hey kids my name is aayah and i'm mohammed and she is haneen

welcome to out show simple, delicious, and healthy

where we take our favorite recipes substitute with healthy ingredients

while keeping the same great taste in the last video we made raw no bake

cheesecake today we are making a 3 ingredient wrap

i mean come on who doesn't like a good burrito or a tasty wrap

its also a great wrap for kids to take to school

you can also add any seasoning of your choice such as

Italian herbs

ingredients we need for the recipe are 1 cup of golden flaxseed or a cup and a

half of golden flax meal 1 cup of water and seasonings we prefer Italian herbs

or if you would like a sweet add honey instead of seasonings

Brown flax is slightly more bitter than golden flax and therefore we won't

be using it first we're going to add water to a medium-sized saucepan and

bring to a boil

add the seasonings and the Flax seed meal into the bowl

make sure the flax seed is finely ground Ora will absorb all the water add the

boiled water to the bowl mix until all the water is absorbed if

if you would like to add honey add it in the boiled water for it to dissolve

then pour it into the bowl

then place it down onto a parchment paper

and allow it to cool down and split into four equal pieces and place each one between two

pieces of parchment paper use a rolling pin to roll it out we are going to use

this pot lid to cut it into a perfect circle however feel free to get creative

and use cookie cutters like circles animal shapes or any other shapes you

want you know are even quadrilaterals or nature shapes or flower

pre-heat your pan over medium heat

adult supervision required

the pan has to be nonstick transfer 1 tortilla to the pan

cook for about 1 minute per side or

until you can easily slide your spatula under let it cool and stuff with your

favorite fillings

5 Simple Workouts Dancers Should Do Every Day | Dance Tips | STEEZY.CO - Duration: 2:43.

Yo what's up guys! This is Karl Flores and I'm your STEEZY fitness guide. I'm also a

strength and conditioning coach at Equinox and I used to direct, and dance

for Hall of Fame. Today I'm going to teach you guys five easy exercises that

you can use to condition your body for dance. By the way if you want to check

your form, and make sure you're doing these right, be sure to check the videos

in the description box below. Workout number one: burpees. The Burpee is a great

high-intensity full-body exercise that you can do anywhere. You'll be engaging

everything from your arms and chest, to quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core. This is

extremely important when it comes to dance because you want your body to be

conditioned to perform at a higher level. When you're able to perform better

you'll execute your dance moves stronger, faster, and with more consistency.

Starting sets and reps: do a set of six reps, rest 90 seconds, and repeat that

three times. Workout number two: cardio. Cardio is absolutely necessary for being

a dancer, because dancing is cardio. Cardio will increase your stamina so

you're not always out of breath during class. Hitting the jump rope, jogging

swimming, and rowing are all great ways to increase your cardio and improve your

stamina. My personal recommendation: shoot for 15 minutes a day and you'll be

perfectly fine. Workout number three: squats. The squat is one of my favorite lower

body exercises. It builds muscle in your entire body and improves upper, and lower

body strength. It'll help you establish a strong foundation for all of your

movements, so make sure you include this one as a staple in your routine. Start

off with three sets of ten. My suggestion: begin with bodyweight only and slowly

progress up from there as you feel like those previous sets got easy. Workout

number four: glute bridges. Yes! Yes! The bridge is a great exercise to work out

your glutes, hamstrings, and core. Your glutes are super important for dance and

everyday movements because that little thick, muscle group is responsible for

moving your hips, and your hips are the main source of turnout for the access of

all leg movements. Working out your hips is a great way to improve your athletic

performance, and make you faster, and stronger. So get familiar with that

posterior chain. Starting sets and reps: do twelve repetitions and repeat that, three times.

Workout number five: skaters. Skaters are a great workout for

improving muscle endurance, and stability. This workout will strengthen your glutes,

hips, calves, and also improve your coordination, balance, and body awareness.

Maintaining proper balance is key to good posture, and improving coordination

will make your moves look smooth and appear effortless. Starting sets and reps:

do it for thirty seconds and repeat that three times. And that's it! Make sure you
