News on Youtube Aug 25 2018

Good evening. Welcome to the Actros L cabin.

I received some friend requests to take photos of the interior,

about how it would be living inside it

and the several waiting hours that we pass inside it.

So today I have some free time

The light it's not so good neither the camera,

but I hope that you can see something.

Unfortunetly for me this L Cab it's not like a Megaspace

but it's also a very interesting cabin

in this medium segment.

It's a cabine where you can stand on your feet.

I'm totally stand up now.

Regarding the arrangement,

it's also very interesting. It have many lockers and spaces,

which is very useful for guys doing medium or even long range.

In my case I use this left locker for the daily basis stuff,

Things like helmet, water, gloves, etc...

In the middle one I keep all my clothes and pillows.

Today it was a rainy day so I have a long sleeve drying here.

The right locker is the food one.

As you can see it's all healty stuff.

Around here is my laptop. A "must have" tool these days

Unfotunetly there isn't any wireless network here.

This place where I'm parked is near Zafra (Spain).

It's a steel factory.

As you can see it's a very busy place,

We have a XF there, a new FH, some LASO friends,

As you can see there are many trucks around here.

It's raining...

These are all guys that can't load today, just like me.

So tomorrow is a new day.

Back to the cabin basically it's like this.

Regarding the bed we have some basic controls here

that allow us to command some basic functions

I will try to make one more panoram view here.

Usually I use the passenger seat in these stop times,

because it have more space.

And during the day this usual one.

As you can see the gearbox handle is movable

which permit to walk better around here.

That's it, like I said in the beggining it's not a Megaspace

unfortunetly for me

but it's a very interesting cabin.

I think this is one of the best cabins in the medium range,

even if compared with the FM or the CF Space Cab.

It's a very interesting cabin.

So I hope that you enjoy the video

I don't know if the image will be good,

but I tried to did my best.

Take care and good bye...

Honda NX650 Dominator | Bike Review | 4K - Duration: 4:00.

The Honda Dominator turns 30

time for retirement?

The bike has been around for a couple of years

she was introduced at a time

as David Hasselhoff still tried tearing down the Berlin Wall

Despite the age

we think that she's a very capable motorcycle

let's start with the heart

the engine has 644 ccm

delivers 45hp and 53nm

which is plenty for the bike

both on and off road

0-60mph takes 6.5 seconds

and topspeed is 96mph

despite the dryweight of 175kg

it accelerates quite nicely

pro tip: mount a smaller front sprocket

to enhance the offroad capabilities

you should be careful at highway speeds

the engine could overheat

and it consumes more oil

At its release the gas tank held 13L

in 1992 the gas tank was enlarged (to 16L)

a common mod

is to fit a larger gas tank for extended tours

Acerbis offers a tank that holds up to 21/23 L

which significantly improves your range

conclusion: I had to get used to the bike

I rode it while touring on Sardinia

which you can watch if you click on the "i"

I put the bike through its paces there

at first I struggeled pretty badly because the bike seemed fairly heavy

I'm used to the way lighter Honda XL 350 R

Compared to the XL the NX seemed somewhat "boaty"

but as I got used to the NX I revised my opinion

I enjoyed riding it very much!

the engine is very powerful

you are able to ride most of the time in second gear (offroad)

you don't have to be afraid of stalling the engine

and if things go south

the nx tends to straighten itself under throttle

To sum it up: the biggest advantage of the bike is the versatility

it is capable of highway speeds as well as riding off-road

the nx does it all

the only downside is in my opinion

the somewhat heavy dry weight and the suspension is more on the soft side

what's really worth mentioning is the durability of the bike

despite it's age the Honda NX is very widely available

Regarding the low price the Honda is a solid contender especially for younger people

because it fits the restrictions of our (german) driving license

that's all for todays episode

feel free to hit the "thumbs up" and ask any questions

and hit the subscribe button :) see you soon!

Panasonic GX9 Quick Review for Street Photography - Duration: 7:41.

In this video I'll quickly review Panasonic GX9 for street photography

In comparison to GX7, GX85 and GX8

I've read a few review of GX9

but always feel they lack something

something that one knows only after using it for a while

instead of some comments after unboxing and holding it for a little while

you can get the same conclusion by just looking at pictures of the camera

and reading user manual

the first thing I found that's different from previous models

is the tilty EVF no longer clicks when you fold it back in

it can be flipped more smoothly

which is a small improvement for street photography

but obviously the EVF isn't as good as the one on GX8

and Panasonic offers an optional larger eye piece to compensate

I haven't used it

some review says with the additional eye piece on

looking through the EVF feels like looking through a tunnel

I don't know if that means good or bad

but it's certain that will make the EVF more obstrusive

the GX9 has a 20mp sensor

which has the same resolution as the GX8

4MP more than GX7 and GX85

it won't make a huge difference

but I do notice the new sensor along with removed AA filter

as well as reduced shutter shock

together makes sharp images

which I've hardly seen on previous models

the shutter sound is much better than GX7

which sounds like a machine gun

in fact, since GX85 the shutter sound has been improved

due to the newly designed electro-magnetic shutter mechanism

which was introduced to eliminate shutter shock

here we could see the difference between Panasonic and Olympus

Olympus used to have shutter shock in their cameras as well

especially the EP5

which lead to quite a few negative reviews after it's released

they fixed it by having a delay after pressing shutter button

I think it's called 0-sec delay or something

which looks like a workaround

but Panasonic fixed it by a different shutter mechanism which also works

in term of what's new

GX9 also added the ability to set a minimum shutter speed

this is quite useful for street photography

if you use A-mode with a large aperture to get large DOF

while wanting to have a minimum shutter speed to freeze motion

GX9 also added a new color profile, L Monochrome D

I guess L means Lumix

and D stands for Dynamic

it emphasises the contrast between black and white

but unless you shoot JPEG out of the camera

you can get similar look by post-processing RAW

nonetheless

it provides a good starting point for processing in LR

which supports built-in profiles from GX9

the weight of the camera is in between GX8 and GX85

I didn't feel too much difference

the ergonomic of the camera is worse than GX8 or even GX7

similar to GX85

in terms of streamlined bodyshape and small grip

there's an optional grip that's additional to the body

it will definitely increase the overall size of the camera

the build quality is similar to GX85

it feels sturdy in hand

but it does have some cheap feelings

such like the exposure compensation dial

its edge feels too sharp

that it almost cuts my finger

maybe this is a good wish from Panasonic

that sharp corners can help taking sharp photos?

the camera comes with 12-32mm kit lens

there's no body only option here in Australia

the kit lens is actually quite good

it's small, light and it's got OIS built-in

the lens has manual zoom ring instead of power-zoom

which is essential for street photography if you use zoom lens

that you don't have to wait for e-zoom which is usually slow

the only downside is probably its look

it looks like a half-done circumcision surgery operation

especially during zooming

it's said that you are what you eat

so we leave it on the jelly made from tortoise pastron

to make it feel better

or maybe not this one

here are a few photos I've taken using the GX9

BW ones are using L Mono D

with more intensive highlight and shadow

some of the colors are out of camera JPEG

please leave your comments below and subscribe

see you next time!

10 Things - Dquad Addiction FPV Drone Racing Frame Review - Duration: 6:20.

I have a new frame again! the Dquad Addiction

my name is Walter Kort and in this video I will tell you ten things about it

first of all compliments to Davis that he has made such a complete product

this package can be placed on the shelf in this way, so to say

together with the manual, the website and also the 3D prints that are also available

is it really a complete product that everyone can with

That is different from a frame of internet in a cardboard box with some carbon fiber plates and standoffs

in a bag and then you have to figure out how to put it together with pictures from the web.

I'm going to unpack it now, put it together and then I'll tell you more about it

there it is: dutch design high performance fpv racing frame

you really see that in this frame many years of design experience has been used

of course from the very first frames of Dquad, with the Obsession as a highlight

now with the addiction, again with those aluminum brackets in it what I really like

also gives a lot of strength and it is also characteristic of this brand, and this frame

and that is also worth mentioning

he frames that follow each other in a line and are constantly being improved, in this case especially lighter

ehh... is praised

I have the stretched version of the frame here

that means, the cross of the arms is a little longer than it's wide

there is also just a true X version

with support for five and a half inch propellers in all cases

the arms are made a bit longer, which can be useful if you just want to fly larger props.

the frame is therefore designed in the Netherlands and cut at Armattan products

so the carbon fiber, aluminum and parts really come from a very good factory

and you can really see and feel that in the product

they have very nice chamfered edges with no unevenness and sharp edges

and no possibilities to cut your fingers

that is really beautiful

further screws and bolts that fit perfectly, almost a kind of technical Lego that you put together!

this frame of ninety euros is not cheap, but really everything justifies that price

if you look at the details of the frame, and the care that was spent on the complete product he created...

you can not compare it with a frame of thirty or fifty euros.

also keep in mind that this is the original design

Davis from Dquad has also spent a lot of time testing this frame

I think it took them over a year with testing of various prototypes to come up with this design

and you may pay for that

the frame that I have in my hands weighs one hundred and four grams...

...and if you do not count the XT60 connector, then it is exactly one hundred grams

the website says that this frame weighs ninety-five grams, I do not know exactly how they got that

in any case, this frame has a bit of weight to it especially for the construction

where the arms come to the middle and are secured with nine countersunk screws

the ninth screw is this little belly button that has been inserted here

making it super tightly locked that arms, there is no movement in it

very clever about the design is that the arms go through to the center of the frame

so you normally can not put a lipo strap under the sandwich plate anymore

but in this case you can! because the six millimeter arms have been jacked back to 3 millimeters at the end

and then a twenty millimeter strap can be slid in between

that is very useful when replacing the strap, and that ensures that the stack can be built a lot lower

the arms are fixed with sandwich plates where the bolts you get supplied ...

the arms are fixed with sandwich plates where the bolts you get ... are sunk in the bottom plate and at the top are "press in nuts"

and those "press in nuts" are very nice, they are already in the carbon fiber

which is already done in the factory which is very nice

and don't forget to put a little bit of lochtide on those bolts in the "press nuts" before securing it in place

because, well there is no secure ring in those nuts and they can fall out if there are vibrations

I already had that on another frame that there was a vibration that let the screws vibrate lose

in the local whatsapp groups we sometimes have some discussions over some frames and designs

which should be taken into account for that XT60 connector, which is always dangling

or are tied to the arms

however, it is very well fixed with some bolts here in the back

at the moment you have soldered it, he is also well secured and can be plugged in

and it's also very easy to unplug without pulling your stack

very clever that it was also included in this frame

the frame is designed for micro cams, so you can not put large cams in here

only the nineteen nineteen millimeter cameras

if you do want a big camera you have to take the braces of the Dquad obsession

they fit exactly on this design and you can screw them the same

that offers more space for a larger camera or larger stack

then you do not have Dquad Addiction but a mishmash

these were the ten points I had to tell about the Dquad Addiction

there are many more specifications of the frame that other people have made videos about

and of course can be found on the website of Dquad

take a look at that if you want to know more

or ask questions in the comments for this video

I am also very curious what you think about the frame

I am going to continue building this quad quickly, I have all new ordered parts...

for the next ranking of the Dutch championship to fly with

see if it flys for the weekend
