, uhh, I think that if every parent would take two hours out of a day, I know

that sounds like a lot, but when you see the data about how often we're on our phones

and devices, it's kind of small potatoes, but like two hours, that's, 15 minute increments,

totally manageable, excuse me as I'm processing this, umm, but two hours to play, to have

fun, to interact in a way- To connect.

…that's enjoyable, to connect, I think if every family could do that, you would know

one another a lot better, relationships would be stronger, and would really be able to,

to get some momentum going."

Cuong Do

So the theme of everything I've done over the last 15 years as it relates to autism

and as it relates to the special needs community is a grounding in the belief that you have

to start with the individual, and if you can connect with that individual, you then start

to understand what he or she is good at, so that and once you understand that, you now

are set on a path to explore things that hopefully will open up a future.

Right?

But then I think the other aspect is once you have identified what these things are,

once these individuals are now adults, you have to support them with their needs as well.

Just because you graduated from high school doesn't mean that the need for support disappears.

I would argue the need for support actually increases because Mom Dad aids are no longer

around as they were before, and so how do you continue late support this person as an

individual rather than as some kind of a group therapy or group support?

John Mavros

Oh, OK.

Now, what is one piece of advice that you'd give to parents struggling whose child is

struggling with some behavior in school and other things in school, and they don't know

how to help him or her?

What is your advice?

OK, start with the child.

Show interest and support.

Ask the child questions.

Try to understand what the child is feeling, what the child is going through.

Go to the teacher.

Go to the teacher after you talk with the child.

Don't jump to conclusion that it's anybody's fault, anybody is to blame.

Communicate with the teacher.

This is something that I advocate.

School districts, schools, and school principals to get to happen the first month of school.

The teacher reaches out to talk with the parent to have just some casual conversation, like,

"How you doing?

My name is Mr. Mavros, I'm concerned about doing the best I can to help your child learn

and would you just tell me a little bit about what I might be able to do, how I might best

work, how this might work, if there's any ways that you would suggest for me to be helpful."

This can happen in the first week of school and without even talking about what the, what

the grading system is, what the child has to get to learn.

This is normal protocol in any situation where you have a group of people and in this case,

a student, a parent, and a teacher, that's going to be working together.

We're going to be together whether they're working or not they're going to be hopefully

joining together for the entire year.

I suggest that there be a family orientation month.

Not just a family night, not just a family open house, not just a formal PTA, but a whole

month in which teachers are encouraged to reach out and then they carry that out for

the the rest, every, every month to try to make a contact with every parent once a month.

After the big holiday that we generally celebrate at the end of December, going into January,

this order should start over again.

Not with the whole month of services, but just to be sure that they reconnect.

Jim Sporleder

Absolutely.

You know, you brought up a good point in that–I guess one of the biggest learning things since

we've talked is that I'm beginning to understand that it's a transformation within

who you are as a person.

We don't do trauma-informed and that's one of the misnomers out there is that some

schools will get a training and they kind of check box and say "we're trauma informed,

or we already had that training."

And always share trauma isn't something we do.

It is, it's who we are.

It's who we become.

And it becomes our identity, it becomes our culture, it's how we take care of our kids,

it's how we take care of each other, our community, our parents.

And I've known this, and I'm gonna give credit my Lincoln kids in transforming me.

Now it's how I treat the cab driver that gets me to the hotel.

I wanna make sure that I have a positive interaction with that person or the car rental bus that

takes me to the rental lot.

I want that person to know that I recognize them and that I appreciate them.

And so it's always looking for positive intent.

Because you never know that's sunshine in their day that may make the difference.

We didn't have to know.

But when it comes to who you are, you're intentionally looking for those opportunities."

Jackie Rosen

What is one piece of knowledge and advice you like to give to our DifferentBrains.Org

audience?

There's three words that I use…

three groups of words: be aware, care, and share.

Share the knowledge you learn.

Be aware so that you know when somebody is in trouble.

And care enough to do something

Ellipal Hardware Wallet Review - The Heavy Hitter of Crypto Wallets? - Duration: 9:38.

Whats up everyone its Austin over here at the crypto playhouse and i have another hardware

wallet review for you.

And i have to say I think this one might actually by my favorite to date.

Were looking at the Ellipal today, which is kind of a whole new breed of hardware wallet.

It is a little bit larger of a device which is probably my one single gripe with it.

But this thing is killer.

It's got a touchscreen, you've got you're charge port up here, it actually has a camera;

were gonna dive in and take a look at why it has that.

And this device is, so far, just phenomenal.

It supports bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, a number of other small cap coins and erc 20

transactions.

It has a very very unique kind of interaction method for signing transactions.

It's the first device I've seen that kind of takes this route and its really really

an interesting device.

The build quality is incredible it's very sturdy it's got an aluminum unibody.

It actually does have a removable back for, you have your SD card here for updates and

it does have a removable and replaceable battery.

This is definitely the most effort I've seen put into a crypto hardware wallet to date,

and it was actually crowdfunded through kickstarter, that's another kind of interesting factor.

So people were definitely all about the idea and now that the product has been delivered

I have to say, you know they really came through.

So we're gonna dive in, get up close, take a look at the device, see how the transactions

work and yeah!

Okay, so you do have your app and the device itself so this is where you come from the

setup.

I did already run through the basics of this just putting in the account name and password.

So my big gripe with the last device that i reviewed, the Temexe was that the keys were

generated on the phone apparently instead of the device and your mnemonic phrase showed

up which just kind of completely negates your security.

And luckily we do not have that issue with the Ellipal here.

So were just going to create the account on the device itself.

Give it a moment to do that, and its generating your keys.

I am doing this as a test so I'm just going to show these mnemonics here.

It's going to ask you to confirm that you understand that your mnemonic phrase is them

end all be all to your crypto assets.

And here we are.

So you've got your mnemonic phrase here, and just going to hit next and its actually

going to make me verify, so give me one moment I'm going to verify this and well come back

to the video.

Okay, so as you can see, backup successful.

We backed up our mnemonic, and here you will see your different choices for the coins to

add, were just going to add them all right now, because why not.

Alright so now we want to of course connect the actual app so that we can send transactions

and whatnot..

So were going to connect to cold wallet.

And this is where i think it is very kind of different and cool.

So we're going to connect here.

And you'll see here that it has six different QR codes.

Now they don't give any specific explanations for this but my assumption is that when you

log into the cold wallet you're basically signing a QR codes for each of the different

blockchain types.

So although we have more than six coins, bitcoin and bitcoin cash obviously are off the same

chain, Ethereum and Erc20s are off the same chain, so we get six codes.

So anyways, were gonna go, connect to cold wallet, and here we are.

So we're gonna scan...And six.

Now obviously if you're only using it for bitcoin or Ethereum you only have to go through

one or two of those.

So anyway here is the general layout.

You can see on the device itself, you've got access to all these.

And this is where you do your signing from.

You have to enter your password in there.

And over here is where you really make the transactions and kind of set things up.

So let's take a look at bitcoin cash, so you can see there, you have the address itself,

you have the price and you can receive.

And there you go, you get your QR code and anyone can send to you via the QR code.

And you can also send, obviously you have your amount, recipient address.

And one of the things that i really really like about this is it lets you choose your

transaction fee.

Its seems like a minor thing but with most of the wallets I've used if that feature

is available its a little bit complicated, not really available to the average user.

And it really, you know it's something that in 2018 we didn't see as much of but towards

the end of 2017 it was really obvious that in high traffic periods, upping that transaction

fee can really make a huge difference in when you're transaction arrives so i think that's

a great little feature.

But, anyways let's back out here.

One of the other things that i do really like about the ellipal app is it does have a market

watch so you can kind of eye this down here.

And it also has news which feeds in from cointelegraph a couple of other different providers so that

is a nice little feature of the app.

Now another thing with this that i think is a great little feature is that you of course

can create a new wallet here; or you can backup or restore via mnemonic phrase or private

key, but you can also actually restore via a QR code.

Which is a feature i haven't seen before but really is a great little feature because

it just speeds the process up a lot and yeah, it's just something interesting i haven't

seen before.

And also, with coin support; of course within Ethereum, so we can actually come in here

and it does have automated support for a huge number of ERC 20s which is great, because

I'm telling you if your sending Ethereum transactions, Erc20s are just a no-brainer to have access

to.

And amazingly I've seen a number of different devices that don't actually have that.

So anyways were gonna pull back here and kind of go over some pros and cons, and yeah!

Okay, just because i know this questions going to come up in the comments, let me run through

real quick so in terms of total coin support we've got Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash,

Dash, Litecoin, Ethereum Classic, Digibyte, Ripple, and CMT.

Now mind you, it does also support Erc20s so I'm not gonna list off all those, there's

way too many Erc20s to actually go through that.

But all in all This is the first device I've reviewed in quite a while, really since the

Trezor that I just fully say this is a great device.

I love it, it is, the build, quality is incredible, it does seem to have the security that I'm

looking for in a hardware wallet and the nice thing is that it's not a USB connected.

It is kind of a hybrid with the way they do the signature transactions through the camera.

I really really just, i love the device.

Obviously i think the biggest cons are going to be the device size.

In a world where things are getting smaller and were already carrying your iphone or your

android phone or whatever...it is a bit big, there's no if's and's or but's about

that.

But in the end i really think it's worth the extra size.

The only other gripe i would have with it is the device updates are done via a micro

SD card.

And you actually install the update on this and then put it in the device.

Now its not particularly difficult but it's not the most intuitive things, and i think

one of the things with crypto is trying to take it mainstream.

So in the future I'd maybe like to see something where you can update directly through a usb

plug, butt you know, it is what it is; and i think the device really really kind of hits

all the nails on the head.

I really think the Ellipal guys just absolutely killed it with this.

Anyways I hope you guys enjoyed the video.

always looking for new and cool things in the crypto world to check out.
