hi my name is Laura Kelly and I'm your spiritual grief coach and today I'm

coming to you with six ways to grieve the loss of a relationship are you going

through a breakup right now well breakups suck don't they I mean your

other half is now no longer in your life and you know we are having a hard time

moving through that loss well today I'm going to share with you six tips that

will help you move through the loss of a relationship

tip number one is feel all feeling so don't run away from your feelings okay

your feelings are important and again we need to feel our feelings in order to

heal so really let them out cry be angry get upset you know I would suggest

writing in a journal journaling is amazing it's a form of therapy and it

lets you get all of those thoughts down on paper tip number two is work out and

get outside getting your endorphins pumping after heart break is recommended

and for a good reason going for a run or doing anything active can reduce the

stress that you're experiencing and really boost your mood so we can also

tend to really get in our mind so when we've gone through a loss of a

relationship and ask ourselves all these things like why what if all of that so

when we move our body we can actually get out of our head and more into our

body so it's so good for us okay tip number three is gratitude we all have

something to be grateful for okay and you know we tend to go to a negative

mindset when we've gone through a loss of a relationship and we think of all

the things that we don't have so I really encourage you to make a gratitude

list of all the things that you truly are grateful for I mean I'm sure you're

really grateful for your family and your friends that are there for you during

the break-up you're grateful for you know the the water that you drink I mean

there's always something to be truly grateful for in life so tip number four

is also change the music that you're listening to okay we tend to really

listen to like sad songs and things that are really like emotional and we've gone

through loss the best thing we can do is like erase all of those songs and really

you know start downloading something inspiring or calming uplifting okay

music really is amazing you know for our bodies especially when we've gone

through loss of a breakup number five let them go let them go

delete their phone number from your phone delete them from social media

because you know that you're gonna go on your social media and something from

them is gonna pop up and it's going to really upset you also be aware of the

toxic gossip that can happen after going through a loss of a relationship we can

sometimes tend to you know talk really like negatively and gossip about that

person but really that does not serve us at all after you know losing that

relationship that you were just in number six is my favorite love yourself

I love you this is a time for you to really discover who you truly are

without that person time for you to tap into you know what you really want out

of your life what your hobbies are how you really want to feel this is a time

to love you so really show compassion to yourself show yourself self-care you

know really go out and like be with your friends and be with you love yourself

these are a few tips that will help you they've helped me through my past

relationships if these were of service to you I would love for you to subscribe

to my channel below and I'm wishing you all the best luck through the loss of

your relationship you can do this you are amazing and you have so much to give

someone else that really really is worthy of your love so much love to you

How Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes' Relationship is Evolving: Are They Getting 'More Serious'? - 247 ne - Duration: 2:03.

Since Katie Holmes, 40, and Jamie Foxx, 51, were first spotted dancing together in 2013 in the Hamptons, the duo have gone to great lengths to keep their relationship under the radar. But lately the couple appear to be dropping some of their intense secrecy surrounding their four-and-half-year romance.

"Their relationship seems so much more serious this year," a source tells PEOPLE in the magazine's new issue. "Katie and Jamie keep having public dates, and although they try to not be photographed together, they are clearly not as concerned about keeping their relationship private."

For more on Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx, pick up this week's issue of PEOPLE.

Case in point, for Holmes' 40th birthday on Dec. 18, the couple went out for ice cream and frozen hot chocolate with Holmes' mother Kathleen at Serendipity 3, a popular tourist spot in New York. "Katie was all smiles," a source says. "She and Jamie were flirty."

And in November, the two also spent time together in New Orleans, where she was filming The Secret and he was working on an untitled sci-fi thriller for Netflix. Foxx visited Holmes on her set and they also enjoyed a romantic dinner date at the trendy Restaurant R'evolution in the city's French Quarter.

"Katie always acts super-excited and giddy when Jamie is around," says a source. "They are very cute together."
