President Trump suggested a plan that is sure to send illegal aliens scrambling and it provoked

an uproar out of the Swamp and the left almost immediately.

Frankly, I'm all for it.

He's suggesting that illegal aliens not be given constitutional rights and due process

in court.

That they should just be immediately deported.

I have a few thoughts on this one.

It's true that the Supreme Court ruled that any person who is on American soil has constitutional

rights.

But that doesn't make the ruling correct and personally, I don't think that is ever

what the Founding Fathers intended.

They intended our rights to be applied to American citizens.

Therefore, I would agree with putting these illegal aliens on a bus and immediately sending

them back where they came from.

I am not in the majority on this opinion, unfortunately.

Judge Napolitano disagrees with me and says they do have rights.

But he also points out there is an easy fix to all this… just don't let them over

the border in the first place.

If we had a wall and security, that would be the case.

Until we can get there, according to SCOTUS, these people must be adjudicated.

This means housing and providing for tens of thousands of them.

It is untenable and a horrific mess.

Brought to you by Democrats and progressive Republicans alike.

Americans, when they stray into Mexico, are arrested, tortured, beaten and treated abysmally.

They do not have the same rights as Mexican citizens do.

I'm not saying we should treat illegal aliens as the Mexicans do… we should be fair and

humane.

But we should not treat them as if they are actual Americans and the president agrees

with that.

Although yesterday he did concede that it would be more workable to just prevent them

from coming across the border and to transport them back to wherever they came from.

Trump's "zero tolerance" immigration policy is the right call here to be used against

those who don't respect the rule of law.

I support the move 100 percent.

From Reuters:

"President Donald Trump said on Sunday that people who enter the United States illegally

should be sent back immediately to where they came from without any judicial process, likening

them to invaders who are trying to "break into" the country.

"His proposal drew immediate criticism from legal analysts and immigrant rights advocates

who said it would violate the U.S. Constitution's due process provision, which applies to citizens

and non-citizens alike.

"In a series of tweets on Sunday, Trump said: "We cannot allow all of these people

to invade our Country.

When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them

back from where they came."

""Cannot accept all of the people trying to break into our Country.

Strong Borders, No Crime!""

They are invaders and they have declared that is what they intend to do.

If you listen to the current leading candidate for the presidency in Mexico, he is urging

Mexican citizens to go to the U.S. to basically invade and conquer America.

They see it as taking back land they claim is theirs.

In my book, that is an act of war.

I also do not share in the sentiment that illegal alien children should be reunited

with their parents.

We do not do that when Americans break the law and go to prison.

That's just insane.

I'm not alone in thinking this way.

Many legal scholars support my point of view… especially constitutional originalists.

Dinesh D'Souza, a man I greatly respect, stated during a Fox News interview that, "Citizenship

is a kind of bargain among citizens of a country, and it comes from a social contract with certain

rights and responsibilities.

The whole idea of letting non-citizens vote and shape the governmental process falls outside

the social contract.

They need to go through the citizenship process, become citizens, and then they get the protections

and benefits of being a citizen."

That's what my son-in-law did.

He's from Denmark and we spent several years getting him over here legally.

He adopted my daughter's children and is now a citizen.

It took a lot of effort, time and money, but it was the right thing to do and I'm very

proud of him.

Democrats know all this.

That's not the point.

They want open borders so they have a permanent voting bloc to utilize in politics.

It's power for them.

They don't care about illegal immigrants' children.

But they use that for their political agenda.

This has gone on for far too long.

A wall needs to be built, border security truly enforced and the rule of law upheld.

Without borders and without the rule of law, we are not really a sovereign nation and the

left knows that.

President Trump is absolutely correct that they need to be sent back.

This lawfare over illegal immigration that is weaponized by the left has to stop.

Washington DC day trip | Tourist attractions | Best way to visit DC - Duration: 15:26.

Mr Rusheb dropped me here

This is a local bus terminal

I am going to take a bus for the nearest Metro station

Today I was supposed to get up early

around 6 am

but yesterday night I slept quite late

because while transferring the videos from my camera to the laptop

I was how poor the quality of audio was!

I expected GoPro 6 to be much better than my old GoPro 4

but this GoPro 6 has 2 inbuilt microphones...

They are so wierd

The audio was so poor

I don't think I should trust GoPro 6 audio for making videos

Thats why now I am using an external mic

This is Boya M1 mic

Though that is also a big hassle

GoPro's adapter to connect the external mic with the camera is so bulky

Now he is going to drop me somewhere

From there I will catch a bus and then metro to reach Washington DC

Its 8:30 am

A lot of viewers said that they don't understand the numbers in Hindi, so I should atleast speak them in English

Though considering Non-Hindi speaking viewers, I put English subtitles in every video

Overthere is a bus terminal

When I was making the video there, someone came and asked me to stop

I am scared of all the men in 'uniform' !!

Everyone seems like a Cop

Though that person was a security personnel from the PRTC, the bus operating agency

Then I went inside and asked for the ticket to Smithsonian

Actually, Rusheb told me that Smithsonian metro station is the nearest one for most of the attractions in DC

So prefer Smithsonian station

If you are staying outside the Washington city area. as it is quite costly to stay there

The suburbs of DC have quite cheaper hotels

After I went inside, I started talking to the person on the counter

He was happy to see my camera and gimbal setup

Thereafter, I gave him a bill of 20 USD

to purchase the ticket

but he said he didnt had change

I did not had smaller bills than 20

then he did a favour to me

he gave me this

this is a free pass

What a decent way to start the day!

These are fare vending machines

I am going to charge my smart card now

Here are the peak and non-peak hours fares

its 9:25 am

after 5 minutes off-peak time will start

I will have to pay around 5.40 USD in peak hours

whereas in non-peak hours the fare is just 3.85 USD for Smithsonian

So why shouldn't I wait for 5 minutes to save money!

Sharing this with you so that you also keep this in mind if you are here

If you visit DC, you must be taking a metro

You can also get a ONE DAY PASS

If you want to ride a lot in these metros, then take this pass

it costs 14.75 USD

This offers unlimited rides for 1 day in all metrorails and metrobus in Washington DC

You can charge your smartcard with this pass

check this website for updated fares

you can also call this number if you are in USA

This is the train station

I have reached DC

Over there is the Washington Monument

its 3 pm

i am still near the Holocaust museum

This is a big museum. I could not see everything.

You need atleast 5 hours to visit this properly

This place is near the National mall

I am going that side

its 3:20 pm

over there is Holocaust museaum

Now I am at Washington monument

This dedicated to the first presdent of this country

this was completed in 1884

It was the tallest building in those days

This is still the tallest monumental building of the world

555 feet

over there is Capitol building

Most of the iconic monuments of Washington are located in this area

Hire a bike to visit all these places

Thats the best way to explore these places

I think I am going through bad times

I lost the Mic adapter

I recently bought it after coming here in the US

It costs 50 USD

I have lost a lot of things on this trip

when is this going to stop!

Probably this leads to the White house

what is happening here!

some security personnel are shouting

why!

is anyone going to come?

probably there is some VIP movement, that is why all the tourists are cordoned off to this side

I am happy to be here

its 4:45 pm

Thats White House,

Now I am going to visit some other places

Everyone in USA said that tap water in USA is drinkable

this is the first water fountain which I saw, is publicly available

till now I used to refill my bottle from the places where I stay

Wow! No water!!

Public fountain in the capital city of the USA has no water!!

its 6:15 pm

I am tired now. Have been walking since morning

This is National Mall

I thought this would be similar to a shopping mall

quite similar to the lawns at India gate in New Delhi

This is a must visit place

its 3:30 pm

Now I am going to leave this place

Let me arrange all the things properly

I stayed in this room for 3 days

how to put this off!

This house belongs to Mr Rusheb and his familiy

a garden

neighbours

let me introduce you with everyone

He is Sarfaraz

I felt this place as just like my home

I had Indian food

I am sure viewers from Bangladesh, Pakistan and India....

will stay together, united and happy

and progress

We used to be the super power of the world when we were united

today US is the Super power

but we will achieve our lost strength if we stay united

He is Rusheb's father

travelled 68 countries

Best wishes to all of you :)

Tyler Hilinski, Washington State football player, had brain damage at time of suicide - Duration: 3:48.

PULLMAN, Wash. -- The family of the Washington State football player who died of suicide in January said the 21-year-old quarterback had extensive brain damage that's been linked to concussions from playing the sport

Tyler Hilinski was found dead in his apartment with a gunshot wound and a suicide note in January

Mark and Kym Hilinski told NBC's "Today" show on Tuesday that the Mayo Clinic requested to do an autopsy of their son's brain

The interview comes alongside the debut of a new Sports Illustrated documentary about the family's search for answers

The family in those interviews said the autopsy results indicated that their son had signs of extensive brain damage known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, which has been found in hundreds of former NFL players

The sophomore quarterback was last seen alive the same day, when he dropped a teammate off on campus for morning class

Police said the rifle belonged to a teammate and that Hilinski took it without the teammate's knowledge on or before Jan

12.Kym Hilinski said they were shocked and numb after finding out that he had shot himself

She said he'd never shot a gun until the day before he died. There were no verbal signs that the young football player was suffering

His mother said he was quiet, reserved but always happy."Did football kill Tyler?

I don't think so. Did he get CTE from football? Probably. Was that the only thing that attributed to his death? I don't know," Kym Hilinski said in the documentary

The family's other son also appeared in the documentary. Ryan Hilinski was noted as a star quarterback at his high school in California and is set to play at the University of South Carolina with the support of his parents

Ryan Hilinski said his brother's brain damage diagnosis scared him and made him worried he may suffer what his brother went through, but that he's still committed to playing football

"I think Tyler would want me to do the same thing. I don't think he'd want me to stop," Ryan Hilinski said

Tyler Hilinski appeared in eight games during his sophomore season, throwing for 1,176 yards and seven touchdowns

His most memorable outing came in the second week of the season, when he led Washington State from a 21-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat Boise State 47-44 in triple overtime

Hilinski threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns coming off the bench and was carried off the field after the victory

His only start came in the Holiday Bowl against Michigan State, although he played extensively in a loss to Arizona

He was expected to be the starting quarterback this coming fall during his junior year

Washington State said it's adding more safeguards to help students, including a second formal mental health screening for all football players and meetings with all varsity sports athletes to consider mental health risks

The family has started the Hilinski's Hope Foundation to raise awareness about mental health wellness for student-athletes

Low-key Washington insider makes a bid to fix struggling VA - Duration: 0:57.

WASHINGTON –  Modest and low-key, Robert Wilkie was hastily dispatched to lead the Department of Veterans Affairs after a furious President Donald Trump fired Secretary David Shulkin amid political infighting at the department

But what was supposed to be a temporary job could turn permanent.  If confirmed as VA secretary, the long-time public official could end up steering some of the biggest changes to veterans' health care in decades

A significant test comes at his Senate hearing Wednesday, where Democrats plan to question the Air Force and Navy veteran on his views on privatizing the government's second-largest department serving 9 million veterans

It's an issue that Shulkin says led to his ouster.  In recent meetings, Wilkie has told several veterans' groups and some lawmakers that he opposed "privatization

Musk, da NY a Washington in 29 minuti - Duration: 1:41.

(ANSA) - (ANSA) - NEW YORK, 21 LUG - Da New York a Washington in 29 minuti, rispetto alle quasi tre ore attuali
