Euston hotel stabbing: 11 arrested on suspicion of murder after man dies in lobby - Duration: 3:05.

 Eleven people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in a hotel lobby in Euston, London

 Local sources told Mirror Online that the incident happened at the The Wesley Euston Hotel and Conference Venue on Euston Street near the busy train station

 Police rushed to the scene at 10.45pm yesterday to a report of a stabbing.  The Metropolitan Police said the male victim was stabbed outside before staggering into the hotel

 He had entered the building from the street before collapsing in the lobby.  Staff came to his aid but the man was pronounced dead about 45 minutes later

 The suspects were taken into custody at separate London police stations, the force said

 Scotland Yard said inquiries were taking place to identify the victim and inform his next of kin

 A post-mortem examination will take place in due course.  .  Ben Cawthra, who is at the scene, said: " - about a dozen

 "A large area has been cordoned off - around three streets around the hotel and some of the small businesses

 "The Wesley Euston Hotel is still in operation though and guests are coming in and out - although they have to show IDs to prove that they have a booking

"  The Wesley Euston Hotel and Conference Venue declined to comment when contacted by Mirror Online

 A delivery truck was seen unloading an array of bouquets in New York with hotel staff carrying them inside the location

 Smaller table arrangements were also spotted, featuring colourful spring flowers

 A package believed to contain a crib as a gift to Meghan's baby was also being delivered

 Officers from the New York Police Department were seen arriving at the same hotel

 A truck dropped off barricades as police entered the building to speak to security in preparation for the big day

 The Duchess reportedly jetted to New York for five days of rest and relaxation before the baby is born this spring

   Meghan is believed to be taking time out with her close friends in the Big Apple

 She will enjoy "rest, shopping and good food" with her "closest and most loyal" friends, according to Harpers Bazaar

 It was also revealed that while there, her pals would throw her a baby shower with 15 guests at a private location

  The visit - her first to New York since her wedding to Prince Harry last year - is said to have been planned months ago

 A source told the website: "The trip is a lovely chance to catch up with friends and spend time in a city she loves

 "This will be the last time a lot of them will see Meg until after the baby is born so it's nice to share precious moments

"  Among the things Meghan has done since touching down is a trip to bakery Ladurée with pal Jessica Mulroney

 And the source added: "Meg will be flying home refreshed and relaxed - and with a lot of new baby clothes

 An unusual police presence outside The Mark, the Upper East Side hotel where the Duchess of Sussex is believed to be spending her five-day break, is fuelling suspicious the rumoured baby shower in honour of Meghan is underway

Officers of the New York Police Department (NYPD) and security members outside the lavish 5-star hotel were not the only detail to give the secret event away

Hotel staff members were also spotted taking inside The Mark an array of floral arrangements, including beautiful bouquets of pink roses and table arrangements made out of colourful spring flowers
