Selena Gomez looks absolutely fabulous as she flashes her midriff at Hotel Transylvania 3 premiere

She plays the 126-year-old daughter of Dracula.

So Selena Gomez was wearing well as she dazzled at the premiere for her latest movie - Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, on Saturday.

The beauty - who is 25-years-old in reality - looked abs-olutely fabulous as she flashed her toned midriff at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, California.

The stunning star - who had a kidney transplant last year - was the epitome of classic glamour in an elegant wedgewood blue floral print two-piece.

The Wizards of Waverly Place star flaunted her ankles in a strappy silver heel, to complete her look.

A small clutch bag and a simple cross necklace were her only accessories.

Her chestnut tresses were swept back into an up-do which left wavy tendrils framing her pretty features.

The ex-girlfriend of Justin Bieber was camera-ready with perfectly applied make-up, featuring a peachy lip and blush.

Selena explained that she has taken things a little easier since her operation last year.

Honestly, I've just kind of stepped back a bit,' the singer and actress explained on Good Morning America on Friday.

'I enjoy my life, she continued, 'I don't really think about anything that causes me stress anymore, which is really nice.

She plays Mavis - the 126-year-old daughter of Dracula and the late Martha, and the granddaughter of Vlad, in the movie.

The monster family embark on a vacation on a luxury monster cruise ship so Drac can take a summer vacation from providing everyone else's vacation at the hotel.

But the dream vacation turns into a nightmare when Mavis realizes Drac has fallen for the mysterious captain of the ship, Ericka, who hides a dangerous secret that could destroy all of monsterkind.

Gomez will also voice a character in The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle, set for release on April 12, 2019.

Selena Gomez is not spending her media tour for Hotel Transylvania 3 thinking about Justin Bieber.

A website is exploiting a connection from nearly six years ago to spread a made-up story.

Gossip Cop can bust it.

HollywoodLife claims Gomez can't get Bieber "off her mind, especially while on the media tour for Hotel Transylvania 3.

" A so-called "source close to Selena" is quoted as saying, "It's impossible for her to not think about Justin during this time because in the past, she has brought Justin's siblings and Justin himself with her to the previous Hotel Transylvania premieres.

" This supposed snitch contends Gomez has "fun and fond memories from it all, which then makes her think of the good old days.

"Her friends and family still know that she still holds a candle for Justin and can see that times like this media tours [sic] gets to her emotionally and makes her think of the past," asserts the site's untraceable insider.

The blog then editorializes by offering, "We can certainly understand Selena's emotions.

After all, they've known each other since 2001." (See screengrab below.) That date, of course, is a glaring factual error.

In 2001 Bieber was 7 years old.

Scooter Braun did not discover him via YouTube until 2008, after which he eventually became famous and met Gomez.

When the outlet can't get such a basic fact right, there is no reason for readers to trust the rest of the article.

In fact, this piece contains another mistake, or, at the very least, a significant misrepresentation, that undermines the whole premise.

While it's true Gomez brought Bieber's siblings to a Hotel Transylvania premiere in 2012, and then he attended a premiere with her days later, that's where their connection over the film begins and ends.

When Hotel Transylvania 2 came out in 2015, Bieber had no involvement whatsoever.

They weren't even a couple then.

Conveniently, and misleadingly, the online publication doesn't tell readers that.

Instead, it wants readers to think that all of Gomez's past dealings with the movie franchise are tied to Bieber, which simply isn't accurate.

Gomez has attended multiple events for each of three Hotel Transylvania flicks.

But because two of those appearances nearly six years ago related to Bieber, the website has manufactured this narrative about how she supposedly "she can't stop thinking" about him during this latest press tour.

Not only this is far-fetched, but E! Online already reported back in early May how Gomez has "completely moved on" from Bieber.

Does he cross her mind from time to time? Probably.

That would only be normal.

But this is a fabricated storyline just because Gomez is currently promoting a franchise whose first installment came out when they were dating.

This is HollywoodLies, as the blog is nicknamed, doing what it often does: Taking hot topics (the release of Hotel Transylvania 3, fans' continued interest in Jelena) and concocting illegitimate related stories.

Remember, this is an outlet Gomez called the "worst" in an interview with Billboard, which just so happened to be conducted as she was doing press for Hotel Transylvania 2.

All this time later, the outlet hasn't gotten any better.

Ever since her secret kidney transplant last summer, Selena Gomez has become a master of laying low—but today she was all about the fun and sun of summer, attending the daytime premiere of Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The fun-filled premiere marks her first movie premiere in two and a half years.

The last film red carpet she did was for The Fundamentals of Caring premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2016.

She may be an A-lister and a jet-setter but this is only the fourth major event that the popstar/actress has attended in 2018.

For today's event, Selena selected a china-patterned Oscar de la Renta crop top and skirt.

She accessorized with a $12,000 Tiffany & Co.

platinum diamond hoop earrings and a $9,500 Tiffany & Co.

diamond cross necklace, which she's been wearing since the Met Gala last month.

The only other events the "Wolves" singer has turned up for this year is the Met Gala, WE Day California and Coach's Fall 2018 runway show.

The director of Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation has praised Selena Gomez and said working with her was "easy".

The third instalment of the animated franchise sees the monsters leave the hotel in favour of a cruise ship holiday.

Gomez, 25, is part of an all-star cast and plays Mavis, Dracula's 126-year-old granddaughter.

Director Genndy Tartakovsky, who is also the creator of cartoon Dexter's Laboratory, praised the actress as "grounded".

Speaking at the film's premiere in Los Angeles, he told the Press Association: "Selena is great.

The best thing about her is that she's very honest.

"She's very sincere and truthful and that usually comes out in her performance.

It's always very comfortable, she's very grounded for as big a star as she is.

She's just like anybody."As well as Gomez, Hotel Transylvania 3 also stars Adam Samberg, Adam Sandler, Kevin James and Steve Buscemi.

Tartakovsky said working with them was "easy", adding: "They are all professionals.

They are all super funny so the pressure is on us to give them the right material and then they just kill it.".

Asked about what fans can expect from the film, Tartakovsky said: "It's a big, gigantic comedic spectacular.

We get out of the hotel and see more of the monster side of things.".

Former Saturday Night Live star Molly Shannon plays Wanda the werewolf in Hotel Transylvania and said the film appeals to parents and children.She said: "I would say they really made the comedy great for adults so it's for adults and kids.

The jokes are relatable for both moms and dads and kids, and who doesn't enjoy a family movie?.

"This is the monsters going on vacation.

They are going on a cruise ship, they are going to get a moontan, they are going to play volleyball and they are going to fall in love.

"It's fun, fresh and new.

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation is released in the UK on July 27.
