Avengers Infinity War Review SHOCKING ENDING REVEALED!? What Does This Mean For Avengers 4? - Duration: 8:43.
what is good YouTube warstu here with a video Marvel Avengers infinity war this
will be my review for the movie that I've seen twice so I want to review it
now was this movie ten years build-up we've been waiting for Thanos for so
long to arrive was he actually all that when he arrived yes I think he was but
was it 10 years build-up was it worth the way it was worth the wait
but in ways it's kind of like I deny those bits in the movie that felt rushed
so let's get into this a movie review so if you're a new to the channel like and
subscribe down below guys it's always appreciated so I really did like the way
the Russo brothers dealt with all the different set pieces were Condor the
Gardiner galaxy the outer space the New York set they did deal with everything
pretty and nicely and it was interesting to see how the Black Panther movie
affected this movie and realistically people were thinking this was going to
be black panther 2 but for all the marketing material all the different
traders we got it was literally less than 10 minutes of the actual movie so
we were click baited in the sense that like the Justice League movie everyone
thought they reveals so much that we had no idea what was coming
but really in the Justice League we had no idea what was coming and just like in
this movie they didn't really use a lot of the footage we got which was very
interesting now I did like the way that the Russo brothers kept up with the kind
of the consistency with all the other characters like the gun galaxy
characters they felt just like the guardians that we had during guarding
actually one and two Spider Man felt exactly the same as he did in his own
independent movie Iron Man is the same Captain America so the consistency
levels were there but was it worth was it really 10 years or Marvel
build-up no I really did love this movie I love the way it end I loved everything
about it there was some things that worked better
than others and there were some bits that didn't really work like I'd like
his humor but it wasn't over the top as the same as soul
Ragnarok Thor 3 I thought the humor in that of it was a bit overwhelming but
realistically the humor in this one it was balanced really well in my opinion
so guys I'm gonna get into spidering material soon
now because I want to go over what I actually thought so the whole movie was
based around the black order coming and they were going to get all the stones
for Thanos but realistically I was a bit underwhelmed by the black order yes they
looked pretty good well let's be honest they all got pretty owned pretty fast
and it was really fast getting all the stones himself so I don't really see the
point at the black order because a set for ebony more getting Doctor Strange on
his ship and that was literally all the black order did I mean the black order
did leaves a fight in the third act in Wakanda they did kind of start the
savage fight but at the end of a fan offs came over so I was a bit
underwhelming a bit disappointed by the black order people always moan about CGI
in Marvel movies but personally I think the CGI was pretty cool so it started
exactly where I thought it would obviously the post-credits scene for
thor ragnarok for three with balance his ship appearing in him coming for the
space stone him wiping out all the Asgardians well at least most of them
was pretty interest in the mean the rumors were wrong it wasn't actually
thallus or Loki that sent Hulk to earth it was a fact in be Heimdall open the
Bifrost one last time and he did that was pretty cool and it
was pretty good how he balanced everything because there was a lot of
different things going on at the same time we had obviously Thanos get tronic
all the stones we had everyone's trying to stop him
we had Thor going to gates new Stormbreaker sword hammer which was kind
of cool it was kind of cool I mean Peter Dinklage character didn't turn out to be
called his glaive disliked wiith it didn't think that turned out to be the
dwarf King which is pretty cool pretty solid role I didn't think he'll take a
minor role out so it was cool to him they're all got a new hammer new sword
which was pretty cool but overall I did really liked it so I think it was
interest and how gamora's storyline played into phalluses thoughts and
feelings quite heavily now what I think is pretty cool is Gamora
played a strong part as Gamora its fan as his favorite daughter stepdaughter
and he essentially just like wore shoes said just like we said Gamora would be
linked to the soul stone and obviously the soul stones location was very
interesting that Gamora knew about it all the time and she essentially took
him there and Red Skull was there just like I said
when the space stone took him away that he would reappear and he did reappear
valise had to kill Gamora and he seemed absolutely devastated that he did it so
he did have some remorse I kind of felt sorry for him the standout kind of
amazing thing is Josh Brolin stars it's absolutely amazing such a good actor
because you have to consider guys most of fantasy stuff is done in mocap so
realistically he's really a voice actor so to speak in some aspects so I did
really like that the soulstone reveal was kind of underwhelming with all the
crazy theories it's in the dark dimension it's in the quantum realm it's
in the soul world and realistically everyone was wrong so to speak
so that was kind of interesting I'm not gonna go in too much detail about every
little detail but it was interesting how he played on a different reality
he knew Gamora was going to come and there was like there was a different
reality where she thought she took him down and it was a bit obvious she didn't
take him down so it was good how we got to see all the different zones in play
and it was kind of obvious he had the power stone first then the space stone
then he went for the reality stone which the collector did have but he was
claiming it he didn't actually have it and then he obviously got the soul stone
and then he got the time stone from Doctor Strange which was very weird
because basically they had a plan Doctor Strange went it went to the
future multiple time 14 million different variations and they beat him
once and star-lord is to blame basically because Stalin found out that Gamora was
dead hence how he got the soul stone and basically he ruined the plan they nearly
had the infinity glove of him but they couldn't quite get off him and Doctor
Strange like I don't want everyone dead so just take it but don't kill Tony so I
feel like secretly Doctor Strange was actually lying and in no case no
scenario did they beat him so I feel like that's the only way that he could
kind of salvage something and obviously Tony Stark is the original ope kind of
Avenger and then the Thanos got the mine stone which was the last one then we got
the iconic punch that realistically everyone was wrong I mean it literally
was just holding it for a split second and then Thanos punched him in the face
now Scarlet Witch character very good in this she essentially killed
by taking the mind gem out of him but did she really because lanolin
reversed time and he took it off vision which is kind of interesting and then he
did the snap finger and the whole universe exploded
we're not exploded by half the universe existence it's kind of exploded it would
have been better had we seen other universes not just like people from that
earth kind of disappearing but it was interesting how everyone disappeared and
as soon as I think the things that I knew that Captain America and I'm and
we're not going to disappear but what was annoying I think the fans are gonna
react back react badly is Hulk got literally no screen time at all in this
whole movie Bruce Banner did but Hulk was now at the scene and I think it's
gonna be very interesting I mean the post-credits scene wasn't that good I
mean it does tie in obviously because Captain Marvel movies coming next so
obviously but the Captain Marvel movie is a kind of set in the 80s so it's
gonna be before infinity whatever happen but we will get it like a introduction
to obviously brie Larson's character we just kind of interested it was kind of
funny how Nick Fury said his famous word I'm not gonna say it because the video
get like D monetized if I say it but it is pretty funny how he disappeared
inside that so guys let me know in the comments down below and we have to think
now did Loki's death actually did he actually die because obviously in
Avengers 4 they're going to have to reverse the timeline somehow I
personally think that Thanos is going to do it himself because he's gonna mourn
for Gamora so much that he's gonna realize he made an epic mistake or it's
gonna be some kind of bath technology that we've seen in leaked set images for
season four Avengers 4 I'll go into more detail in a different video but I just
wanted to put a quick video out so I know I know people mine about spoilers
down below but I did give a spoiler warning so if if you didn't noticed and
that's your home folks so anyways please like subscribe and comment or let me
know in the comments down below where you disappointment movie it was 10 years
build-up it was kind of underwhelming but I did love the movie so anyway guys
we comments down below and I will catch you in another video very soon guys
catch ya later

TCPA Case Review - Meeks v. Buffalo Wild Wings - Duration: 33:50.
Derek: Hello, everyone, Derek Johnson with tatango.com.
Today, we have another TCPA case review with Joe Bowser from Innovista Law, home of the
TCPA Defense Force.
How are you doing Joe?
Joe: I'm doing well Derek.
How are you?
Derek: Good.
It's a little hard here on the west coast because we're gonna be talking about Buffalo
Wild Wings today and it's about 11:00 a.m. and I'm getting hungry.
So if I end this conversation short you know where I'm going.
Joe: Okay.
Derek: So this review is a TCPA text message marketing case review and this is for Meeks
versus Buffalo Wild Wings or BWW.
Joe: B-dub.
Derek: B-dub, okay, yeah.
We only have I think one here in Seattle so it's kind of newer on the west coast than
it is on the east coast.
So let me review kind of what led us to this case and then I'm gonna kick it off to you,
see what we missed and then see what, you know, actually happened and then how text
message marketers can learn from what happened.
So it looks like this person, plaintiff, is Marche Meeks, so that's their name, Marche
Meeks, alleges Buffalo Wild Wings misused his phone number, and this was back in July
of 2017.
And it looks like this guy went to a lot of different Buffalo Wild Wings, you know, I
don't have a problem with that, they serve some good wings, and it looks like he went,
and I've done this before at different restaurants, not at Buffalo Wild Wings, but he went into
a restaurant and I guess there was a line, maybe people waiting to be seated.
And he gave the hostess his wireless telephone number and to be like, "Hey, text me when,
you know, the table is ready."
Joe: That's right.
Derek: And I've seen this done in many different places and I think back in the day they used
to give those little disks and it would shake and vibrate and you'd run back to the restaurant,
and now I guess they're doing it via text message.
Joe: Sure.
Derek: And it looks like they were using, this wasn't like an app that Buffalo Wild
Wings built, they were using a app called "Nowwait" or sorry, "Nowait" app.
Joe: Nowait.
Derek: Nowait, that makes sense, so Nowait app.
So essentially, the text message, so he gave the phone number to the hostess, the person
at the front, and they essentially say, "We'll text you when you're table is ready."
But then when his table was ready or maybe before, I'm not really sure, Buffalo Wild
Wings, and I guess maybe the Nowait they sent some text messages to him that were more kind
of like marketing in nature.
Do I have that kind of correct?
Joe: Yeah.
So as I understand it, when he got that message saying, you know, "You're in line, we'll let
you know when your table is ready," embedded in that was a link in the first restaurant
to Nowait's platform so that you could download the app and use Nowait wherever it's available
in whatever restaurants participate.
And then in the second restaurant he got a link as part of the, you know, the reservation
process to download Yelp's app.
Derek: Okay.
So he went to...
Joe: So in both of those messages he got a link, in the first case to download Nowait's
app and in the second case to download Yelp's app.
Derek: Okay.
But he was going to, he received two different kinds of text messages essentially but he
was going to two different restaurant locations and putting his number in.
This wasn't like they started text messaging him after he left the restaurant.
This was in response to him signing up at each individual location to get the message
when the table was ready.
Joe: Right.
He seems to have been offended by the idea that there would be a hyperlink in the text.
Derek: Okay.
Because usually this would be considered like an informational message, right?
Joe: Correct.
Derek: Because this is, it's an information, it's "Hey, you're table is ready, you've requested
this message..." so that's what it is.
Does he have a problem with the fact that it has kind of gone from an informational
message to a marketing message?
Joe: That's the crux of it.
Derek: Okay.
And what is the difference?
Why, are there certain requirements for an informational message that maybe aren't there
for a marketing message and that's why he's able, or why he thinks he can sue?
Joe: Well, the level of content required under the TCPA does vary based on whether it's an
informational message or a marketing message and the marketing messages require that prior
express written consent that we've talked about that has a number of elements before
you can send an automated text with promotional content.
Derek: So that's like the, you know, reply "Yes" to...consent is a condition of purchase,
and, you know, you're gonna receive auto...
Joe: Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Derek: Oh yeah, consent is not...sorry, now I'm getting hungry.
So all those things in the text message which, when he gave his phone number for an informational
message at the front of the restaurant, they didn't have to, or they didn't think they
had to, because it was informational, disclose any of that info, it was just, this is gonna
be a one-off informational message?
Joe: Right.
Which he got, right, I mean he did.
He never said, "You didn't tell me when my table was ready."
He didn't allege that "You texted me about some completely unrelated thing."
It was just that embedded in there as part of Nowait's and Yelp's software platform that
the restaurant was using, that was embedded in that particular text message.
Derek: Okay.
So it would be kind of looked at as like a hybrid message, essentially.
It has a little bit of marketing, maybe "marketing," and I'm kind of putting quotes because, you
know, I guess what did they decide, because the intent to the message was informational.
But, yes, maybe there is a little bit of marketing component, maybe yes, they did stretch it
a little bit by linking even to like Yelp which has nothing to do with the whole reservation
kind of thing.
The Nowait thing I can understand, because it's like, "Hey, you download the app to have
a better experience when you're waiting."
But what did the court decide or how was this resolved?
Joe: Well, ultimately, the key question for the court was whether Yelp was actually the
sender or the initiator of the message, to use the term of art in the law itself.
So the law prohibits a person from initiating a text message under certain circumstances.
So the key analysis for the court was, "Who sent the message?
Was it Yelp or was it Buffalo Wild Wings?"
And the court took the FCC precedent that we have available to us, and we have the YouMail
and the TextMe cases on the one hand and the Glide case on the other and the key facts
that the courts now care about are who's deciding whether to send the message, who gets it,
and when do they get it.
Content is a mixed bag.
The FCC didn't find that that is, you know, outcome dispositive.
So in this case Yelp and Nowait, and Yelp owns Nowait, incidentally...
Derek: Okay, I know that.
Okay.
So that's where their little relationship was there.
Okay.
Joe: Exactly.
Yeah, why the user experience was different at each restaurant, I don't know, maybe a
question for Yelp, but who cares.
But what matters here is who decided whether to send the message, when to send it, and
who are you going to send it to.
And the court found this one to be a pretty easy case based on the plaintiff's own allegations
in the complaint.
So Yelp got out on a motion to dismiss, which is the very first inflection point in a lawsuit
to get somebody out of a case, which is often hard to do in a TCPA case.
Derek: So I said the case was Meeks versus Buffalo Wild Wings.
Was it Meeks versus Buffalo Wild Wings and Yelp originally?
Joe: Yes.
Derek: Okay.
And really, from a plaintiff's perspective you always want to kind of include everybody
that could have some kind of, you know, insurance policy or deep pockets that, and you'll try
to go after anybody.
And essentially they went after Buffalo Wild Wings and Yelp which also, if Nowait was its
own company I bet they would try to go after them as well.
Joe: Right.
Derek: They just...you lump everybody into there.
So the first thing that happened in that case was Yelp said, "Nope, not my problem," and
got themselves out.
Joe: Well, as a defense attorney, obviously, you'd hope that the plaintiff's attorney does
their homework and only brings claims against someone when those claims are viable and in
this case it illustrates that there really wasn't a viable claim against Buff, Yelp rather,
because it had no involvement in the key decision points about whether to send the message,
who gets it, and when to send it.
So you are right that it is a common page in the plaintiff's attorney's playbook to
sue everybody under the sun, but defense council would obviously take issue with that approach.
Derek: Okay.
So then it became Buffalo Wild Wings versus this person, so the...it used to be, you know,
this person versus these two companies, that company got removed.
So they went to court and got removed essentially.
So then what happened with the person versus Buffalo Wild Wings?
Joe: To be determined.
Derek: Okay.
Joe: So that part of the case is actually getting transferred a couple of hundred miles
south to the Central District of California in Los Angeles, where they other defendants
are based and where the operative transactions occurred.
So the plaintiff happens to be from the Los Angeles area so the case is actually getting
punted down to federal court in the Central District of California.
This particular decision came out of the northern district so this case was filed in Oakland.
So this judge is from Oakland and she punted the case because everybody else besides Yelp
is based in LA or thereabouts.
Derek: So what can we learn, you know, because obviously this will, you know, have some learnings
once actually this case is resolved?
It seems like, number one, it's always the person that, you know, meets those qualifications
of when they send it, you know, what they send, and all those things and Yelp in this
case did not meet any of those.
So they were, you know, removed from the case.
So what can SMS marketers kind of use that information to better their campaign or just
maybe that makes them aware that they are responsible if they're clicking "Send" on
the message even if they're like a marketing agency representing a brand.
Joe: Yeah.
I think that this case is important and illustrative for both the brands that use SMS platforms
and the platforms themselves, so that everybody is on the same page about who's doing what
and, you know, what those decisions mean for purposes of TCPA liability.
Now, it so happens that the plaintiff in this case, Mr. Meeks, kind of pled himself out
of court as it relates to Yelp because his allegations really didn't support a claim
against Yelp because he said Buffalo Wild Wings took all of the operative decisions.
But you can imagine a circumstance and there have been cases where the platform provider
has a more active role in the marketing campaign at issue.
So if a platform provider decides to bring upon him or herself some of the key decisions,
the outcome could very well be different, right?
You could have both companies be liable when you share in the responsibilities of deciding,
you know, when you send the message, who's gonna get it, what's it gonna say, things,
you know, the key decisions about how that's gonna go.
And so the court distinguished a case for example against Twilio where the court there
in the Wick versus Twilio case basically looked to the plaintiff's allegations on a motion
to dismiss, which again, on a motion to dismiss you have to take everything the plaintiff
says as true.
But because Twilio had certain language on its website about how it helps, you know,
tailor the, you know, customer's campaign and help them develop those marketing campaigns,
the plaintiff was able to seize on those public statements to create an issue of fact about
where the roles and responsibilities between Twilio on the one hand and its customers on
the other started and stopped.
So if you don't have a clear line between what the brand does on the one hand and what
the platform does on the other you might be both in the case for longer than one of you
wants to be.
Derek: Okay.
So it really comes down to as, you know, everybody involved in the messaging can be brought into
a case whether it's a platform provider like Tatango or this platform provider, you know,
is kind of the Yelp/Nowait app, I guess they would be the software provider...
Joe: That's right.
Derek: ...and the brand, but it really depends on, you know, who has control of those things
that you mentioned, you know, and that really can determine, you know, who's on the hook
for, you know, a TCPA violation.
Joe: Right, right.
You know, as we've talked about before, the FCC created exemptions for carriers and fax
broadcasters, but when it came time to, you know, bring those exemptions forward to SMS
platforms and application providers and the like, it kind of got cold feet and created
this totality of the circumstances test that courts have now distilled into the test that
we see in this Meeks case, where you look at those, you know, essentially those three
key questions of, you know, whether you send the message, who it's going to, and when you
send it, to determine who is the initiator of a given call under the TCPA.
So, again, this case just illustrates the point that everybody needs to come in with
eyes wide open about the roles and responsibilities of the respective parties so that if you're
absorbing those responsibilities, that's fine, you just have to understand the risks that
are associated with them.
Derek: So I guess this is good, I guess case law for software providers because it essentially
says, you know, "Hey, we are not the people that are clicking 'Send,' if they're not.
We are more of a software provider.
We're providing kind of a software that allows the customer to do all this."
That always kind of brings out the point for me, and the advice we always give is, you
know, "While it's nice to listen to your software provider, you know, I always recommend going
to a third party for legal counsel," because in this case, you know, hypothetically Nowait
and Yelp could have, you know, let's say Buffalo Wild Wings could have thought they were, you
know, doing compliance and helping them with those things but at the end of the day, you
know, Yelp and Nowait have just removed themselves and said, "Hey, not my problem, that's Buffalo
Wild Wings.
Even though they use our platform, we're not really involved because we are just a platform."
Joe: Right, it's like buying a car, a gun, whatever else, like, you are the user, you
decide how it's used, and as long as Remington isn't helping you aim the gun, you're the
one pulling the trigger.
Derek: Yup, exactly.
Joe: So liability rests there.
Derek: With the person making the action.
Joe: Right, right.
So the platform providers...and we do this when we represent platform companies.
We analogize to either carriers as the "dumb pipe," right, if the carrier is just facilitating
a transmission of the end user's choosing, they're not looking at the content, they're
not looking at the whys and wherefores of why a given text or call is placed, and in
those circumstances the carrier is not liable.
And if you spam somebody with your Microsoft Outlook account, no one thinks that we should
hold Microsoft liable just because I misused my Outlook account, right?
So too with the platform providers.
If you're just providing the tools to send the messages and the connections to the, you
know, the aggregators and the wireless carriers, well then you're not making any of the key
decisions, and compliance should rest with the brand who's making those decisions.
Derek: Yeah.
So essentially, a learning for a text message marketer is I, and even being a software provider
I hate saying this, but do not rely on your text message marketing software provider,
you know, for your compliance essentially.
You know, you are responsible for it as a brand.
Joe: Right, right.
It can get messy when the platform provider gets out of the platform provider shoes and
starts to look and feel like a marketing agency.
But you're absolutely right, I mean everybody should do their own homework and understand
where the lines are drawn, both in terms of responsibilities and thus liabilities.
Derek: Yup.
That's great.
Now, what about and I don't know if you can comment on this but what is your take on kind
of the mixing of transactional like one-off messages and then mixing in marketing type
messages into those transactional messages?
Is that something that you recommend SMS marketers don't do right now until this case gets resolved,
or how would you advise SMS marketers to kind of take that second component, which is the,
now that there's this case where, you know, it's informational but then they put a little
marketing, maybe "marketing," I don't know if it would be considered marketing, what's
kind of your take and what are you kind of advising clients right now?
Joe: Well, the dual use cases are always, you know, very fact-specific, so it's hard
to give a blanket answer to that but, you know, you really want to look at what is the
ultimate end goal and you follow the money.
You know, a case came out last week where a website was trolling Craigslist looking
for people selling their cars.
That court found that just because the company also sells cars didn't mean that a text message
to a particular Craiglist advertiser was necessarily a marketing message.
But there are cases on the other end, the Best Buy case as a common example, where Best
Buy had a rewards program and they were texting people that "Hey, you should come in and use
your points.
Your points for your Rewards Club are about to expire."
Derek: Yeah, makes sense.
Joe: The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which covers Washington State, Oregon, California,
and some other big markets held that those text messages were dual use and therefore
had to comply with the higher level of consent requirements.
So the case law's not clear on this, and you really want to look at how that campaign is
architected to figure out are you crossing the line and ultimately what level of risk
are you willing to tolerate, because it's very hard for, you know, an audit and a compliance
attorney to give a clean bill of health for a mixed-use campaign unless you really get
into the weeds about how are we following the money, what is the user experience, and
what are the expected outcomes of that particular message.
In this case, obviously, Yelp and Nowait survived having that embedded link to download the
app and I think that's common with app providers when they push out the message that the user
chooses.
So, you know, there definitely is precedent for having that link to say, "Hey, Johnny
is on such and such app.
Johnny would like to invite you to use the app."
It's Johnny sending that message and most people aren't gonna sue Johnny, your friend
for sending you that link even if the app developer facilitated the sending of that
message.
But for the mixed use informational and promotional campaigns, the devil's in the details, and
ultimately it typically comes down to a risk tolerance that we work through with our clients.
Derek: So, and if it is mixed use, like let's say that has been established, you would...so
informational marketing, marketing has a higher threshold and, you know, it's much more complicated
to get an opt-in than it is just to send one informational message.
If it's mixed use you would have to go with the highest one which is the marketing.
Right?
Joe: Correct.
Derek: Okay, so you can't just like well, it's mixed use, half of it is informational
so we're just gonna focus on the informational opt-in type stuff.
They have to do it for the marketing side.
Joe: Right.
Because once you hit that tipping point into mixed use you then, because it has a marketing
or promotional element, you do need to satisfy that higher level of consent.
Derek: And so this customer right now they are suing Buffalo Wild Wings for essentially
advertising something that isn't even Buffalo Wild Wings, right?
Like they're advertising the Nowait, which kind of sucks for Buffalo Wild Wings because
they're like, "Oh, great, you guys, Yelp and Nowait just, you know, exited the thing."
But that was the advertisement, that's the thing that got them in trouble.
If it was just, you know, "Hey, your table is ready," there would be no issue here.
Joe: Well, he's suing them for unsolicited messages, period.
Derek: Okay.
So is he saying that it's because it's marketing messages, or he just thinks that, you know,
any message is a violation of his rights?
Joe: It's unclear from this particular opinion.
Derek: Okay.
Joe: And it's gonna be for that Central District of California judge to sort that out.
I can tell from the report here, the case, that Buffalo Wild Wings also filed a motion
based on his consent to get the messages so Buffalo Wild Wings has clearly teed up the
issue.
I just don't know how it's gonna shake out.
Derek: So this will be a really great case to kind of follow because there is a lot of
cases when you're sending, you know, an informational message but, you know, maybe you want to include
an ad at the bottom or maybe it just is advertising in nature, you know, the message.
And it's hard for some informational messages because, you know, like, well, it's telling
you that the table is ready but, you know, can you tell them that you should check out
the specials as well, you know, when your table is ready.
So it's not as cut-and-dry as people think where it's just like, you know, "Here's your
information," that's all.
Joe: Right.
Derek: Yeah.
There's a lot of instances I can think about.
Joe: And as you said, it's very unlikely that Buffalo Wild Wings would get anything if a
user downloads the Nowait app.
Derek: Yes.
So I think it kind of sucks for them, yeah.
Joe: Unless they're coming back and have a better experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, but,
obviously, it works with many, many restaurants who subscribe to that service.
Derek: Interesting.
So, okay, do you know how long it will be until we'll do a case review on kind of the
outcome of this, or what factors play into how long this could last for?
Joe: It will probably be at least several months, because the case has to get redocketed
in the new court.
The judge has to get assigned.
Presumably the parties will be asked to comply with some of the preliminary procedures with
the filing of any new case and then they'll refile the motions and let that judge who's
gonna hear the rest of the case resolve those motions.
So it'll probably be several months.
Derek: Okay.
Joe: And the Central District is very busy.
Derek: Okay.
Joe: So their turnaround time between even argument and decision is one of the longer
in the, you know, longer periods in the country.
Derek: Oh, interesting.
Okay.
And what happens here because I know it's anywhere from $500 to $1,500 per text message.
From reading this case, maybe he got two or three text messages, somewhere around that
range.
That's not enough to go through all this work.
So is he, would his kind of goal most likely to like certify like a class and essentially
say like, you know, "Hey, I've been harmed but that's only 1500 bucks, let's say, but
I know there's a lot of other people out there that also got messages.
They can join us."
Am I correct in terms of what we think his strategy would be, or why he's even wasting
his time on three text messages?
Joe: As it stands, yeah, the docket doesn't suggest that he's filing this as a class action.
So yes, in the abstract, you would expect him to have done that but that hasn't been
the case.
Derek: Okay, interesting.
Maybe he's just really angry about those couple of text messages.
Joe: Yeah.
Derek: Yeah, that sucks.
I feel bad for everybody involved obviously.
But it feels like Buffalo Wild Wings, you know, it would definitely be a violation of
the TCPA if they, you know, if you signed up to know when, and I see this all the time,
you signed up for, you know, to know when your table is gonna be ready.
They text message you an information message and then 3 days later, 10 days later they
send you a coupon.
Like, that is a blatant violation, that's where companies, it's a slam-dunk case against
the company, it's like, "Well, you did not get any marketing consent."
And we saw the same thing with like Jiffy Lube way, way back in the day.
People would call in, you know, and they would give their phone number when their car was
ready or something along those lines.
And then like a year later they took all those phone numbers and they sent them a mass coupon,
and it was like, okay, that's pretty obvious that you're violating the rules there.
Joe: Yeah, I find out a couple weeks ago that my barber recently switched marketing platform
companies, because I started getting these messages and I certainly didn't consent to
get them and I talked to the owner and let her know that she should probably ask some
hard questions about why...
Derek: And I think that's part of the problem too with our industry is most small businesses,
even large businesses like Jiffy Lube, I think they rely too heavily on what the software
is capable of doing and what the features and functionality allow them to do, rather
than looking at the law.
Because I know there's a lot of software providers that let you do really anything on their platform,
and their kind of response when, you know, these issues come up is, "Well, we're just
a platform.
We give you all these tools and you have to use the tools correctly."
And we see that with barbers and local pizza shops.
I see that all the time in my local community, and usually you see it on a grand scale with
these TCPA, you know, case reviews when they just had deeper packets usually.
But, yeah, it's a little scary and that's why I recommend everybody, you know, review
the videos we have online, just kind of get yourself educated enough that you don't make
stupid mistakes and you have enough information to go to, you know, legal counsel and go,
"Hey, I'm thinking about this.
This is my concern."
That's a much better conversation than just going to an attorney and saying, "I have no
clue what I'm doing."
You know, kind of a little background and educate yourself.
Joe: Right.
No, we've had clients from, you know, big to household names and you would be surprised
that even companies with very sophisticated compliance programs and risk management programs,
it's just something that's fallen through the cracks or they felt like they mastered
it in 2012, and then the world changes on them and they're not keeping up to date and
there's serious exposure.
Derek: And your firm, I'm not trying to make this an advertisement but your firm only does
TCPA, right?
Joe: We do related things around the telecom ecosystem.
So we started as telecom attorneys and evolved into TCPA defense attorneys.
So we've never represented a plaintiff for example, but...so we understand how the telecom
ecosystem works.
So we do represent carriers, but in the main, our core practice area is the TCPA.
But it's that telecom understanding that we think gives us a competitive edge in many
of our cases because we know the hard questions to ask and understand how the networks interoperate
and understand the call flows and so we're able to get under the expert's assumptions
and really figure out some of the key issues at issue in some of these cases.
Derek: It's confusing, the TCPA, and it's always changing where I've heard this before
from even small businesses, they go to their, you know, their general business counsel in
their town or even the large business they go to internal counsel and yes, maybe they
know how to review contract law, but the TCPA is something that I know you're busy all the
time, thank you for your time here.
A regular attorney just couldn't keep up with all the stuff that's happening and that's
why I do recommend and I think you do too is always go, you know, to either a law firm
that has a specific section of their law firm that focuses on these kind of laws, or go
to, you know, a firm like yours that only specializes in this type of thing.
Joe: Yeah.
The TCPA is the second most common type of litigation in federal court.
On the average day about five new opinions get issued from courts around the country.
In the last few weeks we've had three very important appellate court decisions come out.
So the law is constantly evolving and it's definitely not something that you would want
someone who keeps a, you know, a passing eye on to give you expert advice, so.
Derek: Yeah, because $500 to $1,500 per text message, that's a lot of money.
This is not little, you know, fines or lawsuits.
These are huge, and it's federal law, right?
This is not like, you know, local municipality or something.
This is federal law.
It's pretty serious.
Joe: No, no, no.
There is a well-armed militia, plaintiff's attorneys, who are just trolling around for
clients to bring new cases that are, you know, filed by the handful every day.
Derek: Okay.
Man, yeah, definitely things to take note in this and it will be interesting once this,
you know, does go to court or they settle and see kind of where this ends up, because
I think that'll have an impact and I think for now, you know, for at least what I'm thinking
is, you know, if you want to do an informational message keep it informational unless you have,
you know, unless you've really kind of thought through everything with outside legal counsel.
But it seems like in this case even I don't even know if the risk was worth the reward.
You know, just linking to a Yelp page, is that worth, you know, all this kind of hoopla.
Joe: Right.
Well, I mean, you know, for the...in the main, I'm sure that this kind of service improves
your customer experience and endears you to your customers and what the defense council
in this case may have been thinking was we don't have a class action.
Here's a chance to get some good law in our back pocket, defend our platform, defend our
business practices in a way where our exposure isn't the same as it if were a class action.
So they might have been happy to use this as a test case to get that good decision in
their back pocket so that people who may have been on the fence about using the platform
say, "Okay.
You know, it's been tested in court at least once, it's passed muster, let's go ahead and
I feel more comfortable now, you know, using that platform."
So if I'm Yelp, I'm feeling pretty good about this because I had a low-risk test case to
evaluate whether I'm really the sender of the messages through my platform.
Derek: And I guess you could even see, you know, let's say Yelp and Nowait has removed
themselves but maybe they're even helping Buffalo Wild Wings to prove out that their
system and their clients are all protected, you know, if this goes the way that they want
it to go.
Because it kind of sucks to leave, you know, as a software provider, leave the bag, you
know, with Buffalo Wild Wings because I think this hurts right now Yelp and Nowait, because,
yes, even though they got removed, their client is still stuck in this, you know, frustrating
lawsuit, which if I was a restaurant, I'd be like, "Ooh, I don't want to use Nowait
because look what happened to Buffalo Wild Wings."
So maybe there's even some, you know, they're hoping that it goes one way, and maybe there's
some, you know, relationship there that will kind of help Nowait eventually, you know,
with, "Hey, our client was exonerated plus we were exonerated, this is great case law,
and now we can go forward."
I didn't think about like working it from the backwards angle.
Joe: Sure, sure.
No, I think B-dub's has a very good consent argument so I envision that they get out of
this pretty quickly.
But, you know, it's America, you can't stop people from suing you, so like I wouldn't
put all of the sins on Yelp's lap.
I mean it's something that in the main, I'm sure improves the restaurant's perception
with their consumers and it should be a value add and you just kind of have to get over
these humps and, you know, test it in court and then once you've gone through a couple
cases, the plaintiff's attorneys will probably try to find another victim.
Derek: Yeah, easier stuff, like easier things to go after.
Okay.
Perfect.
So that was a TCPA text message marketing review.
Obviously, we'll have a follow-up and when that happens we'll link to it below.
Who knows how long it'll take or if they settle.
That was Meeks versus Buffalo Wild Wings, which originally was Meeks versus Buffalo
Wild Wings and Nowait and Yelp kind of combined there, but they were obviously thrown out
of that case by, obviously they threw themselves out.
Anything else I'm missing here?
It sounds like, you know, just a lot of kind of what we've heard but then also some kind
of unknowns here, so I think it's more just kind of a wait and see type case expect for
the platform.
It's been established time and time again that the platform is the platform and really
at the end of the day it's the person deciding when, who, and how they send the messages.
Joe: Yeah.
I think the safe and unsafe lanes for the platform provider and brand are established.
Derek: Okay.
Joe: Right, the whether, the when, and the to whom questions are the key questions and
if those are clearly divided between the brand and the platform provider, I think it's clear
where the expectation of liability should sit, but I agree that the Buffalo Wild Wing
test case really is having that embedded link that financially would redound to a third
party's benefit, here, Yelp's.
Derek: Okay.
Joe: So we'll see if they can get out of them.
Derek: Super interesting as always.
Well, again, my name is Derek Johnson with tatango.com.
We have Joe Bowser from Innovista law, home of the TCPA Defense Force.
What's your website, because you have a bunch of good resources?
Joe: You just nailed it, it's www.tcpadefenseforce.com, tcpadefenseforce.com.
Derek: Cool.
We'll link to it most likely in the description so you can get all that.
They have a great blog, great resources.
Joe: We did blog about this case.
I blogged about this case last week.
So we'll put a link in there and [inaudible 00:33:39] get a link in there.
Derek: Perfect.
That sounds good, always on top of it.
I like you guys.
That sounds good.
Well, again thanks everyone for tuning in and check back for the next TCPA case review.
Thanks.
Joe.
Thanks everybody.
Thanks Derek.
Derek: Thanks.

Charlotte Pudding One Piece figure unboxing & review - Figuarts Zero - Duration: 6:54.
Hello Nakamas! Welcome to my channel!
I am MrEduarder and today I bring to you my first review & unboxing
of a One Piece figure.
...and the figure that I have is very special because it's a character
from the actual anime arc and it's...
first of all, let's check closely this figure, by parts.
First: The box. On the top part, we can see the name
of Charlotte Pudding, right here.
and here we have the Toei Animaton sticker that let us know
the figure is original
On the front, as you can see, there is:
The name, the One Piece logo, the Figuarts zero line,
On this side, we can see one of the faces we can put on Pudding
Where her cheeks are inflated, and she's a little angry,
but in a sweet way.
Here we can see the different faces it has
on this side
And, on the back, we can see, virtually all the changes we can make.
And finally, on the bottom we have
Many things on Japanese that we don't understand, so, moving on
Let's a 360 of the box, so you can see all the details.
There you go.
Now, we are going to start to open the box, we start the "unboxing"
I always open them from the bottom, because on the top part
we have this plastic, so it's always more delicated
So, I always recommend opening this figures from the bottom.
First we the tape, two that come on the sides
and one that comes on the front.
Very carefully, so we won't damage anything inside.
Now we can open it.
We lift all the flaps...
this one too.
And we can pull out what's inside.
We leave the box here.
We can see the blister which always comes with the Figuarts Zero, which protects them.
Now...
We can remove the tape from one side
That way we can open it
Carefully
First of all, we pull out the figure of Pudding, so we can see it.
Here it is.
Contrary to many others it doesn't come with...
$@%&! hahaha
Well, we take this away and I can show you a 360 of the figure, so you can see all...
the details.
You can see everything.
Front and Back.
Now we can see the details a little closer
Here, we can see the eyes, the mouth, all very well painted.
The blouse is very well made too.
You can see all the dots(buttons).
The little bow on the back as well. Very nice.
We have the pants, wide ones, heels
anklets
On the shoulder she has Nitro, here partner that is some kind of slime,
with the detective hat. (ganster hat) Everything very well made. Spot on.
Well, now let's check the parts that can be changed.
First of all, we have 2 additional faces:
One where she has her evil expression, with the forehead eye open.
We have as well, another hair fringe,
So we can show the faces with the eye open.
We also have...
We also have, the face with the eye open
but a little angry, but in a cute way.
And we have 3 different arms.
We have this one...
... this one...
and this one.
So, let's proceed.
First, we remove Nitro...
There we can see her...
Pudding, as we met her at first, very tender,
very cute...
...I like that one a lot...
Let's check if we can place Nitro as well on this pose.
Yes, it's possible.
Here we can see it.
And let's try the last pose.
And there we have her evil face,
Like when she's making fun of Sanji,
And the way he proposes.
The moment we all hated her
Another 360, without Nitro and in this pose.
So you can check it well.
Really, It's very nice.
And, I think that's it. There's not much more to see.
I show you as well how is the stand.
It only says Charlotte Pudding. Contrary to the others, that...
that have the "shield" of the crew, for example,
the "Holly Roger".
This one, instead, comes just like this.
Here I leave you this last image, with
Pudding on the pose I liked the most
The one where she has the inflated cheeks and she's a little angry,
but on a cute way. I really like that one a lot.
And... here is the box, you can see everything it has
So you can double check is you decide to buy it.
Truth is, it's really good, I liked it a lot and....
...and nothing.
Thanks a lot for watching the video,
I hope you keep posted, I hope you liked it.
Down here, I leave you my Instagram, which is:
On my Instagram, I'll be posting pictures of all my figures
So you can see my collection.
If you like any of them, if you are interested on me doing a review,
Just leave a comment, you can write to me down here too.
For next week, I'll be posting my next review,
of character that's also on the actual arc of the One Piece's anime

A QUIET PLACE - Review [SUB ITA] - Duration: 5:40.
Hi guys it's Debbie and today I would like to speak about "A Quiet Place", a new and very
interesting horror film I've been waiting to watch for a very long time. "A
Quite Place" is set in a dystopian future in which the basically decimated human
population lives under the threat of a mysterious enemy, which is triggered by
any sound. We mostly follow one family which lives
in this situation, adapting their lifestyle to the circumstances,
attempting to make the least sound possible, while trying to survive in what
looks like a post-apocalyptic environment. They walk barefoot, they
scavenge for food in the wild and ransack abandoned supermarkets, all while
trying to reduce the noise they emit to a bare minimum, including not speaking to
one another to avoid triggering the enemy. I found this plot very interesting
because the element of silence brings the classic jump-scare feature to a
completely new level: when we watch this film we really acknowledge the
characters hardships as they struggle to emit them the least noise possible,
anything we would give for granted to help us in a survival situation is
suddenly made much harder. Ao watching this film we try to relate to the silence
in which the characters are living. And this is one of the reasons for which I
believe that this film should be watched in complete silence or near complete
silence. I have heard stories of so many people which tried to be engaged by the
film, they tried to relate to the characters but they had their experience
completely ruined because of so much noise in the cinema. And unfortunately I
had bad luck with a situation which looked more or less like this:
I guess that you can understand that trying to relate to the
story was hard. There is another horror film which I would recommend if you
enjoyed of this element ,which is "Don't Breathe", in which the enemy is a blind
man and all the other characters are stuck with him in his house, in the dark,
in complete silence. Anyway getting back to "A Quiet Place", I also think "A Quiet
Place" has a great character development. We are so used to having everything
basically easily laid out and explained to us in films, that the situation
presented in this film becomes a refreshing concept. We have no idea what
the characters names are, we know hardly anything about them in general as we
mostly see them in their survival mode throughout the whole film, including all
of their daily activities such as cooking, playing... So instead of just
absorbing an ultra scripted description of them, our mind fills in the gaps, it
creates the idea we have of them, we reflect much more upon their
interactions, which gain more sense for the story. We absorb every detail,
making the situation even more intimate. Speaking of details, in this film there
are many which we don't really pay attention to but which just show how
well designed the whole film is. There is a very interesting interview (I'll leave
the link down below) with a director John Krasinski which also plays the father in
the film and in which he shows us just how much thought went into every detail
in the film. For example in one scene the children are playing a board game,
Monopoly, and every piece of the set has been custom made
to avoid making noise. For example the hotels are just red handmade cotton
balls, the playing pieces are other fabric objects. And even in the meal scenes
there is no cutlery on the table, no knives, no forks, they don't even drink
out of glasses I think we just see a leather pouch. So I really like the
cleverly inventive lifestyle the family adapted, a thing I always like to see in
adventurous situations. For example it reminds me of Will Smith's character's
survival contraptions in "I am Legend". What don't I like of "A Quiet Place"? Well
I found odd how this super ingenious Violet Baudelaire family would often put
itself into situations that would obviously have high chances of a
dangerous outcome. For example they change their whole lifestyle but their
house is full of objects, framed glass photographs on the walls, or
drawers full of small noisy things, and then bigger situations which I will not
explain to not spoil the plot. I mean these people go to the extent of
changing everything in their life but still easily allow this environment?
Doesn't convince me. But I guess that this is the portrayal of the parents
trying to recreate a warm, welcoming, familiar environment for their children
in this tough situation. And as a matter of fact love, caring, this idea of putting
your loved ones before yourself is actually a very important theme in the
film and I was definitely not expecting it from this type of horror film based
on a completely different concept. So all in all I would recommend watching "A
Quiet Place". If you have seen it, let me know where you thought about it with a
comment down below. I hope you enjoyed this video, if you did make sure to
subscribe and I'll see you soon, bye!

Nikon D750 - Review and comparisons to D850 - Duration: 7:11.
[Music]
Hi guys, Shawn here from digiDIRECT.
Today we're going to be taking a look back
at the Nikon D750, and I say look back
because while the D750 is still a current
camera in Nikon's lineup, it's
certainly not a new one - it's been out
for about three years. The reason
I want to take a look at this now is
because of the success of the D850.
That's a camera that Nikon came out
with about six months ago; I reviewed it
(I'll link it up in the corner), I
found it to be exceptional, and many other
people did as well.
My one caveat with the D850 though is
that it's about $5000,
at least an Australian dollars, meaning
that it's kind of exclusive for the
working professional or people who have
a fair amount of money to spend on a
camera. The D750 still has a lot of very
respectable specs and
performance, but it's about half the
price of the D850, so it's a lot more
applicable to hobbyists, people who are
getting their first full-frame camera, or
people who just want a Nikon
full-frame camera but they don't need
all the bells and whistles of the
D850. So that's why I wanted to
take a look at this today, I will be
making some comparisons to the D850 as
we go along.
We'll start though with a look at the
body of the D750. So Nikon is
generally pretty consistent in their
body design and the D750 is no exception
here, this is a very classic looking Nikon
body, but don't fix what's not broken!
The D750 s construction is very
solid, it's dependable and it's quite
functional. When it came out Nikon
advertised that it was one of the
smallest full-frame DSLRs. Now, it's
still certainly larger than something
like the mirrorless Sony a7 range, but it
is fairly mid-sized for a full-frame DSLR
and it's not too big. It has a very
comfortable grip as well as an array of
buttons, dials, and a top LCD screen, so
there's lots of controls on here. It's
also a fully weather-sealed camera,
meaning you can take this out into harsh
conditions, rain and so on, and not have
to worry about it. Notably it has a
tilting LCD screen which is a very nice
feature - even these days it's fairly rare
to find a full-frame DSLR with a tilting
screen. It's become more common these
days, but it's still not a commonplace. It
also has dual SD card slots, which is
really an important requirement for any
camera that can be used in a
professional setting, so that's great.
It also has both a microphone and
headphone jack so we've got pretty much
all of the physical necessities covered.
It also has an accessory port, USB 2
and HDMI,
and Wi-Fi connectivity. One of the main
differences between the D750 and the
D850 or even the D810 is the sensor
resolution. so in the D850 it has a
monstrous 45 megapixel sensor which is
helpful if you want to get the absolute
maximum detail out of your photos. On the
D750 it's a bit more modest, it's a
24 megapixel sensor. That's still
right in the sweet spot of where most
camera sensor resolution is these days,
outside of those very high resolution
cameras like the D850, so you're still
going to get plenty out of the d750; plenty
of room to crop in, do prints, and so on.
Frankly, if you don't NEED the very
high resolution from the D850, and
realistically, most people don't need
that, the benefit is going to be that
the file sizes are not going to be so
big. On the D850 that high
sensor resolution means very large file
sizes, and that's not going to be concern
on the D750; so it kind of strikes a nice
medium balance there. Image quality is
something that's never really been an
issue for Nikon, they've always had
very very good image quality and that
carries on to the D750. The image quality
coming out of this camera is excellent, I
don't think anyone could have any reason
to complain about the image quality, it's
really really top-notch. Nikon also
put a particular emphasis on low-light
photography in the D750, it
actually has better low-light
performance than the D810, meaning that
you can shoot at high ISO s fairly
confidently, like ISO 6400 and so on, without
having an excessive amount of grain.
That's great for people who are often
shooting in darker environments and one
of the reasons why the D750 is so
popular as a wedding photographer camera,
because wedding photographers are often
in dark reception halls or
churches. It's also great for a nighttime
photography. So that's a really nice
little perk on the the D750. The D750 has
Nikon's excellent 51-point autofocus
system inside of it. Now, that's not quite
as robust as the newer 153-point system
from the D5 or D850, but at the time of
the D750 release it was their top-of-the-line
system and it's still certainly no
slouch. It performs admirably in pretty
much all areas of autofocus, it' just does a
very good job overall. It's also
effective at up to -3EV, so
you can use it in lower light conditions
and it's still going to be able to function.
That ties in really well with the D750's
high ISO performance that we were just
talking about. It also can shoot burst
shots at up to
6.5 frames per second,
which is decently fast. That's
going to allow you to deal with some sports
and action-type shots if you need some
fast movement shots. The buffer is not
huge, so it's definitely not a sports-oriented
camera from that perspective.
It's a 30 shot RAW buffer or about 80
shot for JPEGs. That still represents
about 4.5 seconds of
continuous RAW shooting at
6.5 frames per second,
so that's still enough to get you
by in most situations. So Nikon's not
generally super well known for their
video capabilities, but they did make an
effort to address this in the D750. So
the camera doesn't shoot 4K, but it can
shoot 1080p video at up to 60 frames per
second, so you can shoot slow-motion in
Full HD, which is nice. There's a couple
other nice features on here, it has
zebra stripes so if you're looking at
the back screen it can display
where you have overexposed areas.
It also has Nikon's Flat Picture Control,
which is their flat picture profile so
it's going to have a bit less contrast and
saturation and will better for colour grading.
It's certainly not quite as extreme as the
Log picture profiles that we've been
seeing in video-centric cameras more
recently, but it is a step in the right
direction for someone who wants to be
colour grading their footage. As I
mentioned earlier it does have a both a
mic and headphone jack so you can mount
external mics and monitor that audio on
here no problem, and the tilting LCD
screen that we've looked at earlier also
is very useful for video footage because
allows you to shoot at different angles.
It has
time lapse functionality so you can
shoot a time-lapse in camera it'll put
it all together for you
in camera which is a nice feature. So
while it may not be the craziest-spec'd
video shooter on the market, especially
considering it's a couple years old now,
it still does a respectable job. It's
definitely primarily a photo-centric
camera, but for the photographer who
needs to be shooting video occasionally
this is still definitely an effective
solution.
So overall the D750 may not be QUITE as
sexy as the D850 - and if you are looking
for the absolute best autofocus
performance or the absolute maximum
megapixel count you should still be
looking at the D850 - but for a lot of
people I think the D750 is still an
extremely solid performer, and I think it
does so at a much more reasonable price
point. Again, it's about half the price of the
D850, and it's still quite a lot cheaper than even
the D810, so I think it represents a very
good value for the photographer who
doesn't necessarily need everything the
D850 has. So for that reason that's why
I thought it was useful to review
at this point in time - I hope you found
that useful. If you wanted to test out
the D750 you can come to one of our

Hey guys, genki?
This is Vivian from vivian uru channel and welcome to another Black Mirror reaction video! ^^
Today we are going to react to the 3rd episode called "Crocodile"!
Which is Crocodilo in Portuguese.
Are you ready to check another reaction?
Let's start then!
V: Partyyy! o/
V: Oh oh!
V: Holy cow..
V: Gee..
V: That broken front glass is super normal, huh!
E: But it could be so many things.. V: Like what?
E: It could be an animal, a rock..
V: A crocodile! xD
E: That's probably that girl in the future.
V: What kind of award is that?
V: Architecture? E: Yeah.
V: It's another guy, right? E: I guess so.
E: Holy cow,, she lives in the.. V: Mountains!
V: It takes like 2 hours to get to her job! x3 E: So bizarre..
V: Who is this lady?
V: She was putting that thing!
E: What? V: That neck support!
E: She is an insurance investigator. V: Oooh!
E: She has a little secret though!
V: Aaaah! E: She has run over and hid a body..
V: Hid a body.. she killed that guy.
E: No. The dude was the one who killed.
V: But she did colaborate throwing the body in the water.. E: Yes. She hid the body.
E: But it's not the same thing.. He killed and she hid the truth.
V: She killed him as well because that guy could be not dead at that moment..
E: You're right.
E: Did you see the pizza thingy?
V: I thought that it was an ambulance lol!
E: She still has contact with the dude.. V: Oooh!
E: Is he wanting to confess?
V: What do you mean?
E: He is going to tell the truth about what they did.. V: Whaaat?!
V: I think he wants to black mail her..
V: She is famous now after all..
E: He wants to confess.
V: Gee..
V: Is she going to kill him?
E: Shoot! That dude is weak, huh!
E: Holy sh¡t!
V: The woman was too strong! E: It's because he hit his head.
E: He fell and hit his head.
V: Things just got even more worse for her..
V: What are you going to do with the body now? :P
V: There will be her hair in his nails..
V: Because she was strangling him.. E: Murderer
V: I watch a lot of TV Shows,, that's why xP
V: I will stop to watch then lol!
E: If you'll ever need to kill someone,, you'll know how to do it xP
V: Gee.. how.. fat lol
V: is this hamster xD
V: Is it a hamster?
V: It's too big for that..
V: Looks like.. how do you call them..
E: Chinchilla?
V: Yeaah, they are bigger.
V: Perhaps it's a guinea pig?
E: What?
V: It does look like a gigantic hamster.
E: Chinchilla is almost as big as a rabbit and looks like a mouse.
V: Yeah,, this one looks like a hamster.
V: What did she do with his bod..... !?
V: Uuuuh..
E: Gee.. V: What?!
E: Is she going to.. E: Yeah.
V: But why did she put porn?
E: To make some noise.
V: She could put some action movie then x]
V: Or maybe no one would enter and leave her in peace if she is watching porn..
E: Nobody can enter at any moment..
V: WTF..
V: Is she going to put him in the delivery car? xD
V: Come to me, winter!
V: I've killed someone!
V: But that's fine :3
E: I've killed only one person today.
E: Really? Okay. E: Give a kiss to our child.
V: My baby, mommy killed someone today!
E: And I will be back soon!
V: I've hidden him pretty well on the back seat! x]
V: That's craaazyyy!
E: We haven't seen any Black Mirror-ish content until now..
V: Yeah.. the technology seems to be a bit ahead on this one.. but.. E: But it will appear! There will be something!
E: The investigator is uploading something.. V: Yes.
E: So it's gotta be related to this case somehow..
V: Do you think that guy has done something already? E: Nope.
E: It has to do with the research that she is doing..
V: What is this? E: No idea..
E: Sewage? but it looks like that because it's too cold?
V: Shoot! She is so strong! E: That woman is strong indeed!
V: Yep! And she is so skinny!
E: She is the Hulk!
V: It is the necessity, my love! x]
V: The necessity!
V: Do they know which film?
V: It's awkward! xP
E: It shouldn't appear which movie the person has watched.. V: Yes. It embarrasses people..
E: Did you see the investigator? V: Yes!
E: She will investigate the other case and will see.. V: She'll find this one x]
E: That's the Black Mirror-ish thingy then. V: Oooh..
E: She was doing the upload using that thing.
V: Really? E: Yep.
V: Ouch! It jabbed!
V: Do you think that it was through his sight that caught the murdering scene?
E: Is it the accident that she was looking at the window?
E: It's not him, it's the girl in the yellow coat! V: Holy cow!
E: I gotta kill some people to feel alright.
E: Relax.. they are coming after you!
V: I just don't get the title of this episode yet..
E: The other one we saw has a random title as well..
E: It was Dj something.. V: Really? E: Yup.
E: Perhaps it also wasn't her that saw it..
V: It could be her since she was close to the hotel..
E: Look! Wait,, this was the dude who got hit.
V: Is it reciprocal?
V: The love! <3
V: Is it going to show the woman's face?!
V: Heeelllp!
V: What?
E: It wasn't her.
V: How she's going to reach that woman?
E: She will reach her,, Relax!
E: It's all about it.
E: She will need the access of that woman's sight from that hotel room.. and she won't want to do it..
V: But she won't be in that hotel room anymore..
E: But she was looking from the hotel window when it happened..
E: There was a time that she was looking around from the window..
V: Oooh, okay!
E: It could be that ou not..
V: Ouch..
V: Hmmm!
V: Hmm!
V; But I guess it won't be possible to recognize the face.. Oh she just need to get the information with the hotel.. E: Yes. She just need to check who was in that room.
E: But she won't want to do that because she was killing someone before that. V: Yeah.
V: And now tell me,, why the dentist wanted to take a picture of a naked guy? xD
E: Well,, he probably digs that kind of stuff lol.
V: A naked guy! x]
E: Picturesque..
V: I have no idea of what picturesque means..
E: It doesn't make sense at all of him saying that..
V: She will try to find via..
E: facial identification V: Yep.
E: Does everybody have the access to use it?
V: It's because she is from the police, right?
E: Nope, she's not like that.. V: Investigator or whatever she is..
E: She is from the insurance field.
V: Well.. E: Insurance company! V: Yes.
E: So she can have the access to all the faces? V: Yes?
E: It's wrong..
E: Gee!
V: Oh oh!
E: Killing someone!
V: Oh oh!
E: Now she has to kill this woman too!
V: It's a part of her routine now.
E: It's a daily thing huh! V: Yeah!
E: Yesterday she killed one and today.. V: Another one!
V: A knife maybe?
V: Some sleeping pills?
V: Look! I told you about the knifes!
V: Aaaaaah!
V: This woman scares me! x]
E: That dude turned her into a murderer!
E: Hypnoses could help her..
V: What?
E: She could reprogram her memory.
V: That's no good, baby!
E: She needs a hypnotist.
V: That's no good!
E: Just pretend that you are going to smell.. V: Yes.
E: It wasn't this song that was playing there.. V: I know, right! She was inside the hotel room..
E: Wasn't she watching some porn? V: Yep, she should have put that porn to her lol!
E: Gee.. impact..
E: It kinda looks like fake. V: Hmm..
V: Holy coooooooow!
V: Didn't she understand what she saw? E: Nope.
V: I know that it's difficult but she needs to act more naturally..
V: You can notice that she is scared..
V: Aaaah!
E: What?!
E: She doesn't even try to resist..
V: Another one to her list..
E: Just break that thing..
V: The machine? E: Yes.
V: Maybe it's better to say yes?
E: Holy sh¡t! She want to know even that.. that's mental!
V: She knows how to use it already! E: She has learnt fast huh..
E: It needs music, smell,, and in this case none of those matter.. the girl is desperate.. and it works.
E: It's all Subaru's fault!
V: Suzuki! E: Suzuki!
V: Are they doing the negative marketing? E: Yeah.
E: That woman became a serial killer within 24 hours!
E: She wants to kill the man now..
V: The husband, right?
E: He is not her husband. V: Boyfriend?
E: I have no idea. V: Well,, he is the one who is with her..
E: He always kissed her in the cheeks..
V: Oh dear.. you are digging your grave deeper and deeper..
E: Even if she manages to escape.. she'll still be ruined..
V: She is crazy already.. E: Yep.
E: If she becomes a psychopath,, she might be okay to live with it..
V: Aaah... E: But if she still has some conscience..
E: It'll ruin her life either way..
E: It ain't good at all, huh!
V: Oh, this episode? E: Yeah.
V: Is she really going to kill that guy too?
E: Yes!
E: She is willing to not leave any evidence after all..
V: She will need to kill everybody then xP E: Yes.
E: She needs to kill the dentist..
V: Ah! The one who saw her, right? E: Yes. V: True thing!
E: She doesn't know about that though.. V: Nope.
E: So they will catch her somehow..
E: That's crazy..
V: This guys is stronger than her, right?
E: Yeah but he will be.. V: Relaxed?
E: He'll be relaxed and she will hit him with the hammer.. V: Gee..
V: OMG!
E: Is he already gone?
V: She hit him in the head, love!
E: She needs to hit a few more times..
E: He is still breathing..
V: He will die drowned then..
V: Holy cow!
V: Gee..
E&V: *gasps*
V: Well, what's your thoughts about this episode?
E: It sucked!
V: It sucked? E: Yeah!
V: What can we discuss on this episode.. how far someone does atrocities to avoid to get caught?
E: It could be that but if it's Black Mirror,, it's about technology..
V: I see. E: So like I said..
E: The investigator who is a civilian,, has a technology that only the police should have..
E: Because it's too dangerous to be in the hands of a civilian..
V: Yeah,, they don't have the preparation..
E: If it was with the police,, they'll eventually catch the woman and case solved.
E: The story would end there. That's all.
V: There will be no episode to watch then lol! E: Aaah..
E: But I guess that's the only thing that we can discuss about..
E: Who can use this kind of technology?
E: I guess that's the only point.
E: because the rest is like how someone becomes a serial killer?
V: And how she became egocentric.. she killed even a baby!
E: She tries to justify.. until she get drowned.
V: Not to mention that they should have surrender in the 1st accident scene..
V: In fact, she wanted to do that, right? E: Yes.
V: But the man persuaded her, right? To not do it.. E: Yep.
V: Do you think that her mind changed at that time?
V: Well,, now that I have a proper life, son,,
E: She changed when she murdered that dude..
V: It changed at the time the guy said that he was going to confess, right? E: Aye.
V&E: It was there.
E: She got desperate..
V: Yes. Just to think that she could lose everything that she conquered..
V: It happened the same thing in the 1st acident with the guy, right?
V: He didn't want to ruin his life?
E: Nope. He just didn't want to go to jail. V: Well..
E: He was a nobody at that time.. the same goes to the girl.
E: After the accident she managed to build a good life while he couldn't.. V: Hmm.
E: And he was willing to confess because he couldn't build a life because of that.. V: He had nothing to lose..
V: In other hand, she managed to do that. E: Yes, she did.
E: She probably blamed him for that accident..
V: Aaaah.. E: So she was like justifying that she can kill him and things were getting worse..
V: Yes.
E: As for the Black Mirror-ish part.. it's only the technology of memories that the girl was using..
V: The memories and the facial recognition.
E: Those are the things that only the police should be allowed to use and it was in the hands of an insurance company..
V: I agree.
E: It didn't look like she was an employee,, looked like she was a freelancer of an insurance company..
E: who didn't seem to have any preparation regarding her own security..
E: It is a technology that she shouldn't be allowed to use.. and she ended up dying because of that..
V: It killed her, her hunband and baby! x3 E: Husband and baby also.
V: So freaking tense! E: I found it kinda..
V: It doesn't have much connection with.. E: Yeah..
E: There's only a small part related to technology.. V: Yeah..
E: and the rest is all about violence, murders that are totally forced and unnecessary.. V: I agree.
V: It's more like those kind of suspense that is.. E: Too forced to shock, you know.. V: Yeah.
E: Black Mirror shocks you but not in that way.. V: Yes!
E: It usually shocks us with something related to technology.. V: Yeah! Technology related indeed!
E: The human behavior towards the technology but in that case..
E: it goes beyond the technology..
E: However she killed the baby because he "saw"..
V: Ah! Because they could use the machine on him.. Yeah, there's that detail!
E: So it makes sense then. V: Yes.
E: And in the end he was blind.. V: Gee.. E: which is another forced situation..
E: Oooh,, the baby was blind.. V: But that's something that actually could happen, right?
E: I know but.. V: She could have spared him.. he was blind after all.
E: It was just a weak irony..
E: And the one she should have killed..
V: Survived!
V: The animal had the memory in the end.
E: She shouldn't have killed nobody.
V: No she shouldn't.. obviously!
But I guess that's all, right?
V: What's your score for this episode?
E: 6.0
E: or 5.5
E: I wouldn't watch it again..
E: As a matter of fact,, I don't know if I'd watch again any episode..
E: I'd might watch the 1st episode..
I'd watch the 2nd and 4th episode!
E: Which is the couple one? V: 4th!
E: 4th! The 4th episode is cool! V: Yes!
E: 1st and 4th then!
E: But the 4th is the best!
V: It's the one I loved the most until now! E: And it's a light episode.
V: Yeah!
E: It doesn't need to be something.. shocking. V: Something heavy..
E: I dunno,, I didn't like it.
E: But in the end we did agree that there was a reason for her to do that.. V: Yes! And there was a connection between the technology with her case..
E: She was killing the people whom the technology could reach her.. V: Yes.
E: But in that case,, even if there wasn't the chinchilla.. V: Hm?
E: She'd eventually get caught.
E: Because if they investigate what that girl was investigating..
E&V: They'd reach the dentist.. E: and then they will find her. V: Yep.
E: So either way,, everything that she has done.. V: Would be pointless..
E: Yes, it would be pointless.
V: So there's no perfect crime?
E: Yes.
E: Only if.. but the company knows that she was investiganting something.. V: Yes.
V: That guy who got hit would probably ask about how are things going on his case.
E: Yes. And she got to do the upload of his case. V: Hmm!
E: The woman would have to get the PC as well.. V: Yeah, yeah, yeah! E: explodes the house.. I don't know..
V: Yeah,, she wouldn't be able to escape.. E: It was impossible.. V: Yes.
E: Sooner or later they'd catch her. V: Yeah.
V: Well,, from the 4 episodes that we've watched,, this one was the one I didn't like the most..
V: But that's all I guess.. E: Yes.
V: Let me know in the comment section your thoughts about this episode!
E: Of course there must be many of you who enjoyed it!
V: We can't argue about likes/preferences after all!
V: So I'd love to know your opinion..
V: why did you like it or why you didn't like it?
V: Let me know, okay?
V: So I see you all on the next video..
V: That's all for today's video!
V: Thank you so much for watching and I hope to see you on the next video, okay?
Big kisses and mata ne~! <3

and Grid Alien feature over 30 points of articulation and bendable tails, and stand over 9" tall.

H.R. Giger originally had the suit cast in a translucent flesh-tone but, in one of the
many technical hurdles that had to be overcome to bring his creature to life on screen, repeated
difficulties with the material forced the change to the coloring seen
in the movie.
The figure features 25 points of articulation and bendable tail, and stands over 9" tall.

Flower Beauty Foundation Review | Oily Skin - Duration: 7:54.
Hey guys welcome back to my channel today I wanted to do a review of the
flower beauty light illusion foundation and I am in the shade porcelain L1
first I wanted to show you how this foundation applies this is my skin with
nothing on it I use three pumps for my first layer application and blend that
out with the Real Techniques Beauty sponge this foundation does apply and
blend out really nicely I have no problem with it drying down too quickly
and it's pretty easy to blend out with a beauty sponge I would say the first
layer definitely gives a medium coverage and this is what the coverage looks like
with just the three pumps
I decided to add a second layer with two additional pumps and again blend it out
with a real techniques Beauty sponge and this is what the additional two pumps
blended out looks like
this is what the foundation looks like after all my makeup is done I set the entire
thing lightly with powder as well as applied highlight and bronzer over it
and this foundation makes a few claims it says it provides medium buildable
coverage which I would agree with you can definitely build up the coverage it
does kind of start off as a medium coverage but you can definitely build it
up to a full coverage and it says the flattering soft luminosity I wouldn't
necessarily say it's a soft luminosity I would definitely say this is a more dewy
foundation it's more dewy than I typically wear I don't know if you can
tell on camera but it definitely is a more dewy finish it also claims that
it's lightweight and breathable which I would definitely agree with this doesn't
feel like I'm wearing a ton of foundation and I even put two layers on
and I can not really feel the foundation on my skin which is really really great
I also really like the packaging of this product I like that it's in a glass
bottle it feels really nice and I like that it comes with a pump it makes it a
lot easier to get the foundation out as well as keep the foundation fresh and
clean and free from bacteria and the foundation also states that it wears
endlessly I disagree with that I think it wears okay I wouldn't say it's the
best wear or at least for my skin type it does start to break up and look a little
bit cakey after a probably four or five hours but this is a very dewy finish
foundation I do have a combination oily skin type so I do tend to get oily
in a lot of foundations so the first thing about this foundation that I did
notice when I was going to pick it out at the store is that the shade range is
pretty small there are twelve shades in the range and I picked up the lightest
shade I was going back and forth between the first lightest and the second
lightest and I'm so glad I went with the first lightest because even the first
lightest is too dark for me in the bottle this foundation looks pretty
light it actually looks like it would match me quite well what I usually do
when a matching foundation that I can't swatch I will grab a foundation that I
know matches me really well in the store and I'll bring the bottle over and kind
of hold them up together and see if they look kind of similar in the bottle and
kind of go from there which this one looked pretty close to a lot of the
foundations that I use and wear the undertones just looked a little bit too
pink instead of more of a yellow undertone which is what I usually reach
for I decided to swatch it next to some of the foundations that I typically
reach for first I have my Revlon color stay in the shade 150 buff which is the
best color match to my skin then I have the LA girl Pro matte foundation
in the shade ivory next to the flower beauty light illusion foundation in the
shape porcelain L1 and on the end is the wet n wild photo focus foundation in
the shade soft ivory when I got this home I decided to quickly just swatch it
on my arm really quick in my kitchen and it did look pretty orange on my skin I
actually took a picture of it because I was kind of surprised how orange it
looked so that didn't give me a lot of hope for when I was gonna try out the
foundation but applying it it's not a horrible match it just it's a little bit
too pink and a little bit too dark I would prefer a more yellow undertone but
it's nothing that I can't make work so the first time I wore this I wore this
foundation by itself I didn't mix it with any other
foundation and it was really dewy it did end up breaking up on my nose and
really creased in my fine lines around my mouth and my forehead pretty quickly
which I do have that problem with foundations quite often but I don't like
it so the next time I wore it I figured I would mix it with my la girl Pro matte
which was too matte for me too powdery and too light so I figured these two
foundations would work really well together one was to dewy and too dark
the other one was too matte and too light so I mixed them together but when I mixed
them I did about 50/50 of each and I would say it definitely wore better it
didn't break up and it was a little bit more of a natural finish as opposed to
very dewy but I did get the problems that I
originally didn't like with the LA girl Pro matte it would transfer really easy
and it would cling to my dry patches pretty badly and wherever I apply
bronzer or any kind of powder in like a sweeping motion over that foundation it
would kind of transfer and break up and drag so it was like I brought in the bad
characteristics of the LA girl Pro matte and brought them into this so I tried it
again where I used more of the flower beauty and less of the pro matte and
that worked a little bit better but I was still getting a lot of breakup in my
fine lines one thing I do really like about this foundation though is it looks
really pretty on the skin I have been continuing to wear this it just doesn't
have the best wear time for me if I apply this foundation and set
it I can get a couple of good hours out of this before it gets really creasy and
before it looks a little bit too cakey for my skin however if you have dry skin
or like a really dewy foundation and you can find your shade in this range I
would say definitely pick it up and try it out it's definitely worth trying it's
a really pretty foundation I wish it worked better for me because I do really
like it and I am gonna continue to play with it and see if I can mix it with
something else and get it to wear a little bit better I like a lot of things
about this foundation it just isn't perfect for my skin type so my plan is
to do check-ins throughout the day and I think I'm gonna do them all in my
bathroom so that the lighting stays consistent and I'll show you how the
foundation wears throughout the day so it's been about three hours since I put
this foundation on and you can see it's a little bit oily around my nose but
other than that the foundation itself is very luminous the sheen and the dewyness
that you're seeing is the foundation itself and not my skin
producing oil so I've had this foundation on for about six hours now
and as you can see it looks a little bit more dewy than the last time I checked
in around the center of my face that definitely is oil and on my forehead as
well it's not just the foundation anymore by out by my cheeks my cheek
bones isn't really oily at all any kind of sheen or dewyness this you're seeing
there is all the foundation still so this is what the foundation looks like
after about eight hours you can tell I've gotten progressively more greasy
and oily definitely my forehead around my nose and my chin is very oily and
it's starting as well on my cheeks to get pretty oily but you can definitely
tell it's starting to break up around my nose and crease in my smile lines
this is the foundation at the ten hour mark and you can definitely tell it is
even more oily than the last check in the foundation is continuing to break up
around my nose the foundation is starting to break up and fade away over
my entire face at this point and it just doesn't look very good anymore

have all the links down below but as you all probably want to see let's take a
look at these New Republic shoes you know this brand new Republic is under
the the men low house umbrella which is also part of the Menlo Club or the five

items that I bet these were like really really matched well with but look at
these shoes they're really nice I mean a nice leather shoe go with some nice
jeans shorts these are very very versatile you got the laces they got
back that waxed feel to it really flat feel so here we've got the the Curt shoe

show you guys a couple of the other things I got to go along with shoes and
just in general because I just love the different styles and different you know
trends that five-four and mellow house and all their brands are doing second as
you can see I got this collared shirt I thought it would look really nice with
the pants that I wanted to go with the shoes I thought it'll be a great outfit
I really like the way it looks you guys just seen it I then I also got a couple
of other collars turns we have this blue collared shirt right here I like how the
collar itself has the different colors really makes this shirt pop and it also
has the colors on the sleeve and then as always as I've mentioned a lot of my
other videos the cuts of the I like how it has that longer in the
back the little u-shape it just really like flows well with the pants I just
love that cut and then I also went got the same exact shirt in a different
color being white so you got the navy blue and then you have the white with
the same colors on the collar so to go along with these great shoes I just
received I Wayne and we got the premium shoe cleaner so if you don't already
have some shoe cleaner I definitely recommend you getting some because
you're gonna want to keep these things clean they're white so that's a tough
task right there so gesso you know I had to go and grab some of the grande C
athletic line I got a bunch of stuff right here let's see we have some shorts
with the Under Armour already connected so that's pretty cool you see if you can
see here you got the Under Armour tights underneath you got the grande seat
everything is so so light and so like breather boys really good for working
out I have a couple items already I've been getting more into you know Fitness
so now I got some nice fitness clothing so these you got a pocket like in the
back it just it's like fashion at the gym me what's that's pretty cool you've
got the grande AC titling in the back of the leg so really cool and then if you
could tell down here it's kind of like a got like a whole type of look to it like
a mesh type of look if you can see that probably can't but um really nice pair
of shorts and leggings or an Under Armor not leggings but then we have a nice
little camouflage long-sleeve workout go running in it a nice shirt it says
Grande right over here camouflage you got your little reflectors from running
outside really nice clothing here this is some really nice workout gear like I
mentioned I have a pair already so then you have another pair of shorts right
here some nice little running shorts and then the matching under Under Armour
shirt with a little black on the sleeves and then the Grande C logo which is like
these four glove lime green dots so you have this matching top and then you also
and on the weather the temperature we have the Under Armour pants to go with
it you got zippers in the back if you got a
little secret pocket back here you have a says grant Athletic Club and that's it
those are the items I got this time wanted to get a couple of things a
couple athletic wears also a couple collared shirts because I really liked
how they looked and then these cool little Hudson pants that have like a
flood type look to them so that the shoe could really show more these white shoes
really recommend you guys like I said Santos is going to get you a pair of
shoes a pair of sunglasses and a 5-4 jacket of some sort so that is a great
great deal definitely take advantage of that guy you guys are checking this
video out that's a plus package plus some more shopping I did with five for
club so thank you have a good
you

Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2018| Full Review | with Steve Hammes - Duration: 6:45.
Few vehicles receive more hype leading up to their redesign than a new Wrangler.
For some, it's still the only Jeep.
Its image is tied to driving freedom like none other.
So here we are with the highly anticipated JK replacement; just as rugged as before but
smarter than ever.
Code named JL, this is the first complete Wrangler redesign in over a decade.
Ask any designer and they'll tell you updating an icon is their most difficult job.
So from the naked untrained eye, this could be just about any Wrangler since 2007.
But a closer inspection uncovers improved aerodynamics, a lowered beltline with bigger
windows for better visibility, and other little bits that have modernized the appearance.
But it's once you open the doors that the newness truly begins.
To my amazement, lots of people use these as commuter cars and for them Jeep has made
this Wrangler far more palatable, yet…
It's time for my typical Rubicon disclaimer.
Now, if you don't do a lot of off-roading and simply plan on driving this to work every
day please allow me to steer you to a different Wrangler model.
Despite the high level of creature comforts in here these things drive like a drunken
sailor.
And for its versatility, it actually skews pretty low.
Now if you do a lot of off-roading absolutely go for it.
Otherwise, find yourself a different Jeep.
Whether Sport, Sahara or top dog Rubicon, each Wrangler has its own look and personality.
But it's the Rubicon that gives the Trail Rated badge its greatest credence with heavy
duty axles, Rock-Trac 4-wheel drive transfer case with the deepest low range, an electronic
sway bar disconnect system for greater wheel articulation, highest ground clearance, steel
rock rails, most durable all-terrain tires and most advantageous trail proportions.
Jeep says the JL's frame has been optimized to reduce weight through the use of aluminum
doors and a magnesium swing gate.
And out here, it's a juggernaut of capability – up to 30" of water fording, nearly 11"
of ground clearance, locking differentials – there's nothing more to say about what
it can do than has already been said by me and countless others.
If this is your idea of fun, the Wrangler is the best tool for the job.
I've driven lots of these through the years and there's no questioning the Rubicon's
off road credentials - it's ready to go straight from the factory; but whether or
not this particular model is any less or more capable than the generations before it is
difficult for me to discern because I've never had a moment of angst in one of them.
They go just about anywhere a sane person would take them.
So, for me, the biggest takeaway here is how Jeep has upped the Wrangler's usability
quotient, less so for this purpose-built Rubicon model, but still, it is not wanting for features
– there are things in here you never thought you'd see in a Wrangler.
Plus, it's just really smart and well-conceived.
Not to mention pretty darn quick.
The 3.6-liter V6 with stop start and the new 8-speed automatic give this Wrangler a real
charge and added refinement.
285 horsepower and 260 pound feet of broad torque make it a nice fit here.
But if you're willing to try something new there's an optional 2.0-liter turbo with
more torque, improved acceleration and better fuel economy for an extra $1,000 and coming
later is a 3.0-liter diesel.
That'll be available on 4-door models only and boosts torque to over 440 pound-feet.
And don't worry manual fans, there's a new 6-speed as standard equipment while this
auto is a $2,000 option.
As is, there's certainly more polish to the ride but with these knobby KO2 tires and
other factors, you're constantly adjusting the electric assist steering to keep it straight.
If you've ever driven one you know what I mean.
It pivots on a dime though with a really tight turning radius.
Gas mileage takes a leap forward, now rated at 20mpg in combined driving.
A number of roof options are available including the 3 piece hard top.
This one here upgrades to the Premium Sunrider Soft Top that's quieter than the standard
cloth roof and it comes with an easy to use spring-assisted mechanism to help lower and
raise it.
And for those who prefer to remove doors and lower the windshield Jeep has made those chores
easier, too.
Not so convenient is accessing the cargo area – small as it is.
But the rest of the cabin is very impressive.
It's a tall step inside with a commanding view of the road and once there the upgraded
materials and clever design touches are instantly recognizable.
It's all the little details like this that makes these Jeeps even cooler.
Leather trimmed seats, wash out interior with all-weather floor mats - everywhere you look
there are little Jeep Easter eggs for all to find.
It's a great looking cabin with features galore including top-notch infotainment, big
knobs and buttons, weather proofed USB ports…there're even heated seats, a heated steering wheel
and Wi-Fi.
Notice the animated water on the navi screen.
Mine has push button and remote start and you can even get smart key entry and side
blind zone alert now…pretty amazing in a Wrangler.
It's certainly got the goods to better integrate it into an everyday use scenario – very
smart and ergonomically sound.
Riding in the back I noticed 2 things – it was cold and loud.
But there is good room for up to 3 more.
Pricing?
A 2-door Sport starts at under $29,000, an Unlimited Rubicon at under $43,000 and a
loaded one like this for just over $53,000.
No matter, towing is maxed at 3,500 pounds.
The new Wrangler JL takes a big leap forward in terms of available powertrains, technology,
and safety features – the rest is much like it's always been.

Mario x KKW Collection Review | Is It Worth It?! - Duration: 16:03.
Hey guys welcome back to my channel so today's video is going to be another review this is
an entire collection review rather than just one item.
today i'm reviewing the KKW beauty and makeup by Mario collection the collection consists
of an eyeshadow palette two lipglosses and one lipstick and I will be swatching and reviewing
and telling you my thoughts on them I have been trying them for quiet a little bit so
I have a very set opinion on them so if you're interested in seeing my thoughts opinions
and the swatches on this collection then just keep on watching so I'm gonna start of with
the packaging like the outer packaging the boxes and what not
I think that this packaging is the most beautiful sexy sleek but simple packaging ever
and again I wouldn't expect anything else from her
it's like a soft touch box and it just makes me so happy honestly
now the packaging for the palette this is what the palette looks like
when you open it it does have a nice size mirror in it and all these eyeshadows in it
it comes with ten eyeshadows and I will go into like the price details and all that stuff further on in the video
but the pans are pretty decent sized I was for some reason scared that they were gonna be like tiny but they're not they're very decently sized
like almost any other eyeshadow that I own or eyeshadow palettes that i own
the lipstick again same kind of outer packaging the lipstick looks like this now I am not too big of a fan of this packaging
and I don't know like the packaging just seems kind of cheap for the price
um but I mean you do get quiet a bit of product in it
and I do I feel like I would wanna display this but like the it feels it looks beautiful but it feels a little bit cheap
but again I mean it's whatever it's just packaging not everyone is as crazy for packaging as I am
the glosses have the exact same packaging as her concealer now this packaging I do love
because it's like it's got the frosted on it and like the matte grey on top the matte the plastic packaging is not like a soft touch packaging like the box
I just I feel like this looks kinda tacky like I wish they were the same packaging as the lipgloss I don't know if that makes any kind of sense to you guys
but I'm gonna go ahead and start swatching I'm gonna start with the lipglosses and lipstick I do have the lipstick
and the shade of the lipstick is Classic K on my lips today and I did put one of the glosses on to
but I'm gonna go ahead and swatch the lipstick
so the lipstick is a true peachy nude I do love the color it's not too peachy where it like clashes with my skin tone and it also doesn't make my teeth look yellow or anything like that
it is a creamy lipstick it is not matte by any chance I don't feel like it emphasizes like the lines on my lips I don't know if that's even a thing
with regular lipsticks or not but it is a gorgeous shade
on top of classic k I have the shade super nude and this is the lightest lipgloss so i honestly don't even think you're gonna be able to like see the swatch
I'll insert like up close swatches but this is what it looks like its just a very shiny peachy gloss
when you first apply it it feels very very very sticky as it wears off it's not as sticky anymore
the second gloss is juicy and this one is a darker peach
pinky peach shade and that's what that looks like right there it's like i said a darker peachy with like a pinky undertone to it
very beautiful they both look gorgeous paired with the lipstick
so the lipstick is .14oz which I'm assuming is like a regular lipstick like honestly I cant even remember the last time I bought or wore a regular lipstick
cause I like matte lipsticks honestly but like I said the packaging I'm not a fan of the formula is fantastic the color is gorgeous
I have nothing bad to say about the lipstick
the lipglosses like I had mentioned are a little bit sticky when you first apply them but as they wear off the kinda lose the stickiness to them but its still very glossy as you can see
and these contain .12oz and the applicator is like a regular doe foot applicator and any lipgloss honestly
um I do like the formula if you know me you know that I'm not a big gloss person but because they're not super sticky all the time I can deal with
now if they were like the same consistency if they stayed the same consistency as when you apply them that like super tacky and sticky feeling I wouldn't like them but like I said the stickiness does wear off
as far as the palette
we're gonna do swatches first and then I'm gonna talk about the palette itself
the one thing I wish about the palette is that it had the names in the front of the palette like underneath the shades
or at least one of those plastic papers that go on top I know most people hate those but honestly I just hate when the names are on the back of the palette because when you flip it over it could mess you up
so the first shade is 2008 and this is a metallic silver color it is gorgeous it id what I used to highlight my inner corner
this specific shade I feel like when you first dig your brush into it it does have
kind of I don't wanna say that it crumbles because it doesn't but it kind of feels almost too soft
but it is a gorgeous shade I mean I'm just obsessed with this color I feel like it's the perfect inner corner highlight or even
you know for your lid but I used it for my inner corner and I'm obsessed
oh I guess I forgot to mention this is the palette that I used for today's look obviously
the second shade going like sideways is glam
this is a metallic bronzy shade um it kind of looks gold but it's also got some bronze in it
super pretty I don't have this shade on today but I have worn it and it's super pretty you can never go wrong with this shade I feel like it's such a neutral color that you can really match well with anything
the third color is Miami and this is the first matte shade in the palette
and I feel like this is the perfect peachy brown crease transition shade
it is what I used on my upper crease today and I love it. it blended so nicely and it just looks gorg
then we have the color Armenian and this is a true true true gold it is the shade in my inner part of my eyelids today
super pretty I honestly when I applied it I used a brush and didn't wet my brush at all I feel like if you were to wet your brush
it would look ten times more bright and pigmented glittery and just perfect
the last color on the first row is called loyalty and this is a deep chocolate brown
it's again another matte shade it is super pretty this is a shade that if you wanted to very very very deep and dark and
just really dark brown you will have to build up but there is no issues with building it up or anything
it blends very nicely as well and it's just your typical deep brown shade
so the first color on the second row you probably will have a hard time being able to see it on my hand
it's called decade and this is a matte really light peachy shade
like I used it to highlight my brow bone so it's not going to over power your lid color at least not mine or if you're my skin tone or near it
um it is very pretty it's the perfect shade like I said to use a matte highlight for your brow bone or even to set your primer if you do that
it is really pretty and again very blendable
the second color is Albanian and this is like a rich brick color it is perfect
like this is the most delicious warm rich brown shade I am obsessed
this is what I have on the outer parts of my eyes today and a little bit on my crease
this color was a dream to use honestly
I can't believe how easily it blended and built up I'm just obsessed this is probably my favorite shade in the entire palette
so next is the only color that I have not used on my eyelids yet
and it is Vegas this is like a deep metallic burgundy shade
honestly the only reason why I haven't used it is just because I haven't worn makeup in those shade cause I feel like this is more of like a fall color
at least in my opinion that's when I like to wear burgundies the most when it's like fall and winter but it is gorgeous and it is very metallic
and I can't wait to use it
next is the color that I was the most excited about and this is the shade libra
and this is the royal blue that's in the palette
now I'm gonna show you a comparison like if you compare between the palette and my hand
it looks a lot darker or more pigmented in the pan but again it's a color that is very easy to build up and blend
it is the color that I have on my lower lash line and kinda winged it out
I feel like this color is a color that everyone is very excited over
it's like super trendy right now along with like yellows
and everyone wants a pop of color
it is the only pop of color in the palette but it is perfect
like they couldn't have chosen a better pop of color I feel like blue is very appropriate for spring and summer
and I'm a libra and I love the name is that dumb? anyway
and the very last color is bronzy and as the name says it is the bronzy shade in the palette
this is a true bronze color it is very metallic and shiny and shinny as you can tell
and I love it I mean you can't ever really go wrong with shades like that I feel like
they add the perfect pop of metallicness and sparkly and shinny and just perfection to any look
and you can't go wrong with neutral metallics right?
so now that we've talked about the palette the lipglosses and the lipstcick
I'm gonna go into detail with the pricing and all that stuff
I actually have it pulled up on my phone
so right now the bundle is currently sold out it usually retails for $85
if you but the entire bundle together
where as if you were to buy each individual item separately you would end up paying $101
so you do save some money if you buy the bundle
I'm sure she'll restock it soon and I will let you guys know when it does
the palette alone retails for $45 it's not too bad for ten eyeshadows
I feel like that's pretty standard if you go to like Sephora and look at a ten eyeshadow pan palette
you could definitely find cheaper palette of course but you can also find more expensive palettes
and to be quiet honest I was afraid that this palette was gonna retail at least $50 to $55
but it's only $45 and I feel like it's reasonable I feel like you could come up with the money for it if you really wanted it
like I said this is a very neutral palette with one pop of color in it
so I feel like you could find every shade in a different palette that you already own or maybe just a cheaper palette
but I don't know I love it
the lipstick retails for $20
I feel like the color is worth it however the packaging could be better for $20
I'm not a big fan of it just because it feels like I said cheap it is gorgeous to look at but once you touch it it feels kinda cheap
but never the less the product inside which is what matters is amazing
and the lipglosses each retail for $18 which that's pretty standard I feel like at Sephora and
I mean like Kylie glosses I believe are $16
I feel like $18 is again reasonable
so now that we've talked about the prices the products the colors the formulas and all that stuff let's talk about if I think it's worth it
who I think needs it and who I think it's for
I think that everything is worth it except like I said for the lipstick I just feel like $20 for this plastic packaging
I feel like she could've done better for the packaging with the packaging for the price
but the color and formula is worth it
I feel like the lipglosses are worth it if you're a lipgloss person like I said I personally am not
a huge lipgloss person but I feel like maybe now that it's like spring and summer I'm going to be dabbling more into lipglosses just because they're more comfortable to wear
I think the colors are gorgeous if you pair them with lipstick
I personally would not wear these on their own unless I have like a lipliner underneath to cover my entire lips or whatever
but on their own I feel like they're not pigmented enough number one and number two the colors just don't suit my skin tone on their own
the palette I feel like you need to run and get right now the palette is actually the only item in the collection right now as I'm filming this
on the 24th that is available
I do think it's worth the price
now the only thing I wish Kim Kardashian West would do is the shipping the shipping is ridiculous
so you still have to pay for shipping regardless of the amount at least in the US
I wish the shipping would be free or at least more affordable I feel like $9 shipping when you're already spending $85 if you were to buy the collection is a little ridiculous
so I do think that this collection is worth it I feel like it's worth it if you buy it as a bundle if you're interested in all the products
or if you're a hoarder or if you're a KKW fan
I was going to get it regardless whether I did this or not because I'm also a huge Mario fan
I love the makeup that he does I feel like he is an amazing extremely talented artist and I love him
so again if you are a fan of Kim Kardashian West or Mario I feel like this collection is truly
amazing honestly like there is nothing bad except for the lipstick that I have to say about the entire collection
I feel like the palette didn't have a lot of fall out it just had like the normal amount which doesn't bother me if they blend and work and perform the way that they did which was amazing
and I was super impressed with the collection
so I do think that it is all worth it
let me know if you guys got the collection or if you got any items let me know your thoughts your opinions I would love to hear from you guys
and I will have a picture posted on instagram of this look with all the makeup details
make sure you follow me on instagram it's always linked down below

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort || Room Tour & Review - Duration: 9:26.
Look at this place.
This is gorgeous.
So we are at the Black Rock Resort in Ucluelet it is gorgeous.
Yeah.
Gorgeous.
Can we all just look at this bed for a moment.
Oh my goodness this looks like one of the most comfortable beds ever.
What does it say hun?
For your comfort each king mattress is topped with a luxurious and hypo allergenic mattress
topper that's amazing.
Should you prefer a firmer mattress, our team would be delighted to remake the bed without
the mattress topper.
Ben and I are firm believers of a soft mattress.
Yeah!
Ah it's better than I could have even imagined.
Second part of the hotel that I spend the most time in the bathroom.
As you can see they've got this amazing rain shower.
Look at this beautiful tub!
The abode or whatever you call it, commode what is it?
Bidet.
No.
Oh my goodness look they have in floor heating.
Oh that is happening.
On.
How long have you been in there for?
The whole time.
Oh my gosh.
They ask that you use their black organic cotton facecloths to remove your makeup.
Some BeeKind shower stuff.
There is a hair dryer that I spotted and this is huge for me, I absolutely love that they
have one of these mirrors oh look there's Ben these little makeup mirrors make my day.
You want to be comfortable with your significant other or whoever you're staying with because
even when that's closed, if you've gotta go, there gunna hear ya.
It has a kitchenette There is a sink, a cooktop, there's basically everything you could need
one of my biggest pet peeves when you go to like one of these places is when they give
you wine glasses but no opener bottle opener thank you and they have one.
Oh there they are, pots and pans and there's also a dishwasher Ben you wanna open that
up?
So this is slick, it's a panel ready Miele dishwasher.
18 inch.
I love that they have some water in a Brita filter all ready for you to go. and then what's
this?
This is a microwave and convection oven wow so it is two in one.
So technically you could go buy a little turkey and make thanksgiving turkey here if you chose
to.
It would have to be a pretty little turkey a chicken lets say a chicken maybe a big chicken
a big chicken okay.
You're a big chicken.
This is the closet just to show you what's in here a little broom a safe which apparently
you can't get to unless you take the fan out but it's nice they have the fan.
A luggage thing, recycling bin, unfortunately only 5 hangers so that's good thing Ben brought
all his so those are all for Julia?
They're all for Julia.
There's some cubbies which we've already filled with our junk and a fire place.
This is actually so beautiful oh my gosh there's an eagle.
Come back there it is.
Absolutely gorgeous.
So this is the second eagle we've seen and we've only been outside for less than 40 minutes
since we've been here.
So lots of nature stuff.
Whoa I'm still really close to your face.
Thanks hun.
Nice, this is a cool little lookout picnic that's kind of alright view.
We've come to the float lounge.
Going to have a little dinner at Float and have a few drinks and just relax.
Alright, we have decided we are going with the miso clam chowder we are doing the steak
sando with the wedge salad.
So we were at the float lounge at the Black Rock resort in Ucluelet and let me tell you,
the food was fantastic.
Tried the miso clam chowder, oh so good amazing.
Wedge salad amazing steak sandwich very good very good but like overshadowed by the salad
and the soup which you would never expect to say at a restaurant.
But it was a great ambiance oh and I had a vodka martini just slightly dirty and one
of the best I've ever had.
Alright, we are here.
We have made it to the room.
Well, thanks for watching.
bye Bye.

motovlog.ro | vlog 9 - review BMW Navigator VI R1200GS - Duration: 11:28.
Hello! First of all, please excuse the filthy motorcycle. I cannot ride it, so I cannot take it to the car wash.
I promised we were going to talk about the OEM BMW navigator. So, here we go.
In its last iteration, the BMW navigatior is called Navigator VI.
And it comes in rigid case made of a fairly tough fabric, which gives me confidence it could protect the navigator from drops.
But this thing will clear your pockets of about 700 euros.
Now, anybody could say that, as we are in 2018, any phone can be used as a navigator.
Of course you can, but is the phone completely integrated with the motorcycle?
It's not!
For the phone, you need a handlebar mount, you need to keep it charging while using it as a navigator,
because the GPS receiver uses a lot of power.
Even if it's mounted on the handlebars, you still have to take your eyes off the road to look at the map.
Joking aside, let's fit this thing to the motorcycle and see what else it can do, besides telling you the way to go.
Before fitting it to the motorcycle, let me first tell you why I said it is completely integrated.
First of all, we have the navigation mount, which is fitted above the dials with a rail.
And we also have, on the left handle...
the left grip,
a rocker wheel, with four degrees of freedom.
You can turn either to the front or backwards, or you can rock it left or right.
After I fit the navigator on, I will show you what each of the four movement does.
In order to fit it you need...
the key fob,
It has a lock.
You unlock towards the left.
I've already complained about this.
It has a locking lever on the back, which secures both the safety cap and the navigator when installed.
In order to remove the safety cap, you have to press...
the lever on the right side.
After you've removed the cap, you will expose the pins through which the navigator
interfaces to the bike and charges.
It looks...
like this.
This is the front side. This is what you will be looking at.
On the back side, it has...
the contact that will come over the pins in the mount,
as well as a button that you can use to power the navigator on
and perform different tasks on it when it is out of the mount.
In order to fit it on, you have to align the lower side to the lower hook,
after which...
you press
a little harder
and on the top side, it has some spring mounts that will secure it in place.
What I realized at some point was that, after you fit the navigator, you can lock it
without having inserted the safety lever.
I saw this after about 200 kilometers
and I was lucky I did not accidentally touch the pin to release it from the mount.
So, first of all,
you secure the navigator. After which you lock...
and you are ready to go.
The key cannot be removed
as long as the navigator is not locked.
So you cannot remove the key and leave it unlocked, risking having it stolen off the bike.
You can only remove the key after having locked.
The navigator will power on automatically when you turn on the ignition on the bike.
With a small observation that, if it has stayed off the bike for a long time and the battery has discharged,
it wil take...
let's say twenty minutes to half an hour until it will charge the battery enough to power on.
Besides the main, GPS function, depicted by two large icons,
the map and the address search,
there are four extra buttons on the bottom side.
It's obvious what the volume button does.
One thing that I really like about the navigator is that
you can connect it both to your intercom and phone via Bluetooth.
This gives you the option to control your phone, through your intercom, by the navigation.
And I've returned to this menu
in order to show you what the phone button does.
You have access
to your phone contacts by Bluetooth...
to your call history...
you can dial a number directly off the navigator...
and you have the option to save fast dial numbers.
And, as we are covering the pairing between the navigator, the phone and the intercom,
there is also an app, called Media Player, where you can see, on the navigator, the song that is playing.
And you can also control the songs. You can play, you can pause...
you can rewind or change the song.
Some other apps that are really cool are
Tracks.
Which saves the places where you've been in short intervals - from when you started the bike up and switched it off.
We also have...
the weather app.
If you pair the navigator to your phone and install a Garmin app on the phone
Because, by the way, the navigator is made by Garmin.
It can download the weather news from the web and display it on the screen.
There is also an app called Round Trip, where you can plan a destination and the navigator will compute a return route.
There's also a Fuel Price app, that I've never used.
Another one of the apps is called Last Spot, which tells you where you parked your bike.
And...
the Where I've Been app, which is very similar to Tracks.
The difference is that, unlike Tracks, which saves small segment routes, from start up to switch off...
Where I've been saves the entire track that you've ridden on one particular day.
Oh, and that's also cool because you can download the .gpx file to your computer and do whatever.
There is also an Alarm Clock...
that I've never used.
A Unit Converter...
if you're into such things.
And..
that is kind of it with the bike off.
In Settings, you can change all the settings that you normally would on a navigator.
From the handlebar rocker wheel, which is very useful in the sense that you do not have to take your hand off the handlbar
in order to change whatever on the navigator...
you can
rock the wheel left or right
which will allow you to scroll through the predefined menus that can be controlled by the rocker wheel.
From the main menu, one click to the right will take you to the map.
Where you can zoom by rotating the wheel.
One more click to the right will take you to the window showing the compass and the heading.
I think this is very useful if you are on unpaved roads...
or if you go off-roading and need to follow a certain heading - just follow the compass.
One more click to the right will take you to a menu that, again, I've never used, because the predefined windows are useful enough.
But you can input different commands in the navigator.
One more click will take you to the My Motorcycle window
I find this very interesting, because the navigator communicates to the bikes and feeds you back a lot of parameters.
There are four zoom levels: you can display one, two, four or sixteen parameters.
And you can change the zoom level by using the rocker wheel and turning it to the front or towards you.
You can obviously choose the bike parameters to be displayed in each of the boxes.
Some of them are redundant, because you can also see them in the dash.
But I think it is nicer to have them right in front of you while riding.
I, for example, use the four box screen and display the speed, the ambient temperature,
the engine temperature and the fuel range.
One more click to the right will take you back to the map.
And this is just about all you can do with the rocker wheel. To scroll through predefined windows...
while riding.
And to zoom the map in and out, or change the number of displayed parameters.
One thing I do not like is that you cannot go back to the main menu with the rocker wheel.
You first have to press back here.
And, if you are riding and want to make a phone call...
you cannot reach the phone functionality by using the rocker wheel.
You have to take your hand off the handlebar, click on the phone icon, search through the contacts and then call.
I don't really get it. If they gave me the option of making calls from the navigator...
why not let me reach the functionality with the rocker wheel?
That's something I don't like.
The thing I like the most about it is that, straight from the map window,
where you can see the directions and so on...
there is an icon which shows you all the warnings that the bike relays to the navigator.
For example, at this moment, because the ignition is on the bike has not yet done the ABS and DTC tests,
I have the warning lights on in the dash,
but I also have the warnings displayed on the navigator.
Besides that, if you start running low on fuel and the reserve indicator lights up,
A fuel pump icon will be displayed here.
If you click it, it will display the nearest gas stations and you can start navigating directly to one of them.
Again, you cannot do this with the rocker wheel. You need to take your hand off the handlebars,
touch the icon, and then select the gas station you want to ride to.
That is it, I think.
If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments section and I will try to answer them,
As a conclusion, I find the navigator very useful. The mounting spot is very economical,
you don't have to take your eyes off the road to look at the map,
it has some really cool apps,
I love the fact that I can control my media directly from the rocker wheel,
I hate that I cannot make calls from the same rocker wheel.
But it is too expensive.
If you want it, you first have to get the navigator preparation, which consists of
the mount and the rocker wheel.
On my bike, they came with the Touring package. Because I wanted all the package on it anyway.
But if you want to get the navigator preparation separately, it costs 200 euros.
So, 200 euros for the navigator preparation. Plus 700 euros for the navigator itself,
you will get to about 1000 euros.
I think that is way too much. A fair price would be somewhere around 500 euros.
I got the navigator from an acquaintance, for about 550 euros, so I got out cheaper.
That's all. Thanks!
