Boneless chicken – 200 gm (diced) Egg – 2 nos
Carrot – 2 inches (chopped into small cubes) Coriander leaf Garlic – 5/6 nos (peeled and crushed) Corn – 2 spoons Beans – 5/6 nos (chopped into small pieces) Cabbage – 2 spoons (shredded) Tomato – 1 no (chopped)
Butter – 25gms Noodles (optional) Salt – as per taste Black pepper – half teaspoon
Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons
Corn flour – 3 to 4 teaspoons
Oil – 2 teaspoons
First fry the noodles and keep aside. Add crushed garlic to the hot pan, followed by raw chicken.
Cook for 2 mins and then add all the vegetables. Add salt, tomato, coriander leaf and cook for another 2 mins. Add a glass of water and bring it to boil. (1 whistle is enough)
Remove the cover. You can see the oil from chicken is floating. Add half cup of water to the corn flour and add soy sauce to it. Now pour the mixture to the soup and keep stirring.
You can add more water if it turns too thick. Add fried noodles.
Beat two eggs well and start dropping to the boiling soup. Do not stir now as the egg needs to form a shape. Leave for 30 seconds.
Now add butter and crushed black pepper. Soup is ready. This amount can be served to 5 to 6 persons.
