 "I visualised how I wanted to look like because I wasn't happy with my appearance

 "I wasn't happy with how I looked. I was very unhappy actually."  Rodrigo went on to reveal his "complications" with the surgeries, but said how he was happy with his decision

 He said: "It wasn't easy and I had complications. It is risky, I don't recommend anyone to follow my example when it comes to that
