BREAKING: Trump ROCKS Washington DC with a Declaration about his Executive Power

President Trump took to Twitter on Monday morning to unequivocally assert that he has

the "absolute right" to pardon himself should Robert Mueller's "witch hunt" attempt to bring

charges against him.

But, the president added, he shouldn't have to because he's done "nothing wrong."

"As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself,

but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?" said Trump.

"In the meantime, the never ending Witch Hunt, led by 13 very Angry and Conflicted Democrats

(& others) continues into the mid-terms!"Trump's comments were in part prompted by the publication

by The New York Times of a confidential letter sent by the president's lawyers in January

to Mueller arguing that the president's broad executive authority means he cannot be charged

with obstruction of justice.

The Times reports:

President Trump's lawyers have for months quietly waged a campaign to keep the special

counsel from trying to force him to answer questions in the investigation into whether

he obstructed justice, asserting that he cannot be compelled to testify and arguing in a confidential

letter that he could not possibly have committed obstruction because he has unfettered authority

over all federal investigations.

In a brash assertion of presidential power, the 20-page letter — sent to the special

counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, and obtained by The New York Times — contends that the

president cannot illegally obstruct any aspect of the investigation into Russia's election

meddling because the Constitution empowers him to, "if he wished, terminate the inquiry,

or even exercise his power to pardon."

On Sunday, New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told ABC's "This Week" that he thinks Trump

"probably does" have the power to pardon himself.

"He probably does," Giuliani told host George Stephanopoulis on Sunday.

"He has no intention of pardoning himself but he probably — not to say he can't.

I mean, that — that's another really interesting constitutional argument, can the president

pardon himself?

It would be an open question.

I think it would probably get answered, by gosh, that's what the constitution says

and if you want to change it, change it.

But yes."

Though Giuliani expressed confidence that Trump could "probably" do it, he admitted

that the "political ramifications" of doing so would be "tough."

"Pardoning other people is one thing.

Pardoning yourself is another," he said.

"Other presidents have pardoned people in circumstances like this both — both in their

administration and sometimes the next president, even of a different party will come along

and pardon."

Trey Gowdy Smells A Dirty Rotten, Money Laundering Liberal Rat In Washington - Duration: 13:07.

Trey Gowdy Smells A Dirty Rotten, Money Laundering Liberal Rat In Washington

Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) has been turning up in the news with increasing frequency.

He's the chairman of the House Oversight Committee.

Given that one year ago Hillary was winding up her unsuccessful campaign for president,

his committee should be up to its eyeballs in work.

The sheer volume of corruption that Mrs. Clinton can churn out is just that staggering.

Of course, we all know that Hillary is corrupt.

We also know that she has maintained her freedom from indictment and prosecution through innumerable

political power plays.

Since it would have been disastrous for the Democrats to have Hillary go down in a criminal

trial, influence peddling, extreme power politics, and dodgy deals have kept her a free woman.

So far.

Enter Mr. Gowdy.

Rather than being hurt, he would likely become famous was he the one who finally put Hillary

away.

Whether he is successful remains to be seen.

However, he is currently pursuing the possibility that Hillary and the DNC laundered money through

a law firm to get cash to Fusion GPS that created the discredited Trump dossier.

So Hillary remains in the news for all the wrong reasons.

"Appearing on Fox News Sunday, Gowdy said that the Clinton campaign and the DNC might

have committed money laundering through the law firm they hired which paid Fusion GPS

to do opposition 'research' on then-candidate Donald Trump.

"'I'm not an election law expert, but the good news is you don't have to be to

understated the absurdity believing you can just launder all of your campaign money by

just hiring a law firm,' Gowdy told Wallace.

'Imagine if you and I were running for Congress, and we just hired a law firm and said "Hey,

you go to all the opposition, you go buy all the television, you go buy all the bumper

stickers, you go hire all the experts, and we will launder all of this through a law

firm."

I can't think of anything that defeats the purpose of transparency laws more than that.'"

Democratic Party officials claim they cannot remember who authorized these funds to be

funneled through a law firm to pay Fusion GPS.

Mr. Gowdy is not buying that explanation.

"'I am interested in that, and I am also interested in sharing some memory tricks with

folks at the DNC because no one can remember who paid $10 million dollars to a law firm

to do oppo research,' Gowdy said.

'I find that stunning.

$10 million and no one can remember who authorized it, who approved it.'"

The Democrats are simply attempting to "skate fast over thin ice," hoping the whole thing

just blows over.

Sort of like Hillary's famous comment, "What difference does it make?"

Integrity, or in Hillary's case, a lack of integrity does make a difference.

And Mr. Gowdy does not appear to be a man who gives up easily.

Will he be the one who finally takes Hillary down?

We

can hope, can't we?

Tissue Graft in Wenatchee WA: Stacy | Central Washington Oral & Facial Surgery - Duration: 0:55.

Upon meeting the members of the practice really eased my mind.

I had a really thorough examination done.

After the examination, it was discussed in detail what my expectations could be.

They removed tissue from the top roof of my mouth and they reattached it to my gum line

above the four front teeth.

The recovery was surprisingly painless.

I went home that day and rested.

By three days post-surgical, I was out doing my normal activities, exercising, and eating

almost a normal diet.

The staff at the front desk and the billing department were fabulous, as well as all the

physicians.

So, for all my friends in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Cashmere, I highly recommend

this practice.

An Inside Look at George Washington School - Duration: 5:37.

George Washington School is an elementary school for students who still

need some extra support in overcoming you know some behavioral or emotional obstacles

I think we're just like any other elementary school we do all the

same things we do a lot of fun stuff.

We're a huge team I'm constantly talking

to the social worker, the psychologist, our principal.

George Washington serves a wide spectrum of students.

We bring in kids that are brand-new to our services, Questar services

My job is, along with other people, is to find out what works for that student.

Our kids here they're kindergarten through sixth grade and they have a wide variety of needs

so we have students who struggle academically, struggle behaviorally

We're a very tight-knit family in our classroom we

form a lot of respect and we talk to each other about our feelings lot

I just try to make this seem like the most typical elementary experience that any child would have

Most years I will have a class of readers in Fountas and Pinnell that

range from D to U or V so we just adapt to their needs.

W e do the best we can to give them the best in curriculum here

I like to learn about the planets in

science and the Revolutionary War in Social Studies

The experience for Parker here has been awesome,

Where he was at one time surviving school,

I like to say that when he came to George Washington he was thriving.

The biggest thing that I do in my job is active listening I would say you can use that

at any level throughout a child's development

we've seen huge gains in Parker through the years

every year we've seen improvements and he's he's

high honor student now this year and he's excelling

just hearing them and listening to them and giving them feedback on what I'm hearing them say

not interrupting, I'm asking them how they're feeling and what they're going

through and I let them have a voice

Our classroom has a comfy corner and I like to

encourage them to use a comfy corner instead of leaving the classroom if they

need a minute to take a break if they want to relax, we do a lot of music

breaks throughout the day we do brain breaks in GoNoodle in the morning and in the

afternoon a lot of dancing in our classroom just getting out all the

sillies getting out all the giggles, staying active so then we can get back and get our work done

Every day is new that's a good thing in many respects

just some days the strategies that we come up with don't work for the student

on that day so you really have to be able to be open-minded enough to try something else

We have kind of created together an

intermediate program here so our fifth and sixth graders now are kind of

operating in a way that's gonna prepare them for middle school

I'm a part of the intermediate program I have a 6:1:2 grades five and six and every class

rotates to me for science.

They have a whole new set of expectations I think

higher academic expectations and higher behavioral expectations and they really

I guess have stepped up to the challenge

There's been so much support here at

George Washington that now he really can control his behavior somewhat, he can

vocalize better what he needs

Yeah it's kind of great it always feels good

because George Washington is a perfect school and I think Rensselaer Academy is

gonna be good too

I think the work that we do here is pretty unique

there's no other place I think or any other school where you can do this kind

of work and have this type of impact and this type of difference on students lives.

This is a kid that hated school it was a disaster.

He comes here he wants to be here he can't wait till school vacation is over

I like coming to work every day just to see the students and be a part of their lives

It's the little wins the little normal things that they couldn't do that now they can

do we celebrate that every day

We see students changing and growing that's what I love.

He's really developed into his own person and I know he would never

have done that without George Washington

Their behaviors, their academics, their

social skills from now since September have improved greatly.

I get to come to work and work with great people

and we all have a common goal, a common mission and it's

to improve the lives these students here.

Things that they couldn't even think to

do in September they're doing plus more in May.

Whenever someone gives me a compliment oh your school is so wonderful,

I'm like well I have wonderful staff.

From the second I walked through the doors I knew these people are rooting for Parker.

It's a sense of family here that is I feel very lucky to be a part of.

I feel so good putting Parker on a bus

every day sending him 50 minutes away and knowing he's gonna be fine he's

gonna love it he's gonna like to learn.

I have probably one of the most

rewarding jobs that anyone could ever have that's how I feel
