News on Youtube Oct 3 2018

What's up guys welcome back to Mike's universe. So today we're going to talk about summer camp Island and its acceptance in cartoons

They showed this episode where a ghost boy was looking for his family and his parents just happened to be two dads

When he sees double yells dads, and it's not played up as anything

But normal this episode of course received lots of heat from many people some disagreed and some are more than thrilled

It's really surprising to see cartoons taking on introducing kids to this new thing going in this generation

Now the acceptance of this makes sense because one of the producers of Adventure Time is also in a producer for summer camp

Ireland and Adventure Time is now accepting and producing these type of cartoons

Cartoon network does this with Steven universe garnet seeing how she's a fusion of?

Quote/unquote genderless gems, but we all know about that

Adventure Time

Does this with Princess Bubblegum and Marceline as we've seen in the finale and now summer camp Ireland is doing it with the two dads?

Disney is also doing this with Andy Mack even Nickelodeon is hopping on the train with loud house in these cartoons

They don't bluntly state what the character is. They just treat them as normal characters?

one thing I do fear is the cancellation of these shows due to the lack of support from viewers or

Parents preventing their kids from watching. Well guys, that's all today

What do you guys think is this acceptable and what we want or is it too soon to expose this to our cartoons?

Cold War Movie Review (Non Spoiler) film theory - Duration: 4:54.

Cold War what is this film all about and is it worth watching let's take a closer look

Cold War is a Polish romantic drama directed by Pawel Pawlikowski who won

Academy and BAFTA Awards for his previous film Ida the film stars Tomasz Kot

and Joanna Kulig and depicts the impossible love story of Wiktor a

musician and Zula a singer who were mismatched but are condemned by their

love for one another set against the backdrop and impossible times of the

Cold War in Poland Berlin Yugoslavia and Paris this is another film I saw at the

local Film Festival in my area this week which will have a wider international

release in October all the way till the end of December I actually lived in East

Berlin former East Germany for several years and I usually did something to

celebrate German reunification on October 3rd so I thought a review of

Cold War which as the title suggests takes place during the Cold War and

partially in East Berlin was very appropriate Cold War is one of the best

executed films I've seen this year as it manages to blend a compelling narrative

stunning visuals hypnotizing music with amazing performances all rather

seamlessly cold war may remind you of a film like Casablanca but it's actually

dedicated and loosely inspired by the director's parents so it does have its

own unique story there is some gaps and time jumps in this love story but the

director felt that these were the most boring and convoluted parts of his

parents love story I actually appreciate that he left these out and showed some

restraint because it works out in the viewers favor we begin to fill in these

gaps on our own and it gets the viewer involved in the story which is actually

really effective let's talk about the characters and performances the

performances are all excellent especially by the main actress Joanna Kulig

who is very charming along with Tomasz Kot who both actually perform the

songs that will leave you breathless what is interesting about these

characters in relation to the themes of the film is how these characters are

mismatched Wiktor desires more freedom for his

music in the West and Zula is loyal to her motherland Poland in the East so

there's a lot of conflict between the two but they both passionately love one

another so deeply that they cannot exist without the other they are at a constant

struggle which is a brilliant metaphor for the Cold War itself let's quickly

talk about the visuals of the film which is a major component the shots are so

beautifully composed beginning to end that some parts made my jaw drop with

just how gorgeous they were in that regard this film reminded me of another

personal favorite The Cranes are Flying another romantic drama from the former

Eastern Bloc with some of the best cinematography you will ever see highly

recommend this one besides the amazing compositions that film is black and

white and also at 4:3 ratio which really adds to the authenticity which I felt

were smart risks that really make the viewer feel like we are in that time

period something interesting to note is that despite the backdrop of the Cold

War there is no scenes of war related violence but the film is full of visual

symbolism and metaphor seeing as how Cold War is a love story

between a musician and a singer the music is another major component of this

film with real performances that are blended into the story seamlessly what I

really loved is how the different musical styles actually mirror their

relationship as we progress in this story so at the beginning we hear simple

folk music then smooth jazz and by the end some rock music this was so

impressive and done flawlessly without spoiling the plot of the film one

sequence that made me really think was how these rural people of Poland were

used to performing their own folk songs are forced to change and perform these

songs to spread the propaganda of the former Eastern Bloc cold war is easily

another one of the best films I've seen this year it's just executed so well on

the story the performances the visuals and the music that it's pretty much

flawless I don't really

much to criticize so I'm going to give Cold War five out of five stars I would

highly recommend this film if you're interested in the subject matter what

did you think of Cold War leave your thoughts and perspectives in the

comments down below so we could have a discussion and if you're new to the

channel and enjoy the content please consider subscribing Thanks

Aranyik Cane Machete Review and Wood Chopping. Over 2 lbs, under $60, Made in Thailand! - Duration: 9:35.

Now the obvious answer to the question, Why is this asshole using a Jason knife to chop

wood, would be: Ahh maybe he can't afford a decent axe.

Because his insurance company must be aware of his Youtube account.

Umm yeah…

I don't have any axes.

That's it.

So donate to my Patreon below the video so I can afford, axes, safety glasses and the

Youtube Gap insurance.

And while some of you are still mad I called it a Jason knife instead of a long black choppy

thing, let's take a look at the dimensions of this Aranyik cane machete, I think the

standard version- straight from Thailand, like the overall length and weight.

With and without the cheap as hell Cold Steel Heavy Machete Black Cordura sheath.

That's what it's called write it down- I can't do everything for you.

Blade size and Chopping edge.

The only thing is you can't currently order or even see the knives on Aranyik's website.

Handle size and grip area.

It's been closed due to a death in the family since June.

You remember my Extended Latin Machete review I did around that time right?

Same brand, not very many views?

Spine Thickness and handle thickness.

I mean the cool people watched it.

Tallnesses.

It had a bunch of chopping in it to.

Now if and when that website ever opens again, Aranyik makes all kinds of choppers out of

I'm pretty sure 5160 steel- most are under $55 shipped to the US without sheaths.

Cold Steel has a whole line of cheap sheaths that fit just ok, to pretty fucking tight.

How do I know which sheath?

Look at the dimensions and figure it out like I did champ.

So yeah 5150, and a convex grind thats pretty sharp out of the box.

It comes covered in white grease to prevent rusting- no word on if it works well for a

personal lubricant.

They made a slightly longer one of these, but it said it's heavier and these are already

pretty heavy as is- and because of the change in the season my battening elbow is backing

up.

The doctor said I should buy lighter machetes and drink IPAs.

The handle.

The handle is made out of Eucalyptus which is pretty hard.

The handle is smooth and red-ish, so not a lot of grip in the wet- so wear gloves or

grip it like a man for a change wuss.

I prefer some rear finger guards, grooves what have you.

It's peened together and if I remember correctly they're not epoxied on.

I wouldn't trust my memory though.

I forget birthdays sometimes.

Not cool.

Let's see we did the blade and handle.

Are we at sheaths?

No just a single sheath this time.

Like I've repeated myself a few times ago- would you prefer these to be two minutes.

Ok, I see a fair number of hands… the sheath is a cold steel cheapie I got from Blade HQ.

You can put in on a belt, but it's pretty heavy though, and you have a few snaps to

add some complexity.

This is not a quick draw instrument.

I mean I guess you could watch a few machete self defense videos, and call yourself a fucking

expert.

I had to look them up and make sure there were those videos.

Yeah of course there are.

Sheath is nylon and foam or some shit.

If you're using it in a jungle survival scenario and it's wetter than Lynn Thompson

with a broadsword in a room full of wild boars with a push dagger for backup… if it's

that wet then you know, wait for the sheath and chopper to dry before said sheathing.

Sheathing is what you call sex at a Ren fair.

Sorta recycled comparison section?

Glad you asked.

First is the Aranyik.

It's a big fucker.

Expect your arm to get tired unless you've been doing some online training.

I can see that tab, you didn't hide it well enough.

How about the Zombie tools vakra.

It is also heavy, but here's my theory, when you have a better fitting hand grip I

feel less energy is exerted by grasping it.

Not having to hold it as tight seems less fatiguing.

If you think about this theory too much it may not make sense.

But the fact of the matter is I like chopping with the Vakra better than the Cane Machete.

I mean the Cane Machete is heavier.

How about the extended Latin Machete?

Longer and Heavier.

Too be honest, I know I sound like a wimp, there is such a thing as too heavy as a machete.

This might be it, it looks cool and fun like sex with a clown, but it's a little fatiguing

unless your chopping through wordy vines, if there's such a thing.

How about the Skrama?

My last review?

I mean my last review, not my last review because that wouldn't be possible unless

I mastered time travel.

This is a fun chopper, lighter and still choppy, comfortable rounded grippy hot spot free handle-

shorter reach though.

Junlgas II.

While this is a chopper and I like it, I have a lot of other choppers.

For my yard work which consists of moving every two weeks ish , and chopping up all

garbage that has fallen from the trees- this is used less.

It doesn't have as much weight behind the blade, and it's more like a knife, so not

good chopper.

I hope we're done.

I'll wrap this up and let the chopping also do the talking.

This is probably the cheapest with sheath chopper in this video.

$60 bucks or so?

It's a crude cheap instrument, you can sharpen with a lansky stone… or half ass is like

me and run a spyderco rod on the sides in alternating strokes to keep it sharp.

It's big without a lot of flex, so it's kinda of suited for chopping woody things,

but closer to your person.

Just try to watch the scrotum.

It chops wood in a pinch and breaks apart large limbs well.

I dunno if you've had a couple cans and want to go out and wail on a stump in the

yard for a while that's fine too.

If you're chopping thinner branches go with a lighter thinner machete like an Ontario

18 incher.

Less fatiguing, longer reach, cheap as shit.

If you're a nitpicker, or have ever used the word safe queen with a straight face,

or make money by flipping sprint runs because you have a tiny black heart, this ain't

the yard weapon for you.

The blade finish can best be described as a manhole cover uhh blast, manhole satin,

and the handle while nice does has some gaps where the tang and the wood meet.

I'm pretty sure these are mostly made and finished by hand, and everyone might be a

little different like people.

Who loves people.

I don't- that's cool if you do.

If you like this sort of review you don't have to, but if you do, subscribe to the channel,

give the video a thumbs up, leave a comment, thanks for watching.

The man continues to chop.

The birds twitt, and the wood splits.

*opening titles*

OUTDOOR TACTICAL *MRE reviews in the wild* *Join us*

Okay, guys, it's the place where I and Denis meet before going up to the hills to shoot a video review.

You can see the "Pobeda" Memorial House Museum, Pobeda Square [*Russian: Victory Square*]...

And guess who works here? You know that guy, and by the way, he is a military tour guide.

You can see this beautiful building.

Many people like taking photos here.

A rather big church has been built here recently.

and guys, you can see, we'll go up there, up to the hills.

It's about 5-6 km [*4 miles*].

We could choose another way, up there, but it's not so good.

You can see the forest. We're in about 500 meters from our meeting point.

And it's, guys, it's a real animals' kingdom.

- Yeah, that's right, it's Vasya's kingdom.

- Okay...October will be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, won't it? - Yep.

- Okay, it's almost October.

You can see faded grass. It's oxalis, so called oxalis, actually, Sakhalin knotweed.

Look, it's more dead than alive.

Heracleum is the same too, but at least, everything is clearly visible. We'll be able to see a bear from afar

- Besides, Denis is absolutely right, because it's not a rare thing to meet a bear here, even here.

- Don't stop shooting! Usually, I usually eat different vitamin things when we go here.

There are many rose hips.

It's already soft and sweet, because it's late autumn now. It's great.

Let's go.

Look, guys. We're slowly going up to the hill.

You can't see it clearly, but there is steep slope.

And when we go up higher, the forest vegetation changes, and it's logical, is it? Look at these beautiful birches down here.

In spring, in May, I "milking" birches, extracting birch juice.

We'll get higher, and you'll see how the forest changes. You'll see.

- It totally changes, because it's mostly greenwood here,

but in 2 km [1.2 miles], you'll see spruces and all other...

-..."pine things". - Yeah, that's it.

- We see wild rose trees all along our way...

...and basically, we can pick and eat it. It's rather sweet.

This plant is very interesting, there are thorns...

- I'm not a plant scientist, but I guess it's spikenard, it looks like that, similar.

Actually, it's a medical plant. Roots and bark are often used...

I'm not sure but it's in Red Book of Endangered Species of Sakhalin region, if I don't mistake.

Guys, Denis found sultana raisins on the way, and he definitely...

Look, all berries are picked down here, I need to climb the tree.

- ...he definitely wants to show it.

Okay, my dear friends. "Kish-mish" - it's Sakhalin word, a common name, and it's wrong. Actually, kish-mish is grape as I remember.

- Yes. - Who knows...the name of this plant is...it's...

- You're such a nerd! - ...It's actinidia kolomikta, if we talk about this tree.

You won't believe but it's kiwi.

Do you believe? Don't? Just use Yandex or Google, do what you want.

If I don't mistake, the classic kiwifruit or Chinese gooseberry is a fruit of Actinidia Deliciosa, it was raised in New Zealand.

Besides, it tastes very similar to kiwifruit.

...Okay, friends, we'll try to find some fruits...

...No, no, I see them, but I need to put my bag. I'm gonna pick them, and we'll zoom it.

- Okay, do you best...

...Sakhalin Spider-Man.

- Guys, I just must video this thing. I'm sure he will fall down from this tree. - Why will I? Why?

...It's just typical situation, man.

I don't want...Look, I guess all ripe berries are on the ground, there are...

I found...no.

I won't fall on the ground, I'll jump.

- Come on, go on looking. - I've found, but I just want to show ripe one, that it's soft.

- So... - You can see the berries.

The thing is they ripen curiously, you know.

It's almost October, many of them are firm, they aren't ripe.

They are very sour, it's just vitamin C.

It's very hard to pick soft and ripe berries, they just crush.

I think all ripe berries are on the ground.

Vasya doesn't like them. I like them: a ripe berry tastes like kiwifruit, but the sour one is some kind of eating vitamin C.

- Okay, show us... - The awesome thing!

- That's how I've lost my friend in the forest.

- It's just a real "vitamin strike".

What else is interesting here?

- Raspberry, man! Let's look for it. - It's further along the path. I'll show you.

So, we're going along the way, we don't go out of the way. Is it about 5 meters from the path?

- Yeah, it's... - I guess it's even shorter than 5 meters. Look, red forest currant...

...It's real. - Wild currant.

No one cares about it, and I like berries very much. By the way, I eat currant berries from this bush every autumn...

...robbing birds' food.

There is a special currant genus in Sakhalin.

It's red, but berries are hairy. It's name Ribes Procumbens, people name it as "mokhovka" [*Russian: mossy berries*].

That's a great thing, and it's very rare.

If I find this bush, be sure I'll show it, because it's almost unique, some kind of Sakhalin endemism, you know.

- Guys, there is wild raspberry growing, and now, we're gonna looking for it.

Firstly, it's tasty. Secondly, we wanna show it to you…

- Berries? Where are you?!

Friends, as you can see, sometimes, our hiking to the "review point" can take several hours and even more...

...because this forest creature…

- We should have shown ripe raspberry up there.

- He always tries to eat something here in autumn, like a small forest bear.

- Yeah, currant is really tasty…

- Maybe you'll bring some for me and our viewers, won't you?

We've already seen currant, and now I'm gonna give some raspberries.

Vasya, seriously, there is a dime a thousand of raspberry. I'll pick 2 more…

Okay, guys, I guess he won't stop till he picks every berry in this glade.

By the way, as we said earlier, there is a place, where the greenwood forest ends, and softwood one begins.

- What kind of Tales from the Crypt are you telling?

- What are you telling to people? - Everything is okay, Denis. Everything is just great…

- Okay, I'm getting out of this bush…

- Come on, show us what you have.

This liana can easily hurt you so bad.

There is a ton of currant.

Look, it's almost October...

...tomorrow or the day after. When? Tomorrow or after tomorrow? I don't remember.

If you're okay...

...with thorns in your flesh, because raspberry bushes are very thick here.

So, in October, forest is a very good source of vitamins.

Will you?

Some currant?

Okay, let's go then.

Mmm!

We're going along the old Japanese road now...

and we told you before - it's very hard not to find water in our forests.

There are several such springs on our way.

Water is crystal clear and tasty.

You can drink it without any hesitations.

We usually get water here.

- What's that?

- Warning of bears.

We usually get water here. Sometimes, we even hid empty bottles in reserve here, you never know what can be. By the way, look...

- Oh! - Somebody made from the bottle….I guess it's a bird table.

- Yeah, it was a bird table.

- So, we hid bottles here. Then we realized, that somebody had found them, and they take our bottles on the way.

- Okay, now, we take water vessels with us. - Besides, we need to take it and put on tree.

- I guess there is nothing in it.

So, guys, we need to go up 5 more km [3.1 miles].

- We have to go up a little. Maybe you don't see the slop, but it's about...

...19 degrees.

You can see the black point in the distance...

...and it's the end of this forest tunnel.

Denis takes the lead a little.

You can see the autumn…

…leaves changed their color.

Now, it's everything is clearly visible through these enormous plants and bushes...

...but sometimes, these giant sizes of Sakhalin plants...

...really heat your...

...imagination.

It's just amazing.

- Here is one more similar spring. - It's a real waterfall.

- Denis says it's a waterfall.

- Is water falling?

- Yeah, that's definitely logical.

- Somebody made a paving of logs a very long time ago.

- Let's go? - Guys, it hasn't rained...

...for several days, so the stream isn't very strong.

No, it doesn't depend on raining much. It's a spring, the groundwater, you know, but when the ice melts in spring, then that spring is full of water.

So, we're entering the "pine kingdom".

There are mostly such high conifers.

Look, how lianas entangle the trees.

. Entirely! Actually, there are many such trees here, really.

This one is exactly Actinidia, and that one is probably…

I don't see fruits, but it looks like magnolia-vine.

That's just our beautiful nature.

And this pine forest...

reminds me some kind of horror story...

because…

- ...It's creepy. It will be creepy further along the way.

- We haven't reached our place yet, and these flying beggars are cadging some food.

- They see Denis.

- My friends! It's still a long way to go. Fly with us!

- Guess what? I do have the Internet.

- Really? - Somebody messaged me.

- Well…

- Maybe they tell me to come to work… - Guys, you see the real, natural baseball bat.

- It's a Sakhalin...

...bomb-thrower.

- Okay, it's about 2 km to go [1.2 miles], and you'll see one more interesting place.

Different rumors are going around about it, we have our ideas and opinion of it.

- You're shooting my ass, saying, "You'll see one more interesting place". People can think the wrong thing.

"Your place" that you mentioned - it's not so interesting.

Not far from the road made by the Japanese, where we're going now...

…you can see these trenches.

These fighting positions are almost everywhere on this hill.

Now it's better visible.

They aren't so deep now, obviously old, the trees grew through the ground...

...and we can't understand who made it: the Japanese or Soviet soldiers.

The most interesting thing is there weren't any battles for Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The Japanese, all the garrison gave up without fighting.

And you can see how far the fighting positions are going.

There are also holes made for trench shelters, many holes.

All these ex-military facilities are covered with ferns.

Here Denis is, the road is in 20 meters.

Actually, it's very interesting…

...and...

...very...

...beautiful.

My friend, and this thing is nothing but stone bramble or Canadian rootberry.

- What "rootberry"? It's Canadian bunchberry.

Its name is stone bramble [*Kostyanika*] in Sakhalin, nobody picks berries, only I do it.

Usually, it's tasteless, but a bit sweet in autumn.

- Besides, it's filled with water so much.

- I wanted to say about that. Its name Canadian bunchberry, there is a small stone inside.

I would name it as "waterberry" or something like that, really.

If you don't have water in the field, you can easily quench your thirst.

There were so many berries, the ground was literally covered with them, everything was a red here a week ago.

It's very tasty berry.

I don' know why people don't pick it. Okay, it's not a problem, it will be more for me. Let's go!

- You'll eat all the forest.

- Oh, wait, about the trenches on the hill. Actually, nobody knows who built it.

I looked for some information in the books, asked scientists-researchers in our museum, talked to military archeologists.

They have widely different opinions.

Somebody says it's Japanese, and they also say that it was made by Soviet soldiers after 1945.

In any case, they said there was nothing to find, because all these trenches had been gone over the whole area with a metal detector.

Vasya and me had an idea to buy some cheap metal detector at least

to walk here, maybe to find something.

We were said that there is nothing to do here. We trusted their words…

- I wouldn't trust them.

Guys, it's... about 800 meters.

Look, how much stone bramble is here.

Yeah, guys, look, how many berries are here.

Friends, we have almost come.

We just need to climb that thing, where Denis is now,

and we'll reach our spot in 20-25 meters.

I'm so sorry, I don't have a stabilizer, I mean it's optical, not sensor shift stabilization, that's picture is blurring a bit.

Whoa!

Forest smell is just amazing, guys.

Everything is...

...beautiful, quite around.

I've found one more plant I wanted to tell about, but then I forgot about it on the run.

As it happened, one more interesting thing grows here...come here, I'll tell you something.

Denis has found something interesting again.

I've forgotten to show you Euonymus. Small corks have already fallen.

There are inflorescences; they flower in such a way. There is plenty of them.

Sometimes, they look like flowers in the distance.

This bush…I can't eat these small things, because, unfortunately, I've never heard it's edible, so, I won't play with danger.

Actually, the plant is very interesting. Ainu people used Euonymus wood to make bows.

That's a thing.

Do you not know Ainu people? Really? Indigenous people of South Sakhalin, the Kuril Islands and half of Japan

but then Japanese forced them to run away from their islands.

- What a smart ass!

Okay

Just 2 more steps...

and we're here.

- Look! That's just fu...

That's what we say every time when we come here.

These people act as they are dirty dogs.

Some morons who like resting here, they make a mess, these things. You can see, we've just come here.

- They hid something.

Almost invisible, so close.

These guys are sharp-minded: a red folder on the back of a birch, and skewers stuck in the ground…it's just…

- 100% disguised. - Yeah, that's highly experienced disguising. Just perfect.

- So, Denis, what do you think?

I think…we try not to swear in our videos, but when Vasya push the button "off"...

...this rule will stop working. How to name these monsters in human body?

Jack In The Box® | Prime Rib Steak & Egg Burrito | Food Review! 🤡🥩🌯 - Duration: 5:41.

welcome to peep this out reviews with Ian K stay frosty

so we're back at good 'ol Jack early this morning because it looks

like they've got a brand new prime rib steak and egg burrito on the menu and it

sure looks pretty tasty so let's set ourselves up to that drive-thru yeah how

you doing today good good thank you you know peep this out let me go for one of

those new steak and egg burritos the one with the prime rib oh just the burrito

by itself that's fine

great thanks a lot so Jack's been doing the breakfast thing all day for a minute

now and if this one tastes as good as it looks

I'll be back definitely to get it again hello are you doing good

yes thank you thank you you as well stay frosty we'll see you bye alright

let's peep this one out up close and see what it's working with guess who's

beefing up your morning with a steak and egg breakfast burrito this guy so Jack

is beefing up breakfast with their all new prime rib steak and egg burrito and

initial first impressions it's a little on the average-sized guy's compared to

the picture I know it's not gonna look exactly like that but the size is

definitely smaller than what I was expecting especially when you look at

the size of my hand with it let's see what this one's packin it definitely

smells pretty fantastic on the inside plenty of that prime rib chopped steak as

you can see there we've got some cheese we've got some egg and this is supposed

to feature some hashbrowns but I don't really see that in there looks like a

little bit of extra sauces with it as well but man this definitely looks great

and it smells really great let's take a look at the other side of this one

really quick here and see if any of that hash brown is visible and I am not

seeing it but hopefully there'll be something in there when I take some

bites but like I said it looks great it smells great and definitely pretty

decent so far at least in the looks department here guys it's the prime rib

steak and egg burrito from jack-in-the-box let's peep out this

flavor up top Jack

Mondays right yesir plenty of chopped prime rib steak and a nice

portion of eggs we are diving in it's the prime rib steak and egg burrito here

at jack-in-the-box

mmm there it is we got some hash browns mixed in with the eggs and the prime rib

all in that one bite there not too much cheese yet so far guys but believe it or

not the main player on top of the hashbrowns flavor-wise is gonna be this

sauce it almost tastes like a buffalo sauce believe it or not a little bit of

sizzle just a little bit and it looks like it's there to add just a little

background flavor but it's really more in the foreground guys at least from the

first bite anyway let's keep going mmm I took out a nice chunk of that prime

rib with those first couple of bites but I have to say there's a decent amount of

meat still left in this half here guys as you can see the eggs are fluffy we

got some hashbrowns there off to the side the cheese itself I'm still not

really tasting too much it's really the sauce believe it or not that is taking

center stage with this one and I like it because of that light buffalo flavor

that it's got but overall everything seems very hearty with just the right

amount of saltiness and of course the warm tortilla that it's wrapped in very

very satisfying considering the price point of this when I was a little

worried about that because of how much this is and what I was looking at I mean

for five bucks you do get just a little concern when something doesn't quite

cover the size of your hand especially when it comes to a burrito but

thankfully everything on the inside of this one is delivering flavor-wise

that's where it counts and I have to say I'm liking this so far let's keep going

hmm man it's really good and just to give you an idea the thickness of the

meat is if you couldn't tell from that close up let me pull one of these out

here real quick and get this to focus in for you just a little bit nice chunks of

thick meat here guys this is not your typical fast-food meat by far it's not

small it's definitely hearty and as you can see a little piece of that hash

brown that's on there very decent of the size Department hmm but man that sauce

that it's got like I said it's a light buffalo it goes amazingly well but let

me circle back to the cheese real fast because while I can definitely see it

aside from the fact that it is blending with the sauce it is pretty much the

same color I just wish the flavor was a little bit stronger in that department I

mean everything else is definitely working with this but again the cheese

is just not really there what you're getting is primarily the sauce the meat

and the hash because of the saltiness not a bad thing

just a little less well-rounded than I would have liked here's a quick shot of

the other half of this one just to close it out and as you can see plenty of that

buffalo style sauce in the very bottom right there with a decent amount of egg

overall a very nice quality burrito just a little lopsided in the cheese

Department when it comes to flavor but other than that very tasty so with that

said I'm gonna have to give the prime rib steak and egg burrito here at

jack-in-the-box a decent 7.7 out of 10 this would have been

well over the 8 range had the size been just a little bit bigger and the

flavor of the cheese just a little bit more pronounced but overall it

absolutely delivers in the flavor Department I just wish it was as beefed

up as they advertise it to be at least in the size Department everything else

though solid my new steak and egg breakfast burrito part of the breakfast

burrito family but as always this is all based upon my first experience having

this right now for the first time on camera in front of all of you but what

did you think overall of this one drop some comments down below are you guys

fans of breakfast burritos in general and if you are who do you think has the

best fast food wise drop those comments down below and definitely let me know

and with that this is Ian K closing out another episode of peep this out

bringing you brand new content every single week here on my channel so while

you stay tuned for that next review coming real soon in the meantime stay

frost the quality's beefed up on this one just give me something comparable at

least to the picture on the window OK well maybe just a little bit smaller

alright guys until next time I'll talk to you soon

Apple iPhone XS - A Ruthless Review - Duration: 17:32.

Welcome back everyone, I'm ThioJoe, and it is once again iPhone season.

You may already know that Apple released 3 models this year, the iPhone XS, the XS Max,

and the XR.

The one we're going over today is the XS, which I chose because I didn't really want

a massive screen I couldn't reach across.

Even with the 8 Plus I could barely reach the top, so I think for me the XS Max would

have just been unwieldly.

But this is NOT a comparison video, we're going to just focus on the XS, and do a ruthless

review.

I'll tell you what I like, what I hate, and everything inbetween.

And if you're wondering, no I didn't get this for free, I had to shell out the cash for

it, so you know I'm not going to sugar coat anything, especially with the massive thousand

dollar price tag this year.

Now as usual before we jump in I want to give a quick plug for my instagram account, if

you want to check that out it's just @ThioJoe, and the link is also in the description.

So first of all let's start out with the visuals of the phone.

The design is essentially identical to last year's iPhone X, with one tiny exception I'll

get to in a second.

On the front of the phone you'll notice that like the iPhone X, and unlike phones before

it, there of course is no home button or fingerprint sensor.

It's a nearly edge-to-edge display with the exception of that notch at the top, which

has the face-id hardware, the camera, speaker, proximity sensor, and all that.

On the sides there's the usual power button, sim card tray, volume buttons, and silent

mode switch.

Plus the speaker and microphone grills on the bottom along with the lightning port.

No real surprises yet.

And on the back it's mostly the same story.

You'll see the dual camera lenses, one wide angle and one telephoto, with the flash and

microphone in the middle.

Also, that tiny difference between the X and XS I mentioned is that this camera bump is

slightly larger than the X, so cases for the X may not necessarily fit the XS, you always want to double check that

As for the rest of the back, it's made of glass, not aluminum, which like last year's

generation of iPhones allows wireless charging, something I'm a big fan of.

Oh and by the way, this entire thing is water resistant with a rating of IP68, so it can

be submerged under 2 meters of water, for up to 30 minutes.

Alright, now back to the screen on the front.

This thing is a 5.8 inch OLED panel, just like the iPhone X, and unlike the IPS type

panel used in every other iPhone before.

The resolution is 2436 x 1125 at 458 ppi, same as the Max.

But keep in mind this is a wider aspect ratio than what is standard, so technically it's

a larger screen, but it's not as wide as you might be used to.

And holding my old 8 plus again feels massive by comparison.

That being said though the pixel density is obviously great, and you can't see individual

pixels even looking up close.

Being OLED there are a few advantages, one being that the contrast ratio is awesome.

Because of the way OLED works, anything that is supposed to be black is actually pure black.

And as for brightness, I tested using my light meter, and this OLED screen is actually significantly

brighter than my 8 Plus on max settings, having a 700 lux reading vs *450 lux on the 8 plus.

And that was on a pure white image, no true tone or anything, max brightness.

So that's actually surprising because usually OLED isn't as bright as IPS.

Colors are also very vibrant with OLED too, and it's an HDR display.

However, I will point out that the OLED screen is noticeably warmer than on the 8 Plus, especially

when TrueTone display is enabled, but you kind of get used to it.

Another bad thing is that there is a HUGE blue shift when you tilt the phone off-axis

at all.

So off-axis viewing is not really accurate.

Overall though, I still would say I'm satisfied with the screen, and I mostly like how much

brighter it is.

Next, let's go over the internals of the phone, the hardware you can't see.

The processor of the phone is Apple's own "A12 Bionic".

Apparently it's about 15% faster than last year, but the GPU is supposedly 50% faster.

And Apple also bragged about how much faster the "neural engine" is, but that's only going

to be for certain uses like Augmented Reality.

So it's faster than the X and 8, but probably not noticeably except for graphics intensive

games.

For storage, you have the option for either 64, 256, or a whopping 512GB!

I personally went with the 256 because 512 was definitely overkill for me at least, but I'm definitely glad they

offer it for people who might take a lot of 4K video or something like that.

In any case, 256 GB is still a ton of storage, and I love having this much free space and

not having to worry about running out ever.

As for RAM, they actually upgraded it to 4GB this year, instead of 3GB like they did last year

So THANK you Apple, that's one of the things I thought they skimped on before.

4 GB puts them right in line with other flag ships, though you might argue that since the

price is way more than other flagships, they should have added even more.

Typical Apple.

But when it comes to battery, this is what pissed me off the most.

Apple CLAIMS the iPhone XS has 30 minutes more battery life than the X, which in the

grand scheme of things basically just means it's the same.

BUT, the battery is apparently actually SMALLER than the X.

It's 2659 mAh, vs previously 2716.

Apple, just stop it.

Put bigger batteries in your phones, this is getting stupid.

Seriously, a SMALLER BATTERY?

You might be wondering does it really matter, and yes it does.

My iPhone 8 Plus I thought had great battery life.

Not amazing, but I didn't really have any complaints.

The XS on the other hand, has noticeably shorter battery life, so it's usually 50/50 on whether

I'll need to recharge it at some point during the day or not.

And I tend to keep my phone on low brightness too.

Anyway, let's move on to some more specs.

Inside we also have Bluetooth 5, which isn't new but still a lot better in terms of range

and bandwidth than previous versions if that's what you're still using.

This phone also has a new modem capable of Gigabit LTE if your carrier offers that, or

probably just faster cellular in general.

And I definitely saw crazy download speeds, like 150mbps or more, though upload speeds

were still nothing special.

Alright so next, let's move on to performance, starting with the camera, my favorite part

of almost any phone.

The camera seems to be the same thing as last year, but the software is the main upgrade

here, with a feature called "Smart HDR".

They're basically FINALLY trying to catch up with Google's Pixel camera processing,

where it samples multiple frames, then combines them with the picture taken, to reduce blown

out parts, and increase dynamic range... supposedly.

For the most part, I found the camera to look just as good as previous years iPhones.

The pictures obviously all turn out really nice, as you'd hope.

I found the smart HDR feature works alright, though it's probably best for things like

landscapes and outdoor shots.

I don't think there has been a huge jump in camera quality from the previous year, if

at all.

Though the sensor pixels are supposedly slightly larger, which always helps.

Basically the camera is just as sharp as you'd expect, but I still don't think it holds up

against the pixel cameras.

When it comes to video, like the previous generation the XS is capable of 4K 60fps which

is pretty crazy, and also slow motion with 1080p at 240fps.

Though the bitrate of the video is still only about 55 mbps, so while it uses the much more

efficient h.265 codec, for 4K 60fps, that's still a really low bit rate.

Before we move on, we have to mention the front facing camera.

Now iPhones I think usually have the best front facing cameras, and have slightly longer

focal lengths so your face looks less distorted.

And on the XS it also looks good, with good colors, but for some reason Apple decided

to add weird post processing to selfies that have gotten a lot of attention.

Basically they add this smoothing effect on your face and adjust your skin tone, and in

some cases makes you look super airbrushed.

I noticed this a bit myself, and you can see when I compare it to the iPhone 8 Plus camera,

it does make my look almost plastic.

And you can't turn it off at all.

So hopefully Apple changes that in the future.

Ok so now let's get to battery performance, which I touched on earlier.

On my older iPhone 8 Plus, I was really happy with the battery life.

But on my iPhone XS, it's noticeably shorter. Not super short, but noticeably shorter.

Now I understand that it's a smaller body size, so it can fit less of a battery, but

still, just make the phone a millimiter thicker Apple, literally no one will care.

If I've been using the phone even somewhat heavily, I will definitely have to charge

my phone if I want to go do anything in the evening.

And usually I find myself limiting how much I use the phone, for fear of using up too

much battery.

With fast charging that's not really a big deal, and it can charge VERY fast with quick

charge.

Like easily at least 50% within 30 minutes.

Only problem is, Apple doesn't include the fast charge power cable or charger with the

phone.

You have to spend like $50 more on the 29W USB C wall charger, and a USB-C to Lightning cable

Which is an absolute JOKE, and I'm definitely calling Apple out on that BS.

Also for some reason, there's no indication that you're fast charging or not, you just

have to trust it.

The XS does support wireless charging, but keep in mind it will typically be slower than

a cable.

Alright, now let's get to possibly the most important thing, the user experience.

And beginning with how fast is this thing?

Well obviously by this point you should know it's going to be as snappy and responsive

as any other flagship, if not moreso.

It simply doesn't lag at all.

Most phones these days when you get them new, they're not going to lag at all.

And the processors are fast enough where even after a while, they're not going to lag

And with iOS 12, which is actually a great upgrade, this thing is screaming fast.

When it comes to replacing the home button, I was really worried I'd hate it.

Now I'm not talking about the fingerprint sensor for now, literally just the home butotn

functionality, which has been replaced with a swipe up gesture.

And to my surprise, I actually do like it.

It feels really smooth and natural to just swipe up away from the bottom of the screen.

The only thing that is slower is app switching, which I found was a lot easier with the home

button to just double tap, but now you have to swipe up far, then kind of hold it, then

swipe apps away.

It's something you have to actually think about, and make sure you hold it long enough,

and swipe far enough, where before you could just double tap and not thing about it at

all.

Still, it hasn't been a dealbreaker for me.

As for the notch, it really doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

Because most videos are 16:9, they don't actually fill up the wider aspect ratio screen, so

the notch doesn't cut into them.

But it does for wider videos.

One thing I don't like though is that with the notch, there is no way to show the battery

percentage like you could on other iPhones.

You have to bring down the control center to show the percentage, which is annoying.

I'd rather it just show the percentage instead of the battery symbol to be honest.

Now, when it comes to removal of the fingerprint sensor, that really pisses me off.

I think Apple should have just put it on the back, like so many other Android phones.

Fingerptint sensors work AWESOME on the back, but instead Apple decided to double down on

Face ID.

Now FaceID works ok.

But IT IS slower than the fingerprint, no doubt about it.

And whereas before you could just press the home button, hold you finger there, and automatically

unlock the phone to the home screen, now you have to go through so many steps.

Double tap the screen to wake it, let face id unlock you, then swipe up.

3 Steps vs 1.

If it had both face id and fingerprint, it would be great, but I don't like how FaceID

is something I have to actually think about when using.

I have to look and make sure it unlocked, then swipe up, you have to time it, so annoying.

And other problems I've had with face ID is it doesn't work when the phone is too close to

your face, like if you're lying in bed, you have to hold your phone away, make sure the

pillow isn't in your face, and all that.

And the BIGGEST annoyance is that it doesn't work with some of my sunglasses, which blocks

my eyes too much I guess, so it refuses to unlock unless I turn off "require attention" feature,

which I don't want to do, because then someone could unlock your phone without you even looking

at it.

So my take on FaceID is that if it was in addition to the fingerptint sensor it would

be awesome, but because it isn't it frankly sucks and is only barely tolerable enough

to keep using.

Though there are other things I do like about the XS that not many people have been talking

about.

Namely, the Dual sim capability.

I think this is actually a KILLER feature.

Obviously there is only 1 sim tray, but in an upcoming update, you will be able to use

both an esim and physical sim card, so you can have two phone numbers on one phone.

And set which contacts will use which numbers.

This is awesome if say you have a work phone and personal phone, or you travel and need

a foreign sim card and domestic one, or just want one phone number you can give out and

don't care about getting spammed.

Though apparently the second phone number won't be able to be used with iMessage, which

is so stupid, hopefully Apple changes that.

Still, if you are someone who uses two phones for any reason, this could EASILY be enough

reason to upgrade.

Another thing I really like about this phone is just the size.

Like I said, coming from the 8 plus, it was hard to reach the entire screen with my thumb.

The XS seems to be the best of both worlds, and it is is noticeably less wide, so I can

actually comfortably reach my thumb all the way across it, and wrap my fingers around

the other side securely, instead of it just kind of resting on my fingers.

And obviously with the edge to edge screen, it doesn't really feel any smaller, even though

the screen isn't as wide, because it's a lot taller.

So I definitely think I prefer this form factor.

Of course, there are things I definitely do NOT like about this phone, that could have

easily been avoided by Apple.

First of all, this is just a disgrace, but Apple did not even include a lightning to

3.5mm headphone dongle in the box anymore.

It's literally a thousand dollar phone, and they couldn't throw in a dongle that probably

costs them a dollar to make.

Seriously Apple, screw you for that, I'm not kidding that's not cool.

Also, I don't like how they don't include the faster charger either.

Fast charging legitimately works great, and it would literally improve every iphone user's

experience if they included it, because I don't think many people even know it's capable

of that.

And finally, I am STILL waiting for them to add 120 Hz refresh rate to the screen.

That's another thing that would be a KILLER feature, but apparently there are issues with

it with OLED, or they're just keeping that feature in the bag for a future iPhone.

So let me try and wrap things up.

Some things I've mentioned that I especially like about this phone are the huge storage

options up to 512 GB, the dual sim capability, the form factor, and the great as always camera quality.

Some things I definitely dislike are the barely satisfying battery life, FaceID as a mediocre

replacement to the fingerprint, and of course the thousand dollar plus price tag.

So overall, this is what I think.

The iPhone XS is definitely a good phone, probably even a great phone, but not an Amazing

phone, even though it could have been.

If you already have an iPhone X, it's definitely not worth an upgrade unless you're paying

for Apple's upgrade program.

If you have an older iPhone, the main benefits will be the different formfactor and screen,

the dual sim card, and the camera upgrade.

I would personally not consider FaceID a benefit or an upgrade.

So if none of those things really excite you, I'd definitely wait at least another year.

Maybe if the price wasn't so ludicrous, you know it could be a different story, but Apple

REALLY took prices to the next level, without taking new features along with it.

Of course, if you have a really ancient phone, like 3 years older or more, you definitely

WILL find this a massive upgrade, and you won't be disappointed.

And that's about it, hopefully you guys found this video helpful, let me know what you think

down in the comments.

If you want to keep watching, you can check out some other videos here.

So again I'm looking forward to haring from you, thanks for watching, be seeing you.

Vaultek VT10i Review – Is This TSA Approved Portable Safe Worth The Money? - Duration: 6:37.

Real quick before you watch this video.

I couldn't put everything that there is to know about this VT10i in this video.

SO be sure to click the link in the description box after you watch this video and read everything

that there is to know about the VT10i review from Vaultek.

When you travel as much as I do and insist on bringing a gun with you where ever you

go, the safe you use becomes a big deal.

This used to be my traveling handgun case.

I've used it for many years while traveling across the country.

In short, where being able to travel with my handgun is concerned it gets the job done.

There's a box with a lock and key and that's about it.

But it's 2018 and let's just say gun cases are a lot more technologically advanced now.

Essentially, this case is a Nokia flip phone in the age of the iPhone X.

So, I decided it was time to upgrade my gun case.

Enter the VT10i from vault tech As far as the looks go, it look-a-like a portable

safe.

All be it a futuristic high tech portable safe but a safe none the less.

The Hard shoulder line creases give the safe definition and giving it a very Brinks truck

like appearance but still soft enough fit into your home decor and not stand out like

Mike Tyson working at a chuck e cheese.

The safe looks incredibly durable yet inviting.

The illuminating lights are a great touch.

The rubber cover of over the key hole is also a nice touch.

The VAULTEK logo is pretty damn prominent but not in a tacky way, but it mostly stands

out because there's really nothing else on the safe.

It's Brutish Industrial minimalism adorned with subtle indicators of tech.

The VT10i is just small enough and light enough to be a travel case while being big enough

and sturdy enough to also be a full-time desktop or wall mounted safe.

When I check into hotels I usually set it up on my hotel room desk as if I were at home

and place my gun inside to easily keep it out of sight from housekeeping or a quick

place to put when Room service is delivered.

I've also use the safe in the car whenever I am in state that requires the gun to be

locked and unloaded.

I can keep my magazines on me and if need be and the biometric scanner and number pad

gives me relatively quick access to what would otherwise be completely useless attempt at

trying find the key, unlocking the case and then getting to my gun.

It's 5.2 lbs so it's not the lightest safe in the world, but it's also constructed

of Progressive Formed 18-gauge steel.

I've never had problem transporting this safe.

I've carried in duffle backs, suitcases, and backpacks and it was never too heavy,

but trust me you do notice the weight but not to the point where you never want to carry

again.

I like having options, so I want I want as many ways as possible to gain access to my

guns inside my safe.

The VT10i comes loaded for bear with access options like the Biometric scanner, keypad,

lock and key, and even an smart app.

I love the biometric scanner.

Largely due to it's speed of use.

Generally speaking I can open the case in just under two seconds using the biometric

reader, which is just a touch slower than the reader on my iPhone.

The Biometric reader is consistent as hell.

Every once in a while, I'll have to readjust my finger to get a good read but by in large

it's dead on.

There's a light right above the finger pad that'll turn green once your fingerprint

is authenticated.

I've had other safes with Biometric fingerprint readers that don't have a light indicator

and you'll find yourself sitting there waiting to be prompted that it's not working.

With the VT10i you know immediately if your fingerprint can't be read by simply seeing

the light indicator light up red.

However, one downside is how long it takes to let you know that if can't read your

finger print.

It takes about 4 seconds to indicate that it can't read your fingerprint if the wrong

finger print or you just didn't place your finger on it correctly.

To get around this, if the light indicator doesn't turn green with in two seconds I

know some things wrong and I just readjust my finger.

The Biometric reader is slightly recessed in the case making it easier to find the scanner

on the safe even if it's dark and you can't see it, but it's also outlined in highly

reflective chrome so it's hard to not see it even in dark settings.

With the biometric scanner you can upload 20 unique fingerprints.

That's more than enough to give access to the people in your family who need access

to the safe as well.

I love the intuitiveness fo the number pads.

All I have to do is get close to the number pads and they illuminate red.

The keys are surround by raised borders giving you extra tactility when in dark environments.

The keys themselves feel like the keys on an apple keyboards, short throw but incredibly

responsive.

It'll register your password as fast as you can type it and once you do the lights

illuminate green and the safe opens within less than a second

I'll be honest, I don't use this feature a lot.

I really just use it as a backup in the event the batter on the case dies.

Speaking of which, the batter on the VT10i lasts 3 months on a single charge.

The beautiful thing is you always know the state of your batters by simply plugging in

a micro usb and there are four small indicator lights that let you know how much battery

you have left on the case.

And charging it is as easy charging your cell phone.

I've charged the case with a battery pack before.

One of the dopest features is the smart app.

The app shows you the safes battery level, notifies you when the safe is being tampered

with.

There's a history log that gives you accounting of everything done to the safe, like if the

interior light is adjusted and how and when the safe is opened.

You can store multiple safes within the app and switching between the different safes

is a breeze.

You can also manage the finger prints within the app as well.

In the six months I've used this safe I've done a ton of traveling with it.

I've dropped it on concrete, dropped objects on it and just generally abused it unintentionally,

and it has the marks to prove, and it keeps going.

I love this safe, I really do.

I have absolutely no problem shamelessly gushing over the VT10i because I enjoy it that much.

With an MSRP of 239 it is not a cheap safe nor is it an expensive safe considering what

you get and what the safe does.

The safe is versatile as hell.

It's literally he one safe option if you're looking for a small safe for the house that's

also portable enough for travel.

What's going on folks Mr Colion Noir Here.

Now That you've watched the video and you're debating whether or not you want to buy the

vaulted VT10i, be sure to click the link in my description box which will take you to

my website where I have a full-length review about everything that there is to know about

this particular safe.

I'm Mr Colion Noir and Im out.

SP PANTERA ORION EVO PRO | goalkeeperglove test & review | SHERLOCK GLOVES - Duration: 3:10.

hello everyone today we are here on the field to test and review the panther sp

orion evo pro but how will they behave in the field?

follow me and you will discover it

the latex is the giga grip that offers good performance in all conditions

atmospheric the best of himself gives it on dry, abrasion resistance is

a little below average

the cut is a roll finger on the index and little finger is instead a hybrid on the central fingers

a hybrid between the seam external and roll finger

we also found this combination on other models and has always convinced us because of

the large gripping surface that it offers keeping the hand at the same time

very close to the glove in the grasp phase

the body of the glove is guaranteed by textile material on which it is based

a dual-core gel on the fingers is applied latex

this combination of materials donates great support to the hand

at the level of the fingertips we find internal gel that combined with the cut

offers great stability in the hand inside the glove, this construction

keeps the glove very adherent to the hand in fact, in all the movements of the

hand inside the glove does not form bellies or annoying folds

the elastic cuff and dresses a lot adhering to the wrist, the strap makes a

round with velcro closure

in conclusion this i want to recommend it to those are looking for a good one

sensitivity during the setting phase combined with excellent support of the hand

the construction is treated in the minimums details and the we liked a lot the structure

the latex guarantees excellent performance the abrasion resistance

it is not very high so we recommendto use it on

field of grass or synthetic of last genation for today is all if you are

interested in buying click on the links that you find in description and not

New Mercedes Benz B Class Review 2019 - Duration: 12:40.

hello guys and welcome to a new video today we will talk about the new

machetes bed class this is the brand new

car that we have here and it's a prototype car that is presented by

machetes I want to talk a little bit about inside and outside of the car and

a little bit of Technic technical detail I want to say first time that machetes

said that they take from technology from s-class and our class to put on this big

class and they expect to be much more comfortable and dynamic handling they

expect to have better handling on the car so this car it's longer 5 meter a 4

meter 359 centimeter and wider one matter and 786 millimeter so taller is

around 1 meter and 55 centimeter and the drag coefficient see it's around 0.2 4

so it has better co-efficiency that's the IRA dynamic of the car it's much

better than before and 0 to only point to 24 it's really good IRA dynamic so

they really improve this and the consumption will be much more less so

overall the design it look much better than before in my opinion it's a little

bit rounder around the corners it's the same box but with the big space inside

but it's look a little bit more sporty more aerodynamic

and no it's look really nice the wheels size come from 60-inch to 19-inch depend

on your taste and depend on what you want to do with the car

the order is ordering for the car for the big class its opening the temple

then in the chamber you can order it and you probably have to wait three months

until you can have the car in your garage the car come with five engine two

petrol and three diesel engine the be 180 and be 200 will be used the

four-cylinder one 1.3 liter M 282 petrol engine with 134 horsepower and 161

horsepower the other one so for the be 180 we will have the 134 horsepower and

for the b200 will be 1 161 horsepower the entry-level 1.5 liter diesel in the

be 180 they produce around might think 140 horsepower and 192 horsepower a new

2-liter diesel will be available with 147 horsepower

be 180 d so the petrol and 1.5 diesel have 7-speed gearbox with an 8-speed box

in the 2-liter diesel so other engine option will be following next year along

with version with four-wheel drive so that's really interesting

the car will come with four-wheel drive so I'm really really

curious about to see this how it's moving I think it has a very good

handling the car suspension has developed to retain the agility of its

predecessor while adding comfort so they're using make person suspension and

I think that's really amazing this is really good quality and they have

electronic dumper tuning among several other option so they have a lot of

option on this car and we will go inside the interior in a second and I will show

you that but the car come with a lot of new technology and a lot of new option

on it so this is really really interesting the interior it's almost all

taken from the air class we will see the digital display and all other design

it's almost the same like an a-class and our class it's really nice and very good

quality in the interior so the big class will have the two digital display its

range between 7-inch and 10.2 inch depending on the specification and what

you would like to have because they have two or three different option that you

can choice there is also an optional head-up display the back class is the

second model after our class to to have the new version of mbox

multimedia system which includes touch voice in just the control and Mercedes

way connectivity so that will be pretty interests

to see this on the big class the interior I'll tell you why I see the a

class you can see my review another video with our class interior and it is

really really nice really you feel like you're in high class car and this big

class is not a premium premium premium car this car can we buy for from many

people which is kind of family car with a lot of space in the interior and with

a lot of technology that I was didn't expect to have on it so this would be a

great option for many people to have technology space and safety comfort and

very good material quality we will see the price to of this car in the second

so what I want to say the boot capacity it's between 455 and 705 liter similar

to the same develop previous model expanding to 1540 liters with the rear

seat folded so that was all my review guys and all the technical

details now you can see here in the image the nice multimedia display that

it's on the air class - and you can see the two very good quality materials that

they use on the steering wheel for example if you look at the buttons if

you look at every detail they work very very much on every detail on this car

and the screen resolution it's it's really good

the screens are really clear and you have different option to adjust it and

to see in sport comfort Eco mode and you can see the navigation there in the

front here on the side you have the multimedia system and you have all kinds

of options that you can change to the car you can see you have really a lot of

as well you can change the LED light 64 colors you have 64 option to change the

color inside the car to the LED so this is this is quite fantastic here in the

middle look at this condition this is really a premium car really good quality

and the design is pretty nice to make sure this I think

with this card they will sell a lot of cars on the market next year and you

have there a lot of technology new technology like the traffic sinuses

reading the sign camera parking for of the brake assist adaptive cruise control

here on the side you have electric seat and that's that's a really nice car to

take in the consideration I was expected a little bit from outside a little bit

better to the design a little bit nicer but the interior of this car it's go to

the next level it is pretty pretty nice and the quality

it's amazing look at this LED light in the middle of the Pens

and on the side of the lens that lets show how much care and how much time

they put in this car to build this car is the same interior like an a-class so

a lot of people work for this interior because the interior it's similar to the

eye class and you have also two USB port there in the front and here you can the

car come with the sunroof - you have good visibility you have cameras

everywhere and a lot of space in the back I'm sure about this because it's

the similar with the previous model the space in the back is fantastic and you

can fold down the seat and you have a huge space

in the car so guys I hope you enjoy the review please comment please subscribe

to my channel if you wanna see more updates and more new cars that come on

the market I will upload every day one video and you can see the news the

newest car on the market right now so thank you very much for watching my

Builderall Affiliate Program Review - Business Compensation Plan + Special Bonuses ! - Duration: 6:46.

What is up guys this is Dipak Bangar here and chances are you are landed on this video because you're looking for builderall affiliate program review. In this Video, I will be sharing my builderall affiliate program review, different types of income opportunities and also what makes this program affiliate program unique compared to any other affiliate platforms like clickbank , jvzoo, clickfunnels etc available out there and also do not forget to watch this video till end because I'll be revealing an opportunity for you to get the training bonuses worth $2,900 absolutely free of cost.

I started promoting builderall affiliate marketing business around two months back and I was able to make more than $600 approximately in the last 2 months. This is just the beginning..! What are conditions for participating? you need to buy a $50 per month subscription of builderall business which gives you access to all the products like unlimited websites, blogs sales funnel builders, unlimited email Marketing autoresponder Services, Facebook chatbots webinar platform, social media graphic designing tool, logo creator, script generator, ecommerce dropshipping store builder etc, plus you get an opportunity to participate in affiliate program to make money online by promoting builderall. First income type is the direct referral income and you get paid 100% commissions on anyone that you refer directly on their first month subscription ! Eg. You refer10 people and they buy $50 business plan, you get $50 on each of them so $500 income straight away in your first month itself. because of this you can be in profit immediately and you will break even on your first sale itself..the best part is you see this people are going to use this platform month on month, its the membership based platform, so you are going to get paid not only 100% Commission one time but also you get paid 30% recurring commissions on their second month onwards as long as people use this platform is the indirect income..Eg if you refer 10 people directly and then these 10 refer 5 perople each, then there will be 50 people on your second level and you will get 30% recurring commissions every month passive income on them as well, even though you did not refer them. Builderall offers unique 2 tier/level leveraged affiliate marketing plan which is very very powerful feature which is not there in any other affiliate marketing plans. This actually builds up and it gives you very solid monthly passive income. 3 rd Income- DREAM CAR BONUS ON achieving and maintaining 100 direct referrals, company pays extra $500 per month for your car installment so basically you can choose any car and builderall pay for your car instalment.. isn't that awesome ? This bonus doubles to $1000/month when you hit 200 active direct referrals which is quite easy to achieve! What makes builderall a unique affiliate program from other affiliate programs is most of these affiliate products out there because they have only one Level structure and they will pay you only on the sales of products oen time only but there is no recurring commissions that so there is no scope of building a passive income. Another thing is there is a lack of leverage and IF there is no leverage, you have to go on making new sales every time.. so the moment you stop making sales, your income will stop in most of these affiliate program..Builderall is different as it offers true passive income opportunity because it's a membership based platform so people are going to use it month on month for the tools and they going to pay subscription which means that our income is going to come month on month. Second thing is builderall has the leverage affiliate plan which pays 30% in the recurring commission on 2 levels of referrals so it promotes, nurtures the teamwork and this two features combined with the 100 % direct upfront commissions on your direct referral's first month subscription, it actually, in my view, is one of the best business opportunities for anyone who is interested in making money online in legit and scamproof way So if you're interested in joining this business then check out the first link in the description below. There I explain what is the kind of support system that you will be getting from me to be successful in this biz because I believe in helping people succeed. what's good YouTube returning life gang fans what you're looking at are the

reviews for the movie venom and man some of them are extremely ugly and I hate to

be the bearer of bad news y'all know I hate to do that some of these reviews

are accurate and we're going to discuss that in this video without giving y'all

the whole cookie we're gonna give you a little bit of crumbs and not give you

any spoilers in case you decide you want to go see this monster named venom if

you're finding me for the first time please go ahead subscribe to the channel

click that notification bill so you're down every time we drop these life gains

videos I also check my description box that's where I leave other life gains

goodies affiliates and sponsors we do business world that can give you life

gains ultimately and also connect with me on my social media links as you see

them scrolling across the screen now let's go ahead dive on into the spoiler

free venom movie review

what's good YouTube you're back in the building with your uncle my bringing you

your life gains and moving views should you go out there and spend your

hard-earned money on venom this is Sony's rendition of the Marvel

MCU the Marvel character excuse me venom and we're going to talk about the hose

up to what the Marvel Cinematic Universe would do but first y'all know when we do

these reviews I have to put on my plus seven glasses of cinema sexy as hell

work on skilling up my craft bringing you a better YouTube experience

something better to look at sponsors are the ones you see scrolling across the

screen HD IPTV offering you everything you see for $14 a month they're doing

trials risk free also do you think that the pen is mightier than the sword well

I've got a sponsor that's giving away a free pen that does everything it's got a

surgical knife it's got a laser it's got a light

I think this pen might be mightier than the sword check them out video

description does this movie hold up and is better than the venom we seen from

the Tobey Maguire spider-man and the answer to that is yes but let's break

this story down Tom Hardy plays venom and man he does a good job did anybody

think that Tom Hardy wouldn't do a good job in his role as venom the cast is

good in this movie as well and you can tell that the cast played this movie in

a manner where they thought it would be a rated R or PG type of movie you can

also tell Tom Hardy thought that that was going to be the vibe for the movie

as well those are the good parts let's go ahead and dive onto what the issues

are Oh in the beginning before Tom Hardy becomes venom fully he's going through

the transition when he gets sick and then he starts feeling bad and he

realizes there's something else in his body that part is a little silly it's

like they try to interject comedy and didn't know that they

was doing it so that part can get a little silly with this movie because it

doesn't match the tone of the movie when he's first trying to discover what's

going on with his body there are two other parts of this movie that I think

are just out that are good they're not bad parts so the post-credits scenes in

this movie if you are a comic book fan there's two post-credit scenes and they

are both lead ups to what's going to happen in the rest of this connected

universe because sony is trying to take this venom franchise and make it a

connected universe kind of the way Marvel MCU has done their universe

they've got a bunch of characters that the MCU can't use and they're trying to

connect and make it a shared universe so if you're into comics you'll fully

understand what's happening at the end with the post-credits scenes and you'll

probably like it but if you're not of if you're a novelist to comic book movies

you're probably not gonna get it so but just just to let you guys know

about that does this script hold up to be something that can be connected in

the universe he'll to the note the script of this movie was not great I

think this is probably the lowest point of the movie they're gonna have to work

on making this a better script now the special effects of the movie now hold up

you ain't gonna be disappointed with the special effects special effects was cool

the villain in the movie he was okay you're not gonna be wild by the villain

in the movie but I think considering that they are trying to build a

connected universe they just kind of had to do what they had to do with

disability I think that some people are gonna argue that the movie feels rushed

based on the weak script now when you go in there you see this and you sit down

if you decide to go the first thing you're going to see is that the script

is weak you probably alike the character development between venom and Eddie

Brock transitioning into venom himself because the venom of this looks great

you're probably like the fact that there is a foundation to do a connected

universe but if you go in there expecting the trick

the feeling you get from a Marvel MCU movie you're gonna be sadly disappointed

because there are times when this movie feels a little weird so you might see

people making memes about the movie being weird it feels weird it feels a

little different it's not what you're going to expect it's not what you're

going to get from a Marvel MCU universe overall I'm going to give the movie 6.5

and that is if you are a comic nut if you are a general person or novelist you

don't do comments I'm probably gonna say it's probably six for you you could wait

but comic book fans you know we're going to see it I was curious it beats the

Tobey Maguire venom like I said the graphics and the special effects and the

CGI they're decent they're not bad they're decent but the script is weak

the villain is not the villain in the boss fights are not going to be probably

what you're used to in the Marvel MCU universe I would say that the movie

feels like it should have been done 10 years ago and it would have been hot but

having said that Sony is trying to build their connected universe they're trying

to do a Morbius movie they probably gonna bring spider-man back into this

thing I would love to see Sony just team up

with the Marvel Cinematic Universe to make this universe and it would probably

make things a whole lot better so that's my spoiler free review of this whole

entire movie I would say if you can wait you can definitely wait if you're a

comic book fan I know you're not gonna wait but everybody else you can wait on

this movie it was okay but it's not gonna wow you that's gonna do it for

this video don't forget to like my video comment and subscribe go get yourself a

life game your life gained on this video save your money you can wait and until

that next sex is hell video I'll see you

Roland SC-88 Pro: A Classic Desktop Synth (Sound Profile Review) - Duration: 27:31.

Roland synthesizers in the 90s have garnered an... interesting reputation over time.

Some people still love them for their classic tried and true sounds,

with a great variety of high quality instrument samples,

ranging from funky slap basses to expansive and warm pads,

while others deride them for their overusage and often cheesy sound.

Regardless of what you think of them, it's hard to deny that they were highly influential in the music making world,

with just one of their synthesizers alone, the JV-1080,

being used in more records than any other synthesizer in the WORLD.

It was a real powerhouse, and when combined with even just one SR-JV board,

it became significantly more powerful. These higher end synthesizers were costly

however, putting them well out of reach of many up-and-coming composers, so

besides saving up, what could you do if you wanted to get those classic Roland

sounds, but didn't have the cash to get the latest and greatest professional model?

You could pick up something like this. The Roland Sound Canvas series

aimed at less experienced composers and our collection of classic Roland sounds

from all sorts of sources, combined with an easy-to-use interface, superb MIDI

support, and a tiny form factor that made them great for people with limited space

such as the desktop music market that they were so often aimed at in bundle

packages. And for the time they were on the market, they were a great success

with people looking to get into composing, who didn't have the money or

space for one of those larger synths, and while they still maintain some level

of popularity now with retro computer gamers who enjoy them for their amazing

sound and classic DOS games, something that's rarely discussed nowadays is... well

actually using them in music! In today's video I want to go over the Sound Canvas

that I own and use on a near daily basis for music work: the SC-88 Pro!

While on the surface, it doesn't look too different from the earlier SC-55 and SC-88,

the story really couldn't be more different. With tons of new sounds on

offer taken primarily from Roland's JV and SR-JV products, and a powerful effects filter

that could beef up and enhance nearly any sound thrown at it, it was darn

impressive for the time, even with its hefty price tag of around 800 US dollars (roughly $1,280 in 2018) in 1996.

Admittedly, that price tag was still a respectable bit cheaper than the

monstrous $1,200 of the JV-1080 or, even worse, the $1,700 price tag of the JV-2080

released just a year later. With all that said, I've been using mine for about half

a year now, and in that time, have progressed a lot as a musician and have

found myself starting to branch out to other synths.

So, is it still worth picking one of these up, or should you you skip out on it altogether? Let's get right into it.

As the second to last major revision of the Sound Canvas line,

and perhaps the largest leap in quality from one unit to the next in the series,

the 88 Pro boasts a whole heap of features including 32 MIDI channels over

two MIDI ports, 1,117 instrument patches, 45 drum kits, 64 insertion effects,

8 types of Reverb, Chorus, and Delay effects, official support for General MIDI

and Roland GS, unofficial support for Yamaha XG, partial backwards compatibility with the SC-55

full backwards compatibility with the SC-88, and stereo 18-bit 32kHz audio output.

It's... a pretty impressive and vast list of features, and the unit only gets more

impressive from here once you start digging into it. In terms of appearance,

the 88 Pro is a beautiful piece of gear that strikes a great balance

between industrial and consumer aesthetics,

which I guess makes sense considering the market it was aiming for.

It's got this light and dark, metallic gray color scheme, highlighted by muted white and orange text that allows it to

appear soft enough to blend in with any environment, while still having enough to

stand out about it that it doesn't become dull to look at. Anyways, the front of the device

has pretty much all of your controls. You get your standard power button, a volume

knob which doubles as a tone test button for trying out sounds and verifying that

outputs work, a front MIDI in for convenience when hooking up a keyboard,

a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack for private listening, a 2.8x1in (71x25mm)

screen, and a variety of multifunction buttons to do editing, instrument

changing, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

All of the buttons have their basic and most important functions clearly labeled,

although there are a lot of additional things you'll want to dive into, that can be accessed only through button

combinations, so having a copy of the manual on hand, either printed or in PDF

form from Roland's website is really recommended.

Speaking of buttons, these buttons feel expectedly nice for a device carrying a near $1,000 price tag,

with a nice click to them whenever you press them in.

[sweet, sweet clicking sounds of some fantastic synthy buttons of clicky proportions]

There's also a small variety of them, which may not seem like anything important, but it makes it easy

to feel around the unit in the dark, as the variety makes it easy to tell where your

hand is currently once you've learned to positions. Another nice touch is that all

the buttons line up with the LCD screen. For example, on the right of the third

row of the screen is the amount of Chorus being applied to the instrument.

If you want to change the Chorus, and you just press the button on the

the right of the third row of the Edit panel.

In a shocking twist, turning the unit over to the back reveals... the back!

Which has a huge selection of... back things! TO PLAY WITH?!

Including three MIDI ports! MIDI in A, which is used to access the first 16

channels on the unit, MIDI in B, which is used for the last 16, and a MIDI out port

that doubles as a MIDI THRU if you set it up as such on the unit.

You can also ditch the MIDI ports entirely by using an RS-232C serial

connection, although this really isn't an option on modern computers to my knowledge.

Between that specific serial port standard being disregarded in favor

of USB, and they Roland Serial MIDI driver having received no updates since

Windows XP, you're basically out of luck, unless you're that one person running Windows XP (why?).

The best option, and the easiest one to get working on any computer, is to use some sort of MIDI cable.

for older computers running vintage operating systems like Windows 98, this is usually something like a

Game Port to MIDI and Controller breakout, but nowadays, I and most other people use

some sort of USB MIDI device. There's a number of these available for purchase

at any given time, but I recommend avoiding knockoff ones made by no-name

Chinese companies as these tend to have trouble supporting SysEx commands,

which is necessary to make the most out of...

Let's face it, ANY MIDI synth. My go-to for MIDI cables has always been the Roland

UM series. These all have great SysEx support, are class compliant, meaning

they'll work on any computer including Linux and Mac machines, and are very easy

to get a hold of both brand new and used at good prices. I've also heard good

things about MOTU (Mark of the Unicorn) and iConnectivity's MIDI adapters, which might be your best

option if you're looking to use both the MIDI A and B ports on the 88 Pro, as

Roland currently doesn't manufacture any 2-in 2-out MIDI interfaces, although

there are some older UM models such as UM-2 and UM-3 line of devices that

support two and three ports respectively, and to my understanding, they work just

as well as the other UM series devices.

For audio output, you get two sets of stereo RCA, which allow you to listen to the MIDI in A and MIDI in B separately,

and an RCA input to let you plug in another device. For the most part,

this input is pretty solid and doesn't cause any quality degradation, though my

particular unit has an annoying problem with dropping sound on the left side.

[awesome techno music that is subjected to very sad and unfortunate audio glitches D:]

[ahh... much better :D]

It's fixed by a simple tap in the knob most of the time, but it is annoying.

Regarding audio outputs, however I've had no problems with them at all, and I found

them to be of extremely good quality. They have barely any noise, and sound

absolutely amazing when hooked up even a half-decent audio interface or sound card.

And finally for powering on the device, you get a power cable that's... permanently attached to the unit.

Opening up the unit to take a look is easy to do; just take these two screws off the left and right sides, and the three on the back,

slide the top cover off, and then the seven holding the motherboard in place.

They're all pretty small, so it takes about 5 minutes tops to get in.

The circuitry is split into a few segments, connected by a series of cables.

The board in the top is the main board, and this contains the

16-bit H8/510 CPU, and the M3888-1M2 sub-CPU, sound ICs, sample ROM chips,

DRAM chips, and two SRAM chips for storing user data, powered by a CR2302 battery.

The board's held on the bottom are the analog board, which contains the

DACs and various bits need to provide the analog audio output, the power switch board,

and the power supply. The only thing you would really need to be doing

here unless the unit you bought was really abused, is replacing the battery

which I highly recommend doing as all the battery-powered Sound Canvas models

seem to be really prone to leakage. Besides that, there's no reason to really

peek around in here. Unlike professional Roland synths, the 88 Pro cannot be

expanded beyond what's initially included as there's no slots for SR-JV80

boards or otherwise. There also aren't really any mods out there for the device

that I'm aware of, with the only one I've seen being a mod by a Japanese user to

add optical audio output to the device using an Arduino, which is pretty awesome if a bit un-necessary.

That's enough about that however, let's talk about the meat of the unit!

The 88 Pro advertises 1,117 high quality instruments, many of which are

cut down versions of stock sounds from the JV-1080 and its first few expansion

boards such as the Orchestral and Vintage Synth boards.

That overall number is a bit of a half-truth though; while there are technically 1,117 selectable

instrument PATCHES, there's only around 700 SAMPLES, as some patches are duplicated

for backwards compatibility with the SC-55 and SC-88 maps, but more on those in a bit...

This same thing applies to the drum kits too, though to a lesser extent.

There's 42 patches, including three sound effects kits for a total of 45, but the actual

number without duplicates is a slightly less impressive 38 unique kits.

Seven hundred some-odd instruments and 38 drum kits is still a pretty wide

variety of sounds however, and there's enough here that anyone who's in

them making any type of music, will enjoy what's on offer, whether that be jazz

electronic, metal, classical, or anything in-between.

Because this IS a Roland GS device, and part of the roland GS standard is maintaining at least some

level of General MIDI backwards compatibility, the sounds are organized

in a way that allows them to stay compatible with the GM standard while still

offering composers easy access to the wide variety of sounds available.

So, here's how they're organized: you have 128 basic instruments referred to as

capital tones. These are the standard General MIDI sounds such as Piano 1

Charang, Square Wave, etc etc. They can all be accessed through a program change command

or by using the instrument buttons on the front panel. Once you found the type

of sound you want, you can select a variation of it by pressing instrument

left and right at the same time in scrolling, or by pressing EFX value left or right.

This makes instrument selection an absolute breeze, as everything is

logically sorted and easy to navigate if you know the General MIDI standard layout.

Now, unfortunately, unlike the JV 1080 and other high-end synthesizers,

you CANNOT create new sounds on this thing. You're limited to what's on board

although I don't see that as a big deal, as what's on board with this thing is

varied enough, and there's a ton of effects that can be applied to any sound to

radically change the sounds. You have your run-of-the-mill Reverb, Chorus, and

Delay effects, along with Cutoff and Resonance filters, Volume and Vibrato

envelopes and new to the Sound Canvas family for the first time, insertion effects!

Similar to what Yamaha had been offering for their MU line around the

same time the original SC-88 launched.

Additionally, similar to the MU series and its the performance mode, that offered beefed up patches using one to four instruments simultaneously,

the 88 Pro offers a collection of 128 patches that use a similar idea.

These patches use one to two instruments at the same time across

one to two channels, often paired of carefully tuned insertion effects to

create much richer sounds than is normally possible.

With all that said, I think it's time to show off the types of sounds on offer here.

I'm going to play some tunes that I've made, and some of my favorite music

from games and other composers, and that'll hopefully give you an idea of how it all mixes together!

Something that is always worth discussing with synths is sound editing, soooo...

let's talk about sound editing! Since the 88 Pro is aimed at more or

less being an easy-to-use, jack-of-all-trades, ROMpler with tons of sounds to suit every genre,

rather than an expandable, customizable, and complex synth,

there isn't a whole lot you can do here. The right of the front panel gives you

access to the settings you'll be changing the most: volume level, pan, Reverb, Chorus, and MIDI channel receive.

The first few are pretty self-explanatory, but the last is interesting as it allows you to get a

richer or more unique sound by stacking sounds on top of each other.

On the bottom of the front panel, you can edit the Vibrato envelope, Cutoff and

Resonance filters, the ADR (Attack/Decay/Release) envelope, and most importantly, the insertion effects!

The interface for all that is really, REALLY intuitive; you press select to

select what part of sound you want to edit, and press the buttons labeled for

each function, and for insertion effects you press EFX to get in the menu, and press the labelled buttons. It's easy peasy!

That's not all you can do though, there's a lot of things you can change by using button combinations.

For example, pressing ALL and then one of the right parameter buttons will let you make global changes

and pressing ALL and then SELECT will let you edit the global 2-band EQ.

There's a lot more than just that though, such as being able to change the volume

and panning level of individual drum sounds, and many more that are documented

in the manual so if there's anything you're curious about, it'd be best to

check that to confirm if it's there or not. One of the nice things about the 88 Pro,

is that any changes you make are saves until the device receives some

sort of MIDI reset, so even if you power it off, until you intentionally try to

reset the device, those settings will stay.

If you're not font of front panel editing, there are a couple of alternatives. The first is to do editing

through MIDI commands, which isn't too bad for basic things like Reverb and

Chorus as these are controlled through standard MIDI CCs, but insertion effects however?

You'll have to use SysEx for those, which can be frustrating to do without the help of a tool.

The second option is to use... well, a tool! Such as GS Advanced Editor.

This is what I use for any intense editing; it's simple, easy to use,

and gives you control over absolutely EVERYTHING, and when you're

done editing, you can export a standard MIDI file which can be imported into

your MIDI editor of choice. Unfortunately, getting a hold of an actual copy of GSAE

is a monumental challenge, as it was only ever bundled with Sound Canvas units,

or available directly for purchase from EdiRol (Roland's defunct desktop music division).

I asked Roland if they ever planned to make the software publically available again, and they said they had no plans,

so for now, your best option for getting it is either to buy a rare copy (some driver CDs such as the SC-D70s include it), or download it from the internet.

So, at this point, I've been pretty positive about the 88 Pro, but there are some things I want to

touch on that I think are worth noting. First off, the power supply here isn't universal.

Kinda. It uses a transformer, that has a few different pins that a

wire can be soldered to, and this will determine what type of power the 88 Pro will be able to accept.

If you live in Europe (or the UK), then this can be a problem,

as 88 Pros native to that region don't seem to be very common, although

thankfully, some eBay sellers in Japan or kind enough to change the voltage upon

ordering the item, and some others will sell units that are pre-modded to European voltages.

Another thing that could debateably be an issue, are the compatibility modes of the SC-88 Pro.

The SC-88 compatiblity is PERFECT by virtue of it and the 88 Pro sharing the same CPU and DAC,

while the SC-55 compatibility is... overall questionable, BUT it leans on good.

Some of the sounds AREN'T included on the storage chips, due to... I'm guessing limited space,

and will instead play their newer 88 or 88 Pro counterparts, even when the 55 map is selected.

This is where the questionable part of it comes into play, because it

results in music that sounds noticeably wrong compared to a real 55...

but only SOMETIMES! While a few games such as the original Descent, which has MIDI music

composed for, and on, the SC-55, do sound wrong, others sound spot on!

One such example is Sorcerian Forever.

[cheesy and awesome GS MIDI music made for the SC-55 plays]

While we're on the topic of compatibility, I think it's worth bringing up the Yamaha XG compatibility mode.

It's a feature of the SC-88 Pro and onward that I rarely see discussed, and it's... NOT without reason.

It's REALLY tacked on. The best way I can describe it, is that it's like listening to a

mediocre cover band tackle one of your favorite songs. I mean, the instruments

are all correct, but it's not really pleasant to listen to.

I've uploaded a few tracks onto my alternate channel, so you can make your

own judgement, but if you ask me the mode isn't anything worth using.

And... for that matter, neither is the Roland MT-32 mode that, once again returns from earlier Sound Canvas models!

As with those earlier models, sound customization and programming is out of the question,

which makes sense considering the MT-32 uses LA synthesis (Linear Arithmetic), unlike the Sound Canvas family,

so you're stuck with the stock 128 sounds.

They... don't sound very accurate to the original model though,

so even as an extra just for backwards compatibility, it's not worth using.

[the nostalgic and radical synthesized intro theme to The Secret of Monkey Island plays]

So here's my verdict on all that: while the SC-55 tones are good enough for most games,

anyone wanting perfect compatibility, or desiring to make SC-55 music, should seek one of those out instead.

That's not to say Roland did a bad job making the SC-55 compatibility mode; contrary to what a lot of people have

said and what I originally though, getting an SC-55 and comparing the two

has shown me it's not nearly as bad as people make it out to be... but it ain't perfect.

Now, if you want to listen to Yamaha XG tunes, then there's no debate,

you need to buy an XG synth instead. There's a whole WORLD of affordable ones

out there that'll do you one better than this thing ever could.

And, if you wanna listen to MT-32 music, then you should pick an MT-32 or look into emulation options,

as those are way better than the crappy offerings of the 88 Pro and, really the whole Sound Canvas family.

Still though, I love the rest of what's here, and if what I've said is convince you to purchase one or at least

made you think about it, there are some things to consider.

First off, if all you're after is the sound and effects, ya' don't mind some inaccuracies and

you're not dead set on owning a physical piece of hardware, Sound Canvas VA is an option worth considering.

Released in late 2015, Sound Canvas VA is a VST that seeks to replicate ALL of the major revisions of the

the Sound Canvas hardware, with the SC-55, SC-88 SC-88 Pro, and SC-8820 all being

represented in full here, giving you a pretty complete set of Sound Canvas sounds.

I didn't use it for too long for this video, but I will say at the least

that the user interface is good enough, if a bit unprofessional looking,

it's easy to get up and running with good compatibility with various popular DAWs,

and the compatibility of it compared to real hardware is mostly really good

Personally though, I much prefer the look, sound, and feel of the real hardware.

That said, there's always alternatives available. The 88 Pro didn't mark the end

of the Sound Canvas family; it ended up getting a few successors that all came

complete with a full set of SC-88 Pro sounds. Those being, the 8850, 8820 and SC-D70...

...unrelated to the Roland D70, which is... also barely related to the Roland D-series synths, and...

wow, that's an awful naming scheme.

Besides adding some new instruments onto the 88 Pro set, those models all come with some

new, neat, additional features, such as the 8850 adding a jog dial which allows you

to select instruments and change values, a much welcome addition, MIDI over USB on all of them,

eliminating the need for a USB MIDI adapter, USB power for the SC-8820 which is AWESOME,

and for the D70, audio over USB or Optical out, and an instrument input!

...seven years after Yamaha did it!

Of course, it's always worth considering alternatives from other brands that might be better suited

to what you want. The most obvious ones are the late-model Yamaha MUs; the 100s and the triple aughts.

I don't own any of the 100s, but I do have a 1000EX and it definitely has some merits over the 88 Pro and the 8850.

Unlike the Sound Canvas series, with the exception of D-70, which only work as ROMplers and nothing more,

the MU series offers features BEYOND that.

The MU80 and beyond have a single input for synths, guitars, and microphones that you can apply

effects to, the MU100 added a Yamaha PLG slot in addition to that, so you can add

new features like vocal effects (PLG100-VH) and an analog modeling synth (PLG150-AN), the MU128 gave

you THREE PLG slots and TWO inputs for stereo instruments, and the MU2000 and MU1000

added USB support, digital audio out, and a built-in USB MIDI interface on TOP of all of that.

Do these things make the MU series better?

Eh, that's up to you to decide. Personally, they're things I could live without,

but they are nice to have. The instrument inputs especially are super

handy for hooking up synths and guitars since I don't have a mixer or amp handy, but I'll

spare everyone of my extended thoughts on this until I can make a proper video about it.

I think the only thing that really matters in the end though, are the sounds,

and in that regard, I kind of prefer the 88 Pro.

Maybe it's just personal preference or maybe it's just nostalgia for games I grew up playing always using Roland sounds,

but there's just a nice and very pleasant tone to all the sounds on offer here.

While it does generally sound kind of outdated compared to modern-day VSTs and soft synths,

it never sounds dated in a bad way. It's the kind that makes me feel

nostalgic for an era of music that's gone by, but, when used in a way that

really takes advantage of all the editing features on offer, it can sound

surprisingly modern and is still totally usable today if you ask me.

It's just a piece of gear that makes me happy to use and play around, with so while you might

not be making a next big pop hit using just it, I can still wholeheartedly

recommend it for what it is: a fun, easy to use, and enjoyable slice of 90s synth history, that still has some value today.

Dark Canyon Coffee Company Big West Coffee Review - Duration: 3:38.

hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee today's coffee is from the Big West

today would you stop it's my moustache - today we are reviewing dark canyon coffee company's

Big West which is supposed to be a medium espresso and I did notice that

this is a much finer grind than the the other one we reviewed which was a

six-shooter yeah so it's got a great smell yeah and we don't have an espresso

machine we just brew this in an automatic drip coffee maker yeah it won't fit in the RV and we don't have that

kind of money to just you know buy an espresso machine no but yeah they're ridiculously expensive I think so this coffee is one of two that

we picked up at a grocery store in somewhere in Wyoming Moorcroft Wyoming

yeah it's $11 a pound which is not bad that's

right there with like Gevalia price range so for an artisan type coffee yeah

I mean it says on the bag craft roasted now I mean I don't know what the rules

technically are on that but it really does have a really nice flavor yeah

spoiler alert yeah let's get into tasting it right now and we'll tell you what is

the flavor that we are tasting yeah well I tend to usually like espresso

anything that has espresso on the bag because usually that kind of means like

a dark chocolaty kind of nutty kind of thing and that's exactly what I'm

getting here it's very you know nice and chocolaty nutty roasty you know it's

just it just hits my flavor profile perfectly like it all those good

flavors that are just kind of nice and tasty in a coffee yeah and it is medium

espresso which i think is interesting you know because you kind of always

think it's always gonna be dark but this is it's nice I love it yeah I hope we

can find this in other places aside from because I don't think we've

been in a grocery store at we're right now and we're in Idaho

and I we haven't been to a grocery store yet so I don't know what kind of availability

there is but yeah now you can order online our problem with ordering online

is that we live in an RV full time yeah and Amazon is basically the only

thing we can order from because they can send it to one of those lockers right

but as far as coffee is concerned it's hard to get things delivered yeah so we

have to kind of go based on what we can find locally and speaking of if you are

out there and you're watching and you have a local coffee that you think oh

man they need to try X Y or Z brand let us know because we're traveling all across

the country and we would love to know some good coffees to try yeah so what

would you say about this one donut rating wise I hate that it's not more

widely available because I want to put it like a four and a half because I like

it a little bit better than the six-shooter

and even that was a strong four for me so yeah I'm gonna go with the four and a

half but maybe I I'd say let's do that I mean you know availability is one thing

but good price yeah that's really what pushes me is like wow that's like

considerably cheaper than a lot of other kind of you know micro you mean I don't

know if they're considered a micro roaster but craft that's really like small

batches and stuff so I'm at a four and a half well have you had this dark canyon

coffee before any of the blends let us know what you thought about it in the

comments below and if you've liked the video be sure to LIKE comment again and

subscribe and hit the bell so you get notified every time we make a new video

or we go live and until next time keep grindin
