First we are going to boil a fish

Don't forget to wash your hands before start cooking

Roll the mixture in the size of a golf balls

Beat 1 Egg in a bowl
Apply some Oil in your palm
Apply it thoroughly
Press it a little
Coat it with fresh crumbs
All the cutlets are ready
Freeze the cutlets for 15 Minutes
It's ready after 15 Minutes
Ginger Garlic Paste & Lemon Juice can be added if required(Optional)

Put the cutlets in the hot oil and shallow fry it. It should be cooked in a slow flame
Cutlets will not take much time to get cooked since its pre-boiled
Let's take out the cutlets from the pan
