Feinstein Panics In Public, FBI's New Findings On Kavanaugh Give Her Nasty Surprise

Senator Dianne Feinstein was caught off guard as reporters swarmed her after the FBI's

new findings on Brett Kavanaugh were leaked to the press.

Immediately, the eighty-five-year-old senator made a statement that sent shock waves across

Capitol Hill.

Feinstein panicked as the new FBI probe into Kavanaugh gave her a big nasty surprise, and

she knows this means "game over."

You'll love this. The FBI had interviewed four people in its probe into Judge Brett

Kavanaugh as of Monday afternoon, but the three witnesses whom Christine Blasey Ford

alleges were at the party in her testimony do not recall the gathering, according to

The Washington Post's sources.

The FBI has talked to alleged party guests Patrick J. Smyth, Mark Judge, and Leland Keyser

and Kavanaugh's Yale classmate Deborah Ramirez, who said that Kavanaugh had exposed himself

to her during their college years, according to The Washington Post.

"[Smyth] truthfully answered every question the FBI asked him and, consistent with the

information he previously provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee, he indicated that

he has no knowledge of the small party or gathering described by Dr. Christine Blasey

Ford, nor does he have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled

against Brett Kavanaugh," Smyth's lawyer, Eric B. Bruce, said in a statement.

"Mr. Judge has been interviewed by the FBI but his interview has not been completed,"

Judge's lawyer, Barbara Van Gelder, said in a statement Monday, according to CNN.

"We request your patience as the FBI completes its investigation."Keyser does not remember

the gathering in question but has said she believes Ford.

"Ms. Keyser does not refute Dr. Ford's account, and she has already told the press

that she believes Dr. Ford's account," Keyser's attorney, Howard Walsh, wrote in

a Friday statement, according to CNN.

"However, the simple and unchangeable truth is that she is unable to corroborate it because

she has no recollection of the incident in question."

So, no one is changing their testimony, and it's apparent that nothing new is going

to come out.

This is a huge blow to the Democrats and especially to Senator Dianne Feinstein, who panicked

as she reacted to the FBI findings.

CNN reporter Elizabeth Landers caught up with the Senior Senator, and tweeted, "@SenFeinstein

indicates that the FBI report on Kavanaugh should NOT be made public: 'It would seem

to me that if people are going to be identified this ought to be held very close and not.

I think the investigation ought to be closely held,' she reiterated."

But there's more.Could Feinstein be any more obvious?

Why wouldn't she want the FBI to release its findings?

Well, of course, she is freaking out because she knows the FBI's new probe is almost

over and they found nothing.

The Daily Caller is reporting that the FBI only has one witness left, and it's Christine

Blasely Ford.

We all already know what she is going to say.

The National Review reports, "Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Monday that the upper

chamber would vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation on Friday, at the conclusion of the one-week

FBI investigation into the allegations of sexual assault that have been levied against

the nominee by three women.""The time for endless delay and destruction has come

to a close," McConnell said.

"Judge Kavanaugh's nomination is out of committee, we're considering it here on

the floor, and Mr. President, we'll be voting this week."

Well, that was another nasty surprise for the Ranking Judiciary Committee Member, who

reacted to McConnell's promise the vote will be taken by Friday.

"Feinstein, who led her Democratic colleagues in calling for the confirmation vote to be

delayed pending an FBI probe, said Tuesday that the report detailing the findings of

the investigation should not be made public," The National Review adds. The only reason Feinstein,

the Ranking Member, would not want to make the FBI's new findings public is because

she knows they aren't going to go her way.

This means the Democrats' jig is up and time is running out.

Feinstein will shift back to the delay and stall tactic, but Americans won't have it.

Feinstein has admitted defeat.

Call for the vote.

The three GOP senators who were on the fence — Jeff Flake, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski

— all know there will be hell to pay if they don't vote "Yes."

How to speak with clarity when public speaking - Duration: 3:06.

In this video series we're talking about how to create a speech or presentation

from scratch, how to ROCK your presentation using a simple acronym - R

for relevant O for outcome C for clarity andK for key message. Hi I'm Lisa Evans

founder of Speaking Savvy I help leaders globally to create powerful

presentations with compelling business stories, so if you'd like to improve your

public speaking subscribe to my youtube channel where you will get

regular tips to help you. In this video we're going to talk about clarity

and clarity is so important because if you're not clear on your message then

you can guarantee your audience won't be clear on your message either, so you know

you wouldn't jump on your bike and go riding off into the distance in

the fog without knowing where you're going, you wouldn't jump into your car

and just drive and hope that you find your way, you would have a roadmap, you

would have a clear path with the destination so that you knew that you

would actually get to where you want to be. In the previous video we talked

aboutO for outcome, being really clear on the

destination and where you want your audience to land, with clarity it's about

how are we going to make sure that our audience get there and we do that with a

really effective speech structure. In a previous video I talked about the ABC of

a presentation structure so I'd suggest that you go back and have a look at that

video but being really clear and having that clarity of your message and making

sure that you get rid of all the fluff and that every word counts, every point

that you make count towards supporting that overall outcome in the objective

of your speech and being clear about taking your audience through the journey

of your speech to make sure that they get there, have a framework, have a

structure and then have some clear directions so that when you are for

example changing point, you can use transition

phrases something like this - so now we've spoken about body language we're now

going to talk about how to use our voice. That may be an example of a

transition that I might use when I'm teaching presentation skills and I'm

moving from one aspect of public speaking to another, so I'm looking

forward to helping you ROCK your next presentation using this simple acronym

and in the next video we will talk a little bit about the key message which

is super important and you might like to download the the Speaker Success

checklist by clicking on the link below and I look forward to seeing you on the

next video bye for now

How To Feel Confident Wearing Your Wig In Public For The First Time - Duration: 3:48.

Hi ladies it's Lee here at Woman in Disguise and today I wanted to talk to

you about how you can prepare yourself to wear your ready-to-wear hair for the

first time out in public. And these are things just pointers I give all my

clients regardless of why you're you're getting your ready-to-wear hair if it's

for a special event a night event if you're going to be going back to work

and this is the first time you're going to be wearing your regular hair to work

whatever the situation is I really recommend these few pointers to

help you feel ultra confident and that just shines through and will make you

have a great debut day in your ready to wear hair. So first I always recommend

that before you go out in public if you're uncomfortable or you feel

apprehensive is to wear her around the house and I mean you can be vacuuming

you can be watching TV whatever it is just give yourself the opportunity to

put her on and it does two things one you just start to see yourself in the

style so you'll catch your reflection and in the window when you walk by every

time you go into the restroom you're gonna see yourself and you just start to

go oh yeah that's what I look like and the other important thing is is you

start to realize what she feels like and if there are things that you're nervous

about you know well she move if you do this will it be you know try it out do

some dancing with her see how much you can shake your head and realize she's

not moving and so those are all those things will help you get comfortable and

start to get really confident in your ready to wear hair. The second thing is

before what I'll call your true debut wearing publicly there's a great

opportunity set up what I call a planned event call a couple girlfriends you know

let them know that you have your new ready to wear hair and that you're going

to be wearing her Monday to work for the first time or whatever it is the big

event and that you wanted to go out to lunch

wear your hair and just to kind of get that test drive okay and what this does

is it allows you to go out get ready which we love and we love

hanging out with our friends and being a really supported environment in a fun

environment but it's got a beginning and an end and lunch is kind of that time

frame where you say yeah I can do that and so what it does is it really gives

you kind of a little mini milestone and you get to go out and what you get to

realize in that short time is that everyone loves your hair and they know

it's your hair and again it builds confidence so I think so many times we

get that little guy that little person that sits in our shoulder and tells us

to not feel secure not feel confident and we just need to flick them off

because life is so much better without him on our shoulders so these

are just some pointers for you to kind of give the flick to the little guy if

you get any apprehension about how beautiful you look and how amazing you

feel in your ready to wear hair. Well I hope you found that helpful please let

me know if you try any of those tips please comments love that and also let

us know what you would like to learn about here about we definitely want to

bring you videos that you would love to watch so thank you so much and remember

flick that guy off your shoulder

AMA Public Affairs: Cannabis and Driving - Duration: 1:42.

Here's a sobering stat.

Impaired driving is the largest criminal cause of death in Canada.

Alcohol impairs judgment, your decision-making,

coordination and balance.

It also increases your drowsiness and blurs your vision.

None of this is news.

But here's something that may be news.

As Canada legalizes cannabis, the risks of drug impaired driving are just as real.

Like alcohol, cannabis reduces your perception, reaction time and coordination.

All pretty important stuff when you're driving.

Want another sobering detail?

Drivers under the influence of cannabis have double the risk of a crash.

And, if used in combination with alcohol, the likelihood of a crash

increases as much as 200 times.

AMA Members are concerned about safety on the road

as cannabis is legalized.

And two-thirds of you want more information about how cannabis affects driving.

Another concern is how police will be trained and ready

to test for cannabis at the roadside.

So, we're working closely with governments and police

to help advocate for the tools and training to keep everyone safe.

And we're working to help educate drivers about the risks

of all forms of impaired driving.

But here's the main point.

If you drink or use drugs, just please don't get behind the wheel.

Let's keep this conversation going.

Because,

We're all in this together.

#IBelieveYou...Now What? UofA Students on the Court of Public Opinion - Duration: 2:08.

The court of public opinion is a very

difficult domain. Especially in this day

and age where social media is so

prevalent, and everybody is using

Facebook and Twitter, and it's very easy

to not have met someone but to send out

a tweet based on a rumor you've heard.

It's very easy to do that. That's a lot

of, that, it's concerning because for

certain people it, for certain people who

either haven't done something and a

rumor has gotten out, or something else

the court of public opinion can kill

somebody's reputation, it can ruin their

career, even if they're not deserving of

it. But in a lot of cases I would hope

that when things come out, that people

are able to check facts.That's

what it comes down to at the end of the

day, looking at - reading an

entire article, instead of 140 characters,

keeping yourself informed, and making

sure that you're asking yourself the

right questions, before you before you

judge someone. So you know that you're

making the right call. The #MeToo movement

has been very beneficial I think for

society. It's something that has been a

long time coming. It's something that

society needs at this point and I just

hope that everybody can not.. I hope, I

hope, in the sense that the pendulum has

swung too far, that people can still be

in the conversation in a productive way

and not to just shame and bury someone.

But in, you know, if somebody has done

something wrong, call them out for it,

do what needs to, you know, do what needs to be done -

whether that's charges, whether that's

you know, the court of public opinion

does have a certain amount of legitimacy

there too. But not just rushing to

conclusions - for so many people it is

important too that there's a

balance.

Ford's Friend And Witness Leland Keyser Makes First Public Appearance, Issues Statement On Kavanaugh - Duration: 5:31.

Christine Blasey Ford named Leland Keyser as a corroborating witness of the sexual assault

that she is accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of committing against her

over 30-years ago while they were both in high school

No one has really heard from or seen Leland Keyser since the sexual assault accusations

against Kavanaugh were made public.

Sign the official petition to tell Congress to confirm Brett Kavanaugh!

She has finally made her first public appearance, that's been recorded, and she issued a major

statement regarding Brett Kavanaugh and everything that's going on with Ford's accusations.

For starters, Keyser claims that she was 'completely blindsided' and was 'left reeling' when

Ford named her as a witness who would support the claims of sexual assault against Kavanaugh.

It sounds like Keyser was named as the witness, but she has no idea what Ford is talking about.

In fact, that's pretty much what she says.

Let it be known that Leland Keyser does not corroborate Christine Blasey Ford's story

at all and she has made this quite clear with her attorney, to the FBI, to the Senate Committee,

and that's her story.

In fact, it's even worse than that.

Not only does she not corroborate Ford's story at all, but it was also all thrown at

her out of nowhere.

Ford and Keyser haven't spoken for years, according to Keyser.

Keyser claimed that she just woke up one day and saw her name everywhere.

Imagine that shock!

You wake up and you're all over the news and you don't even know why.

That must be interesting to experience.

That's called getting thrown under the bus and no one telling you it's coming.

Sign the official petition to tell Congress to confirm Brett Kavanaugh!

Leland Keyser's first public appearance was reported by Daily Mail, who provided the

following quote:

"Speaking exclusively to DailyMailTV a family member close to Keyser, 52, said: 'Christine

didn't give her so much as a heads up – as far as I know they haven't really spoken

for several years and they're certainly not close anymore.

'Leland was completely blindsided by her name being thrown into it all.

The first thing she knew about it was when she woke up on Thursday morning and her name

was just everywhere.

It was crazy.

Keyser's attorney, Howard J Walsh III, last night confirmed that his client has spoken

with the FBI and that when she did so she could not corroborate Ford's account.

Instead she doubled down on the statements she has already given to the Senate Committee

in which she has denied all knowledge of the supposed party, the alleged assault or of

Kavanaugh, 53.

Keyser has been consistent in statements give to the Senate Committee by her attorney ahead

of the FBI's interview on Saturday in which she reiterated what she had told the committee.

According to Walsh: 'Simply put, Ms Keyser does not know Mr Kavanaugh and she has no

recollection of ever being at a party of gathering where he was present with, or without, Dr

Ford."

That should wrap up the FBI's investigations very nicely.

Ford's accusations were taken seriously, presented to the Senate Judiciary Committee,

forced a hearing and delayed Kavanaugh's confirmation.

Ford's accusations also harmed Kavanaugh's reputation, forever pitting him in the black

heart of haters as a sexual predator, even though there is not one single ounce of proof

or evidence that he has ever done anything like this.

Ford named her own 'friend' as the main witness who would support her accusations

of that claimed Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her.

Her own friend, Leland Keyser, shut that story down extremely fast when she said she had

no memory of ever being at a party where Kavanaugh was present – and that includes times where

Ford may not have been there.

This is so bad that Keyser doesn't think she was at a party with Kavanaugh EVER.

What was Ford thinking when she thought Keyser would support her story, but Keyser says she

wasn't ever at a party where Kavanaugh was?

How does that make any sense at all?

Well, what about the other people who accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct?

They are fake news.

One of them is an anonymous letter saying that Kavanaugh and a friend took turns raping

someone in a car.

Anyone could have written that letter.

There is no credibility in a fake anonymous letter that sounds like the start of a Stormy

Daniels plot.

One is Julie Swetnick who is being outed by her weatherman ex-boyfriend for bragging about

having group sex in high school.

Her ex-boyfriend also suggest that she has psychological problems.

The FBI is wrapping up their investigation, as per the request by Democrats.

After Leland Keyser's statement and double-down on not knowing anything about what Ford is

talking about, it will be interesting to see what moves the Democrats try next.

Their goal is very clear.

It's all about delaying and preventing Trump's SCOTUS nominee from taking a seat that will

shift the balance of power in the Supreme Court for decades.
