[music]

Hey, what's up, guys!

DJ Toms here.

For today's afternoon session

Will be the Baby Tams Love Letters

A heart-melting love story

of our fellow Baby Tamaraw

who found love.

You know where?

In the most crowded yet loneliest place.

The letter says,

"Dear DJ Toms, my name is Jake

and this is the story that change

my life forever.

It all started on Monday,

the first day of our classes,

on my way to FEU

via the train.

[music]

[crowd chatter]

Doroteo Jose Station,

approaching Doroteo Jose Station.

[crowd chatter]

[train buzzer]

Excuse me, excuse me please

E-Excuse me po!

Ay!

Ayy. Uyy. Ayiee.

That moment, DJ Toms,

out of nowhere,

I suddenly caught a girl in my arms.

When I looked to her eyes,

I saw the most innocent

and gentle soul staring back at me.

I felt emotions

rushing all over my body.

Feelings that I can not decipher.

Sorry, sorry, I'm so sorry, sir.

For your schedule-

[knock]

[door opens]

I'm sorry, ma'am,

thank you for waiting.

Okay,

you may sit next to her.

I followed her hands

and was surprised to what I saw.

It was her.

The girl from the train station.

I slowly walked towards

to my chair and sat quietly.

As days and nights

came and passed by,

our relationship grew.

From seatmates to closest friends,

where we both became

a shoulder to cry on.

Along the way,

there's this feeling

that starts to unfold

like a cocoon

about to emerge

into a butterfly.

[footsteps]

Clo,

I have something to tell you.

Yes? Jake?

umm.

Will you be my girlfriend?

I-I'm sorry.

The moment she left

every part of me

shattered.

I wanted to explain

to her the truth

but she seem to be ignoring me.

Minutes, hours, days, weeks

and months have passed

yet still we haven't talked in ages.

It destroyed me.

That I got into band habits

like drinking, smoking and more.

[music]

There was a school event

and I forgot something in our classroom.

So, as I was walking upstairs,

I found a girl crying.

She stopped and looked at me

and I didn't realize

it was Chloe.

She instantly jumped

and wrapped her arms around me.

I felt every part of my body fell

and overwhelmed with so much joy.

After that day,

we started talking again.

On her 17th birthday,

I wanted to surprise her.

Happy Birthday, Clo.

Oh, hi! Thank youu.

Wait!

I got a perfect time

when it's just the two of us in the room.

Will you give me another chance?

She wrapped her arms

around me so tight

then she leaned towards me ear

and whisper that three letter word.

I was so happy

like I'm about to explode, DJ Toms.

I don't know what to do

nor to say at that moment.

I felt all of my heart breaks

and hard works have finally paid off.

She kissed me softly

and we dance the night away.

[music]

We made and kept our promises.

Now, we are two years and counting.

This is where my story ends.

I hope a lot of people

and the Baby Tams

will learn a lot from it.

Signing off, Jake.

How to Make a simple Christmas Treat Box - Duration: 15:16.

hey friends it's Kara from iStampin.com. today I want to show you this quick

and very simple little Christmas treat box using a combination of the takeout

treats stamp set and the coordinating takeout thinlit dies you can find these

in the holiday catalog if you purchase together you do save 10% but it was so

easy to make this darling little treat box and what you do is you would just

open it up right here and then on the inside you can put some you know treats

in there some little toys I think these are gonna be perfect to use for an

advent calendar I think that's what I'm gonna do this holiday season and I'm

kind of like coming up with some ideas of how I can attach them to a board and

thing like and things like that but just such a quick and easy way to make

something really cute for some holiday decor so let me show you the items that

you're gonna need so obviously you'll need the the bundle for the stamp set

and the thinlit for inks I'm using real red and momento tuxedo ink I did a

little bit of coloring right here on that Holly leaf so I did pull out my

stamp and blends I pulled out the call me clover bundle the designer series

paper is coming from the olives bright collection this is also in our holiday

catalog it's really really pretty I love these stars on the back side it's

cute little stockings so when you open it up you do see the stockings on the

inside which is so cute to make the little berries I'm using our red

rhinestones and I used a variety of punches I have here the one and a

quarter and one and a half inch plain circle punches and then I have the one

in three eighths inch scallop punch and then for cardstock I'm pulling this

in from the all's bright designer series paper collection so I just have a scrap

piece of real red whisper white and shaded spruce and then for adhesive all

you're going to need is just your tear in tape to put the box together I'm

using dimensionals and then also mini glue dots and that is it so let's open

then also your big shot you'll need that so why don't we go ahead and die cut the

take out treat box and then we can put that together and then everything else

comes together super quick got my Big Shot and I'd like to use the magnetic

platform and I just cut this down to 6 inches by 12 inches so I just cut the

paper in half you will need two of the boxes to put it together and this is

what the die looks like so just go ahead and just place that I mean actually I

want to make sure that my stars are going the right way so this is the top

of the box so I want to make sure the stars are in the right pattern and let's

just run that through so you have your two pieces what you're gonna want to do

is to grab your bone folder and just gently fold on all the score marks with

the designer series paper it's really easy to see those score lines so this

week I am going to be attending on stage in Orlando I'll be leaving this

Wednesday and there through Saturday so I'm going to be learning all about the

new spring stuff but it's still really early so we still have lots of holiday

things to make but I just wanted to let you know that I'm still gonna have

projects up so please please sure to check back on Wednesday and

Friday for my normal projects also don't forget if you haven't already to sign up

for my exclusive emails I sent out exclusive projects every Thursday so

you'll receive that as well and to sign up for that

all you have to do is just head on over to my blog I stamp and calm and at the

very top you'll see where you'll enter your name and email address and you'll

be set to go all right so I've got all the tabs folded and what I'm going to do

is I'm going to put the tear and tape on the tabs and then on one of these I'm

gonna put two strips right here that is what's going to adhere the bottoms

together so all you have to do is just on one of the panels

but the tear and tape does need to go on both sides and then hopefully y'all

received my email that I sent out with the new details about the Stampin

Anonymous tutorials for November the projects are darling I am so excited for

y'all to get that and the easiest way to get that for free

is shopping my online store this month and you automatically will get it or you

can purchase it for 9.95 or if you join my team I send that out to all my team

members for free every month and you still can get September and October 's

tutorials also okay so I'm gonna use my take your pick tool and just get all of

that backing paper off so I'm going to be doing a Facebook live on Wednesday

from Epcot and then I'll be doing some fun special stuff on my I'm team

Facebook group so be sure that you are watching there as well so if you want to

see some behind-the-scenes stuff you can

always join my stamp and family and be able to see all that fun stuff okay so

what we're doing is I am just I've got the boxes going in opposite directions

and let me go ahead and just roll back some of this tape that's a little bit

longer and so I've got the bottom of tape here so I'm just meeting up the

score lines and the great thing about this tearing tape is if you don't press

down hard sometimes gives you a little bit of forgiveness and you can actually

move the paper if you didn't line it up perfectly but I think I did good there

so I am just going to a little bit of tape right there okay so now I'm just

gonna build the walls just like so all the way around this is really really

comes together this is a really well designed to frame light which is nice

sometimes the these boxes can be a little a little confusing but not this

one this one is really really easy to put together and it helps when you have

the right adhesive that's also key okay so you see that so obviously you'll put

your little treat in there I've seen something really cute like little um

christmas figurines that you can put in there or it holds quite a bit of candy

and then it just has that little takeout treat closure pull takeout box I guess I

should meant to save closure so just like that and what you're gonna want to

do is just determine which side you want to be the front I think I like this side

the best okay so now let's decorate the front and the first thing that we're

gonna do let's go ahead and do our stamping so

I'm gonna be using this stamp in this one got those on blocks already so let's

go ahead and stamp our greeting and that isn't real red and we can Dyke punch

that out using the one in a quarter inch circle punch this is pretty tight but

you can get it in just make sure that you're even okay and then we're going to

ink up that small little berry and holly leaves and momento tuxedo ink because we

are gonna do some coloring with our stamp and blends so this is pretty small

so I'm just going to color in all the leaves with the light call me clover

first

okay remember to come back with the dark call me clover and just kind of put in

just a little bit of shadowing and you really don't even have to do this if you

don't want to if you just want to just stick with one color you could easily do

that but I like to practice my shading did I'm coming back in with the light

color and blending that in and let's go ahead and punch out the rest so let's

see here so I used the one in 3/8 inch punch with the shaded spruce and then

the 1 and 1/2 inch punch with real red

and we can go ahead and start building this up so I popped the white circle

with dimensionals pop that up

okay whoops and that's gonna go if I can grab it we're gonna put that on the

scallop punch or the scallop circle I should say and then we're gonna use

snails so I guess she'll need that too and we're gonna go and put snail on this

one the red circle and then that's just gonna layer like so okay and then let's

go ahead and die cut this out so you'll want to get this small die from the

takeout then let's and go ahead and bring your Big Shot back in okay and

then just sign this up like so okay and it's really really tiny so don't lose it

really really small and then go ahead and grab your red rhinestones and all I

did is I just layered these onto the die cut piece and just whoops just followed

where the the outline is there you go and it's really really pretty in person

okay and we just need one more

right there just gives it a little bit of sparkle

okay so that's what it looks like when it's all done and then what I did is I

just took a couple of glue dots and this is a pretty small little die cut so just

kind of just roll up the glue dots and then you can put it on the back so I'm

just kind of rolling them up on in half I'm just placing it on the backside of

the die-cut and then what I did is I'm kind of like tucking it in or there's

that little space in between Christmas and Cheer like so that's like the

perfect place for it and then we can bring our box back in and then what I

did is I just took a couple more dimensionals and just popped it up again

so some fun dimension and then we'll just Center this on to the little

takeout box just like so super super easy let me bring in the original one

just so so cute all right guys well I hope you like today's project if you did

be sure to give it a thumbs up and head on over to ice stamping comm where you

can find out all the details about today's project all the items that I use

you can actually just click right on that picture and it will take you to my

online store again that was using the takeout trace bundle and like I said

this is in our holiday catalog and you can save 10% all right guys have a

wonderful day and join me later this week in Orlando bye guys

How to Loom Knit a Headband for Beginners - Simple Knitted Ear Warmer - Duration: 5:22.

Hey! I'm Sarah Wolfe from reviewsbysarah.com Today I'll show you how to make

this beginner loom knit headband. To do this I'm using one skein of Red Heart

Super Saver and a small round loom. Mine has 24 pegs.

It's about 5 inches in diameter. To start I like to wrap my yarn end around the

anchor peg first. Next I'll create the first layer of wraps around the pegs.

Wrap the yarn like this around peg number one. Now wrap the yarn around peg

number two like this. And now I'm wrapping around peg number three.

Continue wrapping each peg around the loom just like this. And now I'm wrapping

the very last peg. Next I have to wrap all the pegs again going in the same

direction as before. Here is peg number one and peg number

two. This is the wrap for the last peg.

The anchor peg also helps to let you know where the first peg is on the loom.

Take your loom hook, insert it behind the bottom loop like this. Then lift the

bottom loop up and over the top loop and remove the bottom loop completely from

the peg. Move on to the next peg. Insert the hook behind the bottom loop, lift the

top loop up and over the top loop, insert the hook behind the bottom loop. Lift the

loop up and over the top loop. You will continue lifting bottom loops over top

loops all around, making sure you remember every peg. Now I'll take the

loop off of the last peg. You have just completed one round. Since we already

have one layer of loops on the pegs, we only need to wrap the yarn around each

peg once. Wrap the yarn around each peg the same way we did before. On peg number

one as before lift the bottom loop up and over the top loop. Move on to peg

number two. And three. And four. Continue this around the loom.

When you get to the end you'll begin the process of wrapping each peg again with

yarn so that there are two loops on each peg. And then you'll take off the bottom

loop of each peg. You'll continue this process around the loom for a total of

60 rounds if you want to make one like mine that can fit a teenager head. You

can make other sizes as well. Once you have made the size you wish it is time

to cast off the loops. Wrap the first peg with yarn, take off the bottom loop, wrap

the second peg with yarn, take off the bottom loop. Now move the loop from the

second peg to the first peg. Remove the bottom loop, move the loop to the second

peg.

Wrap the next peg with yarn take off the bottom loop.

Move the loop to the right.

Take off the bottom loop.

Move the loop to the left. It's a little tricky at first but once you do it a few

times it starts to make sense and become much easier. Continue doing this process

around the entire loom. Once you have two loops remaining, wrap and remove from

this peg. Place the loop onto the right peg. Remove the bottom loop. Now leave

about 30 inches of yarn for sewing.

Then thread it with the yarn needle. Bring the two ends together like this.

And sew these ends together. This will be the back of the headband. One way to make

a nice flat seam is to weave the ends in and out like this. You can use any other

sewing method you wish though. Once you are done turn to the back and take some

small stitches to weave in the ends. And you are done!

Sew a button or other item on for decoration. And here's my beginner loom

knit headband. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel. Like and comment on this

4 Simple Face Masks to Treat Wrinkles|HFE♪ - Duration: 11:22.

4 Simple Face Masks to Treat Wrinkles

Read on to find out how you can combat premature aging with these simple homemade face masks to treat wrinkles.

Wrinkles are expression lines that are mainly a consequence of aging.

They can also appear due to not taking proper care of your skin(excess sun exposure, dehydration, poor nutrition, etc.

These pesky marks on your face, most frequently in the corners of your eyes, are seen as unsightly, which can make many people worry about them.

To prevent and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, the first thing you should do is increase collagen and elastin production.

You can do it via the foods that you eat, vitamin supplements and face masks.

The following homemade face masks to treat wrinkles will hydrate your skin and make you feel beautiful.

Check them out!.

4 Simple Face Masks to Treat Wrinkles.

Egg whites.

Egg whites are used to soften the skin, diminish any signs of aging and repair damaged skin.

They function as an astringent and exfoliant while firming sagging skin and calming inflamed pores.

Thus, the mask that we'll share with you below will help you with the corners of your eyes, forehead, and any area with fine lines.

In addition, you can add some honey to the mask at the end to combine the proteins of both ingredients and clear up blemishes.

Ingredients.

1 egg (63 g) 1 tablespoon of honey (21 g).

Preparation.

Wash your face with soap and water.

Separate out the yolk and mix the egg whites in a bowl with the honey.

Application.

Evenly distribute the mask on your face, especially the corners of your eyes and the most damaged areas.

Let it sit for 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water.

You can apply this mask twice per week for best results. .

Milk and Oats.

Mixing milk and oats is a great way to keep your skin hydrated, smooth, and radiant.

It doesn't matter what type of skin you have, whether it be oily, dry, or mixed; this mask is ideal for deeply clearing out impurities and getting rid of dead skin cells.

Oats contain substances that have the power to fight free radicals.

As for milk, it hydrates, exfoliates, and cleans while stimulating collagen production.

Ingredients.

2 tablespoons of oat flour (20 g) 1/2 cup of milk (100 ml).

Preparation.

Heat the milk until it boils.

Once it is boiling, add the oat flour.

Remove from heat and let it sit until it's at room temperature.

Application.

Wash your face with cold water.

Apply the mask to your neck, jaw line, and face.

With clean hands, massage the mask in circular motions to exfoliate.

Let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse it with warm water.

Apply this mask 3 times per week for the best results.

Banana and Avocado.

Bananas are excellent for your skin due to their vitamin C and vitamin B6. These vitamins help maintain elasticity in your skin.

In addition, they work as an antioxidant, helping fight free radicals while also hydrating and repairing the damage caused by the sun.

Avocado is rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

It contains vitamins A, C, and E and is utilized in the cosmetic industry to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and marks; reduce flakiness; and keep your skin radiant.

Ingredients.

1 small avocado (200 g) 1 banana (100 g).

Preparation.

Mash the pulp of the avocado in a bowl with a fork.

Mash the banana and add it to the avocado, and stir it until well-mixed.

Application. Wash your face well.

Apply the mask to your face, neck, and jaw line, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Rinse it off with warm water.

Repeat this process 2 to 3 times per week to prevent (or diminish) wrinkles.

Aloe Vera and Cucumber.

Aloe vera provides essential amino acids to your skin to keep it moist and smooth.

It's an excellent ingredient to deeply penetrate your skin and prevent dryness as well as any signs of aging.

It has anti-aging properties: it stimulates collagen production and elasticity while keeping your skin healthy and hydrated.

The cucumber also hydrates your skin.

It has high water content, as well as vitamins and minerals with the power to soften your expression lines and repair damaged skin.

Ingredients.

Aloe vera gel (100 g) 1 cucmber. Process.

Blend the aloe vera and the cucumber, and add some water until smooth.

Put the mixture in a bowl. Application.

Apply it to your face and let it sit all night.

In the morning, rinse it off with warm water.

Repeat the process once per week and say goodbye to wrinkles.

Quickly Sort Out Root Cause of your Migraines- 2 Simple Tests - Duration: 2:18.

Yes, there is a quick screening process. One is a symptom pattern and that would be that

Let's say on the days that you don't wake up with a terrible headache or migraine, that you'll most likely notice that your symptoms are are better in the morning progressively worsening as the day goes on. So,

around 1 or 2 o'clock in the afternoon

You would notice that your symptoms would be cascading and your head and face would be becoming worse

That implies a mechanical, like head-on-your-neck kind of compressing-the-nerve kind of

Pattern than something in your brain or some blood vessel problem or some other cryptic problem

And also on the days that maybe you wake up with terrible

Symptom intensity or a migraine be thinking neck position and mechanics instead of something mysterious

You'll probably also notice even on those days that your symptoms once there are super intense that they will start to decrease in intensity

Kind of throughout the morning and then start to ramp up again in the afternoon and evening

There's also something called a "Jam Test"

I'm, just . . . I made these up some time ago

but they seem to be effective, kind of like the symptom pattern that I just mentioned and that is that

you can slide your chin in- kind of like a double chin and hold that and start to move your head back and

Bam, you'll most likely hit the problem in your lower neck that this system goes after. It's kind of a pulling tightness

Stress sensation- an obstruction to extension there going backward that is not supposed to be there. Again, it looks like this

and

That is not normal to feel an obstruction when you do that that should move

fluidly, and you shouldn't have any symptoms whatsoever

When you do your chin tuck,

and head all the way back, because that's- your neck is normally designed to be able to do that

And the third thing is actually to to shut your symptoms off. It usually takes anywhere from 30 seconds to

as long as a minute and a half or two minutes. It's called a "Slump test" or the "Fast Test"- either one

And I don't have time to go into that on this video, but just to let you know that third test is to experience

rapid reduction and/or abolishment of head and facial symptoms, so you'll see for yourself

If you're a candidate or not for this kind of system
