Weight Loss can be a challenge and curse for many people. Today I'm gonna give you

five simple lifestyle changes, that can help you to lose weight faster. Welcome

back everybody! My name is Pasquale and I'm a nutrition and lifestyle coach. I

live in Ireland in the wonderful County Kilkenny, and in this channel I

talk about nutritional tips, healthy recipes and lifestyle tips, like this one

so if you are new to the channel, please consider subscribing!

I click the bell to get updates on your videos. So as I said before today I'm

gonna give you five simple tips of lifestyle changes that can help you to

lose weight faster. There will be actually six. There will be a bonus tip

at the end of this video. And a one that I consider particularly personal, because it

helped me a lot, when I decided to lose weight before, to become a nutrition

lifestyle coach. So stick to the end of the video to get the the bonus tip!

Weight loss can be a damnation for us. For many of us because it's particularly

difficult to reach. There are so many variables involved in weight loss, that

any of them that changes, it can impact our chances to success. But I think the

changes have not to be massive. Just simple basic changes can help you a lot

in your journey of weight loss. So let's start!! Tip number one will be to shop

your groceries in a fed state. I know it may sound silly and simple and

you may have heard about that in the past. But if you go and shop your food when you have

your belly full of a previous meal, then you are not going to buy junk food or

chocolate or sodas that are packed with unhealthy ingredients. And when you go

there with an empty stomach your brain will signals your body that you

needed calories and food and nutrients. And so your eyes just pick it up

everything that is already there, all together! So you tend to buy everything!

And you can't imagine how many silly things you get to buy in your grocery

shop when you're hungry! And I want to tell you secret. There a secret. There is something in the cupboard

since 2015, I need to get rid of. But don't tell my wife!!

Tip number two is to keep your house temptation free! And this tip is strictly

connected to the first one. You need to buy only natural ingredients. Only

healthy ingredients ,only healthy food. If you buy the junk food then you need to

get rid of everything. And there are two main things you can do to get rid of

everything. You can bin it; and because food is..of this kind food is quite

cheap, because it's made with cheap ingredients, sometimes it's a it's a

discount shop food; and it would be that much of the waste in terms of money! Or,

or, or, you can give it to the lady next door the one you hate very much. And then at the end she's gonna look unhealthy,

and you with these tips, you are going to look really healthy and

great. But the important thing is to do it now! It is not to do it in the next hour,

is not to do it tomorrow or next week! You need to start now to get rid

of everything that's an unhealthy for you. Because the earlier you start the

earlier you commit, the sooner you get your result! Tip number three is to increase

your muscle mass! Endurance sports are really helpful, if you do at a

professional level, because you're putting your body through a lot of

exercise. But if you are just a jogger then, even if every kind of sports can

help your body to be healthier, this will not help you very much to lose your

weight faster. And the only way to lose your weight faster is cardio or to

increase your muscle mass. If you increase your muscle growth, then you

helping your body to increase the basal metabolism. Basically it happens because

when you do a simple exercise of weight lifting for example, some of your fibers

of the muscle that compose, of the fiber that compose your

muscles, snap and break down completely. And then during the sleep, if

you ate the right amount of proteins, then your brain send the signals to your

body to build up again the fibers that got broken during

the exercise. And then it means new one. extra ones! So the amount of fibers

increases, the amount of cells increases, and the amount of the blood vessels

inside your body increases. So your basal metabolism increases. So you will need

more calories to maintain in your body. And sometimes because you will you're

eating a healthy diet, your calories intake is going to be lower and then

you're going to lose weight. Of course by saying that, I'm not saying that you have

to become the new Arnold Schwarzenegger. If you just think about that I train 4

to 5 days per week. In the gym. Lifting weights! And still look like an hobbit!

Tip number four is to have a stress-free life. During you stress level a hormone

steroid, called cortisol is produced. And what cortisol does is impacting your

blood sugar levels. And as we said before in previous videos, when in blood sugar

level rises, then you are affected by sugar cravings, hunger cravings. A

sustained stress level and, and so a sustained amount of cortisol present in

your blood, creates a condition called allostatic. Condition where all the body

functions are basically impacted! Negatively impacted and disrupted. Like

hunger, as the most important one we're talking today, but also sleep and mood. So

we need to remove the sources of our stress. So if you're stressed at work

then you may change your position to your boss or change job completely. If you are

stressed by some financial problems then think about it.

Being stressed or not, it doesn't change the way your financial problems are. You

won't solve your problem. You need to be focused on reducing your stress level,

and your stress sources. You can also think to start some meditation or some

respiration exercises or some yoga. So some exercises that can help you to

reduce your stress level. So the main thing here is: if somebody is stressing

you, they can go to hell! Tip number five is: dieting is not a

solution! When you start dieting you are depriving yourself of some kind of

food, or some some kind of nutrients. Some diet that remove some macro-nutrients

completely, or some food groups completely. And I don't believe this is

correct! Unless you know, you're vegan or vegetarian for ethical reasons, that

well, is a different matter. But if you need to change yourself and your weight

through dieting, I don't think this is the right path. The right path is to

start a proper healthy nutrition and then continue with the healthy

nutrition ,all the year long. When you're when you're eating the right food weight

loss will be only a natural consequence! Because your sense of fulfillment and

satisfaction will come from food. And food is an something then it has to give

you satisfaction. Has to give you happiness! You don't need to restrict any

kind of food if you want to lose weight. Nor fat, nor proteins, nor carbs. You just

need to eat proper food. And reading the labels can help

you. to avoid food that can negatively impact your weight. By eating properly

and not dieting then you can treat yourself on a weekly basis. With some

kind of food you like. You can eat a burger, it can be a cake and you don't

need to feel guilty. Because you are not dieting you are just eating properly the

whole year. And then every week you can get your treat. And I tell you what. If

follow the five meals per day advice I gave in the previous video. Three

main meals breakfast, lunch and dinner and then 2 snacks, one in the morning

and one in the afternoon, you should consider about a thousand eight hundred

and twenty meals per year. If you have a teat per week it is only fifty four treats

a year. And I can assure you this won't impact your journey through weight loss at

all. Actually will help you because it will give you that sense of satisfaction that

is needed for proper nutrition plans. Now it's time for the bonus tip and I saved

you this one as last. I saved as this one for the last, because I think is

particularly personal. Because he's the same problem I had throughout my journey

before to become a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. I had problem to lose my weight and

until I realized what I really needed to do, it was always a problem for me. My

last advice is to...feel you are ready to change. And what I mean by saying that?

That when you are ready to change you know it. When you're ready to change look

yourself in the mirror and you say: "yeah! that's it! I'm gonna start the weight

loss today!" You know when all people around you ask you to lose weight, it

maybe your wife or your husband. It can you your parents or your best friends.

They're asking you to do something. And you in some way, you feel forced to take an

action you don't want to take. Even if you, if it is your desire to lose weight, you feel

in some way forced to do something. And it is not the right way to lose weight!

You are only ready to change when you are ready to change your habits in foods, in

lifestyle changes. But it must be your own choice! You are your main protagonist of your life and there is nobody that can tell you what to do and how to do it!

When you is coming to lose weight it's only yourself. Because if you feel forced,

because somebody is asking you to do it, then there is a good chance you can fail!

And if you fail the first time and then the second time, also your confidence in

yourself will be diminished. And then you'll probably gain more weight. And then your

mood is gonna change. And your stress level are going to increase, and it's

gonna be worse and worse. So you have to wait until he's the right time for

yourself to lose weight. Just look yourself in the mirror and

say "yes I'm ready!" and then you start your weight-loss journey!

The chances to succeed will increase exponentially. Well hope you liked this

LOOM KNITTING Stitches - A Purl in 8 a Simple 3 Step Stitch (Any Loom) - Duration: 4:13.

and Instagram. All right guys, let's begin. You need to cast on an even number of

pegs. The stitch is done over two pegs, so we're gonna start on the edge and you

need to knit that first edge just to get you started, because you basically are

going to start knitting with peg two. To do the figure eight, you're going to

wrap peg two first and then come back and wrap peg one. Next you need to knit

off both of these pegs. Your yarn now is behind, so what you need to do is grab

it, and bring that yarn forward, and now on peg two you're going to do a purl

stitch. Now, I'm knitting from right to left, so if you're knitting left

to right, just do the backwards. Now peg two is your new peg one. Let's

see that close up. Again, we're going to the left so we're going to wrap peg 2

and then peg one. Doing this is what causes that figure eight and you can see

it clearly, that it looks like a figure eight. So next, you're going to knit off

these two pegs. It's usually a good idea to start off with the one that you did

last but it's okay. Again your yarn, your strand of yarn is in the back so you're

gonna bring it forward and you're going to purl peg 2. All right, I think you guys

got the idea. Your peg 2 is now your peg 1 and the process starts again.

Wherever your yarn is, that's peg 1 and the one in front of it is peg two, which

is how you start your stitch. First you wrap two then you wrap one, so you go

forward and then back to create that eight, and then you have to knit off

those two pegs, bring the yarn forward and you're going to purl peg two.

After you finish that peg, after you purl, that is your new peg one, right. And, this

is what it looks like. If it's even, you see that your stitches will be staggered.

You see that, that little purl stitch that drops will be staggered. It

gives you a little bit of an opening, it's a little bit lacy but it's a lot

warmer than it looks depending on the yarn that you use. And, we're knitting

flat, if you're gonna go in the round try to do an odd number. To finish the row

here, we're gonna go ahead and do that figure 8, but for my particular edge,

and this was not recommended by the designer, I just found it works better, I

knit that last peg and that ends my row. To turn then again, I start by knitting

that first peg and that allows me then to go to peg two and wrap both one and

two. Then you just start the stitch over. That's how easy this stitch is and

it looks amazing. I really, really love it and I want to say thanks to Stephanie

Ukulele Webcam Sessions (Ep.74) – Simple vs. Easy - Duration: 3:55.

Hello! Welcome to another episode of Webcam Sessions. This week we're going to

talk about the words "simple" and "easy" and how I like to use them when it comes to

ukulele playing. A lot of times I'll get students that are starting on a new song

that is very simple looking, you know they they look at the tab or a video or

whatever else, they can see exactly what they need to do, see someone else doing

it and think "oh this is going to be really you know easy to do, it looks so

simple" and they start practicing it and quickly realize "oh man that's not so

easy". There's a lot of you know tricky elements to it, that makes it more

difficult and so what we can think of is the difference between these words

the word "simple" I like to use as simple to understand, simple to see, simple to

sort of know what to do right? A great example of this outside of the ukulele

is you know cooking a filet mignon steak. We've been on a food kick recently right,

so why not continue that. It's very simple to cook a great steak right? You

don't usually use a lot of seasoning, the actual process of cooking it is

relatively straightforward, but that being said cooking a perfectly you know

medium-rare steak is not easy to do, even though it's simple right? Again it's i

seasoned with salt and pepper put on the grill, but knowing exactly when to turn

it and exactly how to cook it is a whole nother story. This happens all too often

when we're learning new songs where they look very simple, the notes on the page

seem to be you know not very difficult but in reality they're much harder, so

something can be very simple but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. A

great example of this is something that we've worked on here on Webcam Sessions

like the caterpillar exercise, which if you haven't checked out that video below

please check it down in the link you know in the description, so that you can work

on this exercise. But it looks something like this just to play a bit of it. All

that I'm doing here is I'm playing up a fret each time and moving my fingers

it looks very simple right, if I'm just playing one and then two, and then three

and then four and then moving up to two, three, four,

five right? Looks very simple but you'll notice it's not very easy to do. If you

haven't done it before just because it's using you know elements of finger

movement and things that you might not have familiarity with. If you're a

complete beginner or if you remembered when you're a complete beginner, well the

hardest things in the world is to play a G chord right, index finger here on three

of the C, ring finger here on three of the E, and middle here on two of the A,

not the G chord itself (even though that can be tricky sometimes) but rather just

taking off your middle finger, your brain doesn't want to do it right. Oftentimes

we'll take off our ring finger instead just because our brain connects the

lowest finger to the lowest finger right, our ring finger is lower and yet it's so

hard to do right. This is a great example of something that's a very simple motion

just take off that middle finger, but it can actually be very difficult to do meaning

it's not easy. So sort of a short episode here but just whenever you're working on

something and you're getting discouraged because it seems like it should be

really easy, just think well maybe it's simple but it doesn't mean it's easy,

just like cooking a great steak or making a great plate of sushi or

whatever it might be. It could be a simple concept, not a lot in terms of

steps and directions and things to do it well, but that doesn't mean it's going to

be easy to do. So next week we'll continue with some of these sort of

How to Crochet Simple Baby Booties - Easy Shoes for Babies by Naztazia - Duration: 4:22.

Hi! I'm Donna Wolfe from naztazia.com Today I'll show you how to make these

simple baby booties for zero to six months. Other sizes are on naztazia.com

To do this I'm using less than 50 yards of Red Heart's Chic Sheep and a size F

hook. To begin, chain 15. Skip the first chain and single crochet in the next 14

chains. Chain 1 and turn your work. Single crochet in each of the 14 stitches going

under both loops. Continue doing this for a total of 20 rows. On the last stitch of

the twentieth row, begin the single crochet with the green and finish it

with another color yarn such as white.

Chain one and turn. Working in the back loops only, make 8 single crochet

stitches across. One two three four five six seven and eight. Chain 1 and turn

your work. Single crochet in the back loops of those same eight stitches.

At the end begin your single crochet with the white yarn and then change over

to the green yarn which you've been carrying up the sides. Chain one and turn

your work. Do 8 single crochet stitches.

And do another row with the green yarn. Make 22 total rows of alternating white

and green yarn. Cut the yarn with a long tail end and fasten off. Your work should

be about nine and a half inches this way, and three and a half inches this way.

Fold the large green in half like this. And fold the stripes like this. Sew the

striped section to the solid color section.

Now we're going to gather the striped section. Use your yarn to weave in and

out along the top edge of the front of the shoes. You can go around a second

time to get a more secure fit. Pull the strand to tighten. Weave in all ends.

Securely fold over the sides. With the other strand of yarn weave in and out of

the bottom edge. Do this twice to get a strong fit. Pull tight. Make a few

stitches to knot it in place. Now you can seam together the bottom

section. And weave in all ends. If you want a button as a decoration be sure to

sew it on really tightly so the baby can't pull it off. These zero to six

hello and thanks for watching this tutorial in this tutorial we will learn

how to rotate an object around the axis I mean like this

not like this, let us jump into our tutorial , as you can see I have two Clips

one for this nice background and a PNG file of this lovely car, first let us put

our car layer above our background layer select the car track and go to opacity

and let us use the pen tool to draw a mask around our wheel first click on any

part of the wheel to make a beginning point, click somewhere else to make your

second point, note that a straight line is made but when you click and drag you

create a curved line, it is very important that you drag in the wheel

direction to make sure that you follow the curved shape of wheel , again click

and drag.. I will speed up you can try it yourself and let me know the result .. now

our wheel is masked let us add no feather to this.. let us now invert our

mask .. select the car layer.. ALT and drag to duplicate the layer.. this layer will

be our wheel so let us uncheck their inverted button again.. now let us rotate

our wheel select the wheel layer .. zoom in

click on stopwatch for rotate .. let us make our first amount 0 and let us move

our cursor about 10 second and add another keyframe with different amount

as you see our wheel does not rotate around its axis let's change the anchor

point position of our wheel make sure to position it in the center of our wheel

zoom in for accurate result .. now let us try to add another key frame .. yeah that is what we want

again alt and drag to duplicate the layer hit the mask and drag it to cover

the second wheel.. zoom in of accurate result.. we need to change the anchor

point of this wheel as well .. yeah that's it .. now we have two rolling wheels select

the three layers and nest them together in one layer

let us add two key frames on position to make our car move if you like this smile

hey guys thank you for viewing my first channel on YouTube I've always wanted

to create a YouTube channel but I never knew what I wanted to talk about but Halloween

is coming up and I got inspired by Halloween so my first video is going

to be about what you can wear on Halloween you don't have to spend that

much money so a simple way you can look cute on Halloween so I found these ghost

earrings at Walmart they were four dollars and I love them because they

light up and yeah the button is literally in the back so you just press on and off

I fell in love with these earrings so yeah one way that you can look cute on Halloween

is by buying Halloween earrings so whatever you like um I know when I went to

Walmart there was skeletons there were Devils

spiders basically anything you can think of related to Halloween but I chose

these because of the lights I love lights and I found this cute Halloween scarf at

Dollar Tree yep Dollar Tree that's my favorite store because you find everything there for

literally a dollar and I love this scarf because it has pumpkins spiders witch

hats so just throw it with the outfit add it to the outfit I mean I need to work on my vocab because I sound a little funny

but yeah however you like your scarf to be styled do it that way but yeah you can find im pretty sure you can find

find a lot of Halloween scarfs and this is a simple way to look cute and you don't have to waste a lot of money

on your costume because that is a lot

I know some costumes are so expensive they're 50 and 100 dollars and you just wear it for one day and then you just put

it in a closet and then you're not going to see it till next what if you move and

Hey welcome back to another video. So today I'm going to show you how to

become verified on Instagram (IG). Now please be aware that you either have to be a

business or a public figure to be able to do this and you have to have a

business account. So first thing you have to do is go up to the top right hand

corner with the three little lines, click on that. You're going to go to the bottom

where it says settings - click on settings, scroll down and you will see just above

business settings it says 'request verification' you're going to click on

that one. All you have to do is enter your details and add a picture of your

ID and you'll send off the Instagram. Please be aware that Instagram might not

allow you to have verification. They don't allow everyone to so just be aware

of that and if they don't allow you to then there's not much you can do about it.
