let's see how much quantity of steel is required in beam minimum percentage of

steel in beef is one percentage therefore the

quantity of the steel required in beam equals to what divided by hundred

multiplied by M R which is equal to 0.01 meter cube and the weight of the steel

equals to 0.01 multiplied by seven eight five zero which is equals to seventy

eight point five kg per meter cube and the maximum percentage of Steel required

in babies two percentage therefore quantity of steel equals to 2 divided by

hundred multiplied by point which is equal to 0.02 meter cube and the weight

of the steel request 157 kg per meter cube what else you can do is for what

percentage be required seventy eight point five kg per meter cube if you

multiply these value with two then he'll get the maximum percentage of steel that

is two point zero percentage now let's see how much quantity of seed is

remove any reference from Facebook to our company name I assume you mean our

personal Facebook page and not the business Facebook page also shall remove

any link to our Facebook business page that of course has our company name and

products and should remove any reference to our business website from the

facebook person ok great question oh thank you for watching the show and

so I will give you the answer great good questions ok so first one there's a

couple of questions here removing references the reason why you

want to remove references to your company name is you don't want be like a

salesperson you just want to create that curiosity we talked about that in the

early episode where if you have your company just Ukraine content people are

interested especially with Co market you're reaching out to them and they go

out there and they say oh the one they see all this company stuff on there they

all no wonder you wanted me you know be friends with me you want to sell this

stuff this time a product you're a sales person immediately back off and they

don't want to be a friend right so you don't want to make it obvious that you

are selling something or create a perception so even you're not pushing

sales you create a perception you're selling this type of product or or what

do you do and easily if they're curious about what you do you just put your

company they can google it click on it or go to your company's Facebook page

and I'll probably see something and there's been maybe five ten seconds at

it and think they know what you do which is totally not you because you can never

know you can't explain what you do the excitement the culture right

self-development was growing in five or ten seconds so the whole point of

creating when you're attracting people and when tracking online attracting

online is to create curiosity that leads to an interaction where you're messaging

them or calling them and sending them information so you don't want people to

discover it so quickly you want to create a curiosity so what that question

is yeah you're very asking a very black-and-white question you know you

can personal yes remove from your personal if you're

using a business page each for your business you know just

about the company products then then yeah you can leave it on there now if

you did a business page to create content and creeks yosity then I will

not make sense so for example if you are presenting yourself as a coach and

trainer empowerment to teach motivational stuff so I would not put

that and you creating a page there I would not put your company stuff on

there but if you're positioning yourself as like a weight loss coach and you

could put your cup a you know weight loss these are the products I recommend

right so you have your business page you're providing lots of value lots of

content weight loss tips and you can put a link there to say these are the

products that I recommend okay but if you're doing something that's not

related to it then I wouldn't I wouldn't if it's business related as well I work

so if you do you're positioning yourself like a life coach a business coach or

trainer putting your company make their where they go to the business may I

would not do that because it's not congruent right people go there just say

you're empowering people life coach you giving business or life's like life

coaching I'll get specifically like Matt just say you are a relationship

counselor relationship coaching right a marriage coaching and the over sudden

you link to your no marking business what is that that we're marketing have

to do relationships well love to do because if you grow yourself you wanna

help you out your marriage right but most people not gonna see it that way

they see y'all you just trying to pitch some type of curve in this game or

something to understand so ya create that kiri out you always want to

increase curiosity decrease resistance that's a good rule increasing curiosity

and decrease resistance hope the answers your question about business page again

if you are related to the product you on your business page providing value for

the product like if you're a nutrition company providing nutrition tips then

obviously it's okay to put it on there the other thing I you said that she'll

remove any link to a facebook business page that of course has a company name

and products on there are from your personal I know you

there are people who totally don't put in there it's totally people to put a

little bit you could put one or two links in there it's not like but let me

ask you why would you want to put the link in there the first place right if

you want to get some people interested learn more sure right

there are people who don't and there's some people who are and I think that if

you need to also depends on your level of success so if you're a leader that's

speaking at stage already and doing a trainings then okay cuz you when people

click on it they see your no authority already but if your distributor who

haven't gone to a leadership position yet then click on it it doesn't really

edify it doesn't do you any good I would only do it if it edifies you so I know

for example well my good friends she's a top earner she puts that she's in a

company now she doesn't put it over over place but she puts it and works at this

place cuz on her profile she has pictures of speaking on stage and from

10,000 people at a company mention that edifies her right otherwise she's

successful so she can put it there but she still doesn't plaster everywhere

just a little bit of it there but if you are especially if you're starting out I

would not put any link on there but if you do put one link I would just say

it's not something that is easy to find if it's easy to find probably not it's

just wanna burr in there sure okay but really uh is to be safer not it's

better than not putting it it's better than putting it on there now if you're

gonna promote the business page I mean most people are not gonna go to the

business page anyway you have to do through Facebook ads advertising

networking so it's not like gonna get any additional boost from linking from

the personal page okay um now if you just say your life coaching right that

we talked about before and your personal links to you do a live coaching they

sure right it's not your company's not in there also she remove any preference

your business website from the Facebook personal I would remove any reference to

your business website for your personal yes because again you're losing

curiosity especially a cup of company websites by the way are awful for a

leader traction right because it's not you know until the leader

tracker you want to create some tease them with some information and get them

to thought to form and create a lead but company websites have tons of

information where they're gonna spend five ten seconds there or maybe spend

one or two minute there and they're not gonna be you know they're not gonna be

interested to reach out to you them they'll know what you do but they're not

gonna reach out to you because they feel like they know it all so I mean is there

a chance of one person out of you know a thousand like oh I just went through

your whole life spend an hour and the website I want to join yes but most

people you'll turn off most people they're not because you destroyed a

curiosity just remember you want to increase curiosity decrease resistance

so anything up destroy that curiosity don't do that

Michael, Construction Business Owner Part 1 - What I do and how much I make - Duration: 5:05.

I am Michael Walker, I'm 25 years old,

I have two different jobs, I run my own company,

which is Walker Wilderness Enterprises,

which builds a tiny houses and hunting cabins,

and I also work for a large equipment auctioneer company,

and my salary is 37,000.

So, for Walker Wilderness Enterprises,

I do everything from building

to the finances side of it,

on bookkeeping, marketing, advertising.

For building these tiny house,

I'll look around on the internet,

I'll call people, I'll drive around to different yards

that have containers, and just see what price

I can get for them, and also the size that I want,

'cause they come in multiple different sizes.

And then from there, I'll get it back here,

to my shop, and then I'll do

all the designing and planning as well,

all by myself through Google SketchUp actually.

So, I'll design it all

and then I'll just take an image from there,

and start measuring out the container

and how I wanna put it together,

and then I usually start with sealing up the floor,

washing it out, getting it all ready and prepared,

and then I'll cut out the windows

and start framing it up,

and putting in windows the windows,

and then we'll start building from there,

or I'll start building building from there

from insulation and drywall, to the flooring,

to all the plumbing and electrical,

and everything else that is involved with that.

So, with Walker Wilderness,

I found clients through the Internet,

just joining different tiny house blogs,

and contacting different tiny house companies,

and different people that were randomly saying,

I'm looking into a tiny house,

and so, I'd reach out to them,

and then I also went to a Trade Show,

which was the International Sportsmen Expo in Denver,

and I took a container there,

and I met a lot of clients there,

and work with them, they contacting through email on phone

and designing back and forth,

and sending them some of my designs,

and they would critique it, and send it back.

We've done four projects so far, and currently

I'm working on a tiny house for me and my wife,

and our child as well.

When I started Walker Wilderness,

I knew that it could either be a big company

that had millions of dollars, or it could totally be a flop

and it would have a big financial risk,

but I was ready for that, and my wife and I

talked about that before, and we made sure

that we had money aside in case it totally went under,

or that it was just a small amount of money

that was coming in, and so that's also why

I took this other job at the auction house

so that I could help fund it, during the slow times,

but then we could just celebrate and put it back

into the company when there were good times as well.

So, I kinda figured it out, how much money I would need

to start with one container, and all the tools I needed,

and anything else like that,

and I think it was around 30,000 I started with,

and from there I didn't wanna spend every penny,

I tried to use materials

that I had or that I could acquire from a recycling center

in terms of like windows

that were still in good quality, or something like that.

And, just kind of went from there,

and tried to keep it within my budget that I had started

and from there I was breaking even,

and it's been two and a half years

since I started looking into the company

and starting it.

The skills that you need to have

for doing these two different jobs,

is that you need to be confident in yourself

and the skills that you have so far

and don't hesitate to ask for help,

that's one of the biggest things

in both of my jobs that I do, is if you don't know

don't just assume,

just reach out to somebody that might know

and then it will really benefit you in the future.

So, some of the other skills would be,

to be self-motivated and passionate in what you're doing,

and then you also need to have some other trade skills.

I needed to learn how to weld,

I needed some mechanical skills

to look at different equipment,

I also had to learn how to do different woodworking skills

which I had growing up.

I try to learn from school and family.

Some of the other skills that I needed were,

computer skills in terms of making these designs

and having different ways to communicate with people,

then also you needed to have marketing skills

and sales skills.

You know, when I was at the Trade Show,

I had to talk with everybody

and hope that everybody was gonna come in

and purchase something, and I had to try to work my way

and figure out how to reach out to all different clients.

So that was something I wasn't very good at first,

I was kind of held back, now I realize

this is how you have to be successful,

you have to reach out to all these people,

even if you don't want to, or you're scared to.

Julia, Registered Nurse Part 1 - What I do and how much I make - Duration: 5:32.

My name is Julia Walker, I'm 27 years old,

I'm a Registered Nurse, and I make around $56,000 a year.

So I work in a hospital in a Critical Care Unit.

Critical Care Units are typically the most intensive care

that a hospital will provide.

So, I tend to care for the sickest patients

that walk through the hospital doors.

So, as an inpatient nurse, I typically work

about three shifts a week.

That's a total of 12 hour shifts, which you never

leave on time.

It's more like 13, 14 hours that you're on the job

or on the clock, if you will.

And I try to clump them together so that I know my patients,

so I don't walk in the next shift

and get a different patient assignment.

Sometimes you have that happen, but for continuity

of care, that's really nice in nursing.

You get to know your patient, their families,

and they get to know you as well and trust you.

I go on around six at night, get there a little early

of course, get settled, but then I'm there until 6:30,

seven in the morning.

And it's a different pace at night.

There's pros and cons.

Pros, you know, it's not as busy, so that's very nice

in some ways, you know.

You don't have as many family coming in, physical therapy's

not pulling your patient out of bed at four in the morning,

and you really get to be with your patient

and spend more time on the cares, if you will.

But also, it's very hard on you as the nurse

because your circadian rhythm, that's your sleep rhythm,

gets totally off because you go from working,

staying up three nights, and then you have to go back

to normalcy for four days or so.

And so, personally, that can be very difficult.

You have to do a lot of self care.

But when I walk on, onto my first shift,

I take my assignment from my charge nurse,

I go and look at all of my orders from the physician.

That includes medications, what the plan of care is,

any special studies we have to have performed,

and really, I make a plan for those 12 hours

so that I know exactly where I am and where my patient

needs to be.

And I coordinate that plan, not only with the patient,

but their family, and the physicians,

and other nursing staff that I'm working with.

So there's two different branches of nursing

that we're taught in nursing school.

There's the science of nursing,

which is very honed in upon, but then there's the art

of nursing, and that's really where it gets

to the human to human connection and interaction.

That's where you give your patient a hand massage

just because they need a little tension relief.

You clean them, that's honestly one of my favorite things

to do, is clean a person.

There's nothing more humane that you can do to somebody

than help them feel worth and feel like they have dignity.

Cleaning their environment, making sure they have

a nice, clean hospital room, preventing infection,

and sometimes helping them pass on as well.

That's a big part of nursing, and that's one of the most

rewarding things, really, that I've done,

is helping people pass beautifully.

And it can be done.

A lot of people think that the soft skills of nursing

are just ingrained in nurses.

I've worked with many nurses who are fabulous nurses

that don't necessarily have those soft skills,

but have to learn it.

Now, these skills are compassion, patient teaching,

patient education.

There is such an art to explaining a disease process

to a patient.

It's hard to communicate, but most nurses

have a healing touch, I find.

They have, when they lay their hands on a patient,

you can tell that they're communicating their love,

strength, nurturment.

And you can tell when a patient has been cared for well

that day.

And so, while you have to be a great critical thinker

and have a lot of knowledge base, you also really have

to have the compassion.

A lot of people end up in the hospital for issues

that, really, they don't need to be there for.

They're more just needing somebody, needing to be heard.

And that's, it's nice to be that person.

So I love that about nursing.

I love the compassion.

I love being tender to people that maybe

haven't really felt tenderness before.

I love the variety too.

You can be an ICU nurse or you can work in a school

with children.

I mean, there's great variety, and that can change

throughout your career.

You don't have to be stuck in one thing.

Registered nurses have a lot of variability

in what they can make as far as their salary.

They can make anywhere from 35 to 45,000, which is around

where I started in outpatient nursing, to over $100,000.

You can make that kind of money if you become

a clinical nurse specialist.

So you're still a registered nurse but you have

more credentialing, you focus on specific fields,

or if you go into nurse leadership, you can certainly

branch into higher salary brackets.

If you decide to advance your education and obtain

a masters or doctorate degree in nursing,

you have even more potential for salary increases.

So, nurse practitioners in the state of Colorado

right now can make starting around $80,000,

which is an nice jump from where I've been

as a registered nurse.

So that's one of the reasons why I'd like

to become a nurse practitioner.

But also, you have more autonomy as well,

which is very important to some nurses.

time making sure that they are as healthy as possible now broadly speaking

these are professional or regular breeders private homes rescue centers and pet

shops the first big step is deciding what dog breed is best for your family

do you want a purebred dog or are you happy with a mixed breed which may

actually be healthier and cheaper in the long run what size is best and will

their temperament and character be a good match for your family and your

lifestyle are there any common conditions that they might suffer from

that you really should be prepared for how much might these cost in treatment

and how might they affect the quality of life of your dog and their future so how

do you buy a healthy puppy how do you decide where the best place is and which

puppy is right for you after all you want them to be as healthy as possible

and not come with a long list of hidden conditions one of the first places to

turn would be professional recommendations this might be from your

local veterinarian but it could also be from a respected dog trainer or a

groomer they may know of clients of theirs who are either breeders or whose pets is

expecting a litter of puppies they will clearly not be able to guarantee that

you will be getting a perfectly healthy puppy but if a dog is known to these

people then it is unlikely that they will fall into the must avoid and puppy mill category the worst breeders generally wouldn't take their

dogs to the vet groomer or trainer although obviously there are exceptions

friends would be the next option to investigate if someone you know and

trust got a healthy puppy themselves from a breeder then you could reasonably

expect the same the alternative is that you might just find out who would be

better to avoid buying a puppy from completely so next if both of these

options fail to turn up your perfect healthy puppy then another option is to

buy one from a registered breeder that is also a member of the Kennel Club or a

similar organization now these organizations may run an assured or

accredited breeding register and that ensures that a minimum standard is met

by the breeder when you are not able to get a personal recommendation then this

can give you some reassurance and a little bit of peace of mind as to how

that your potential puppy had been bred and looked after any responsible breeder

be their professional or just the owner of a pregnant pet should also be more

than happy to answer questions they should positively encourage multiple

visits when a puppy is too young to be rehomed and you should be able to see

the puppy with their mother in their normal environment to know that it

really is the mother you are seeing them where they're not just another random

female dog you should see the puppy suckling from her and you'll also be

able to tell by the level of interaction between the puppies and the female dog

when you visit also consider what conditions the puppies are in are they

clean do they smell bad are they thin do they have big pot bellies are they

actually scared or hesitant to interact with you and they should be really quite

keen to have new people to play with these might all be signs that their can

they're being brought up in conditions that are less than ideal a breeder

really should also be picky about who gets to buy their puppies many will have

a waiting list and that could actually be a really long waiting list and so

they do not need to worry about whether someone will actually buy their puppies

or not and this means that they should be asking you plenty of question even

more than you're asking them about your lifestyle and circumstances just to make

sure that their precious puppies end up in the right home this is a sign they

care and so they're likely to have bred puppies responsibly and looked

after the puppies well one thing to be aware of and this doesn't just apply

to a Kennel Club breeders is the fact that some breeders will focus on

obtaining the most extreme version of the breed standard conformation for

their breed this is seldom a good thing with the result often being an increased

risk of health issues later on in life now nowhere is this more apparent than

the current trend for breeding dogs with more and more squash noises such as pugs

and French bulldogs and their bodies have really become so squashed they

often suffer from breathing issues from skin disease and even spinal problems

now this is something to consider not just when deciding what breed you want

but also which breeder to use never buy a puppy from an advert in the paper or

internet ads without satisfying yourself that the puppy's conditions and

operator for the same as you would established from a breeder how do you

know that you're not supporting puppy mills or puppy farms if you don't see

the conditions that the puppy is living in from being raised in how do you know

if you don't talk to the owners and meet the puppy's mother in person also never

just meet a breeder or own a half way on the side of the road or in a service

station this happens I've seen the results and all too often unfortunately

the puppy is in a poor condition and it's got some really serious health

problems it's so sad to see these puppies but in rescuing them you're

actually supporting terrible breeders who have no thought for the welfare of

their dogs or puppies by giving them money you're positively encouraging this

behavior so it's for this reason too that you should think again about buying

a puppy from a pet shop the vast majority of pet shop puppies come from

unethical puppy mills they may come with serious existing disease and their often

poorly socialized it is only by refusing to buy puppies from these puppy mills

that they will ever shut down otherwise it will keep making money and keep

shop puppy to learn more so my final option to consider in how to buy a

healthy puppy is to actually buy your puppy from a shelter or rescue center

now these dogs find themselves being abandoned often due to a relationship

break down a house move a new baby arriving so abandoned through no

fault of their own in the US six and a half million animals into the shelter

system every year with around one-and-a-half million being euthanized

in Australia two hundred thousand animals are thought to be euthanized and

in the UK the number is about twenty thousand rescue animals that euthanized

that's a huge number of dogs and it's a global issue so while some may have to

be euthanasia to medical or behavioral reasons many simply victims of being

unwanted and abandoned this huge number means that rescue shelter dogs come in

all shapes they come in all sizes and all ages very often they'll already have

been vaccinated they'll have been microchipped and neutered so

spayed or castrated they'll probably even be toilet trained and you can

really be matched to a dog who is a great fit for your family shelter dogs

they go through vet checks and they'll often also have behavior and temperament

testing just to make sure that there are no surprises and that they are suitable

for rehoming also if they've been looked at by and looked after by a foster

family and lived in a foster home as well then you'll also know what they're

like in a home situation away from the shelter environment which is very

different to home life you could ask just as many questions and a shelter

will be just as eager to find out all about you after all the last thing they

want is to see the dog back again because things just didn't work out

you'll truly be rescuing a dog and giving it a second chance and a proper

forever home and that will feel great so when you're looking to buy a healthy puppy

you go into any decision with open eyes and certainty having a dog is a life

time commitment that may last close to 20 years in some cases it should not be

done on impulse and a puppy should never be given as a surprise gift research the

right dog breed for your family understand the time and energy that

you'll need to put to them make sure that you have the time

and a plan in the early days when socialization is so important our dogs

bring so much to our lives it's only right that we respect them as family

members we deserve our full attention and commitment so I hope this video
