hey guys I want to talk about this topic because I was sitting here thinking to
myself the other day and I said wow you do not realize how much gained any
weight you gain until you have to lose it now let me just say this you I say to
everyone I have 88 problems that I have to lose which I have about right now
fall 12 to 14 pounds and lose all that 88 pounds I'm pretty much about 75
pounds down and I had to lose 88 pounds now I probably gonna lose another 10
pounds 10 to 15 pounds but I wanted to at least lose 88 pounds which would have
put me at 160 because I remember roughly when I was
160 that my clothes were fitting me kind of snug but not to the point where you
it was noticeable only I could notice that I had you know picked up a little
bit of weight and I think I weighed myself and around that time I was like
160 but I still look myself so pretty much when I started this journey I let
everybody know that I want to lose 88 pounds get to 160 but I want to get to
160 and then go on to Phase two and lose if you know my prerogative that 10
pounds at a slow pace maintenance phase I wanted to move that 10 pounds that
slow pace because I'm I would be at this point it 88 pounds down and to lose
another 10 pounds would put me at 98 pounds down and you know whatever now I
know I'm gonna probably if I do lose another 10 pounds I'll probably lose
another 5 on top of that which would put me in another 15 pounds total moves
because I'm working on getting my abs back because I had a point where I could
see my abs my stomach area it was it was it was off the hook you know it was
really sexy it's always nice and you have abs even if then
like you know like some weightlifting women weightlifting abs you can see them
to me that's all that matters and I was happy with that but to make a long story
short I want to get back to that point so working out certain areas in the body
naturally quite naturally you're going to lose weight because you're working
out that area it's also an area that you probably don't work out that much
usually a problem areas when you do end up getting around to working out on that
area you start to lose weight without thinking about it so phase 2 I'm going
to say that off I have about another 10 to 15 more pounds of lose but I'm not
going on to Phase two until I get the 88 pound bowl that I had promised the world
while doing this accountability videos starting January 11 2018 I want to you
know keep my promise to my viewers they've been watching me was probably
isn't that many but been watching me from the beginning to the end I want to
keep my promise with you guys and get down to the 88 pounds loss which is
right around the corner fingers crossed she be happy nning by the end of this
month and then going to phase 2 because phase 2 is not really about
weight loss even I'm telling you all or lose 10 pounds because that'll put me
really Act my my my ideal weight and what I really weigh you know I am not in
a rush to do what I did this whole nine months in eight days with that last 10
to 15 pounds because I paid my dues it's almost a year and I've done all the
pain and suffering that I wanna or choose to continue to do now it's just
time for me to put ease to my mind my body and my
and just give myself a pat on the back that listen you got you got down
eighty-eight crowns now embrace the ten to fifteen that you're gonna lose trying
to sculpt now the body back to its original state
you know why you sculpt in certain areas your body you're going to lose that
weight without even thinking about it just have a fun time doing it so phase
two is really not only just maintaining my weight and keeping it off but it's
gonna be a fun time doing it because as my you know abs stop coming back in
because I have an ab machine at home that I haven't been using but I will be
using those areas that I'm going to target even when I saw eating solid
foods which will be by next month I will be losing weight and it won't be
fluctuating because I would be burning so many calories so much fat that is
gonna be it's gonna be insane so I'm with all that being said because I'm not
gonna stay stuck on that topic but I would like you to share this video give
