News on Youtube Jun 30 2018

hi I'm Jenna here from sip bite go and I'm on a mission to show you the best

places to eat and the best things to do in Portland Oregon today we're headed to

Chiosco Pizza Kitchen it's located in the porter downtown and we're gonna go

behind the scenes and see how they make all their delicious pizza but you

approach it from the outside so we're gonna show you all of that but you get

your pizza through basically a kiosk which is what it's named after correct

and basically you're serving people pizza

exactly it's our walk-up Pizza window you know slide open the window grab a

fresh slice trout it's something to drink

beer wine so it's most so good on the outside I'm sure lots of people just

like stumble by an early oh my goodness yeah the bench like down the road yeah

it's awesome so I love to learn a little bit more about you

how you came to work and then if it's a-- the kitchen what is your history

with cooking pizza I've been cooking pizza I mean I think

everybody does whether it's from the frozen when you finally get enough to

make their own I'm sure you've tried a bunch of different keep the topic we're

announcing wrong because I I lost a bet earlier with my husband he is Italian

and I told them it was pronounced one way and so it's program sorry about that

but so what would you say is like your favorite type of pizza

but science ours I mean they're really good talking-to and it's really simple

but there's some really good pizza around town two different toppings

different styles bro I just like it simple I don't like it overcrowded and

it's just got believers and I know that you guys use some Oregon

Mount Tabor's has hazelnuts on pizza do you have any other tributes to

Portland Oregon or we just try to use anything local that we can whether it's

local meats or local cheese's like the Oregon go speedy Jack's we try to stay

we're gonna go behind the scenes and see how you're making all the delicious easy

so do you make the dough first thing wait what we do is we make it and we let

it ferment for about four days so it gives you the good chew it gives it

starts to break down a little bit so you get a good crisscross you get it get you

to it our style is Romano style which is

rectangular and fashioned instead of your traditional round if you go to

Italy a lot of the times it's so lightweight instead of by slice so

you'll go and get a wedge of it but after four days of fermenting we

weigh it out roll it out the margarita pizza is traditional but exceptional it

has a delicious homemade red sauce that is so bright and cheery you can tell

that the tomatoes are seriously fresh the mozzarella is melted graciously on

top of really red tomatoes and of course it's sprinkled with some basil our

version of the margarita

and we cook our marinara for about 10 hours take all the beer father soft and

softened it up all carrots onions and celery garlic lots of garlic and then

some of our san marzano tomatoes

and then we just let cooking so again it's a little bit of sweet

sweetness to it still out on the water on events but we don't want it to be too

pasty it looks like a delicious bright red yeah it almost tastes tomato by

looking at it yep no it's great a little bit of salt pepper

and this piece will only improve as the tomatoes and Fuhrman

so fresh mozzarella we're just gonna pick apart

which again just got it you don't want to overcrowd keep it simple

sprinkled around

let's set it 500 degrees

yes

minutes

this time it takes about six minutes

the way on white pizza has Yukon Gold potatoes roasted garlic and Parmesan

Reggiano it is baked and the potatoes get so creamy and the sauce it's really

delicious well it's been a delicious day at Chiosco

pizza kitchen at the porter hotel hilton in downtown Portland thanks so much for

joining me on this delicious pizza journey when you're in downtown Portland

don't forget to stop by and make sure to subscribe to the sip Bite go channel on

YouTube you know I'm gonna know where I'm gonna pop up next hope you have a

WHAT AIRBNB HOSTS CAN LEARN FROM HOTELS! - Duration: 5:49.

Hey YouTube what's going on it's Richard founder of short-term run to university

and Airbnb super host today's video is what can we learn from these guys big

hotels not better not worse they can learn from us and we can learn from them

so what is it that we can learn from them so the very first thing that I want

to point out that a hotel knows its selling that the average Airbnb like

newbie doesn't realize is they're not selling four walls and a location

they're actually selling hospitality they know how to greet you they know how

to check in they know how to be responsive they know how to anticipate

they know how to make you feel welcome and these are the things that a hotel

does that a lot of new Airbnb hosts that even those with a lot of experience

don't really do but I think that that's what differentiates a hotel from an

Airbnb and actually a really good Airbnb host stands superior to somebody who's

just started who thinks that somebody's just renting the space and they want

nothing else and that's not generally true they want the space they want the

location but they want to feel warm welcome invited personal right like

that's a huge advantage that US Airbnb hosts have versus this huge hotel behind

me they've got hundreds of rooms and thousands of guests maybe even hundreds

of thousands of guests a year at most you may have a hundred guests if you

treat them all as individuals you have a huge advantage at their own thing

hospitality the second thing that we can learn from a hotel is just sort of how

to run the business right they have processes and procedures they've created

manuals they've trained people every check-in should be similar to the last

check-in if there's a little hiccup they learn from it they make it better the

next time and we as small businesses and

entrepreneurs often I find we're just like constantly in the weeds we're

behind we're trying to get this ready we're trying to clean that we're fixing

this we're constantly behind and everything is like the one-off or the

exception and that's why small businesses tend to stay small because

they never actually start to think about putting in the time and the energy to

scale and get bigger now these big boys that's what they do

really well and so what we can start to do is think of ourselves not as a small

business owner that's just doing everything ourselves with the clean and

repair or whatever you can do all that but start to think about

menteng what it is that you do when you do it how you do it and you could start

to train somebody maybe it's your spouse maybe it's an employee maybe it's your

child but as soon as you start to put in place processes and procedures test them

train people on them see if they work now you've got something that's

sustainable and repeatable much like they do and that'll help you scale and

get to your second place or your third place the third thing that hotels do

really well is they understand their bottom-line and they run a business and

we see all the time in the Facebook group all these exceptions somebody

wants to check in early somebody wants to check out late somebody wants daily

cleaning somebody wants a discount somebody wants this somebody wants that

that's not hosting and that's not hospitality that's somebody trying to

perhaps take advantage of you now if you can accommodate it it's no big deal

all the power to you go for it I mean that could make a great experience and a

great review and that's wonderful but at a certain point you need to stand your

ground and sort of say wait a minute that doesn't work for me I have another

guests coming in or it doesn't work for me for this reason and get that sort of

backbone in place that says I'm willing to risk getting a worse review I'm not

going to give away the farm I'm not going to bend over backwards I'm

not going to just comply with every single request no matter how you know

ridiculous it seems because of fear of getting a five-star review in fact if

you do it properly you can express to them why it's important that you

maintain this rule or why you can't accommodate them and come off as a

consummate professional somebody that they respect and still earn that

five-star review and I do it all the time so I want to be perfectly clear I

don't view these guys as a threat they're definitely competition but I

think we have a huge advantage and if you haven't stayed in hotels put a

little budget item in go and save for a hotel go stay for a night for a week and

take your loved one away but see what you learn from them pay attention to

things about like where they hang the art where they put the beds can you lose

stuff underneath pay attention to the check-in process like just experience it

yourself because then you can start to see what the other opportunity if

somebody could book you or they could stay there what do they get for staying

at the Hilton or the Sheraton the Marriott what do they get from you I

personally think Airbnb hosts are a much bigger threat to

the big hotels than vice-versa and that's why they're starting to do all

these hybrid models and they're all rolling out these like millennial is

what they call them hotels and opportunities so they view us as a huge

threat and you know why because we're personal we're small we're fast to react

we can really create an experience we can do all sorts of things that they

can't do we're nimble we're small but we have to

be smart and intelligent in business people and professional and keep the

guests first if you do that we win I mean we can all coexist I operate from a

position of abundance but I'm just saying we as a small hosting community

we win we grow we have side income we have passive income we have multiple

opportunities and expand and expand so I hope you found this video helpful please

go ahead and like it and subscribe to the channel and with that I'm gonna go

see my girlfriend Charl show them who I found over here check this out I mean

isn't she lovely great swimmer beautiful I mean look at this it's a match made in

heaven don't you think Oh

Love Island's Adam Collard 'begged to meet schoolgirl at hotel after flirting online' - Duration: 3:33.

Love Island's Adam Collard reportedly begged a teenager to meet him in a hotel, sending her a barrage of suggestive messages

According to The Sun, the 22 year old Geordie pursued a 17 year old girl in March before entering the ITV2 villa, sending her a flirty message on Instagram, which read: "Hiya gorgeous

I have to say you are definitely a bit of me."  But the mystery woman replied that she was too young for him

However, the personal trainer replied back: "I don't care if you're not quite 18

"Age is just a number isn't it? You're legal aren't you?"  Adam – who has already been called out my charity Women's Aid for exhibiting warning signs of emotionally abusive behaviour – reportedly then brushed off the suggestion that he should go for a woman closer to his age

He is said to have replied: "Why would I want them they're not my type, you on the other hand

"Let's say what if I come to Coventry are you gonna meet up with me then? I'll take you out somewhere nice and book a hotel

"  The teenager, who is a business student and has chosen to remain nameless, allegedly turned down Adam's request to meet her

She told the publication: "Surely he could just go out instead of hitting on a 17-year-old on the internet?    But Adam simply responded: "I bet he's not as good looking as me though. Is that a definite no then? I don't want to waste my time

"  The girl claims that after she rejected his advances Adam unfollowed her on Instagram

ITV refused to comment when approached by OK! Online.

The 8 Biggest Revelations Selena Gomez Has Shared on Her 'Hotel Transylvania 3' Press Tour - Duration: 4:54.

The 8 Biggest Revelations Selena Gomez Has Shared on Her 'Hotel Transylvania 3' Press Tour

Selena Gomez just had a press day for Hotel Transylvania 3, where in the midst of answering some light questions about the children's film, she shared some greater, fascinating truths about her life these days and how she has changed the way she lives her life after getting her kidney transplant.

Here, the most fascinating tidbits disclosed.

1. Gomez has moved out of Los Angeles. "I don't even live in LA anymore," she told Good Morning American. "I don't pay attention to trying to get people to like me as much." This June, her $2.799 million Studio City bungalow was listed on the market, perhaps for that reason. It's unclear where Gomez lives now, though she has been seen in Texas, spending time with her family. Gomez has talked in the past about wanting to move to New York City, saying in 2014, "I've always said that I want to have a love affair and live there....Everyone always says I'm more New York when they meet me so maybe it would be good for me. I don't spend enough time there."

2. Since her kidney transplant last year, Gomez stresses about what people think of her. "Honestly I've just kind of stepped back a bit," Gomez told Good Morning America. "I enjoy my life. I don't really think about anything that causes me stress anymore, which is really nice...I don't pay attention to trying to get people to like me as much."

3. Gomez's best friend is Raquelle Stevens, who went on that Italian vacation with her and David Henrie, though Courtney J. Barry, who sent E! the questions they asked her, is a close second. "Oh no," Gomez told E! initially because she didn't want to choose. "Okay, fine, we go through seasons but I would say Raquelle." On Barry, she quipped, "She's got a boyfriend though. She's good." Taylor Swift wasn't brought up this time.

4. Gomez's favorite food is peak carby Italian. "I love Italian. Pasta, I love pasta, cream, and mozzarella, all of it," she told E!.

5. Gomez would be far away from Los Angeles, helping kids, if she wasn't an actress and singer. "I would probably move very very very far away and help children," she told E!.

6. Gomez is a Rachel Green. E! asked her to identify which Friends characters she and her friends were. "Yes, I am obsessed [with Friends] and you know it. Courtney [Barry] would be Monica, I would be Rachel, Raquelle [Stevens] would be Phoebe..."

7. Gomez staged tests to make sure her parents' boyfriends and girlfriends were worthy of them. With dating intuition, she told Entertainment Tonight, "I like to say [that I have] decent discernment. But I come from a separated family, so I used to get very protective over my parents when they would date. I mean it would throw me off so I kind of had to give them [the possible boy or girlfriend] a bit of a test."

8. Gomez loves The Greatest Showman's song "This Is Me" so, so much. "A song that makes me really really happy is 'This Is Me' from The Greatest Showman," she said during a press junket for multiple outlets. "I don't care what mood I am or who said who, or what just happened, it makes me so happy and it makes me feel good about who I am and it's amazing to blast in my car." Gomez sings along to it "very loudly."

Selena Gomez Leaves Her Hotel After Revealing She Doesn't Live In LA Anymore! - Duration: 3:05.

Selena Gomez Leaves Her Hotel After Revealing She Doesn't Live In LA Anymore!

Whoa whoa whoa.

stop the presses! We caught Selena Gomez leaving The London hotel in West Hollywood yesterday, and we couldn't help but wonder why she was staying there since she owns a home in the area.

Now, it all makes sense! The "Come & Get It" songstress just sat down for a GMA interview to promote Hotel Transylvania 2 today, and she let it slip that she's left the City of Angels! "Honestly, I've just kind of stepped back a bit.

I enjoy my life.

I don't really think about anything that causes me stress anymore, which is really nice.

I don't even live in L.A. anymore.

I don't pay attention to trying to get people to like me as much," she confessed while discussing how her outlook has changed since her kidney transplant.

This is news to us! If we were the brunette beauty, we wouldn't want to stick around in tinsel town, either, and run the risk of bumping into Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin.

Not only that, but she can't escape the paparazzi and headlines in Hollywood, so it's probably for the best that she relocated.

Now the question is.

where did she go? NYC would be a natural guess, but it's also quite possible she went back to her home state of Texas.

We wonder if The Biebs knew that she'd gotten out of dodge? Read more at: http://www.x17online.com/2018/06/selena_gomez_doesnt_live_in_la_anymore_doesnt_pay_attention_justin_bieber_hailey_baldwin_photos_video_062918.

Modelo de Victoria's Secret demanda a lujoso hotel tras sufrir ataque de chinches - Duration: 1:41.

Sabrina Jales St. Pierre, modelo.
