How To Make More Money - Make Money With 1 Simple Rule - Duration: 5:45.

if you want to learn how to make more money in your business and your job or

in your hobby whatever you're doing stay tuned to the end of this video because

I'm gonna give you the one irrefutable law that you need to know about making

more money and how you can change your life in doing so and that's coming up

right now what's going on guys my name is Gabe Ekemezie I'm your internet

marketing guide and welcome to my channel on my channel I talk everything

entrepreneurship and I help people build their business and brand online so that

you can live the life that you deserve so this is your first time stopping by

feel free to subscribe to my channel and in this video we're talking about how do

you make more money okay I'm gonna dive right into it because it's a really

simple concept way that you make more money and whatever industry you're in is

by bringing more value to the marketplace you would get paid based off

of the value you are bringing to the marketplace so what does that all mean

so a man by the nerve Jim Rome actually was the one that brought this and if you

don't know who Jim Rohn is looking he's an extraordinary speaker and a wonderful

mentor why does some people get paid $9 an hour and some people get paid in 90

dollars or even 900 dollars and our reason is because that McDonald's worker

and respect McDonald's workers they're getting paid in $9 an hour because

they're bringing only nine dollars worth of value into the marketplace for an

hour now if you want you could storm into your boss's office and demand a

raise regardless that's not gonna be a huge change in your income at least it's

not gonna be life changing income you get paid more by increasing your value

and I can illustrate this by Jim Rohn story Jim Rohn way back in the day he

was 25 years old broke he was newly married creditors are calling him and

one day he actually had to lie to a girl scout saying that he had already bought

some cookies earlier which he didn't just to get the girls got to leave

because he didn't have enough money to afford the cookies and at that point in

time something really happened to him and he changed and he was like you know

it this is bull I don't want to be doing this anymore in five years he turned it

around made its first million dollars and years later he gets a call from a

company that requests his help to expand globally this call ends up being worth

millions of dollars so question you gotta ask yourself is how does a guy go

from broke 25 year old barely can afford a girl

scout cookies let alone his bills to getting calls worth millions of dollars

the answer is he increased his value he became more valuable in the marketplace

so here a couple tips to help you actually increase your value tip number

one is you want to learn on improving yourself if you work harder on yourself

versus your job you will increase your value and you will get paid more

accordingly those last time you read a book or bought up courts or visited a

seminar tended a mastermind in order to either learn a new skill or to develop a

skill that you already have and if your answer is I don't know that's ok hey you

know but you got to think about this if you're not investing in yourself and

developing your skills you're staying on the same Lane and you're getting paid

the same way because you're not increasing your value so focus on

improving yourself the next thing you want to focus on is results or our

results are the name of the game and the reason why you want to focus on results

is because what doesn't get measured doesn't get managed so if you're a

salesperson and you're supposed to make 10 sales calls a week and the end of the

week comes and you only made to look at the numbers your results don't lie all

right the truth will set you free and that truth is you're messing up you need

to change your ways change your habits and start making ten calls a week so

that you can start getting the results that you want in life or ask to make

measurable progress within a reasonable amount of time you want to use results

as your ruler as your measuring stick to see where you are and to see where

you're going and to kind of gauge between them because your results are

gonna help you gauge what you need to change and help you develop the right

habits that you need and continue to increase your value in a positive manner

last but not least you want to focus on mastery versus multitasking and now a

lot of people don't make progress because they're just trying to do too

much they're just trying to juggle too many things at one time nobody said you

can't do more than one thing but if you're just getting started and you

haven't mastered something for it master that one thing for it so the reason

being when you master something for it your value increases significantly like

the saying goes I don't fear the man that knows 10,000 cakes

I fear the man that knows one cake and has practiced it 10,000 times

anybody that's professional in this that's making a good amount of money has

mastered a sign crap think about LeBron James he's messed the craft of

basketball or Elon Musk who's mastered the craft of entrepreneurship and

building businesses find a problem find something in the marketplace master of

craft where you fill a need and you solve problems when you do that you are

gonna get paid accordingly and your income is going to grow and that's it

guys that's how you get paid more that's how you increase your income it's by

increasing your value you get paid by the value you bring to the marketplace

and the way that you bring value into the marketplace is by first increasing

the value of you you gotta learn to work harder on yourself versus work harder on

a job or work harder and any other things by using results as our guide by

building the right habits and by focusing on mastery versus multi-tasking

to help us continue building our value up and if we build our value of the

marketplace we'll pay accordingly I promise you that so that's it guys I

hope this video was helpful for you if you haven't subscribed to my channel yet

go ahead and do so and also leave a comment down below with any of your

thoughts once again my name is Gabe Ekemezie thank you all for tuning in and

I will catch you guys on another video

Lesson 29: Koto ni Suru, Koto ni Naru. The simple logic behind them. - Duration: 5:51.

Konnichiwa.

Today we're going to discuss "koto-ni suru" and "koto-ni naru".

Last week we looked at "you-ni suru" and "you-ni naru" and we briefly recapitulated

the fact that when we say "(something)-ni naru" we mean that the thing we're speaking about

turned into whatever is marked by -ni.

So if we say "Sakura-wa kaeru-ni natta", we're saying Sakura turned into a frog.

If we say "-ni suru", we're saying that someone deliberately turned what we're talking about

into the ni-marked noun.

So, if we say "Majo-ga Sakura-wo kaeru-ni shita", we're saying the witch turned Sakura into a frog.

So, what about "koto-ni suru" and "koto-ni naru"?

We know that "koto" means a "thing", not a concrete thing like a book or pencil but an

abstract thing, a situation, or a circumstance.

So, if we say "Kekkon suru koto-ni shita", we're saying

literally: It became the thing of getting married.

Obviously we have to have a zero-pronoun here,

because something has to become something.

So, what's "it"?

Well, "it" is what it might be in English: "the situation / the circumstance".

"The circumstance turned into one in which we're getting married/in which getting married is the thing."

We have to use "koto" here because, as you know, we can't attach the logical particle -ni,

or any other logical particle, to anything but a noun.

So, we use "kekkon suru" as the modifier for "koto" in order to give us a noun of the situation

or circumstance of getting married.

So what does it mean?

"We turned the situation into the thing of getting married" means "We decided to get married" /

"We brought about a situation in which getting married was the thing".

And so the textbooks will tell you that "koto-ni suru" means "decide (something)",

and it's not quite as simple as that, as we'll see in a moment.

However, if we say "Furansu-de ryuugaku suru koto-ni natta", we're saying "It became the

thing of studying in France", which really means "It came about that I am going to study in France".

The situation turned from one in which I'm not going to study in France

to one in which I am going to study in France.

Now because "koto-ni suru" is a deliberate act done by whoever is making the decision,

"koto-ni naru" is taken to imply in many cases a deliberate decision.

So we can translate this most of the time as "They're sending me to France to study" /

"It's been decided that I'm going to France to study."

The thing to notice here, though, is that there's no actual mention of a decision by anyone,

and in this case it doesn't matter if we assume that that's what it means, because it probably does.

Some people will say "Kekkon suru koto-ni natta", which kind of means "It's been decided

that we're getting married" or, more literally, "It's come about that we're getting married".

And the reason for saying this is that, even though in this day and age, the people who

decide that they're getting married are almost always the people who are actually getting married,

it sounds a little less forceful, a little less ego-centred,

not to say "we've decided..." but just

to say "It's been decided..." or "It's come about..."

And I have to say that sounds a little bit more pleasant to me as well,

but I'm just an android, so what do I know?

However, we may also say "taihen-na koto-ni natta", and what that means is

"It became -- the situation became -- a terrible thing".

And this does not carry any implication that anybody decided it ought to be a terrible thing.

It does not imply a decision, and there's no reason it would, because there's no mention

of decision anywhere in "koto-ni suru" or "koto-ni naru".

In many cases a decision is implied, but in cases like this -- and there are many times when you'll see

"koto-ni naru" working in this way -- all it's telling us is that the situation came about,

not that anybody decided that the situation should come about.

So this is why it's important to learn structure in Japanese, because if we just get a handful

of Japanese and a handful of English thrown at us -- "koto-ni naru" means "it is decided"

-- well, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.

The important thing to know is what's actually going on in the sentence.

Then we can make a sensible assessment ourselves of what's being said when we see it in

an anime or a book or in conversation.

If you have any questions or comments, please put them in the Comments below and I will answer as usual.

Pier Fishing: A Simple Fishing Rig to catch every fish! - Duration: 7:06.

What's going on guys today I'm going to show you a fishing rig

That's gonna catch you a lot a lot of fish and a lot of different kinds of fish

And that rig is the flickered snell hooks

I think you can find this pretty much at Walmart too any one of your tackle shops will probably have this

This is what it looks like

I've been running through a lot of them

This rig I'm talking about is a pre tied rig with three beads on it a bait hook and

This little flashy thing on here. You see it?

This little flashing thing is supposed to mimic a bait or like the flash of a bait fish running away something like that

anyways, it's got a loop at the top and what I like to use to connect the loop to your mainline is

A snap swivel before you attach your mainline. I like to use a sinker a bullet sinker a

Sliding sinker, so I'll put that on first

All right, there we go now I'll tie this the swivel on using the improved clinch knot to do this

For those of you who don't know how to tie this knot

We've got a knots guide called "what knots to tie and when to tie them"

And basically

There are certain knots that I like to use for certain rigs and different lures

This this little guide will teach you about that

about how to tie it and when to apply those knots

So now we unclip now we clip this in just like this

And here's our rig, it's got a sliding sinker right here

This little flashy flash and at the end of this

this is the best part about this rig is that it can it can be used for lures or

Live bait so I could put like a little minnow on the end of this and slowly retrieve it

I can put a piece of worm on here. I can put a piece of super salty squid on here

Or I can put a little swim bait on here

Like a little gulp

One of those gulp things that would be great. So I'm just gonna put a little piece of this

tentacle on here

All I really need is just the tip of one of them like this man they're tough, i'll use this

Just like that

Thread it through that looks nice, doesn't it? this with the little flashy flash right here?

deadly combo

So now depending on what kind of pier you're at

if it's really fast moving water, I would- I would make a

Heavier sinker, but here is pretty calm

I know that piers are different all around the world, but the pier that I'm fishing this rig works really well

And we're fishing on the bay side right now

Bayside has lots. I feel like this side has a lot of

smaller inshore fish

Versus like the ocean or the bigger water on the other side

Has bigger fish but a lot more water

See these pillars

I'm gonna cast parallel to that and I want to run this --this little flickering, this little flickering piece of metal and bait

Right along these spots because I think that there's there's fish hiding around these pylons right here

So I'm gonna cast a parallel just like this

I'm gonna let it sink to the bottom this time. I'm just gonna slowly reel it in really slowly reel it in

On. you see?

the slow reel!

I Find that when I do slow reel. Oh, look. This guy's got a parasite. It's a little crab. It was eating a tiny baby crab

Flatfish

Cast parallel to these beams. So there's more beams this way. I can do the same thing right there

Let it sink to the bottom

And you'll know it's on the bottom

When it's when the line stops moving

And then just slowly retrieve it. Also try casting under

Under it a lot of times fish like to look for shade

There we go! told you

a spot

That was just leaving it there

[Erin] What is it? Spot? [Brendon] tiny spot

[Erin] Were you retrieving it? [Brendon] no, it's just-- I just left it right there

Now later on tonight, I'm gonna keep those spot

those little small spots are perfect live bait

[Erin] Very nice.

You on one?

Still on...

Good? [Sharko] Yeah.

Perch?

Alright guys, hope you learned something I like doing these little short tutorials,

especially when I just discovered a new rig like this

I can't believe I've only been fishing this rig for a couple months

but anyways, you can get the rig at Bass Pro you can get the rig at Walmart stuff like that

If you want to try this combo out yourself the Sharky 3 combo. This is perfect for this kind of fishing

I got the 6' 6" version with a

two thousand sized reel

It's really nice really sensitive lightweight balanced. I like it. I approve

That's in the link in the description below if you want to try the squid

Right here

You want to try the tentacles? We've got that in our store senkoskipper.com

see you guys next week
