Who doesn't need some practical tips on saving money?

Welcome back on my channel or HI if you're new, I'm Valentina and today we're all about saving some money

and learning how to live a great life on a budget.

First, we need to differentiate need vs wants. Do we need that dress or we want a new dress?

We need to balance our long-term needs and our short-term wants to live well, but frugally.

It's easy to mix up wants and needs and break our budget …

that's why it really helps to have a goal as it will keep us motivated to hold on .

Unplug TV and turn off your wi-fi router before bed, you not only will save some money but you'll sleep better

Don't let temptation make you buy stuff you don't really need . When I go groceries for example I never buy things

that are not on the grocery list and in the long run this saved me a lot of money as I beat the urge to spend!

Turning down the heat won't just help us in saving money but it will help the planet and us to be healthier

Make your own cleaners at home so you'll end up saving some money and use more natural ingredients

Use the 24 hour rule as it helps avoid purchasing unnecessary items on impulse.

Think over each purchase for at least 24 hours and research a lot before making a decision, compare multiple websites.

We should try to make an effort and use cash more often.

We live in a digital culture where it's so easy to swipe up our credit card that sometimes we don't really realize how much we are spending

Wearing neutral clothes because they are more versatile and we can mix and match easier without having too many outfits.

To be better in saving money we need to know how much we spend. We should keep track of all our expenses,

organizing the data by categories for example, groceries, car, mortgage etc…

Drying clothes on a clothesline instead of using the dryer is a great way to save money on electricity

Once we learned to differentiate between needs and wants, we may find out that we already have most of what we want.

And this is a major turning point because we live in an era where all these information coming into our home

from the media, tend to make us feel deprived when we really aren't.

Let's shop at thrift stores as we can purchase things for less or let's check the used section on a web site

before buying a new item…we'll not only save money but...yes! also the environment will appreciate our choice.

Don't underestimate this....consumerism creates a false sense of urgency like we really need to buy that dress or that PC

because they are on sale for a limited time, but we don't really need them.

We've gone from fulfilling needs to creating false needs. And this brings me directly to the next tip

We should unsubscribe from mailing list so we'll avoid temptation to buy something that we don't need anyway

Let's turn off your lights when we don't need them or if we are in another room.

We can sell our unwanted belongings and earn a few dollars on EBAY or any place of our choice

I couldn't end this video without this tip: be a minimalist!

While adopting a minimalist lifestyle and decluttering, we may find out we have enough already

Now, of course these were just some suggestions, you make up the rules that work the best for you but I hope you'll find some of them useful.

And remember to be willing to make some sacrifices…saving money means we'll have to sacrifice something

but it also means that it will pay off in the long run.

Now, it does not mean we should only buy things we need… Life is meant to be lived, not survived.

We should treat ourselves from time to time but we should see these extras as they are…just exceptions.

Hey guys, welcome back to Simple Happy Zen, its Vera and for this video today

I thought I would do something different and show you what I eat in a day. Since I always enjoy watching these videos for

inspiration. I thought it'd be fun to make one myself. I eat very differently every day

So for this video, I recorded everything that I ate yesterday and that's probably very different from what I'm having today or tomorrow

I didn't leave anything out. My diet is very easy and simple and down-to-earth

I don't really like those complicated meals that take hours of planning

So I started my day with a bowl of oatmeal and I make it differently every time depending on what's in my kitchen and

Also a glass of water which is what I try to start every day with but I still forget about half the days

During the morning, I had a few more glasses of water and some tea, this was green tea. And then at 11:00 a.m

I had a snack, and it's called Onbijtkoek. It is a typical Dutch thing

It literally translates to breakfast cake, but it's not cake and we don't have it for breakfast either

It's kind of like gingerbread. It's really spicy. It has cinnamon and nutmeg those kinds of spices and it's super delicious

I don't have this too often because it does have some sugar but every once in a while

I really like it and I have it with vegan margarine

Then at 1:30, I had my lunch and I made a super delicious

Spicy hummus sandwich. We Dutch people really love our bread and that's what I had today as well

For dinner, I had this eggplant and chickpea curry and this is actually a recipe from Madeleine Olivia

If you don't know who she is, then I highly recommend checking out her channel

She has amazing vegan recipes and this one is just great as well

After dinner I had this fennel tea and decaf coffee

Later that night. I had a snack of two tangerines and some nuts with raisins and the nuts were unprocessed and unsalted

During the evening. I also had more chamomile tea and more water.

Over the course of the day I also took my supplements

I wouldn't recommend these for everyone but I noticed that I feel best when I take these supplements to complement my diet

How to use Context in a Dialogflow AI Chatbot | Simple Tutorial with Examples - Duration: 2:28.

Today's tutorial will be on using contexts with dialogflow.

As you probably know questions or conversations make more sense when there is context.

As an example, if I ask, how big is it? The bot would be confused.

However, if we first talk about apples the bot would then know we are asking how big an apple is and not anything else.

Now, let's see how to do it in dialogue flow.

But before we start it is assumed that you watched our previous video or you already know how to use dialogflow.

Let's begin by creating an intent for a contextless question, how big is it?

Next let's create the same question, but this time WITH context.

Adding apples as an input context means this response will only get triggered if the message before this has an output context of apples.

To trigger the apple context let's create another intent. This time, let's tell our bot that we are talking about apples.

This time we use the output context,

the number beside this refers to the lifespan or simply, how many messages after this will the context of 'apples' be valid?

And that's it! Good job, you are one step closer to building the perfect chatbot.

  As well as being generally good for your health and fitness , a simple (ish) push-up test could potentially save your life

 Because the number indicates a lot about the state of your health if you're a man

 So how many push-ups do you think you could do in a row? Ten? Twenty? One hundred maybe (in which case, well done you)?  What you should be aiming for is 40 push-ups in a row

Not ten then a short break while your life flashes before your very eyes, but 40 consecutive push-ups

   According to new research, men who can do more than 40 push-ups in a row have a 96 per cent lower risk of heart disease than those who struggle to do 10

  The Harvard study says that demonstrating to your doctor how many push-ups you're capable of could even be a more accurate indication of heart disease and strokes than the treadmill tests traditionally used

 "Surprisingly, push-up capacity was more strongly associated with cardiovascular disease risk than the results of submaximal treadmill tests," lead author Dr Justin Yang, occupational medicine resident at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, explained

   To arrive at these findings, 1104 active male firefighters between the ages of 21 and 66 had their health data analysed over a decade

 "Participants able to complete more than 40 push-ups were associated with a significantly lower risk of incident CVD event risk compared with those completing fewer than 10 push-ups," the study reveals

Breakfast simple and Easy just in hardly two mintue/Aasan / Sada nashta - Duration: 2:25.

Take Nonstick fry pan or any available to you

Add some Gee/Oil/Butter any thing you have, It's batter you used healthy one.

If you do not have nonstick fry pan then sprinkle some slat before adding an egg. With this egg will not stick to the pan.

When oil become hot then take an egg, break little with spoon and add slowly in the middle of the pan

It take just a minute , if you want running yoke then do not flip the egg, just take some hot oil and through on egg like this

It will take one an half minute to ready...Now take a plate and carefully shifted egg in a plate.

Your perfect fried egg with running yolk has ready

Now take one slice of brown bread

Little fry or just heat as you like from both side for 30 second

Your breakfast ready... just sprinkle salt and crushed plack paper and one cup of black coffee and enjoy your healthy and light breakfast containing just almost:167 calories.
