So how much money do you really need to

start investing in the stock market?

Can you start with as little as 100 dollars?

That's what we're going to talk about

in this video.

Hi I'm Markus Heitkoetter

and I help people to make more money

have more time

and have more fun in their lives.

People come to me because they feel stuck

in their lives. They want to know what exactly

I did to become a multimillionaire

who is now traveling the world

and enjoying life.

And in case you're wondering...

Yes!

This here is a hotel

room! Right now I'm staying at a nice

resort right at the beach.

Here's a picture from my room when

I talk to people in my live events.

They often tell me that they want to

start investing in the stock market

with a little money.

They tell me that they want to start

with a little money for two

reasons. First,

they simply don't have the money to invest.

And second, they are afraid to

lose money when trading stocks

and that's why they want to start

with a small amount.

Let's talk about the second reason first.

First of all there's a huge

difference between the amount of money

that you're investing

and the amount of money

that you're risking when trading.

Let me explain.

Let's say you're buying stocks for eight

thousand dollars.

Actually let's be specific

let's say you want to buy

Apple stocks,

and let's say Apple is trading

around

$200. So let's say you're

buying five shares

of Apple for

$200. So that would be

$1000. Does this mean that

you're risking a $1000?

Absolutely not!

And here's why... The Only

way you would lose your whole

investment is when Apple

goes to zero.

And how likely is that.

Very unlikely.

Right? Now,

of course the price of Apple

could go down.

The stock could actually go

down to let's say $180.

So if Apple drops from 200 to

180 you would lose

$20 per share since

you have five shares

you would lose

$100.

And since you invested $1000

when you bought the five shares

and now they're only worth

$900 you would lose 10

% of your account.

Right? Now,

here's what I teach people that my live events

never risk more than

2 % of your account

on any given trade.

If you have

$1000 to invest you should risk

2% of $1000

and that's $20

and if you're trading

five shares this means

that you could lose

$4 on each share.

If Apple goes down

from $200 to

$196,

you sell your shares.

Why? Because You are wrong!

You expected Apple to go up

and instead the stock went down.

Why would you hold onto it?

Though you might say, but I have to

give the stock some room.

No!

If you want the stock to go up

and it doesn't do it,

then get out!

Don't hang onto a losing trade

because that is how most

people lose money in the markets.

By hanging onto

or losing trade for too long.

Now let's take a look at Apple

and see what happened after you bought

it for $200.

It went straight up.

And that is what you want.

You want to invest in stocks that move

up immediately

and make you money.

And if they don't?

Get out!

There

you go.

Always limit your risk to 2

% of your account size because

that is what professional traders

do. Leave a comment below

and let me know if this makes sense

or even better.

and say I will never

risk more than 2% of my

account on any given trade

commit to this.

Now!

Let's talk about the other reason why

people want to get started

with a little money.

The reason why they ask about starting

with a little money is simple

they don't have much money to

get started with.

Well, here's the bad news when

trading it takes money

to make money.

Can you get started

with as little as a thousand dollars?

Sure.

But it doesn't make sense.

And here's why.

Don't fall for all the hype

about making 536%

on a single trade it doesn't

work this way.

Realistically, you can expect

to make 60 percent return

per year.

Sometimes it will be more,

and sometimes it might be less,

but 60 percent is realistic.

Now, let's say you start

with a $1000 account,

60% of one thousand

dollars is

$600. So you might make

$600 per year

or

$50 per month.

Now I don't know about you,

but for me that doesn't

make sense.

So right now you don't have

much money to start trading,

take some time save money

and while you're saving up some money.

Learn about trading.

Final Warning.

Do not fall for any

of the get rich quick schemes.

And it doesn't matter, whether you're investing

in stocks buying real estate

or running a business like

selling on Amazon

or something like this.

It takes money to make

money. If you're serious about trading stocks

and options you should have at least

$5000 dollars.

So if you need some stock capital.

Start saving.

And in the meantime keep watching

these videos and learn how to trade.

Leave a comment below

and let me know if you agree.

How Much Difference Does 0.5ML Of Lip Fillers Make? - Duration: 7:45.

Today does it actually make any difference having half a mil of lip

filler

Hi guys my name is Dr. Sarah Tonks I'm a cosmetic physician in London. If you saw

the title sequence of this video you'll probably be thinking hang on a minute

is she literally just doing half a mil in someone's lips that's not exciting.

Well you are wrong of course I'm gonna be doing the whole face but I had to

hook you guys in with something right? Alright so let's have a look at her face

so yeah of course we are gonna treat the lips but you know it wouldn't be right

for this channel if we weren't gonna do everything right starting from the top

what do we see some asymmetry in the eyebrow sure you'll agree so this one

arched not so much a little bit sadder there interestingly as well she's got a

bit of volume loss right here doesn't really have the same thing on this side

probably partly due to the position of the eyebrow as well in an ideal world I

would treat both so I would put filler here and then I would lift this brow

moving on down she's got great shape to her face right you see the lovely

cheekbones loved his strong jawline very feminine chin points good proportions so

if we just draw down on line here you can see that the point of the chin is

indeed where it should be and the volume of the lower lip is indeed where it

should be the width of the mouth could maybe be doing with being a tiny bit

wider remember that should be 1.618 of the distance in between the eyes in

general she looks pretty good already little bit of volume loss here this is

the second place to show aging in terms of fat loss by the way the first would

be here and here bit of a chin crease in general I think

all we need to do is just a tiny weeny bit of touching up so what did we do for

this spicy senorita well obviously we started off with the old classic bit of

Botox forehead frown lines moving on to the filler did the front part

the cheek and remember I was talking many many videos ago about the point of

beautification which should be the most prominent area on the cheek on a

female's face well that's the area that we're treating on her right now it's

there by the way right there just there now we're filling over the arch that's

not clear what that is that's the cheek bone and lastly we are doing the chin

crease all with a needle and then hold the phone that is it we have now done

four syringes let's take a look now guys some reason why I'm filming it like this

is so that you can get an understanding of how much dermal filler it really

takes to make a really good impact so this is her with four syringes of filler

that's 4 mils where's the difference and that's often the problem that we will

have in clinic because often times people don't really understand you need

to use quite a lot of product and also wait a bit of time in order to get the

best results so this is filmed on the same day that we did the treatment

however the eventual asked a picture that you will see is taken about two to

three weeks later so let's move on next up we're doing the cheek bone with a

cannula and we're angling it upwards into the hairline now we're going to

turn the cannula around to do the front part of the cheek this area really

needed some attention moving down we're now going to use the

cannula in the marionette zone and now we're going to do very small micro

droplets in front of the ear to help vector shut the front door it's 8 mils

you can see we're definitely starting to take some shape here we've got a bit

more contouring around the cheek you can see that the light reflection in the

chin looks a lot better than it did do before but we're not quite there yet now

I'm gonna put even more filler in the front part of the cheek I know it's

crazy even more now we're doing the lips so we are going

to do the upper lip try to even up that tiny bit of asymmetry that she has there

and I'm only going to do the middle third of the lower lip ding-dong it's

nine point five mils all right let's have a look

so this after image was taken about two three weeks post procedure and it's kind

of interesting because you can see how the areas where we filled they do look

kind of different even though they when we actually did it it didn't look that

different if you follow me and that's because she's got this improved collagen

formation in that area the filler has also taken on more water so it's

hydrating her skin she just looks better this is pretty cool you can see that the

botox has gently taken up the arch of her eyebrow too much the other side see

she was kind of over elevating here so what I tried to do was pull this side up

and then drop this side down slightly so it makes them a bit more even Stevens we

didn't get around to filling this area unfortunately hopefully we could do that

at some point in the future check out the shape of her face see she

just she looks the same right she's got the same shape face because she had this

fantastically kind of cut feminine face before but we've just kind of taken the

rough edges off slightly and made her look you know a little bit softer a

little bit more youthful let's answer my original question regarding the 0.5 mils

that we put in the lip the answer is it doesn't really make that much of a

difference I mean you know look it's enough for some people to just give them

you know tiny touch so that they feel a little bit sexier they walk a little bit

taller you can see that the the quality of the skin on the lip is a little

better so it's more hydrated in the after picture but it's not a huge change

but actually you know most of my patients are like

this again you can see she's got this lovely kind of feminine shape in the

afters and this crease across the chin has just been smooth this is kind of

interesting so we haven't actually done anything specifically for the lines

around the eyes however they do look a bit softer and that's because of all the

extra volume that we put in this part of the cheek okay guys so that's it for

this week I hope you enjoyed the video and we have managed to answer one of

life's burning questions what happens when you put half a syringe of filler

into the lips if you enjoyed the content please don't forget to Like comment and

subscribe to the channel I will see you again next week

How short your life is - Duration: 3:01.

hey guys it's Eliza (pronounced E-lee-za) and today i'm doing a bit of a different video if you've never see

my face before I make different different types of videos here on

YouTube and you should check me out if you want to anyway today's video is all

about wasting time and time management but and you know also just being happy in

general kind of interesting topic to talk about because it's so subjective and yeah I

hope you enjoy this video time is the one resource you can't recycle um

wasting time is sometimes sort of to be spent on you know wasting time on your

phone or on your laptop or something like that but to be honest there are

hundreds upon hundreds of other ways to waste time now let's say that you spend

two hours a day on your phone which first of all is completely fine because

you know you could be enriching your life and if I know you could just be

relaxing

and I'm not saying bad to spend time on your phone or whatever because though

it's not like I do that a lot but um let's just calculate so if you spend two

hours on your phone a day that will be around seven hundred

and twelve hours a year which in 50 years time will calculate to thirty six

thousand four hundred hours which is pretty nearly forty thousand hours that

is about four years out of 50 which is nearly ten percent of fifty years which

is quite a lot but we're not focusing on that right now we're focusing on

thirty six thousand four hundred so thirty six thousand four hundred is

nearly 40,000 so to say around 40 thousand say forty thousand experts say

that it takes around ten thousand hours before you can really understand

something and be good at something but that's sports art or anything else you

will pretty much become a pro in 10,000 hours you could master four things in

these 40,000 hours and that's a lot of things that you can master but if you

think that it's okay to spend nearly 10% of 50 years of your life just mindlessly

scrolling through Twitter or Instagram instead of you know actually in wrench

enriching your life and achieving your goals and becoming you know the person

you want to be then I don't know what to tell you. Figure out what you're

passionate about learn how to achieve your goals and achieve them, however

there are exceptions to everything and life is all about happiness

and being happy so if if you'll

be happy scrolling through Instagram your whole

life spending years on that instead of you know learning something that's

completely fine and um you know just if you're actually happy because of those

things then do them do whatever it takes to make yourself happy

Ottawa real estate | How much is my house worth? | Ottawa home listings | Houses for sale in Ottawa - Duration: 8:06.

Good morning my name is Jerry I'm a morgage agent with inves for the past 10 years

and you can find me at whyRentinOttawa.com and I am #TomWitek with

#YourChoiceRealty #Brokerage in #Ottawa You can find more info about me at https://www.justsellinghomes.ca/

I'm Miriam Thompson designer and you can find me on Miriam

Thomson designer.com and what did you do that I do home staging with real

estate agents and for people that are selling their homes and how long have

you been while doing this I've been doing it now for about six years

specifically selling houses and then interior design for about I'd say about

ten so okay and what is the top two five six tips that you have for a home

staging why using you will help them sell their homes faster

well working with a professional is accomplishing what you're trying to do

because you want to attract most new buyers and yet excited choose by your

host and knowing exactly how to do it then we'll do that

so we know that when you put your house on the market you want to get good

professional pictures to first haven't do that

and also all first impressions are very important and that is five cents so when

they walk into your home you want to have it looking good smelling good you

want a good temperature you want to have it you know you can put on some jazz

music to stimulate you know that and also this is why we bake cookies to

simulates the taste buds so and then they say that if you walk into your home

when the buyers come into your home and they're impressed when they walk in the

whole time that they're visiting they actually make up reasons in their mind

of why they want to get this test if they're not it's actually the opposite

so don't start saying oh I don't know like this I go like this you know so

it's very important that they go wow yeah so I looked I love those ideas so

basically you think buyers buy first with their emotions which I've been

saying for a long time buyers buy with emotions and then kind of justify those

good emotions justify what logic yes exactly and it's actually a proven fact

that people will buy your house fifty percent based on LD fields so if it

smells really clean - that's a good way to involve good emotions and then you

want to get your house as close as possible so this is why your cousin yeah

the collector do you want to pack away at least half to three thirds of your

stuff and you want it to have it move-in ready so by having all your boxes

storage either in the basement or a individual storage somewhere else that

would be one of the steps that you want to do and then also

by having it looked very welcoming and then it's important to people so that

it's ready and it looks great the thing is sometimes people don't understand

that they do have to invest that initial money to actually get more money back in

their sale price they just think we're gonna put it on the market and not do

anything and get the best price possible unfortunately the market market did turn

a little bit the clear forecast actually said there's gonna be a reduction in in

sales the this year in 2018 a lot of old rules here so so we really have to

prepare the houses right and home stages stagers one person that can actually

help doing this right do you use your own perch or you use

your clients furniture usually I will use the clients furniture so home

staging is always do you think once you know what they have and you take away

the extra I will recommend for them to purchase stuff that they can actually

bring and put in their new homes and they actually are really excited about

that because finally they get to the best

you tell me what's like so I will first of all give them a list of everything

that needs to be done and then if they decide to hire me to do other steps

so that's interject so that during like a consultation that's the list when it's

coming and then the extra work that we need that will come they don't have the

picture you know great size right size or this color then this is what I'll

suggest I'll suggest the height to hang it I'll suggest to move a picture to

this wall to another on the furniture around it's always very important also

to have the traffic as you follow through so it's all that kind of stuff

that I do how about we just have conversation take

how much how many days they need to allocate purple teacher they never on

the market yes I would suggest at least a month before minimum because between

the advice and the list of things that you need to do then you need to go

purchase with stuff you need to pack you need to have your home clean you need to

do some minor repairs to your painting and installing you might and then you

need also the last step which is the romance which emotional connectors in

the real estate we recommend certain things but we find that people don't

necessarily do all of them so in your experience how much do you think people

implement the actual things that you tell them I think that one requires

how important it is they are willing to knowing that by doing qualitative

approach than anything people actually giving you recommendations writing

review on the website or anything like that you wanted to sell an asking price

or more right you want competition and you wanna track estate agents and you

client so it is definitely worth putting you know this is an investment right

it's a second job and then working hand in hand it's doing it right first

impressions are the ones that count the most and if you if you put your house on

the market the right way you get to sell it with her you get to you get more

traffic that actually sees and you get probably better price then you would

without using a home stager or or certain recommendations that really

state agents do thank you for coming in today and what's your watching a dress

it's Miriam Thompson designer perfect and you're probably on social media you

can find me on Facebook and you can find me on facebook and also on Instagram

instagram is doing for pictures yes thank you have a great day
