Hi, my name is Brandi and I'm super excited to share with you exactly what the One Funnel
Away Challenge and what you should jump on and give it a go.
If you love learning about digital marketing, going to make sure you hit subscribe so you
get notified each week when I go live.
With my digital marketing tips Trends and advice.
Okay, so if you're watching this, you've probably heard of the one funnel away challenge in
some way or another.
And so I just want to go in to answer the frequently asked questions.
I want to show you some of the really cool stuff you get when you sign up and just chat
with you about what exactly do it so I can answer any questions you may have about joining.
First off, it's $100 like I feek like it's just a no brainer.
This is the best $100 I've ever spent in my entire career.
This is the best marketing advice you will get.
And it's only a hundred dollars like mindblowing even if you don't plan on creating a funnel,
but you're in the digital world.
This challenges for you.
And so one of the biggest questions I get is what if I don't want to use click funnels?
That is totally okay.
You do not need click funnels and if you decide to go with click funnels, you don't need it
until week three.
And so I highly encourage you to still do it even if you have no plans on using click
funnels because you can take these concepts and use it for Kajabi, for lead pages, for
whatever program you want.
I personally use click funnels, but you can take these concepts and use them with whatever
platform you want.
Also, the second question I get asked a lot is how much time is, it isn't going to take
a ton of time.
I would guess that you need to really block out one to two hours every single day, Monday
through Friday in order to commit to this program and for me, I was already running,
running my Facebook ad agency.
I raise my daughter, I am a wife, like crazy busy.
And what I would do is I would wake up an hour early, commit that time, and then spend
an hour later at night.
And then when Steven does his coaching calls, which I would pay thousands of dollars for
these coaching calls, when he does those, we would eat lunch and watch them during lunchtime.
So it is going to take about one to two hour, Monday through Friday time commitment.
If you get behind, you do have Saturday and Sunday.
It's catch up days, but I feel like anyone can make room for this.
It's so amazing.
And once you see the value, you'll start making the time for it.
Okay, so the third question I get asked all the time is, what if I don't have a product?
I don't have anything to sell?
That's okay.
They teach you how to come up with your offer.
When I first went into the one funnel away challenge, I had my business, but I knew I
didn't want to put my service and my discovery calls into a funnel.
But I'm wanting to create some kind of passive income.
And so I went into the one funnel away challenge with no product, had no clue what I was going
to sell and came out with a full product to sell a full opt in, a full funnel, a onetime
offer, a full funnel and product complete in 30 days.
And I think that's one of the things, if you've been holding off on creating your offer, this
is the program for you because it's going to challenge you to get it done in those 30
days.
And if you get behind, it's not the end of the world.
You can always do it again even for $200 it's a deal.
And so the next question I get asked all the time is what all comes with $100 like what
am I getting?
So what you get is the 30 day challenge.
Now all this material goes away after the 30 days.
And so it, that's why it's really important to stay on top of it.
But at that challenges you not to buy a course and then having it sitting around and then
six months later you're like, oh yeah, I still have that course.
It's challenging you to get it done.
And so you are gonna get Russell Brunson, the founder of click funnels.
You're going to get Julie stolen, uh, who is now the marketing chief of marketing at
click funnels.
You may know her from creature laptop, wife and then third you're going to get Steven
Larsen, which is your coach and he pushes you.
He is so amazing.
He pushes you to be the best you and really craft your offer.
No, that sounds like plenty.
Like for 100 bucks, 30 days of having three masters of digital marketing helping you,
but it gets better.
So you're going to get this one funnel away box and what this box, you get this big book
like massive book and in here it says you suddenly lose everything 30 days.com.
What would you do from day one to day 30 to save yourself?
And so this book is a bunch of two comma club achievers.
So that means their funnel has done $1 million or more and they're just in here telling like
what their plan would be.
So if you were like, I don't even know where I should be starting, this is a great book
to start because it gives you ideas on how to grow your business from zero to hero.
So I really, really love this.
Like I've already been diving in.
But you also get a membership area so you can listen to it as well.
Um, and that's always included.
Like you don't lose access to that when we, in the 30 days of training and then also in
that box is going to come, you're one funnel away drive.
And so this is an MP three player that you can take with you to the gym in your car,
wherever in it actually has all the trainings on there.
So if you get behind or something, you can listen to them.
They're not going to be the same each time because each time Steven coaches live.
So this is really nice.
I've been taking it around with me and listening in the car and everything just because you
hear something new every time you listen and then you get your one challenge away workbook.
So this is really cool.
It's going to help you get through the challenge.
You're also going to digital one, but it's always nice to, to have that hard copy and
so all that stuff comes in a box and then you get the challenge in a $100 like are you
kidding me?
I think with tax and shipping, to me it was like 119 that's it.
Such a good deal, like such a good deal.
And so those are the big things I get asked.
And so this challenge happens every 30 days.
And so if you're like, oh, I need to sign up, you can click the link below.
I'm going to give you my funnel.
And so it's going to take you to the signup page.
But the cool thing is if you use my link, I have a whole bunch of bonuses.
So not only are you going to get the challenge, you're going to get your MP three, you're
going to get your workbook, you're going to get, what if I suddenly lose everything?
Then for me, you're going to get access to my free Facebook group.
This is only for current and past one funnel away Brandi and company users into you're
going to get access to that group or I'm going to be working with you as well for any questions
that don't get answered in the group.
If you're stuck on your offer or anything like that.
And you're going to get a digital marketer to help you for 30 days as well.
And so that's really exciting.
Our group is growing, it's exciting and you get lifetime access to that group.
Then you're also gonna get my funnel.
So I'm going to give you a funnel template.
They give you one in the one funnel away challenge, but I'm going to tell you it's a little manly.
So I want to help my ladies out.
And even if you're not a lady, you can totally still my funnel cause it's really pretty.
And all you have to do is go in and change your colors and it's already laid out.
Put your headlines and put your product in.
And so you're going to get that for free when you sign out with my link and you're going
to get access to that Facebook group for lifetime.
So those are going of the perks when you sign up using my link and you get the hundred dollars,
all this stuff and it only costs you $100.
So if you have any questions about the one funnel away challenge, drop them in the comments,
I would love to answer them or go ahead and get started and signed up for the next challenge
with Bailey.
And then you can join our group and I will also link the Facebook group below so you
can go on and join once you get signed up.
And then once I get the email that comes through, then you will be added and we are set to start
learning.
So I'm excited that hopefully you join are one funnel away and create your own funnel.

Huawei Band 3 Pro Sport Watch, Mi Band 3 Review - Duration: 4:27.
Options Xiaomi Mi Band 3 The white box with the image of the bracelet,
in which the Mi Band 2 was delivered, replaced the package with a transparent upper part,
through which the capsule is visible.
Inside is a strap and adapter for charging.
Taking into account the fact that the capsule in the third generation is enlarged, the power
adapter has also become larger.
Design Appearance is the most noticeable change of
the third generation compared to the second, but there are no fundamental changes.
Mi Band 3 got a more streamlined and glossy capsule design.
Xiaomi Mi Band 3 capsule So far, three color solutions have been announced:
black, red and blue.
But in the near future, an infinite number of various straps from different materials
and different colors will appear.
In all cases, the color of the capsule is black.
The capsule itself has become larger and slightly heavier, but it is still made of plastic.
Her form also changed, recesses appeared on the sides for more secure attachment to the
bracelet.
At one end of the capsule are contacts for charging, and the bottom is an optical heart
rate monitor.
The hull is now protected not only from splashes, but also designed for swimming at a depth
of no more than 50 meters.
Compared with Mi Band 2, the front panel of which was flat, in the new version the entire
upper part is covered with a volume transparent plastic.
This had a positive effect on usability, since the display is now touch-sensitive.
Dimensions Xiaomi Mi Band 3 The finger slides across the screen very easily,
but there are prints on it.
In addition, there is a suspicion that in this case it will definitely not be without
scratches, but as the first experience of use showed, they do not appear right away.
On the other hand, finding a protective film for such a form will not be easy.
Xiaomi Mi Band 3 Strap In its appearance, the strap is the same as
before, but it became just a little wider and the button's appearance slightly changed.
But all this is noticeable only upon closer inspection.
The bracelet has become somewhat thinner in places of contact with the capsule, and this
is a potentially weak point.
But, due to the grooves on the sides of the case, it is not so easy and even deliberately
to get the capsule out of the strap, not to mention random moments.
During use, the capsule never fell out of the strap, regardless of the tightness of
its tightening on the wrist, even during jogging.
There are no questions to the button-fastener, during use it was unbuttoned only once, and
even then, after I had hooked my hand to the wall.
You get used to the strap very quickly, when you sleep, you stop paying attention to it,
but due to its shape, it does not cling to clothes.
The material used is smooth to the touch rubber, comfortable for everyday wear.
The total length of the strap has increased to 247 mm, against 235 mm in the Mi Band 2.
And now, due to the capsule elongated by 5 mm, the strap is suitable for wrists with
a girth from 155 to 216 mm.
Display This is the part of the bracelet that has
undergone the most noticeable upgrade.
Instead of a small one-line window, the Mi Band 3 received a display with a diagonal
of 0.78 inches, made using OLED technology with a resolution of 128x80.
Compared to its predecessor, the display can display significantly more useful information.
For example, in the standby mode, it shows not only the time, but also the date, as well
as the number of steps.
The brightness level of the display cannot be adjusted, it is well readable in the room,
the viewing angles are wide enough, as far as the matrix drowns into the case allows.
There is essentially one critical flaw - the complete lack of readability in direct sunlight.
Opportunities Xiaomi Mi Band 3 can count steps, pulse, show
time, track sleep quality and display notifications.
In general, the list is similar to that of the Mi Band 2, but almost every function has
become more informative due to the increased display.

BOSE SOUNDLINK MICRO--Road Test, Unboxing, Test & Review - Duration: 7:22.
hey guys it's retired at 40 today we are reviewing the Bose Soundlink micro
bluetooth speaker and if you've never join us on this channel we do a little bit of
off-grid we do a little self-sustained we do some cooking we do some gardening
and you get to join me on my journey of retiring at 40
okay so first I'm just gonna unbox everything it comes in a real small
package and like bose everything is real nice quality the initial thought of how
this is it's very compact it's got like kind of the the rubbery outside on it
then you find on a lot of electronics now and then there is a there's a strap
on the back that would hook to a handlebar of a bicycle or an oh S@&%! bar
on a Jeep or you know something like that I'm not sure how much I would trust
this hundred dollar speaker on this but it does grip it really well as long as
this fastener holds they do make an aftermarket case for these that will
cover the outside and then it has its own kind of fastener which I'll probably
invest in just because I'm not sure that I trust this a whole lot
then aside from that all there is in the package is this your warranty
information and your instructions there is no charger but it does charge
it charges with your basic cell phone charger another common characteristic of
Bose is a big price Bose is real proud of their stuff but in the past
they they tend to make a very good quality product a hundred bucks for a
Bluetooth speaker is is basically the top end of a Bluetooth speaker I mean
you can pick up a Bluetooth speaker for twenty thirty bucks how it compares to
the Bose I'm not exactly sure the quality of this seems like it's a lot
nicer what I originally bought this for was to use it for camping use it for
biking and also I have an old muscle car that the stereo is not very good in it
and I just wanted something that I can kind of carry along with me sit in the
passenger seat or sit on the dash or whatever and listen to some tunes
this being bluetooth it makes it very simple to use you download Bo's connect
it in your app store and that will give you this screen you can name the speaker
obviously and then after your bose is charged up you hit this power button and
then it'll tell you what it's connected to
they'll tell you your battery power and just by having this open it already
connected to my phone
before i forget, one of the coolest parts is that this is supposed to be water-resistant
in fact Bose says it can go 30 feet underwater for 30 minutes
imagine paddle boarding or kayaking or canoeing or boating and being able to
take this with you and not having the fear of this falling into the water and
just being ruined some other options that are kind of cool you can actually
answer phone calls with it you can see this little thing right here this says
90 that's showing your battery power of the speaker and then you can do party
mode which means you can connect multiples together so if you have a
couple of them or you have other Bose products or your friend has one you can
connect them all together then you can hit play on Pandora and then you can
actually adjust your volume right on the speaker
all right so you've seen what comes in the package and you've seen how easy it
is to set up I think it's about time we take it for a test all right well we've
seen what it'll do in quiet situations why don't we take it up a notch and go
with something a little louder
so when I was originally looking at these this is
what I had in mind for it old car stereos are not very good and the
engines very loud and something like this that you can just kind of take with
you it's pretty handy to have so let's take a test drive and see if it works
I actually have one of the windows down I have the passenger window down right now
This car is very loud they make them for comfort, more for speed
surprisingly it's not too bad let's give it a real road test
we're going about 65 right
now and it's really getting drowned out
see if i can give it more volume I think if my window was up it probably wouldn't be too bad
it is a pretty small speaker, but it does seem like its getting drowned out by the loud road noise
well I think just cruising around 3545 would be fine once you get up to highway
speed in an old car like that it's pretty loud just to even have a
conversation this little speaker I don't know I don't think it's quite enough so
obviously an old car is is pretty much the extreme of how loud you're gonna try
and use this thing and probably not the ideal situation for it but one good
thing that will be ideal is for a bike and I want to show you how the strap
works it actually makes it nice and snug on a bike handlebar but you're kind of
at the mercy of this strap I don't know if you want to trust it or not it seems
like it's pretty sturdy but like I said you can also get the cases that will
kind of hang it off and give you an extra just kind of security I do think
it would be really good for biking it'd be really good if you were just hanging
out with your friends if you're in a quieter situation but Bose is kind of
known for packing a big punch in a small package and this is no exception
so now that I've had the chance to use this quite a few times the battery is
actually pretty impressive it will last the better part of a I don't know three
four hours better part of the day as long as you're not completely blasting
it my final thoughts and recommendations $99 is quite a bit but you're getting
both quality you're getting bose technology you get what you pay for I
would recommend getting the case I think if you spend $15 it's just a cheap
insurance policy to keep this thing protected just one more step to make it
last a little bit longer and not get broken so for what I want to use it for
I think it works great will it work for what you want to use it for I don't know
maybe a twenty dollar one will suit you feel free to leave a comment down below
with your experience with the Bose until next time this is retired at 40 remember
to live life simple we'll catch you next week

FLYWOO NIN MOTOR N2207 6S REVIEW🌀 - Duration: 12:35.
so today
i will review this flywoo 2207 motor
more motors are appearing that are capable of 6s
some have a very attractive price range
flywoo is one of them, which i decided to try out
let's open this box. this is the two piece box
doesn't seem to come out
what a hassle
let's take it out
so this is what it looks like
flywoo air
NIN
flywoo nin motor 2207
1750kv
so i guess it was inspired by the ninja
hence the NIN naming
so it is 22mm wide
7mm high, 2207
NSK 9mm bearings
16 by 16 bolt pattern
2 to 6s capable
weight is 33.5g
titanium shaft
flywoo nin motor 32.8g
johnny fpv motors
same 6s capable 2207 1750kv
same specs, 30.6g, light weight. excellent
t-motor f60pro2
2207 1750kv
they all have the same specs
coming in at 32.8g
so it's same as flywoo
johnny motor is light weight
one nice this about the flywoo
rear nut is m3 with 2mm hex hole
so you can use the same tool you use for you motor mount bolts
which is a nice feature
let me take this off
it has a shiny metallic look to it
the 2306 series are gold
unfortunately, i am a 2207 user
if you look at the bottom of the motor
they have made a brace that houses the cable that come out of the omtor
this will prevent the motor wires from contacting the motor bell. i thought this was a nice touch
this is a t-motor
usually, the motor wires come straight out like this
somethings the wire protection comes in contact with the motor bell
so this is a neat design
i have finished replacing the motors
now i will check the motor vibrations
in order to do this
place the quad on a soft surface so it will transfer the vibrations easier
then use the configurator to spin the motors
then check the gyro graph in the configurator for vibrations
usually brand new motors have no vibrations at all
from 0 to 100% throttle, there should be no vibrations
all of the motors i have used, t-motor, johnny motors, all had no vibrations out of the box
of course if you go out and crash even once, the motor will become slightly unbalanced
which will cause vibrations around mid throttle and higher
nothing major though. it won't appear on your gopro footage
so after you set everything up like this
connect to the configurator
go to data output
then motor test
show the warning
of course, take your props off
then test each motor
motor 1
very smooth
motor 2
also very smooth
motor 3
hmm
there are some vibrations near the high end
motor 4
motor 4 is smooth
do 2 again
2 seems ok
do 1 again
it's probably not so good for the motors, so i don't want to do it too much
1, 2, 4 are very smooth
3 is a bit off
it is completely tolerable, i think
also, we don't use the high end so much in freestyle
only some throttle punches
i'm pretty sure we won't see it in the gopro footage
i will now finish the final touches on the motor exchange and let's go fly
so i just finished my maiden flight
how did you guys think of the footage?
during the flight,
it felt just as good as the previous motors that i have flown
of course, it's brand new, so even feels smoother
the vibrations seen on motor 3 was nothing noticable
going over the gopro footage, i am satisfied with the output. there seems to be no major vibrations
also, the handling and the performance was good
so i probably will buy these motors again
as long as i don't come across major issues
curious about the robustness
i crashed several times today, but the motors are holding up very well
so it does seem robust
so these are $21.99 from the flywoo online shop
it has an attractive price tag, about $4 to $6 less than other popular brand motors
quality control might be a factor to consider
maybe low qc might cause some motors to come out bit unbalanced like it was with this
considering that in, i still think these are very good motors for your money
oh, and these come with a wipe
like the ones you get from those gopro lens protectors
it can help you talking nice photos
i think the grammer is wrong though
so i guess i should clean my motors with this and take cool photos
thanks for watching
next one, i am doing a new ESC review
so stay tuned!

Fiverrlicious Review 👅+ Bonus [ Make Money with Fiverr Arbitrage] - Duration: 13:16.
[Music]
hey what's up what's up that sherisse
>the Afropunk entrepreneur coming at you
with yet another product review so
today's product is called fiverrlicious
or as it said sexier
you
I just want you guys to see that because
that cracked me well the hell up so
anyway my friend Trevor Carr is a great
marketer he's behind this launch and
he's a very funny guy and this whole
video is animals and women and people
licking their lips and going so anyhow
<font color="#000000">so I'm going to be doing my fiverrlicious</font>
<font color="#000000">review I'm gonna show you the</font>
sales page and they believe the members
show you the membership area I got some
bonuses for for you guys let's hop right
in I apologize for the quality of this
video I'm not at home right now I'm out
and about so I don't have my normal nice
camera and I'm using the earbuds so
apologies for that so anyway this course
is about Fiverr arbitrage so if
arbitrage does not a bill feet and the
slightest is not gonna be for you but
basically what if Bobby is doing this
Bobby is code posting gigs on Fiverr and
then outsourcing them to much cheaper
sites well you can get the same amount
of working done and pocketing the
difference he was actually able to
pocket over six thousand dollars doing
this so this is something that works out
as a great side hustle this is not
something that I would want to do
full-time because it might drive me
crazy but actually as a side hustle post
a few gigs like you showing you how to
do and it's a good little side income I
think so the sales page is pretty pretty
simple but like I said the video let me
just do it one more time because I just
I need you guys to realize how silly
<font color="#000000">this is and then the cow you know I want a</font>
side income and I definitely don't want
that lady licking her lips anyway
exactly how Bobby pulled in over six K
and flat on Fiverr without doing any
other actual work and how you can do the
same so this is basically the sales page
I'll let you guys go through it in your
own time but it's basically him walking
you through the process of setting up
your fire gigs and like what type of
gigs work best and all this other kind
of stuff so I'll let you guys go through
this in your own time
the
a little preview of what you're gonna
get in this in the membership area but
I'm gonna show you to show you that
right now
so let's just hop right into it I don't
want to make this review super long in
the course itself is pretty pretty sure
I think it's maybe like ten videos or
something like that I went through it in
about an hour hour and a half and you
can too so this is the intro by Trevor
the Trevor is the guy who's going to
have religious so silly but anyway once
you're inside you're gonna get a
introduction from Bobbi and then you're
going to get this is like ten videos or
something like that where he's going to
be giving the overview of the method
he's gonna show you how to set up your
your fiber account to be a vendor he's
gonna talk to you about the different
levels of fiber because I'm sure when
you go in there you probably notice
things like top seller level one to
level two so low he's going to show you
how to achieve those different levels of
seller and what that means for your
account he's going to show you this is
probably the most important section of
it the less outsource because the whole
point of view doing arbitrage is to like
pockets and pockets and extra money so
and your time is very valuable so he's
going to basically show you how to find
create a gig on Fiverr and find the
exact same gig on another side that I
can't not gonna share he was going to
show you on the course and basically
pocketing the difference in the money so
basically he's going to show you how to
create a video to get yourself some more
some more traffic inside a fiber he's
going to show you again how to set up
your gig and like I said these videos
are pretty pretty short
they're pretty to the point and they're
easy to follow and he's going to show
you how to get more views and the last
video is going to show you his gigs so
the course is pretty simple I mean it's
it's pretty it's it's not really too
hard to too hard to mess up Fiverr
arbitrage but he's good but there's
something that I've never done before so
I actually learned something from Bobbi
in this course and obviously he's
signing off on everything so this is
basically what five religious is it's
it's a very short course very
to-the-point on how to do five-hour
arbitrage you can definitely do it as a
side hustle and I would recommend like
at least you know putting putting
together a five
her account and posting a couple gigs
and seeing and seeing what happens
because you know if he was able to make
6k then doing it the way that he's going
to show you then it's definitely
something that's possible and it's
something that I may try in the future
but doesn't necessarily interest me at
the moment to be perfectly honest so
that's five or lucious I can't even say
it like he says five Willy anyway
I'm gonna stop before I sound really
crazy bonuses this is gonna be my
shortest review ever because the course
is short but I just want to give you
guys some stuff to beat to be congruent
so basically the part about fiber that
is is is the hardest is that there are
so many people posting the same gig like
if I'm an SEO there's a hundred other
people there doing the exact same gig so
Bobby what Bobby tells you to do to
differentiate yourself is all four
people bonuses in the same way I'm
offering you a bonus right now to buy
this through me did you do that same
thing on Fiverr so he oughta he
recommends excuse me grabbing some PL RS
and including a couple ebooks or reports
or case studies or whatever with your
fire brigade to differentiate yourself
from the competition so he's gonna show
you how to get on to some sites we have
to pay for it I've hooked you up I have
access to like this this pretty monster
kilo library PL our library it's like
2000 different ebooks a bunch of
different nations basically anything you
would ever want to use to to be
basically added as a bonus for your
fiber gig so you can use these for free
you don't to pay for it you should never
pay for PL or if you need PL our email
me I'll send you this list if even if
you don't buy it I'll just you know I
had it anyway so uh bonus number two is
just more dropping some value I have
access to a thousand udemy courses and
fifty different niches
basically I'll give you the login you
can go wild you can learn pretty much
anything in there bonus number three is
since people know me kind of as a launch
Jacaranda fit and as an SEO for youtube
i basically did and over the show
training over the shoulder training
where i show kind of what my process is
like when I'm doing something like now
where I'm launch jacking
I'm gonna upload the video where I get
my backlinks from and it's probably
about an hour long but just kind of over
my shoulder just showing you my whole
process because people tend to ask you
these days how I do so that's just kind
of a little bonus for you just to kind
of see my process and hopefully
hopefully that helps something to give
you complete links and all the resources
and stuff that I use blendness number
four is 125 lifetime recurring
Commission affiliate programs that you
can join us a master list that I have
that I got from another marketer and
I've been adding to it there's plenty of
opportunities on here for you guys to
find some recurring income and make some
money a bonus number five is I want to
share I really want to teach people how
to make these bonus pages because
they're fun to make so I'm gonna teach
you how to make these types of pages
using Commission gorilla blenders number
six if you happen to have click funnels
or if you happen to want to click click
funnels I got 28 free plug-and-play
funnels to give to you and some of them
are written by a lot of people who have
won the two camera war which is people
who have made million dollars or more in
sales with their with their various
companies so there's that I'm gonna give
you some high ticket programs to promote
it's just a master list but it's a good
resource to have feel free to share it
out or add it to your account or
whatever
bonus number eight is a Facebook
algorithm hack that I discovered by
accident that you're gonna kick yourself
but you didn't notice this before and
then once I show it to you you're gonna
realize as you've been seeing it this
whole time and it's really cool it's
just like I said I'm just trying to
throw you some value it's it's kind of
hard to find bonuses that are completely
congruent with a fiber course because I
don't really have any stuff that's
really congruent with the fiber course
other than trying to hook you up with
the PLR that you can add to your bonuses
for your Fiverr gigs and if you buy any
o TOS I'm gonna give you a free copy of
my unleashed renegade courses of course
on how to build an affiliate new site on
whatever niche you like how to build
links white hat black hat techniques all
this good stuff if you want to get that
bonus once you if your chi o email me
and my excuse me email me and I will
send you access basically and then I
just threw it in another little random
for animes course here just to just for
funsies so
I want I didn't want to make this video
too long because like I said the course
itself is short it's straight to the
point and it's it's pretty you know
pretty valuable it's in and it's kind of
worth you know worth worth having a look
at so let's talk about prices so the
pricing is appropriate it's $9.99 for
pricing is appropriate it's $9.99 for the front end which is about honestly
all I would want to pay for a course
like this not because it's not a bet not
not because it's not a good course yeah
because it's short it's less than 10
videos each video is relatively short
because it's a straightforward subject
matter so he doesn't need to create an
hour-long training videos for this type
of stuff but honestly I wouldn't want to
pay more than like 10 bucks for 10 12
bucks for it so the front end is $9.99
bucks for it so the front end is $9.99 and that's all the videos that I showed
you in earlier in the video or two
number one is 20 $27 and it's advanced
number one is 20 $27 and it's advanced strategies for more cash so he's
obviously not let revealing everything
that he does on the front end version
he's got a couple little hacks and
tricks that help him to kind of boost
the amount of money that he's making he
said between 50 to a hover $100 each
said between 50 to a hover $100 each time he uses I don't know what this
technique is so I can't advise you to
buy this OTO this this is the type of
course where I know they're gonna hate
me but I don't know that we necessarily
need to go to use especially if you're
someone who's new to fibre arbitrage get
the front end just get the front end go
through it create a fiber account and do
what Bobby's telling you to do because
you'll be able to make some money it'll
take it might take a month for you to be
able to get some enough gigs to kind of
you know to have your listings show up
and all this other stuff but it'd be
kind of be done but I don't want I don't
feel right telling people to buy all
these OTO s because you might not might
not like fiber arbitrage with that said
I am going to let you know the rest of
the the rest of the OTO s and hopefully
the guys won't hate me too much but I
just want to be honest OTO number two is
$47 zero buster deluxe blueprint for
$47 zero buster deluxe blueprint for affiliate and vendor success it's a
whole other complete course by Trevor
car Trevor's my buddy I love him to
death he's really silly he's the fiver
licious guy and he's gonna and he's
actually a really good teacher and
really good at explaining things to you
too
- to his audience so if you were to get
a OTL I would get fist not but could
because it's not related to Fiverr it's
more affiliate marketing training which
is which is which is what we're all
trying to do and I'll and Trevor
basically he's only been doing this a
couple years I mean he's a bit older
than all of us but he's been doing this
a couple years and he basically went
from zero to hero in under two years
he's gonna give you a little bit of
training over the shoulder with him so
that's $27 and I don't know maybe if you
that's $27 and I don't know maybe if you got forty seven dollars laying around
grab that you do not need resell rights
you just I typically tell people not to
buy these unless it's something that you
really wanna that you really want to get
and be able to get a hundred percent
Commission's on the funnel certain soft
certain software as this works well for
but not for a course like this not for
courses ten dollars I just I don't think
you need it and I want to be honest with
you on that so this video was not too
long I just want to give you my my quick
thoughts on five religious so if you
decide to give it through me you'll get
the bonus is delivered in the back end
of warrior plus if you decide to get an
OT o and you want my access to my course
then just email me my email is at the
bottom of my page where is it at well my
cat sorry uh I'll put it in my
description just email me with your
receipt and I'll give it to you so
exciting for the stuttering stumbling
anyway I'm a little bit out of it
anyway so I hope you like my review so
give me a thumbs up I drop me a comment
if you have any questions or concerns
please subscribe to my channel if you
haven't already and I think that's about
I think that's about it so have a great
day and even better week keep crushing
it talk to you guys soon peace

NSWC PCD FY18 Year in Review - Duration: 10:04.
At NSWC Panama City Division as we reflect on fiscal year 18
we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset
and want to say thank you for your dedicated service and commitment to this Command.
You uphold our corporate mission and demonstrate our vision of Ensuring Warfighting Dominance in the Littoral Battlespace
deliver on-time products
and make us the organization we are today.
"We align to the Chief of Naval Operation's 'Design for Maintaining Maritime Superiority.'
We will remain the world's finest Navy
by fighting each and every minute to achieve excellence in everything we do.
As the U.S. Naval Operations, we span from the seafloor to space
we are a Navy focused on being the best we can be, every day."
As a cradle to grave science and engineering organization, our job at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division is clear:
we deliver innovative technical solutions that solve the needs of our nation's warfighters.
We are here to ensure those solutions are safe and effective
and expand the advantage between us and our adversaries.
The Captain and I are proud of everything our PCD Team has accomplished over the past year.
We know that achievement and success don't happen by accident.
Breakthroughs come after spending hours of hard work and implementing new ideas.
We applaud your performance; all your hard work this year has moved us significantly down the field toward the goal line.
Here is a glimpse at some of the amazing work our team has done this year.
The Mine Countermeasures Unmanned Surface Vehicle USV/UISS completed Contractor Trials and Pre-delivery and Inspection Tests
and began the developmental testing at the South Florida Ocean Measurement Facility.
The Quickstrike Mine Mod 3 team partnered with the Air Force to complete B-52H Flight Testing required for flight certification.
The certification of these Systems offers the Navy enhanced weapon delivery and employment against a wide range of threats.
In May 2018, the Coastal Battlefield Reconnaissance and Analysis, or "COBRA," team
successfully completed the remaining Initial Operational Test and Evaluation Periods.
In support of the AN/AQS-24B Fleet delivery,
the Airborne Mine Countermeasures In-Service Engineering Agent team supported numerous exercise events
providing operator and maintenance training.
During several exercises, the Q-24B systems compiled
over 300 operational tow-hours with no major reliability issues.
The SEAFOX In-Service Engineering Agent teams for both
the AN/ASQ-232A and AN/SLQ-60 mine neutralization systems
continued training and maintenance support
primarily to the airborne mine countermeasures and surface mine countermeasures platforms.
NSWC Panama City Division's Mine Warfare and Environmental Decision Aids Library, or "MEDAL,"
Alteration Installation teams continued Fleet fielding of MINEnet Tactical.
We supported the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Atlantic effort to develop Scuba Binary Dive Application.
This system uses a tablet computer and wrist-worn Navy dive computer
to combine dive site information with the dive profile
and upload that information to the Dive Jump Reporting System, simplifying the process of logging Navy dives.
The Expeditionary Sea Base, or "ESB," team delivered
the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence suite
and engineered the special operations forces solution for ESB-four,
while at the same time procuring and producing the C-4-I suite for ESB-5.
The Mission Ready Autonomous Assault Amphibious Vehicle NISE funded project team
continued its objective to develop a fully integrated and mission-capable AAV
and unmanned AAV to enable the Marine Corps to configure them for specific missions.
The first package will be used to breach mines and obstacles prior to sending manned craft ashore.
The MK-29 Mixed Gas Rebreather System team combined a rebreather
with surface supplied diving in order to recycle the helium in the breathing gas mixture.
This results in substantial cost savings and a reduction in the amount of helium
needed to make deep dives, thus supporting more rapid deployment of dive assets.
The Fluctuating Altitude Simulation Technology, or "FAST" Project capsule
was developed by NSWC Panama City Division for NAVAIR,
with the mission to recreate rapid pressure changes experienced by pilots while keeping them in a safe environment.
The FAST Capsule is used to help identify why military pilots may experience physiological issues
during flights and identify the root cause and eliminate future incidents.
The Federal Laboratory Consortium Excellence in Technology Transfer Award for 2018
was awarded to our Special Diver Display Development Group for the Combat Diver Navigation Module.
Within our Expeditionary & Maritime Systems Division, our Diving and Fleet Systems Branch
designed and tested a diver pulse oximetry system
to monitor divers' pulse and oxygen levels when using a rebreather.
NSWC PCD has evaluated the life support characteristics of a new dive helmet regulator
that is designed to reduce in-helmet noise.
This regulator was found to greatly reduce noise levels, which may lead to improved diver communications and reduced hearing damage.
Additionally, another test that improves communication and reduction of hearing damage is the KM-37 helmet.
During noise testing, the mannequin breathes inside a KM-37 helmet in a hyperbaric chamber.
The team worked to develop a manned magnetic crawler called Rapid Ascent Magnetic Boarding,
or "RAMBO," which is designed for rapid ship boarding by special forces.
The work is being done in partnership with a member of the MythBusters show.
The team tested a prototype system by using it to climb a steel wall.
NSWC Panama City developed the Coal Mine Recue Rebreather for the National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety, known as "NIOSH.".
NIOSH leveraged our knowledge of rebreather development and testing to create a backpack
mounted rebreather that supports rapid deployment in the event of an emergency.
The Diver Augmented Vision Display, or "DAVD", prototype system underwent testing
by Navy divers at MDSU-1 Joint Base Pearl Harbor.
NSWC Panama City Division performed Rapid Prototyping for the development of future United States Marine Corps
Infantry Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance capabilities through the
Expeditionary Eye Project, known as ExEye.
X Department Automatic Target Recognition software for the PMS 408 MK18 Mod 2, Increment 1 passed the Milestone C process.
The Milestone Decision Authority noted that the team had done a "great job" transitioning the program from Fast Track to the Program of Record.
NSWC Panama City Division teamed up with NAVSEA's Corporate Operations and the NAVSEA People Line of Effort team
to develop and pioneer "PIER", the "People's Integrated Essential Resource,"
a one-stop shop of links for NAVSEA personnel.
Our Division was instrumental in bringing the concept to reality in this high velocity learning effort.
Our Technical Director, Mr. Stewart, championed a NAVSEA Headquarters initiative: The One Team Warfare Center Campaign.
The One Team Warfare Center is the philosophy that we are stronger when we collaborate as ten Warfare Centers.
NSWC Panama City Division designed the official One Team logo and developed materials for the campaign.
We introduced an internal livestreaming capability, known as "PCDlive" that enables two-way communication
between leadership and employees through a chat function and video capabilities.
Our Leaders in a Diverse Environment, "LDE," "change agents" attended and facilitated Lean-In Circles as part of the NAVSEA Warfare Centers LDE effort.
This offers employees a unique, modern mentoring tool, as well as to understand employee needs
and also recruit and retain personnel to support our unique mission areas.
We hosted several VIP's who visited the Command to gain a more in-depth understanding
of the Division's mission spectrum, capabilities, and its current efforts
in supporting the Warfighter.
We were honored to host and provide tours for these high-level visitors, including:
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson
Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Russell Smith
Vice Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Bill Moran
Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command Vice Adm. Thomas Moore
Program Executive Officer, Unmanned and Small Combatants Rear Adm. John Neagley
Director, Expeditionary Warfare Maj. Gen. David Coffman
And Commander, Naval Surface Warfare Center Rear Adm. Tom Anderson
Finally, it's the people who made all of this happen.
We collaborate with our industry partners, academia and other Warfare Centers to
foster relationships and develop solutions.
In fiscal year 18, over 10,000 students were reached across 20 schools in Bay County.
More than 25 NSWC Panama City Division scientists and engineers dedicated their time to STEM Outreach.
Our STEM Outreach program had an abundance of accomplishments; a few highlights include:
The "Navy Science Squad" formerly known as "Science Brothers" and "Science Siblings" who performed shows across the nation for kids of all ages.
High school and college students participated in the first annual Invention Convention competition.
NSWC PCD scientists and engineers participated as line judges and competition organizers
during the SeaPerch event at Gulf Coast State College.
We hired 173 new civil service employees and welcomed 32 interns.
During this time, the command promoted 19 employees to high grade or supervisory positions.
Our employees earned a total of 14 awards with 25 nominations,
in 13 categories, further demonstrating our technical expertise.
We are Ensuring Warfighting Dominance in the Littoral Battlespace
and we are proud of all we have accomplished in fiscal year 18!
Because of your hard work, and through our enduring commitment
to quality, technical rigor, and discipline,
we are poised to accomplish even greater things in fiscal year 19.

G-Dragon 신곡(Divina Commedia) Review and Reaction - Duration: 7:17.
Today, let's think about G-DRAGON's Divina Commedia
The lyrics of the song are so difficult that we have to think seriously and deeply
It is not only difficult to translate the lyrics but also difficult to understand it in Korean
So let's read the lyrics carefully
The song borrowed the title from an epic by Dante of Italy in the 14th century
And the process of eliciting the theme is similar
The theme of Dante's work is the realization of salvation based on the pains and fails experienced by the writer himself
Likewise, the theme of GD's work is the solution to the pain and worry he experienced
So it would be meaningful for us to find his pain, his worries and the solution in the song
Let's look at the lyrics from the beginning
"A dragon is born in a small stream"
This is Korean proverb, it means it is very difficult to happen
In Korea, a dragon are very sacred and great
It is impossible for such a divine dragon to be born in a very small stream
Nevertheless, if that happens, it's a miracle, and he's a great man
So this proverb means success in very bad conditions and difficult circumstances
In the song, the dragon refers to GD
"I don't know anyone but my family After a hard life, happiness comes"
" After a hard life, happiness comes" is a Korean proverb. It means a happy time has come after his very difficult time
"I became a star in a small basement"
It's an expression that responds well to "A dragon is born in a small stream"
It means he became a star after being successful under adverse conditions
"People say to me, you have a occupational disease of self-luminescence"
' 발광 (balgwang)' has two meanings
One means luminescence, and the other means acting crazy
So this expression means that he succeeded, but he gets good and bad estimations at the same time
In other words, it means that most people evaluate him to be shiny but some people evaluate him negatively
"My age is just 30, is it weird? It's normal, right?"
Thirty is a little older for an idol, but it can be a young age in terms of the social success he has achieved
I think he's confused and worried about it
"I listed on the stock market while others grow up I'm a little short"
It means that he's a little short but he's economically successful enough to be listed on the stock market while others grow up
"Mom, don't worry about anything I'm not the problem. I'm the answer"
From this part, we can see how he goes beyond suffering to find answers
"I can feel initialization I get inspiration"
I thought about this very much
' 촉이 와 (chokiwa)' and ' 초기화 (chokihwa)' have similar pronunciation. So he created an interesting rhyme by these two words
Anyway, "I can feel initialization" means he feels the importance and necessity of initialization
In other words it means he needs to start something new and he wants to start anew
The problem is, "I get inspiration"
On the surface, the meaning is "I get inspiration"
But, "영감도 세워(younggamdo sewoer)" there is a different meaning in Korean
'영감 (younggam)' means an old man
So it means 'an old man get an erection too'
It is a sexual expression
In this respect, it means that age cannot be a problem in starting something anew
Skip a lot, "We live in a world of our own we're planning, we're producing, we're writing, we're directing, we're starring"
I think this part is the key to the song
This is the realization and solution to his own suffering and anxiety
In other words, he's had a very hard time since he was a kid, and he's been thinking about it a lot since he succeeded, and the answer to how he's going to live from now on is to live his own life
He says the only solution is to dream of his own and walk his own way
'I'm not the problem, I'm the answer' means he believe in himself
Like this song, it is also very important to express one's thoughts about a problem with difficulty
Because it makes listeners think a lot
I'll leave a translation of the lyrics in the comments
Please leave a comment if you don't understand it or have a different interpretation from me
Freedom of interpretation is the right of the listener
Of course, misinterpretation can be a problem, but freely interpreting and the internalization of works is a very important process of art

Air Jordan 1 Blue Chill UNC Patent Leather Review | 雪地里评测漆皮北卡蓝 - Duration: 5:36.
Hello guys! this is David
Today we are gona do an unboxing
Why in this weather?
You will know when you see it
No more BSing
I got a bigger knife today
Because I don't want to freeze to death in this weather
STFU and let's get it
You guys can probably tell what's inside from the title
This is …….
It is NBA all-stars week, so there were couple Jordan releases
I buy their Jordan 1 every year
Why I am talking so dam fast? Its F**king cold!!
This shoe was leaked year end of 2018
After the leak everyone thought it was a men's shoe
But later, Nike had an official announcement
In the beginning of FEB
That is was a women's shoe
So DISAPPOINTED it is a women's shoe
Women's shoe means it is hard to get
Because it has a smaller size run
And lesser stocks
So many GENTALMENTS can't wear them
Let's take a look at the box
So, it's a US size 8
Womens Air Jordan 1 High OG
When …. You… open … the lid
Woooooo
Let's put the box inside
This shoe is very beautiful
This is a women's 8
Which is -1.5
so, 6.5 in men's size
a very small shoe
the official name is UNC Patent Leather
Also, you can call it Blue Chill
So that's why we are out here
No "Blue" skies
But is so "chill"
"hand is losing sensation"
The whole shoe is made from patent leather
There are 3 main colors
UNC blue, White, and
Probably can't see very clear on camera
Or from the official photos
But is a Dark Navy (not Black)
In person the shoe is fire
The UNC blue is at…. EH
The air Jordan logo panel
(Chinese joke, translation not found)
Heel, toe box, and the bottom
White is on the side panel and mid sole
Navy is on Nike Swoosh
Ankle and the side of toe box
Also shoe lace area
Tongue is maaaaade of nylon material
Its pretty well padded
Open the tongue we see there is
A Nike Air printed on the insole
Not a Jordan logo
Because it's a women's shoe
It's resell is very expensive
Right now the popular size in China
US 9.5 -10(W), 8-9 in men's size
Is around $500
Is around $500
UNC colorway usually don't go that high
Usually the bred and Chicago color way
Are at that price
Comment down below if you think this shoe is worth the resell price?
This is one of the better looking AJ1 in this year
The All-star men's shoe was…. Ummm eeeeh
There some random words on the side
wut you mean??
It would be better without the words
Can't compare to this
One cons of patent leather shoe is
After wear, it creases very bad
Very ugly
If you want to wear it
Better use some protection (RPG)
I'm freezing!!
Need to heal up inside

Friday Night Hair GLS 217 Wig Review| Lia Lavon - Duration: 7:59.
Hey Youtube fam! It's ya girl Lia back again with another video and today's
video as you can see from the title is another wig review Wednesday and today's
wig is brought to me by the lovely people at Friday Night Hair. It's also
sponsored by the lovely people at Friday Night Hair.
Today's unit you can't see it of course it's in this packaging but you guys know
I always like to hold up their packages to show you how sleek it is. Like it
comes in this little package. 2 day priority. So let me just cover up my
address 2 day . Today's unit is the GLS 217 unit. It's in the color 1B. If
you guys aren't familiar with my channel lately I've been loving trying some 1B's.
So I hope today's 1b unit is no different. If you guys aren't familiar
with the new line that Friday Night Hair has come out with. If you're used to the
old line. Old line of Friday night hair used to be a hard lace. But now they've
put out about 10 or 12 units now that have soft lace and that have more
expansive parting spaces. Which was one of my gripes with them in the past was
the fact that that hard lace was going annoy some people and the parting space was
good. It was really good but could be better. Now today's unit I actually
wanted because it reminded me of like crochet hair. It had that kind of feel
of if you guys have watched my channel my most recent crochet hair which was the
Bohemian braid. I was like this gives me crochet hair vibes and I'm sure whenever
I put this unit on so many a my subscribers out there are gonna think hey
is that crochet hair. And Imma be like nah this is this is just a Friday Night Hair unit. All
Friday night hair units come kind of the same. Now they started doing this strap
thing that's kind of new to me but they used to didn't have this strap. I think
this is so cool and so interesting for people who need that kind of extra
security but they also have the straps in the back so you can adjust it to your
head size. They also have a comb in the back of course so that you can kind of
make sure it's secure in the back and it also has combs in the front. So the combs
in the front are kind of spaced out like this. And this is the parting space that
again they have expanded. Used to be maybe about what I'd say two inches now
it's about four inches of parting space. Now I'm gonna go ahead and put this on
the tightest that it can go because I do have a smaller head size. Now this unit
is like most Friday night hair units where it is a cost of $49.99. They do
have premium synthetic hair so it's not a blend but they do call it premium
synthetic fibers. To me it does have a different feel. Like I said I just had
the Freetress bohemian braid in. Whereas that felt like synthetic hair was
good hair don't get me wrong but it definitely feel like synthetic hair this
definitely does have a different kind of texture to. It it's not hard. It's not
crunchy. Let me just throw it on too so I can kinda see how it looks. I do have
it on the tightest that it can go and it feels extra extra tight. Yeah I might
have to actually loosen this up a little bit because it definitely feels a little
tight on my head. But overall this is what it looks like. It looks just like my
crochet hair. I'm trying to debate on what wig I'm gonna wear next week
because next week is a wig week for me. If you guys don't know how my channel
operates I do crochet hair for a certain number of weeks and I take a break. I do
a wig or a protective style for a week and this week I'm doing a wig. But let me
go ahead and cut this lace off and then determine how I'm going to kind of wear
this unit because again it's giving me vibes of what I just took out. And then
I'll be right back with kind of my thoughts on this unit. So now I am back
after playing around with this unit and by playing around with it I mean I went in
that bathroom and I had to do some work. Let me get up
in camera first to show you kind of how it looks.
Let me turn around so you can kinda see how it looks all throughout. Online this wig says it is about 16
to 18 inches. I'm really only seeing about 16 inches. 18 inches to me would be
kind of right here. I'm five two and a half and on me 18 inches usually hits me
here. So for it to hit me right here kind of feels like almost 16 closer maybe 14.
Maybe if you stretch it out maybe that's what they're counting to get that 18
inches of length but for me again doesn't feel like a 18 inch unit. Now
back to the playing around with this unit. Now I've been gone for 45 minutes.
To you guys out there feels like a quick second feels like I was just here. I was
not. I was in that bathroom trying to go ahead and figure out how to finagle this
wig. And I had to cut the edges of this wig. You're gonna have to cut yourself
some edges. Now I was in that bathroom watching both Bonita Rebel and Lovely
Brianna. I'll leave both their videos up above of them manipulating this unit and
kind of getting it right. And what they both had to do was cut them edges. And
I've never really had to do that for a unit. I've done it before but I don't really
like cutting edges. That's one thing I don't. I love beginner-friendly units.
That's why I come on here with a wig cap on, put the wig on to show you how easy
it is to go from package to the head. This is not an easy to go from package
to head unit. I would say in the levels of wig wearing there's beginning,
there's intermediate, there's expert. I think this is an expert level wig.
And I'm somebody who steal teeter-totters between that intermediate
expert phase and for me I don't like having to cut edges and you're gonna
have to just to make this hairline look realistic. When I was in that bathroom mirror
I was looking as soon as I turned this camera off and went in that
bathroom and I was looking I was like this unit looks very much so wiggy. This
looks like a very wiggy unit. Almost looks like it would be a perfect half wig
but that's not what I'm looking for right now. I'm looking for a good full
kind of cap wig. I had to put some of a concealer foundation down to kind of
give myself kind of a part. It's not a deep part just a look
nik of a part. Let me get up in camera so you guys can kind of see this hairline
as it stands. I've of course pulled out some of the hair so it didn't look like
this a minute ago. But you're gonna have to play around with this unit. It will
not look good if you don't pull out any edges. You're gonna have to do something
to kind of play around. Or maybe you can do like a comb-over situation and you
won't really be able to see that hairline. But if you want that hairline to
kind of shine through definitely gonna have to work on this unit. Now in terms
of another con with this unit it sheds. It definitely sheds. Like I'm pulling out
hair right now. And I've been pulling out hair for the last 45 minutes. Now in
terms of the density of it online it says its light in the front medium throughout.
Definitely say it is kind of medium um throughout. I wouldn't say it's light in
the front. I think it's very medium density in the front which is kind of the
issue with it too. It's kind of a little bit too full in the front. I wish it had a
gradient effect of getting thicker in the back. But I don't really see any
difference between the density up here and the density right here in the front
area. The thing I will say about this unit is whereas the freetress bohemian
braid hair which is a synthetic crochet hair was very shiny this isn't
too shiny. Like it it doesn't scream synthetic like that hair screams the
first day that you put it in. I definitely think it definitely has maybe
a synthetic vibe to it but it definitely feels less crunchy than a lot of the
synthetic hairs. But you guys be the judge. Down below let me know sound off
is this a Lia Lavon recommend? I would say I would recommend this way for
somebody who is kind of an intermediate to expert wig wearer. So this isn't their
first rodeo with a wig. I'll recommend this to somebody who wants kind of a
curlier pattern. Somebody who also likes crochet hair
cause it's definitely giving me a vibe of crochet hair. But doesn't want to go
through the hassle of having to crochet some hair in. So definitely say if you're a
beginner though maybe stay away. This ain't the unit for you. This ain't the
unit for somebody out here who's looking for a grab and go wig. But again like I
said sound off in those comments. Make sure you give this video a big thumbs up
if you liked it. Make sure you give it a big thumbs up even if you didn't like it

Out Cold Review - Abominations In Technicolor - Duration: 1:19:46.

don't getting up on
hello everybody and welcome back to abominations in Technicolor the podcast
we review the overlooked underrated and critically panned films of the past in a
new light my name is Matt cook and I'm joined as always by my co-host my
brother Adam how's it going Adam hey what's going on
late-night podcast I've got my caffeine free 7up here
tribute to Orlando Jones gotta love what happened to Orlando Jones I know you
know but those were some great commercials back in the day and not only
the Orlando Jones 7up commercials remember the what were the little the
little 7up red little circles oh yeah they stopped doing those yeah I always
loved those commercials especially around Christmas time yeah yeah I was
talking to some co-workers about the raisins commercials earlier about how
they'd always have them like doing song and dance like the temptations and chip
oh you have the California Raisins yeah that was good stuff bring them back we
want them that would be awesome if they did but in other news we're gonna be
talking about some some trailers here a little bit later on the show we'll be
reviewing the great snowboarding comedy out cold from 2001 I'm excited to get
into that one but there's a couple trailers we want to talk about one was
child's play we reviewed that movie I think that was right before Halloween
early October I think we we covered that one on the show so we had a blast doing
that one I forgot how crazy that movie was but yeah it was a pretty much total
shit show it's completely nuts but a new trailer dropped for child's play it's
entirely it's an entirely reboot and comes out I
think it comes out in this summer I thought I saw like a June or July
release date for this thing I don't know it's always hard to tell us some of
these horror or just smaller movies sometimes they have a release date but
it's kind of just a placeholder and they they might move right so I don't know if
this this might actually come out around Halloween time but it could always fall
back to Halloween yeah but what were your sort of thoughts and take away from
this little teaser it's only like a minute longer so yeah so it's pretty
short well I definitely like caught the that they announcing the same producers
as as it yeah accent release of that and I think they do a good job of kind of
like creating this dark tone but then having these bright vibrant colors and
it's also nice to see them go back to kind of the original Chucky rather than
these like variations that we've seen in the other however many what 9 or yeah oh
yeah it is awesome yeah we don't need the Bride of Chucky cult and the seed of
Chucky Chucky we just want the good guy doll you know but um do you notice that
a it was just like a my buddy or something like that or yeah they
definitely they're definitely sort of changing sort of the origin or kind of
the I guess the kind of basis of the doll now visually I mean the faint sort
of portrait or silhouette you we can see of Chucky or honey I don't know if we're
gonna if he's gonna be called Chucky in this movie I hope so that's kind of I'll
come on he's gotta be hey you never know but maybe he's called Charles who knows
but yeah he basically looks the same but they're sort of updating the doll for
modern times now I don't know do do some do some I don't know the good guy was
mainly you know geared towards like five to 10 year old boys you know he's kind
of like a handyman I guess I don't know yeah I almost felt like the kid seemed a
little old to have the doll I agree so it looks like they're updating it in
terms of like the technology within the DAO but yeah is it is it gonna be sort
of like the AI goes haywire and it causes this doll to can wreak havoc that
probably better than what's-his-name Charles Lee ray or yeah
what's the do yeah something like that that guy like summon some like voodoo
spell to like put himself out of his human body and into a dowel to evade or
kind of escape from the detective at the last second before his human body dies
yeah I mean well I guess I don't I don't really care how the doll is like
possessed I just sort of care about like the personality of the doll no yeah now
with it being more so like an AI that to me sounds less human and a little bit
more robotic what I liked about that 1989 Chucky you know was how how human
that doll was how it was this this sleazy scumbag psychopath in a 2-foot
doll throwing ladies out of windows you know right yeah with a total foul potty
mouth yeah for sure yeah that's what made that character great so I I hope
they don't shy away from that angle of the character that's that's what I love
about Chucky I hope they bring back Brad Dourif to voice the dowel like I want a
foul-mouthed Chucky that's what I want to see speaking of
Brad Dourif we also caught a trailer for a little
talking yeah Brad Dourif related to tolki and obviously through the two
towers we know him as Wormtongue right yeah yep corrupting a king
theoden's mind yep but what did you think about tolki in this trailer
I mean for me I think it kind of looks like a not a spinoff of Lord of the
Rings or The Hobbit obviously but like this kind of goes kind of like your your
Finding Neverland you're saving mr. banks or like these kind of movies that
like go into the making of stories and stuff like that right you know like what
what do you make of of talking first-look well I mean I don't know how
I guess I don't really understand other than it's hard to tell from just like a
I mean this teasers literally 55 seconds and that includes like the intro and the
sort of like yeah the end tag on it so it's like 45 seconds long of like yeah
clips and footage but I guess I'm just curious as to what sort of story are
they trying to tell is it sort of maybe how he came up or what the inspiration
was for all these great stories that the guy came up with yeah you know that kind
of appears to be like there's they're sort of flavors of Sauron and right
there was some of the some of the trees reminded me of like I don't know trees
that you would see in like an elven forest and right like that so but I
don't really know much about Tolkien's like personal life so I'm right I think
I'm more curious about that I think it would be also cool to kind of learn
more about what like sparked some of these ideas and yeah inspired him to
come up with these stories I don't Rea know sort of how that all came about but
I hope they can pull it off yeah I mean this guy I mean it was all in his mind
it's not like this guy I don't think he was uh I think he was an Oxford
professor so it's not like the guy had a you know I don't know if he was in like
World War one or what but I don't know I think I'm just more curious to just kind
of know more about the guy yeah well I look at it like it's a movie that we
didn't really know we were gonna get and it's you know about kind of an origins
of one of my all-time favorite stories of all time so I mean there's not really
anything about it that there's that's not too like for me at least so I'm like
super interested my expectations aren't super high just because it's it's just
kind of this like supplemental kind of thing like I don't think anybody expects
it to be like an oscar movie or anything like that but it's great to have kind of
like a tribute to someone who you know gave us some of the best like lore and
and so many different types of like imaginative creatures and characters and
and and folklore or whatever you want to call it like comes from Tolkien isn't
and is inspired by him so I absolutely love the idea of just having something
like this to just kind of like sit back and enjoy and absorb and hopefully it's
a nice tribute and a good story and you know it's an enjoyable movie to watch
but we'll see yeah it could be great it could be a mediocre we'll see you before
um but yeah anything sort of anything sort of revolving around the Lord of the
Rings franchise definitely has the both of us interested
and it's got beast in it man yes yeah nicholas hoult is I think yeah he's a
pretty damn good actor hello like him yeah I think I think he
needs to pop up and some more stuff I mean I saw that movie collide with him
and um what's her name Emilia Clarke now GZA jyn erso Felicity Jones other yeah
gotcha Felicity showers actress yeah that movie
it was a train wreck but didn't see it not many people did Adam won Matt zero
yeah so but I I have faith in this I think I think it should be a good time
I'm also excited for that Lord of the Rings Amazon series that's eventually
coming down the pipeline names I'm paid 500 million dollars for the rights for
that thing nice so you bet your ass they're gonna
make sure that shows good so that's gonna be like their Game of Thrones nice
but I think we'd start heading into our our main topic of discussion this week
it's time to get into some out cold and now our feature presentation
you all know the rules of king of the mountain
the first ones at the bottom with the most beer in your glass shall be
proclaimed this year's king of the mountain pushing shoving and cheating
are encouraged
he is the greatest man I've ever known in a place where the thrill is all that
matters
Rick Rambis and his friends are the best of the best they know what they want I
know that I'm in love with him have you told her this no you've got to carpe the
diem seize the card and they're always willing he's passed out of pudding in
Rick's car Mike you're behind to push things over
the edge 1 2 3
I'm not gonna lose you again so still want a hookup
you're gonna have to try a lot harder than that Rick so still knock out the
competition is on wish me luck guys this is gonna be it let's make it
count
Oh cold all right ladies and gentlemen out cold from 2001 this is a film that
had a twenty four million dollar budget and managed to make a kind of a measly
thirteen point nine million domestically fourteen point seven worldwide so
obviously the vast majority of its dollars were earned in the US and you
know I could see why this would be more appealing to the US crowd not kind of a
world base but you know it came out in a year that had some heavy hitters in the
mix you've got films like Lord of the Rings in the Fellowship of the Ring
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone which I think that did that not break
records Harry Potter the first ah I believe so I
think that may have been the number one grossing movie that year I think so I
think so and then Ocean's eleven also so you know there's there's a stiff
competition there out cold not one of those types of films now
obviously it's in its own its own species of movie but but yeah Rotten
Tomatoes has this movie at a an abysmal eight percent 8 percent of critics gave
it a positive review interesting however the audience score that really matters
we have a score of eighty four percent so that right there is the reason we're
talking about this one so directed by Brennan and Emmett Malloy
I think that this film is one that is significantly and severely overlooked
and this takes me back to my like like freshman year of high school or eighth
grade or something in that time timeframe and it's like my youth on a
disc and yeah oh my god even the you know
whether it be the music or the one-liners in this movie like I from the
moment I saw this movie I knew that I was going to be able to watch it over
and over and over and over and always laugh my ass off and sure enough I
watched it the other night and I was laughing my ass off so you
know thank you Zach Galifianakis and company because I
think this movie is a lot of fun I don't I don't even care what Roper and those
dudes would have to say about it you know yeah I mean just trying to like
find some other sort of resources that came out back in the day at the you know
I couldn't find any clip of Ebert or Roeper reviewing this movie and you know
just just searching that I didn't find really anybody else that had made
reviews for this film like on YouTube right normally you can find tons of
other reviews that people have done over the years for movies that came out a
while ago but I saw like maybe two to three reviews for out cold and that's
kind of sad because I remember seeing I'm fairly certain I saw this in
theaters and I loved this movie as a kid and you know it's just it's completely
outrageous there's some some great characters in this but you know Zach
Galifianakis god bless the dude but um rewatching this movie you know I watched
this on HBO and yeah you know how when you start a movie is sort of it says the
movie and then it lists like the rating and why it's that rating right I could
have swore this movie was rated R I don't know why I maybe thought that I
mean there's some some profanity in this film but I don't know I just
it sort of strop bad I don't know maybe I was sort of view like thinking back to
it in terms of like old school and some of those like
wedding crashers like those types of movies back in the day I don't know I've
sort of even kind of like the American Pie movies yeah I was sort of batching
it in with those yeah yeah I think this film is kind of like it's like American
Pie meets what are those movies like ski patrol her it wasn't there like a ski
patrol I don't know drantch eyes of movies like they were just these like
dumb like ski movies I think Johnny tsunami yeah well that Johnny tsunami
now hey now we don't have time to talk about China I needs its own episode but
do you remember kind of the first time like you'd mentioned when you were
looking through it recently but do you remember kind of first witnessing the
movie not really I can't recall I mean I I must have been maybe I don't know 11
maybe 10 years old at the time yeah probably 11 at the time 11 or 12
the only thing I remember about watching the first time I know for sure I didn't
see it in the theater like probably most people but when we were first watching
it I remember the line where they're just starting to do king of the mountain
and and Luke zach galifianakis is reading off the rules he says the rule
number one you do not talk about king of the my head rule number two there are no
rules and then one of them asks what about rule number one he goes that's
more of a guideline than the rule do not interrupt me and I just remember him
delivering that line much better than I did and laughing like so hard like this
guy has some like serious like flavor of comedy that I've never tasted both
or yeah and it he's you know in there throughout doing his thing and every
scene is like fantastic so you know in first viewing I was just like so excited
like this movies you know the beginning is you get stumped be kind of
introducing Papa Muntz and his moonshine run yeah bull mountain don't go don't go
changin yeah all of that is kind of like really Campion it's just kind of like ah
this movie's gonna be lying yeah and pretty like stupid and ridiculous but
once you really get into it and start digging in and you know it's not perfect
and not everybody is good in it and it's you know kind of running on fumes as far
as like the complexity of the plot and things like that go but but man it's
just it's really fun and funny like really funny at least I think so in it
it's probably not for everyone but it's it is for me that's for sure yeah I
guess let's sort of get into the plot of the movie so basically I don't remember
them the months who's that what's the son's name who who owns bull mountain
oh that's Ted Ted months Ted months his dad passed away must have been a couple
years ago at this point I think yep and he inherited the the mountain bull
mountain and he doesn't appear to be the sort of guy that's really interested in
owning a mountain at all you know this is like he seems to be sort of a lot
different than his father was yeah so he sells it to Lee Majors is that John mate
Lee Majors as beyond mate that always confused me as he is this case you just
give them like an actual character name like what the hell's wisest last name
after me majors right yeah it's confusing so he decides
to sell the mountain to to him and he pretty much comes in and starts cleaning
house and this sort of group of characters that were following along or
losing their jobs and trying to figure out what to do as as Rick Rambis king of
the mountain is uh you know getting promoted as his friends are getting
fired and he comes to the realization that he doesn't want to do I have
anything to do with this and you know they somehow come up with a plan I guess
you could say - yeah sort of watch this this sort of a sale or I guess sort of
event to kind of showcase this new ski resort that bull mountains been turned
into but mainly we just sort of followed this this group of characters in
Westland do crazy shit and and much of it is related to Rick Rambis --is kind
of love from his trip to Cancun Ana who he can't get over and he finds that she
is majors daughter and she shows up and there's a lot of like him trying to win
her back and and or let her go and blah blah blah and there's kind of this like
push and pull romantic piece of the movie weaved in there that doesn't
really amount to much but um you know it has to kind of fill the gaps I guess
yeah it's sort of the thread that kind of weaves the movie along I guess yep
sort of pushes pushes Rick along this little this little journey I guess yep
but yeah I think you hit most of the the points I mean you've got this group of
guys they all work for the resort and it's all they have they're not educated
they're not really guild you can see some of them do kind
of like the snowboarding instructions and stuff like that some of them work
the the lifts but they all need you know they have nothing without it so it's you
know this kind of story of like how are they gonna kind of band together as as
friends and try to save the mountain and you know they talk about Papa Muntz
wanted Rick Rambis to run the mountain he just didn't want him to run the
mountain under John Major's he didn't want him to run snow nope he wanted him
to run bull mountain yeah I guess like I could have done without some of the the
romantic stuff that's kind of some of my least favorite I guess we're getting
right a lot of that stuff later on but this I guess I could I think I mentioned
this I don't know if it was last episode or what but when this movie came out
like we're talking appeared in time where extreme sports were you know that
was some of the most watched stuff on TV you had Tony Hawk he you know he hit the
900 in the late 90s and you had the jackass guys and yeah Tony Hawk pro
skater the video game yeah some of the massive some of those were the biggest
video games on the market so this whole sort of industry was really booming at
this point in time was when this movie came out and I think they were sort of
hoping that that would sort of drive the box office for this movie and it clearly
didn't but you know I don't know I just think this movie has some of the some of
the best comedy in it for the for the time it came out like it it just I don't
know it's in that has a lot to do with Zach Galifianakis but there's also some
great sort of supporting characters in there that I mean I can't even remember
the last time I saw them in some thing like the guy who playing pen-like
right and I like the chemistry between these guys in just the it's just like a
bunch of dudes like you said who are you know slaving away on this this ski
resort for whatever reason you know you don't really know much about them other
than you know they're not the the most intelligent people and they don't have a
lot of money and it's just kind of a job they have to do to get by and they're
just sort of living kind of paycheck to paycheck that's kind of the life through
living yeah I kind of got to feel that like Rick Rambis and Luke are kind of
best friends and these guys are kind of the other friends you know I mean I kind
of felt like Luke was always the one that's kind of in his ear like the voice
of reason or giving him and sometimes his advice was kind of like yeah not
really the greatest or it was kind of just silly but but he's always telling
them to take his head out of his ass and stuff like that and you know get your
did you get your dejected head out of your dejected ass is that what he says
something like yeah but yeah I I after watching this movie like right when it
came out and knowing then Zach Galifianakis like I feel like in this
movie I appreciated his performance and his County so much that I think I felt
like proud of myself like I was like in you know early like like these people
that think the hangover is so awesome and you know like like the just kind of
getting to know him in that movie I was like I already know Zach Galifianakis
like I watched that gal Phinehas when he's was an on out cold but you haven't
seen how cold what are you talking about that means yeah
um you know his career after this movie really kind of took off and it was at
Todd Phillips that did the hangover right yeah yep so I mean like you know
they get to that kind of level and level of Fame and he still steals the show and
everything he's in I mean he did did the movie with Robert Downey jr. where they
do the yadu date Sam yeah dude a this funny you know I like
his comedy special live at the Purple Onion that's really hilarious like
seeing him play piano and do comedy oh yeah I mean it's just kind of it's like
it's just like this like one one joke after another none of them really like
go together it's just kind of like hitting you with like rapid shots of
hilarity shit he was even in Birdman which was like I don't remember I don't
think that did that win Best Picture yeah I think it might have or screenplay
or something like that yeah it wasn't something they had to of I don't know
sounds like you're looking it up and I'm looking it up it did yeah yeah yeah I
believe it yeah he was like the stage manager of that whole play in that flick
but yeah Zach Galifianakis man the guy you sort of touched on like
you had never seen like comedy like that before right and it's it's the slight
inflections that the guy delivers like it's the the way he looks at the camera
or the person he's talking to you know like there's stuff happening in that
dudes brain yeah like that it's it's the way he talks and just the things that he
says they just kind of like come out of nowhere right I mean there there's a lot
of funny stuff that they do to him when he passes out drunk like you gotta love
it when they put him in the in the snow and
he goes I need a what is a paintbrush ten pounds of salt and it's something
like brush a bucket and ten pounds in ten pounds of salt Lance get his pants
you know it they put him out there in the Bears licking him in the morning
waking him up and he's enjoying it first weather then he's like show show show
good girl good boy I mean girl good girl yeah like the car spinning I mean that's
I think that was that in the trailer like yeah yeah I mean that's that's just
so funny it's probably impossible to do that but it's just hilarious like what a
funny joke and I mean they just do that that stuff is all great and everything
but I really think like the best stuff is in the hot tub scene we would have to
mention the hot tub blooney when he you know gets caught in in there
caught with his hand in the cookie jar or whatever that's a way to put it in
like you know lines like he's like they're talking about the new uniforms
and he's like yeah well it doesn't exactly allow my dice to roll and buy
dice I mean testacles speaking of testicles let me get a beer you know I
mean then he's like they're talking about they're talking about probably
Anna and he he says no regrets that's my motto that and everybody Wang Chung
tonight right I also feel like he's a good friend too and you mentioned that
he gives ya some bad advice sometimes but when when what's-her-name the main
girl Anna when Anna first walks into the bar and her and Luke you know have a
conversation after the riot II realized who each other are
Luke's looking out for Rick you know he says yeah leave him alone you know yet
like he knows how much this girl's sort of like screwed him up and he doesn't
want to play the song he so he plays I like big butts by Sir mix-a-lot that's
true but I do get a sort of baby baby got
back I think is the actual name yeah yeah well I I do get it sort of a sense
that these guys are like it's believable that these guys are friends to me yeah
oh yeah yeah I mean the way they are all kind of competing over and gotta get
Inga yeah I mean he how does it go I don't forget the guys name oh gosh
what's his name I don't know the black guy he he has Ingo they're walking out
of the bar together and Lucas right behind her right behind those two with
Pigpen and they're talking about how he's gonna he's getting and he goes I'm
gonna help you out a little brother I got your back on this one I'm gonna do
her yeah big fans like wait how does that help me any like snowboards off the
roof and crashes and he's and I love you yeah yeah that is really hilarious yeah
I mean there's there's just countless lines there sitting in the coffee shop
drinking coffee he's like man this is the best vanilla latte I have ever had I
can just taste the vanilla beans there's just things like you're in the real
world and you want to say that stuff like talking about what your motto is or
like drinking coffee like talking about like it's so fun to just have coffee and
be like this is the best cup of coffee I've ever had I can just taste the you
know coffee beans like his lines are just
really fun to say and I wonder how boring your life I wonder how much was
on the script versus actually just Zack oh yeah I sing because I feel like all
of his stuff is so much better than a lot of the other guys I mean Pigpen has
some great lines too but as well as stumpy and we have some clips later on
and the show for those but I just feel like Luke it's just got to be the
combination between maybe just the script and Zach Galifianakis but just
the line delivery and just what comes out of this guy's mouth is just
absolutely cold in my opinion yeah man it's like the the outtakes were great
too and I think you're right I think there's there's some some improv I am
providing going on there yeah he says things like these uniforms are making my
nuts rageous it's really cramping my Hardy Boys yes no mystery
I remember that one that was good as sort of the they have those rolling like
the end credits right oh the bloopers outtakes yeah well love outtakes I mean
it's so much fun yeah I mean sometimes you get some of the best stuff when you
just let the actors sort of like you know improvise and spit ball some scenes
when you have these great comedic actors yeah but let's get into the soundtrack
you had some some tracks that you thought were just yeah engine day yeah
well right off the bat they hit you with like a snowboarding montage of Rick
coming down the mountain the peak or something like that oh I don't know they
just show him like just snowboarding like you could I don't know just you
basically just get the feel for like it's he's really good at snowboarding
yeah one right and it's just a cool like I feel like I was I loved watching it
now because I'm transported like they play a band like Eve 6 yeah the song
anytime I mean it just like nobody's listening to Eve 6 anymore if you do
that I'm sorry but like I I there's nothing against that that's fine but I
just don't like I feel like that sound of bands like that is so so 2001 you
know and then when they do the king of the mountain competition it's some 41
makes no difference like great song to have in their high-energy pop punk kind
of music and you know this this point in time that's what was you know really big
that's the kind of music I was listening to back then so it just like is so
nostalgic you've got Foo Fighters in there you've
got lit you've got Andrew W K Jimmy world I mean there's a lot of good stuff
in there yeah I mean when you when you think about sort of the late 90s early
2000s this is the music that sort of comes to mind like this is what every
you know skateboarding snowboarding video game was playing in the background
if you're watching like jackass this is the sort of music they would have
playing on that show yeah this is I mean even even I'm like TRL like on MTV back
in the day you had like you know lit was on there you know they had what was
their big hit that my own worst enemy yet my own worst enemy I think that was
in the late 90s but that was a really popular song some forty one was rocking
the charts back in the day too so yeah um not only was this music sort of
associated with you know like skateboarding and snowboarding and sort
of the extreme sports but it was really popular at this point in time too
yeah yeah I mean it's it kind of makes this movie a little bit of a dude movie
and I mean that's that's fine and I think the we talked about kind of the
way that we didn't really care for the the romantic side of it I think it's
because it was like a little bit forced in there in a way it wasn't really like
the primary driving force of the plot like yeah it wasn't really anything that
made the movie like move in any direction it was like the big thing was
the fact that John Major's was trying to change bull mountain and the the whole
romantic element of it didn't really do anything for you know whether or not
John Major's was gonna either stay there or get run out or you know who was gonna
win who was gonna end up with the mountain yeah I so I think that that's
probably you know one of the the bigger faults of the the storytelling in the
movie but I mean the I think the comedy makes up for it but yes I guess should
we cut to break then we get into some of the some of the outrageous clips that we
have lined up yeah I mean you said it the comedy makes up for it so when we
get back from the break we're gonna we're gonna hit it hard

abominations and get started today god what's wrong with you I don't know where
to start ever since they took my far away from me I've been doing a lot of
thinking a lot of drinking and a lot of thinking a lot of thinking about why I
act the way I do why I feel the need to have countless sexual conquests one
after the other and I think it's due to the fact that I'm I'm gay no mr. October
batting for the other team Lance everybody knows nobody cares it's okay
you know I mean if you weren't gay you'd be a pretty weird guy really
the triumphant moment for Lance
come on well I was just gonna say that I was adopted a time since we heard this
conversation
yes that's a great scene yeah you gotta give it up for Lance I mean what a great
character he's awesome definitely and for those of you who you might know the
actor who plays Lance he was actually recently in the Power Rangers movie came
out yeah a couple years ago he was the dad who's Jason's dad yeah that's right
yeah from Lance to Jason's dad and Power Rangers yeah I mean I I like um I like
him he's a good actor date what is his name uh
David Denman he's pretty good likable guy I mean I thought like it's not like
I don't know it's not gonna be a leading man but it's he's a pretty good
supporting actor definitely yeah I just think that Lance steals the show like
there's a couple characters in this you know we talked about Luke and I think
that's one where it's just kind of easy to get into Luke and and that's why we
kind of start off talking about Zach Galifianakis like it's just easy to say
like you know this is Zach Galifianakis is movie but I don't know because these
two characters we're gonna start off with Lance but there are two that are
just like outrageously funny in this movie and I think Lance is one of them
this character just kind of being able to like be this like really like I don't
know he's gay but he acts like overly straight to the point where it's so
obvious that he's gay yes to explain to someone like this is what your character
is gonna be like I feel like you can't really like talk about that without
laughing right you know in reading some of the lines that he asked to say I mean
I'll just go through I mean it was fun to take notes on this
so so Jenny comes in to the bar and they're all sitting there she goes up to
the bar to get to get a drink and one another funny character that's in there
who is with Eric played by Thomas Lennon from like Reno 911 and all the you know
that show he's at the bar and he hits on her and says you know whatever the lady
wants put it on my tab and so she orders five shots and Lance
looks at her like like her looks at the guy like he you know like oh she got you
you know like now you got to pay for all the shots for all those dudes over there
right and in and that's funny and all but then she walks away with the shots
and Lance says man if I was her I'd begin with every dude on this mountain
and then Eric just looks at him like what the hell so that's pretty funny
and then they once they start kind of talking about the fact that that months
sold the mountain and the majors is coming in they're talking about how they
don't want it to turn into Aspen right now we don't need this place we don't
want to turn into Aspen and he goes yeah but it's a sausage factory around here
what you know there's no chicks aside from the occasional whatever it's
a sausage fest and and then Lance comes in he goes I mean there are gonna be
some hotties some slammin bods with pants so tight it looks like they're
painted on middle of chicks chicks love me so it's all good and then at the end
even after he comes out they attack major and ruin majors party or whatever
the big ribbon-cutting ceremony all of that and Lance is still trying to
put on the act the facade and he sees some girls walk by and he goes hi sluts
with tits they're like you don't have to do that anymore Lance and he's like oh
yeah I love man yes I mean it's just so funny he's is hilarious and you know I
apologize if that's not funny for everybody but I mean it is it's just
really silly and hilarious I think so I love Lance in this movie oh yeah he's
great he's just one of those characters that you kind of forget about after you
haven't watched it in a while but then you go back to and it's just like oh my
god yeah I remember this guy was great in this movie yeah like when it when
Inga's riding the bull in the bar and lances up on the bar like swinging his
shirt up in the air or whatever swinging a rag or every sky like you can see him
jamming in the background like shaking it when she's riding the bull like this
hilarious and I feel like I don't know what it's probably offensive to a lot of
people but I just feel like this actor David Denman just his delivery of it
kind of makes it charming in a way you know yeah like I don't know if the actor
is gay or not it you know but I just feel like the delivery it's comedic yet
it's kind of odd at all I don't know if I don't know if it's a if it would be
offensive to like somebody who is gay or if they would just kind of get a chuckle
out of it as well yeah hopefully does it's definitely something to wonder if a
movie like this was released now would it you know how would that have been
received you know but I don't know it definitely was a different time that's
for sure definitely yeah I guess should we sort of roll into stumpy and
talking about this I've we've saved this is like does that
delicious dessert we've saved the best for last
definitely all right so here's stumpy talking in the bar this is how it all
starts I see it all before I was there I was
there yeah it was called the 80s board was President Nixon was in the White
House and FDR was running this country into the ground if I was bubbling 80s or
the wall town in what is now called Utah some fella from Colorado shows up starts
making so-called improvements right before we knew what hit us the streets
are running with la paint no you know it got so bad fella that liked to you know
smoke a little grass or drink a little Ripple crow like a rooster
maybe talented the mayor's son to a gentleman's doors uncouth against God
more like bad for real estate values stop he had to go Richard
be careful what you wish for you got a stump be careful what you wish for god
it's incredible that's I mean there's so much in there you know foreign was
President Nixon was in the White House and FDR was running this country and
there's a girl that makes no sense three presidents who wasn't during the
eighth but he's just so funny before we knew it the streets were running with
lot to challenge the mayor's son to a gentleman's what does it mean to crow
like a rooster is there a deeper meaning to that I
don't know maybe curl like Peter Pan like Robin love yeah right but uh yeah I
mean that I love that we have that clip because that is kind of the longest you
know I hope they have the feel like flute music the battle like he's going
into battle it's a yeah Revolutionary War scene or something like that I loved
it but but yeah he's got so many good lines in the movie you know like hey
Pigpen you ever been in one of those lesbian chat rooms are they good oh I
don't know when you really know that he probably went to it yeah and he's like
did I ever tell you how I invented snowboarding I don't want credit for it
but they keep giving it to me or when Barry shows up which is a you know kind
of a funny moment in itself oh yeah yes because they're all gonna go over there
and kick his ass right you know and then they rolls out there you realize he's
paralyzed but uh he hands Luke some pills and he's like well first I think
he asked who's the jacuzzi Casanova and you know Luke's embarrassed already but
then Stumpy's up like fixing something up on the balcony and he's like oh
that's him right there yeah they call him that because he was way up in it you
know loving it strong man it's it's just so good
Dave Koechner to like and that's another guy like you know people who are big
anchorman fence you know champ kind if they're if they're into anchorman years
prior we were enjoying stump e'en out cold yes
I mean it's just it's just so good all in the hot tub scene it's great
I have I actually just pulled the clip up I I want to play it because I feel
like he says some crazy shit in it yeah alright so I just pulled this up you
know have nice words for he'll move stuck in a hot tub
yeah rubbing alcohol in the contraction
compression alright so let's talk about let's talk about what he brings in for
supplies to get this job done alright so correct me if I'm wrong but
does he have like a bucket yeah pair of a big pair of like garden snippers yeah
yeah like huge shears like and a lime and a bottle of rubbing alcohol right so
initially you're seeing like okay rubbing alcohol like he's gonna use that
to maybe like clean is wound or melt the snow or like something chemically is
going to make it so he can you know so he can get that thing out of there but
oh no he he puts the snippers like right in Luke's face and just snaps then like
shows him while he's talking about the Eskimos or whatever and he cuts his
I'm with these huge shears and takes the rubbing alcohol takes a drink and goes
and then takes the line afterwards as like the chaser right and then just ends
up using snow to get him out of the hot tub and the other thing that's really
funny about it is the way he looks down at Luke's situation after he pushes him
out cuz he looks at him like from three different angles and he's like squinting
like and then finally leans in and goes was it worth it yeah and it's just a you
know it's a hilarious question because you really feel like you know like
stumpy like is seriously asking him if it was worth it even though he was
outside all night frozen naked and a hot tub with his dick stuck in a jet and the
mountain looks at it asking if it's worth it like oh that is just like the
last thing you'd expect him to say but it is a riot yeah well I don't know it's
just like it's Adam bigs like he's the guy whose will will always be known for
Jason Bay Jason Biggs yeah will always be known for sticking his wiener and
apple pie yeah but but Zach Galifianakis will never be known as the guy who stuck
his wiener in a hottub jet right right yep no not not not enough people saw out
cold right and I mean with with these viewings like the great thing about how
cold is that the more you watch it the more you you find the more it's it's the
gift that keeps on get so many of detail you know we've done a lot of movies on
the podcast that you know they you you watch them more than once and you will
be rewarded right for example you may have noticed
that there is a scene in which Jenny is in kind of the the locker room or the
area where you get all your equipment on for the snowboard lessons that she
teaches I think her and Rick must both be instructors and Jenny is putting a
kid's boots on tying his boots up and an older kid asks like hey can you lace my
boots up to Jenny I like the way you do it whatever you know that not talking
about that kid but the original kid oh yeah he's a little portly in blond hair
curly yeah you know who I'm talking about oh yeah it's the kid from Bad
Santa Thurman Merman yeah from Bad Santa yeah
yeah just nice I just got done doing his advent calendar probably hanging out
with a freakin drunk Billy Bob Thornton
yeah I was I was digging that I was like holy crap was that Thurman Merman right
yeah I totally forgot that he was in this and then I we didn't really spend
much time talking about Eric no we doesn't have a lot to do but he is
in a pretty funny scene one of my favorite scenes and we touched on stumpy
a skinned pig pen like you know hey Pigpen you ever been to one of those
lesbian chat rooms and that that sets the sets the stage it's a little
foreshadowing that Pigpen is gonna get a little a little curious yes yeah this
scene is it's it's one of my favorites in the entire movie so it shows Pigpen
logging on to what is it like girls night or something like that that's
something like yeah and he enters his name and let's
see he types his name as Sally yep and he starts talking to a woman which I
don't remember the the Chet user's name specifically so like Tina or something
like that something like that yeah and uh you know you come to realize that
it's Eric on the other hand the other hand got this like really chilled out
like music too like this like R&B Female Vocalist music on the over the scene and
yet you have picked back and Eric who are both dudes who have logged on to
this lesbian chat room and they're just talking to another dude yeah he says
something like tell me I mean what you look like
and pigpen rights five-foot-three a hundred and ten pounds with huge debt
and then it like that so yeah and then they get away yeah but there he says
something like tell me something I don't know tell in pigpens responses I set my
brother on fire once Brian Eric types in I think you're
setting me on fire awesome and yeah and then pigpens next like five responses
are just awesome and you can hear that like the keys like banging with these
like prompt noises that are happening and finally Eric kind of like collapses
hands like in like success and they cut to a wide shot of him sitting in the
chair bare assed and you realized that he was you know handling his business
right and the thought that these two idiots are jerking it to each other in
chat room because stumpy told Pigpen about it earlier right you know it just
is it's just something that's so like ridiculously stupid that it's it's
somewhat like hilarious well there's also the the sort of angle that every
time Eric tries to make an insult towards somebody it's sort of like it's
sort of like he somehow makes it gay like my fist is gonna make an
appointment with your man yes yeah well yeah and Luke Luke calls him out on it
like you know that would technically that was flirting right you know why is
it that every time you say something it it involves my ass or something to do
with my ass right yeah I love it that's just kind of like one of the
characters that he doesn't really have much going on like it doesn't serve much
purpose but he's really funny and all the stuff with the the drug test like
and there's a lot of back-and-forth with Eric and Pigpen you know here or Eric
and these guys in general like Eric's kind of the guy that's just kind of
trying to be majors right hand for getting these guys out of there but like
the the reaction he has when Pigpen sets down a plastic cup with a turd in it and
he just loses it and yells big bad you know it's it's pretty funny yeah yeah
definitely the the characters are the strong aspects about this movie I guess
we can sort of start you know talking about what we liked about the movie
versus like sort of the the flaws you know easily the the standout parts about
this film are you know the comedy the characters Zach Galifianakis by far or
the character of stumpy I will say I mean there's a lot of a lot
of these great comedic characters but the leading man played by Jason London I
just wasn't really interested in this guy upon rewatching it yeah it's hard to
be there's just so much going on around him yeah medically but he could have
been interchangeable with almost you know any actor that's like halfway
decent decently good looking for that then male role like yeah I don't and and
he's not somebody that I noticed in anything else he's in Dazed and Confused
he's like the he is that's right he's the lead guy yeah that's true the
quarterback good call good call yeah but yeah I don't know I mean I don't dislike
a minute I just don't think that he there's parts where he tries or is
supposed to be funny and I don't think he's that successful like he has some
sarcastic remarks that he makes as well and you know you could just tell that
it's not his bread and butter you know yeah well and just that the whole love
story I'm not interested in this character I'm not gonna be interested in
this love story and yeah the girl that he's you know
he's he's sort of uh I don't know he's fallen head over heels over and he's you
know he's kind of got that puppy dog love that he can't get over he should
actually be with jenni the girl who's actually interested in him and who's
cool and yeah you know yeah and he keeps screwing it up and blown her by you know
just kind of let her blowing her off you know
while they have a dinner date you know what I mean right yeah I mean I think
that that was a missed opportunity with jenni like I feel like they had
enough in there that there should have been an angle of those two getting
together like somewhere in there as the as the conflict of them versus majors
and resolving them taking back over the mountain all we got with the you know
between Rick and Jenny was stumpy talking about them they got oh yeah they
got together and then some you know that's all we got at the end to kind of
show what happened with them so yeah it just kind of was like something that it
didn't really have an a real arc it was just hollow you know yeah this sort of
never resolves into anything yeah right and it could have been better
if it did I mean it would have gave it a little more purpose this whole this
whole like getting over the other girl and heard letting her do the right thing
by staying with Barry and I mean it's all of that all of that scream time
spent on it for something that doesn't even come to fruition and resolve in a
way that that makes it have purpose so I don't know it's just kind of that that
part of it is one of the weak points of the movie right I think the first
two-thirds of this movie is great yes I feel that last sort of 25 minutes are
not so great and that that's sort of what what the movie is leading towards
is trying to stop this ceremony or whatever the hell it is you know like
right why why is stopping this ceremony gonna stop John Major's from from you
know buying it I don't know that doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me
but I don't know I just feel like that first two-thirds it's kind of tight
comedy the characters are interesting you know why right I'm sort of go about
their daily lives and you know run amok in on bull mountain and then I don't
know I just feel like the moment when Anna's boyfriend Barry gets to talk and
what he doesn't have anything to do you know he flies an airplane and then flies
back off right you don't take sin and with them yep so
I just feel like those two characters could have been removed from the screen
and then you could have had Rick and Jenny focused and actually have
something to do have an arc yeah right and I feel like that would have made it
a better movie and maybe you know figure out a different way for these characters
to actually stop this ski resort from happening other than interrupting a
ceremony so that's kind of my gripes about the movie other than that I don't
really have any problems with it I kind of thought that maybe Pigpen was a
little bit too out there like just a little too the the actor I think over
acted that role slightly you know too much it's a little too cartoony yeah
he's very cartoony like I mean but I don't know at the same time if he pulled
it back a little bit like reeled it in a little bit it might not have been as
funny so I don't know I'm kind of I'm kind of torn on that one cuz there were
parts of it like I feel like when I was younger I thought Pigpen was a lot
funnier and now that I'm older I find him less funny like ever I'm just kind
of like a little bit more annoying and I feel like that's how the characters feel
about him too right they're always like just thinking he's a pain in the ass and
treating him like shit and you know yelling at him while he's humping the
the bench while they're stuck in the in the gondola
I do always dreaming about his James Bond dream yeah is a great dream I do
love the part where Rick and Jenny are like about to walk off after the king of
the mountain race yeah Pigpen and Luke start humping each other yeah and then
it's like time to stop but piggy and keeps humping Luke I found my dad any he
like was Edie pushes him down right something like that does he do and then
does he fall down after that yeah Luke falls down and then he starts punching
Pigpen yeah so it's quite quite a hilarious moment in the movie right yeah
oh man let's watch it again yeah round tool do you have any other sort of uh I
guess flaws about the movie um Lee Majors is pretty bad in this movie yeah
I would have to agree he's he's probably like one of the worst villains of all
time he said he's good I mean he's great at
being a douchebag and and kind of being that like businessman you know that he's
supposed to be with this this unlikable business owner dude but some of the
scenes are just kind of bad like the the shot where Rick takes the hat that Jon
gave them and I'm gonna get to that takes the hat and says hey Jon I quit
and he throws the hat and then John says like that's a $300 hat bitch you know
it's just I don't know it just it feels it doesn't feel natural for Lee Majors
and then I actually kind of liked the scene it was really funny where he gives
him the hat in the box and some gift and he says right welcome to
the winning team well I'll see you out there or something
like that and he reads the card and it says the exact same thing like I thought
that was really funny yeah that is a nice touch
but he's always saying stuff like that like you know a short stack but you know
and he calls the guy a retard all the time like that's I don't know another
sign of the times like you can't probably couldn't do that either this
this day and age now but um yeah I thought that um you know it's a little
lackluster I guess yeah the the comedy keeps this thing together and it keeps
it being rewatchable and as well as the characters you know you know this some
of them aren't the greatest Rick isn't the greatest character or Anna or uh I
mean Jenny doesn't really have much to do I think it would have been a lot more
interesting if her and Rick had something more in the film but it is
what it is and that's kind of what a this shows about we're sort of
reflecting on what what's out in front of us with this movie so I I had a blast
through watching this movie I yes I forgot it how much some some of some
great comedic bits are in this flick yeah and I mean we didn't even touch on
all of it no so there's plenty reason to you know if you're just listening to the
podcast and haven't seen this in a little while like go back and watch it I
mean I think you know it's it's fun to just sit there and and not have to
really focus on you know so much on plot and what's going on and stuff like that
like this movie is just kind of like a you know shit a shallow easy watch you
know you can watch it while you're making dinner or or whatever doing
something else you could still laugh your ass off and get all the jokes
and I mean we're listening to audio clips and it's still funny we're right
you know listening to the clip of stumpy getting getting Luke's member out of the
jet and we can't even I couldn't even see it and I still was laughing so right
you know it just goes to show that it's it truly is a funny movie definitely so
I think we can start wrapping it up there next week we're gonna be reviewing
Total Recall from 1990 another Paul Verhoeven flick we've recently covered
Starship Troopers which was a good time it's been a little bit since I watched
Total Recall maybe about a year or two yeah
so I'm excited too he's got some pretty pretty extreme directing techniques I
hear hey yeah yeah pulling his pants down too but the cast at ease what's the
big deal yeah you seen you seen one you seen him out he probably saw Arnold's
probably or Sharon Stone's was made out of tight it was made out of terminator
alloy liquid cyber did his member was made by Cyberdyne systems liquid metal
over metal endoskeleton but I think we can wrap things up there so be on the
lookout for the Total Recall up so next week for anime and myself seize the carp
