O say can you see, by the dawn's early light,

What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming,

Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight

O'er the ramparts we watch'd were so gallantly streaming

And the rocket's red glare, the bomb bursting in air,

Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there,

O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave

New Pick 3 Strategy!! Working in multiple states!!! - Duration: 3:12.

Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you a new pick three strategy, please remember to subscribe and like the video

So this is a combination of a regular rundown like a 3 1 7 rundown with the Saturday setup strategy

And I had actually tried this strategy a few months ago, and I wasn't getting any hits

And then I tried it again in the last week

And it's gotten quite a few hits in every state that I've tried so wherever you live if you have a pick 3 game

I would give this strategy a try right now because it seems to be really hot

So the way it works. I'm going to show you using Louisiana's

Numbers as an example this was from the 17th their draw was

279 so you put the 279 or whatever your draw is and then you're simply gonna add one to each

Column until you get back down to your draw number, and then if you were doing the Saturday setup strategy

You would do that and then just play these straight like five zero two or six one three

But in this variation you're going to highlight your date sum like you would a regular rundown and the date sum

Is 18 you add 1 + 17 to get 18, but you drop the 1 so 8s are highlighted

You do not need to highlight the hit sum, just the date sum

And then you're looking for your numbers that are touching your highlighted numbers to play and then the week following in

Louisiana these are all the numbers that came out in this rundown that were touching eights

so on the 18th, that was 1 5 9

And you've got that right here by that 8 then

It was 6 9 4 right there, and then it was 0 3 4 right here

And then on 22nd it was 679

Right here on this 8, and then it was

943 around this 8

So you can see it's been working really well there. I've got their numbers for the coming week

This was from last evening's draw, the 24th. It was 6 5 4

the fives are highlighted because your date sum you'd add the 1 and 24 = 25

Drop the 2 and keep the 5.

I'm showing you the date sum is 5 so that's why they're all highlighted because it's all from the date of the 24th and then

These are the numbers I think would be good to play for Louisiana the coming week

now I've also got Tennessee's cash 3 and Delaware's play 3

Tennessee came out 342 last evening so I did the same thing adding each column these are Tennessee's numbers

Delaware was 957 last evening

These are numbers I think would be good for Delaware in the coming week and then lastly I've got Indiana and California

Indiana came out 397 last evening

California came out 0 6 3 so those are the numbers that I used

In the rundown and then these are the numbers for each of those states

So if your state was not featured on here definitely give it a try

And if you have put a request in for a state, please know that I haven't forgotten about you

I've gotten a lot of requests lately, but I'm trying to get to all of them so be patient with me

But if you have questions, let me know in the comments section good luck, and thanks for watching

Southern State Declares Strict Welfare Rule, Taxpayers Will Save $300M - BreakingNews24 - Duration: 32:13.

Southern State Declares Strict Welfare Rule, Taxpayers Will Save $300M

An important part of the Democratic Party's strategy is to create vast welfare programs,

get people on them, and keep them there.

And then remind them who provided the benefits when elections roll around.

This is a far cry from a safety net.

That idea was that when people fell on hard times, the government would be there to help

them get back on their feet.

But we're way past that.

Living on welfare has become a permanent lifestyle for segments of our population.

That's a tragedy that should be placed squarely at the feet of the Democrat Party.

This is changing under the leadership of President Trump.

States are being given freedom to make adjustments to the requirements to qualify for welfare.

One state just took the lead as pioneers, requiring able-bodied citizens to work in

order to qualify for welfare.

Of course, liberals are furious over this.

From Conservative Tribune:

"President Donald Trump and his administration recently sparked the fury of big government

Democrats when they announced that they were open to individual states adding work requirements

to their Medicaid systems.

"According to Politico, the announcement came by way of a policy guidance issued by

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Seema Verma in response to requests

from roughly a dozen states for more 'flexibility' in implementing the program.

"'Medicaid needs to be more flexible so that states can best address the needs of

this population,' Verma said in a statement on Thursday, according to Politico.

'Our fundamental goal is to make a positive and lasting difference in the health and wellness

of our beneficiaries.'"

And if you are going to "make a positive and lasting difference in the health and wellness

of our beneficiaries," then you need to help them return to the workforce.

You do not create programs that make it more advantageous to stay home and watch television.

"The new policy would allow states to implement changes to Medicaid eligibility, such as requiring

able-bodied adults to work or volunteer at least 20 hours per week, if not enrolled in

school or vocational training, to remain eligible to receive benefits.

According to USA Today, Kentucky wasted little time in adopting the new policy as its own,

and on Friday became the first state in the nation to add work requirements for able-bodied

Medicaid recipients.

"I am excited by the fact that Kentucky will now lead the nation," stated Republican

Gov. Matt Bevin at a news conference, USA Today reported.

"We're ready to show America how this can and will be done."

The proper scope of public-assistance programs is rightly a subject for debate.

However, there should be no debate as to whether able-bodied individuals should be self-supporting.

Creating programs that strip from them the dignity that comes from working for a living

is disgraceful.

Turning people into permanent wards of the state is worse.

Introduction to State-by-State Property Tax at a Glance - Duration: 2:42.

Hello. Today I will be reviewing the State-by-State Property Tax at a Glance web site

and visualization tool created by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.

To start off, State-by-State Property Tax at a Glance is a new addition

to the Lincoln Institute's longstanding database, Significant Features of the Property Tax,

and illustrates the great variety across states in the ways they use the property tax.

The Property Tax at a Glance narratives tell the unique story

of the property tax in each of the 50 states as well as the District of Columbia.

The Property Tax at a Glance glossary defines over 130 property tax terms

providing common meanings as well as state-specific definitions

simply by hovering over the highlighted terms.

The visualization tool highlights three sections:

sources of local general revenue, selected property tax statistics,

and property tax features.

The most important for homeowners should be the selected property tax statistics.

To get started with the tool, let's say I am a homeowner in California looking to relocate to Massachusetts.

With the visualization tool, I can click on both states to have a side-by-side comparison

of important property tax information from California and Massachusetts.

Right away, we can see that per capita property taxes in Massachusetts are $2,074,

which are much higher than the $1,368 in California.

We can also see that Massachusetts ranks 9th in the nation in per capita property taxes

while California ranks 23rd.

But a homeowner would also be interested to know that home costs are

generally lower in Massachusetts than they are in California.

While the statistics on the right-hand side of the visualization tool can provide useful comparisons

for any state or states you choose—and as many states as you'd like

the 4 to 6 page narratives for each state provide a brief explanation of the property tax system in each state.

Coming from California, the homeowner would be familiar with Proposition 13

which inspired a nationwide tax revolt when it passed in 1978.

Instead of Proposition 13, most citizens in Massachusetts

are familiar with Proposition 2 ½, which is explained here.

We hope you find this resource helpful. You can find more information on the property tax

on the Lincoln Institute's website at Lincolninst.edu.
