Alright guys, we're here at Green Island, Sonoma Valley Marsh

So this is where I'm gonna launch a can't hunt here again

I have to paddle down to this place called Kuhn Island, that's where the hunting begins

But it looks like I'm the only one out here right now, which is good

So I'm gonna wait till sunup, so it's a little bit safer to get on the water and in the kayak

I'm already hearing some ducks. I saw it shit to the rabbits drive in so hopefully I'll get a rabbit too today

I'm sorry you guys probably can't see me very much

7:30 is sunrise, so I believe it's pretty close to that you allowed to shoot an hour before I'm talking the distance

Out where I'm going so hopefully that means there's some ducks out there

Am seeing about a limited ducks. I only got one shot off on one of them. I was going through the sloughs

And you can see so now I'm gonna go through another one if I can't get any luck there

Set them up. I've seen this spot. I've cast about two or three times going through sloughs

There's always been a pack of ducks there, but I haven't been able to get close enough to get a shot off so

that's where we're gonna decoy if

This doesn't work out here, but we'll see what happens is these I'm not a dumped out few keys and shit

So I'm not too worried. I should be able to get something today

Just just the sun's just out stuff just about eight o'clock 8:30

Beautiful day, so I cannot complain if you guys are wondering. I'm hunting with my Remington 870

I think it's one of the best shotguns out there

I do have trouble though with the three inch shells Ford uploads sometimes. They do get jammed

That's just one thing that I've seen it this gun

I don't know if it's the shells because I'm using winchester super hack Simon's anything else

or if it's the actual gun

But it could just be the shells if I shoot something else maybe Bob no problems with jams

But that's the only complaint on the gun. I've had so far so that's not much of a complaint

But I'm gonna get going here guys get paddling, and it will be on our way

So my trouble in this kayak is getting close to these ducks. I don't know if you can see them out

There's a lot you have already flown away

We've gotten all skittish, so I'm gonna take it slow and see what we can do all right guys our strategy

Isn't working so because there's a shit ton of ducks here, and they're all gone now, but hopefully they'll come back

So I'm gonna start decoying this area

Honestly, I've busted off of off of a few ducks, and they're just the thing was stealing. I'm using this shoot shooting with lead shot

California has made this thing

Where you have to start using steel shot now it steel shot has been used for ducks for a while

but I'm used to hunting clubs where we were still allowed to shoot led and

The distance on steel is just crap so a few ducks

I shot at I know I would have hit with lead, but I couldn't reach out with steel

But we got this one he came in nice and close we were able to get him no problem. So it's a good duck

But good lesson for me get out here a little bit earlier

Set up a little bit earlier, so you got a little more hunting time

Because it seems out here the morning is is what's cracking and I don't want to stay out here

Once it starts getting dark and everything because I got shit to do

Premiere of throwback Thursday, I'm throwing down on my 2012 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade.

Besides the introduction, these videos will mainly consist of raw riding with some music added in to make it a bit more entertaining.

It wasn't until I setup a GoPro and recorded myself that I started making progress with my wheelies.

After watching the footage, I realized how low I really was and from there I had a ton more confidence in sending it on one.

After much practice on this road I finally was able to bang out fat wheelies across the straights.

When heading uphill on this road, it is much easier to pull it up and keep it there.

Last month, I spent a weekend in Binghamton, New York

with AFSCME leaders, visiting members in their homes. Our goal was to hear

what was on their minds, and talk about what's at stake in this challenging moment.

One of the union's sisters I met there told me how she describes the work that

public employees do in New York State: "We maintain civilization as you know it."

That's a powerful way of articulating the importance of public service.

Our union has made a commitment to shine a light on the incredible work

that school bus drivers, social workers, snow plow operators, parole officers, librarians, and

others do every day to serve their communities.

More than two years ago,

facing the prospect of a national right to work environment, we took a deep dive

into understanding AFSCME members' priorities and their connection to our union.

The lessons we learned from our research can be summed up in a single

phrase to describe public service workers: we never quit.

At the heart of our Never Quit initiative—that's right— we believe that every person working to

sustain their communities deserves respect. We show ours through action:

fighting to secure opportunity for current and future AFSCME members.

We negotiate better pay and benefits because all workers deserve respect, and

Seoul to hold public hearing on possibly amending KORUS FTA - Duration: 0:46.

A public hearing on a possible amendment of the South Korea-U.S. free trade deal will

take place in Seoul next month,... right after President Trump's two-day visit to the country.

Seoul's trade ministry says the November 10th hearing is part of the legal procedure the

government must follow before holding talks with Washington.

Officials say it will be an opportunity to listen to public views and opinions from experts

in related fields, which will then be considered in the government's plan.

Both South Korea and the U.S. agreed early this month to start the process of amending

the five-year old pact-- pushed by the Trump administration's request to make changes,

Korean gov't to upgrade 65% of non-regular public sector workers to regular staff by 2020 - Duration: 0:56.

More plans for the country's job market-- The Korean government says it will turn 205-thousand

non-regular public sector workers into regular staff by 2020,... starting with those in government

agencies and public institutions.

That figure translates to around two-thirds of all irregular workers currently on the

books.

The plan also includes extending the retirement age for security and janitor jobs from 60

to 65 years old... and turning 30-thousand of those workers into regular employees.

By the end of this year,... 74-thousand workers will have been upgraded.

The labor minister added the government will also tackle the long-held practice of abusing

and overlooking the irregular worker system.

The move is in line with the president's pledge of improving employment conditions for Koreans.

Fairfax County Public Safety Headquarters Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony (Oct. 26, 2017) - Duration: 1:30.

We're here to dedicate our new Public Safety Headquarters

here in the Braddock District here at the campus of the

Government Center. Our current headquarters at the Massey

Building is going to collapse any day now. I mean, it's

well past it's use. It's an unhealthy, dangerous

building, and Public Safety is the first function of local

government. We're right next to our other county agencies

and we have a lot of collaboration from Police,

Fire, Community Services Board, Health Department,

Human Service agencies, so that collaboration is enhanced

by being located here on the campus. It's also a

fantastic building and has been built to modern,

environmental standards. It's LEED Silver with all of

the appointments that help to make it an environmentally

friendly building, and that's what we are here to

celebrate today. Public Works is very excited to deliver the

building. Our goal is to create a secure, safe, modern,

beautiful building that takes care of all of the latest

green technologies and smart building technologies. I was

insistent that we were going to meet all the environmental

standards that we impose on the private sector. I think

that's important for the government to do and we're

proud of this building. It is a forward looking building. It

is environmentally sound and we're very proud of how we

can construct a building like this at a solid budget that is

good for the environment and provides the most necessary

service that we have.
