There it is AGHH

Where is it?

What's going on? there is a rat

Where is it? Oh there she's after it , good cat

O the cats here

How we gonna get it out I

I Don't know. It's a really big mouse. If it is

I Think it looks kind of cute. I feel really sad for it, but it's tails so long it has to be a rat

Where's Ginny? She's in there behind it, come on push it out

yes yes yes yes catch it

She brought it in, what she brought it in? O there it is

All I heard was running down the hall way. maybe it was in the house

I don't know but I had running down the hallway and then I heard it getting it

Where did it go ?

(Ginny) Is it over there ?

Well, it was in that corner and then it

Move!

Yes! Nooo ! he crawled out of the bucket Where?

You need a different bucket That's why I got that other container Ginny come on !

YES!

So what do we do? Do we kill it or set it free?

If It's a mouse you can leave it. It''s a mouse not a rat. Then you can just let it go

I have a party trick Ill flick it up and catch it in a bucket, O NO !

Umm I Don't think that's gonna work.

I Think just trying some how like either chuck it in the bucket put the lid on, though that lid actually doesn't like fit on the bucket

So get some card board. That's too small. It's like semmy gonna keep it in there. and the flip it upside down and then you grab it with that and then put it outside

Just grab Its tail. If you get bitten by it you're getting rabies shot

Ooo shizzles

You ready, Yeah flip it

Ok you have to hold the lid , take it outside

Ok where are we putting it ? Out on the road like far away

On the road like

Or on the grass on the other side

How To Know When To Leave Your Job - Duration: 5:08.

How to know when to leave your job.

Number one.

Difficult work environment.

Negative office environment can make your workplace somewhere you simply don't want to be.

When your

co-workers are always complaining and your boss is constantly unhappy, it is not easy to be content at work.

Another sign of a bad work environment is that you don't feel confident and comfortable

enough to voice your opinion, share your thoughts and speak up for yourself. If you find yourself in such

situation - it's time to get out.

Number two: there is no room for an advancement.

Don't waste your time in a position that does not offer opportunities for growth.

Spending your time and energy at work that does not provide the progress of your career and skills

ends up slowing down your career development and depriving you from other great job

opportunities that actually offer that growth and advancement in career.

Number three: change of career.

Some people don't feel confident enough to admit that deep down

they feel they are meant to do better things than their current job. They are afraid to sound arrogant and hide these types of thoughts,

but it's better not to ignore these feelings as they are

revealing the fact that there definitely is some different career path for you. The one that can bring more success,

reward and

satisfaction to your life.

If you feel you want to do something different and don't want to deal with stress at your current job,

maybe it is time to think about career change.

Here is a great video that explains how to change careers.

All links are in the description box below this video.

Number four: you are overqualified.

We sometimes agree to jobs that would allow us just to get by. The main thing is to stay alerted for

positions that are more suitable for your skills and experience, keep searching so you would not feel stuck.

There is always a possibility to find more fulfilling job that meets your level of expertise.

It's just don't rush to quit your current job before

actually having a better offer from another employer.

Be wise in job search decisions.

Number five:

What your gut tells you.

One of the best ways to make decisions is to listen to your gut.

If you feel like you are making yourself going to work every day, or even worse, going to sleep every night

dreading the next working day,

it is time to put in your two weeks notice. If your gut is telling you to quit,

then you should absolutely start looking for other opportunities.

Here is an example of a simple

resignation letter you can use to submit to your employer. All links are in the description box below this video.

Number six: it affects your health.

Are you working so many hours that you don't have enough time to eat healthy, or have a good sleep?

Have you been noticing that you are taking as much time off as possible, but your sick days are adding up anyway?

No job is worth sacrificing your health.

Number seven: you are watching this video :)

Why did you search for, or click on, this video?

Deep down you have probably been thinking about it ...

If you're already having thoughts about leaving your job, that is

definitely a sign that it's time for a change.

What you should know if you have decided to quit: if you decided to resign make sure you know

how much notice you should give to your employer.

We have a great video that quickly explains how much notice you should give to your employer: all

links are in the description box below this video! ;)

Agent reveals how much Man Utd transfer target Kalidou Koulibaly could cost - Duration: 1:31.

Manchester United are set to revive their efforts to sign Kalidou Koulibaly in the summer

They decided to call off their search for a central defender in January in order to refocus their efforts on landing their top target from Napoli

Koulibaly was reportedly the subject of a £95million bid from Manchester United in the run-up to the January transfer window but the move was rebuffed by the Italian club

Kouliably's former agent has revealed on French TV that the imposing defender could be available for a slightly lower figure - still a massive £87

5million - at the end of the season.  And he's also ruled out a move to Paris Saint-Germain, who are also said to be interested in the 27-year-old

"PSG already have plenty of central defenders," Bruno Satin told Canal+ .  "Maybe he can play at No

10, they already play Marquinhos at No.6.  "But if Koulibaly leaves [Napoli], he will not come to PSG

"His transfer could cost €100m (£87.5m)."  Napoli are understood to be desperate to keep hold of Koulibaly despite long-term interest from Old Trafford

The Senegal international was on the receiving end of racial chanting in a Serie A game against Inter Milan earlier this season, however, and could be tempted by a Premier League move

How much can I sell my house for? - Duration: 6:21.

Your local real estate market is changing, and those changes will affect the price that

you list your home for when selling.

It's critical that you price your home correctly when putting it on the market, and in this

video we'll be discussing how to do just that.

Let me ask you a question; is it more important to price a house aggressively to get it sold

quickly, or is it better to be more conservative and try to get the most money possible?

Stick around as we'll dig into the topic and the answer to the question in this video

and we're starting right now!

Hi, I'm Jim Smoak with Carolina One Real Estate in Charleston, SC.

If you are new to the area or are interested in all things real estate in Charleston, then

be sure to hit the subscribe button because this is the place to be.

Also, click the little bell icon so you can receive an email notification when new videos

are published to be sure that you don't miss anything.

On to our topic!

There are three primary elements that directly influence the salability of a house; location,

condition and price.

You can't influence location, but condition and price can certainly be within your control.

In a previous video, I talked about condition and gave 3 really important areas to focus

on, so click above to watch that video.

Whether its price or condition, making sure your decisions are informed is critical.

Its concerning how often uninformed sales prices are set, and the sellers end up either

leaving money on the table, or to the other extreme, the homes end up never selling leaving

confused and frustrated sellers in the wake of a fruitless process.

No matter how much personal value you put into your home, you need to know that the

market doesn't care.

I get it; you've probably made rich memories there, and you may have done many things to

the house that resulted in a lot of sweat equity from your labor.

However, when looking through that lens, we often end up applying a much larger financial

value to our house than the market will.

Generally, your home will only sell for what the market will bear, and nothing higher,

regardless of your great memories or the labor you've put into projects throughout the

years.

How the real estate market looks at your home is kind of like how the stock market looks

at a company's performance.

Stock markets don't take into consideration the company's employees memories of their

work experience, the markets only evaluate the company's performance and related industry

factors.

Likewise, real estate markets evaluate a home by its location, condition, as well as the

attributes of the home compared to close-by comparable sales, and then react favorably

or unfavorably to a list price.

Once a home seller comes to the realization that the market views their home's worth

through the lens of a business transaction and not a personal one, it'll be less stressful

to address the critical issue of pricing.

Your Realtor should perform what the industry calls a comparative market analysis report

for you that will evaluates all necessary market variables and provide you with a recommended

price or price range.

We gather recent local sales and trend data for comparable homes and come up with a pricing

strategy based on the specifics of your local market.

When these recently sold homes are analyzed by your Realtor, the condition and attributes

of each comparable will also be taken into consideration with their corresponding prices.

Although it's meaty enough to be a video by itself, I think it's worthwhile to mention

here that online automatic prices generated by websites like Zillow are good early reference

points, but they can't substitute a thorough manual market analysis.

Zillow's Zestimate, or other similar online pricing tools are computer algorithms that

are incapable of looking at the condition and attributes of market comparables that

are not documented or are documented incorrectly, which directly influence price.

Only a human can do that, and your Realtor is trained to do this.

So be careful how much you allow these online pricing algorithms to affect your pricing

decision.

The bottom line on this point is don't put your home on the market until a comparative

market analysis is done!

Otherwise, you run a good chance of experiencing one of the extremes I noted before.

Your pricing strategy will be influenced by your primary selling motivation.

For example, are you relocating due to something that has a timing requirement such as a new

job or school schedule?

Then you may want price your home aggressively to quickly attract buyers and ultimately faster

offers.

Or, are you less motivated by a schedule and have more time for an optimal offer to come

your way?

Then you may want to be more conservative in your price point.

If you remember the question I asked in the beginning of the video, you'll now realize

that the answer is neither!

Aggressive and conservative pricing approaches have their place, but you should still have

the home priced within the range of what the market will offer which is discovered through

the market analysis I mentioned before.

If you go too low on your price, you'll end up leaving money on the table because

you could've priced it higher and still received fast and attractive offers.

Or, you could price it too high with a desire of getting the most out of your home that

you can and not get any offers at all.

Keep an eye on your email for the next video notification, where we'll be reviewing the

process and benefits of a pre-listing inspection and appraisal.

Sean Mannion Contract & Salary: How Much Does the Rams' Backup QB Earn? | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:53.

Sean Mannion Contract & Salary: How Much Does the Rams' Backup QB Earn? | Heavy.com

Sean Mannion's contract with the then-St.

Louis Rams in 2015 amounted to a four-year, $3.25 million salary, which is set to expire in 2019.

His annual salary in 2018 was $877,778.

His base salary in 2015 was $435,000, followed by $582,285 in 2016, and $730,037 in 2017, per Spotrac.

Mannion also received a signing bonus of $625,797.

In 2019, Mannion will be a free agent.

Over the summer, he told The Los Angeles Times that he didn't feel extra concern about trying to get playing time in his fourth year, as opposed to his first year.

Mannion said, "First year or last year, you have to play well to stay around.".

Here's what you need to know:.

Mannion Threw Three Passes for the Rams All Season.

Per The Trentonian, Mannion has only thrown three passes for the last season for the Rams, but he still feels ready to jump in, should Jared Goff succumb to an injury during the Super Bowl.

Mannion said to the publication,.

"That's really how it's been all year.

You get here and you do all the media stuff and the different events, and you start to understand the magnitude of the game.

But, that hasn't changed my mindset in terms of how I prepare or handle the week of preparation or practice.

I think you take the same approach all year long, and as a team, that's served us well.

For myself, I found a really good routine all season, and I'm just going to continue with that.".

He maintained that his team's trip to the Super Bowl has been nothing but positive for him, describing it as "great.

Mannion said, "We're all in a hotel together with all of our teammates, so it kind of has a bowl game feel from college a little bit where you're with everybody all the time.

I think the media coverage and security outside of our hotel might be a little bit different, but really you just try to focus in on all the football and enjoy it at the same time.".

According to OregonLive, Mannion's value has increased dramatically since he signed his deal with the Rams, and should he become a free agent, he could sign a hefty deal.

Cody Benjamin of CBS News wrote a report that favored the likelihood of Mannion signing a big contract.

Benjamin wrote, "Why are we talking about a guy who's thrown 53 passes and started exactly one game in his NFL career? Because he's a young free agent quarterback, that's why.".

Benjamin added, "The former Oregon State product has been largely unused in four years as a Rams backup, but the whole 'friends with Sean McVay' thing does wonders these days.

It'd be a shock to see him command much, but look no further than Chase Daniel to see why Mannion, at age 26 with proven No.

2 experience, could still be a name to watch.".

Apartment Tour in Toronto, Canada | How much does it cost to rent in Canada - Duration: 14:08.

Hi friends !! Welcome to my channel. This video is a tour to my apartment. I am so

excited to do this video today, so let's get started. If you plan on moving to

Toronto then this video might be helpful for you. We are a family of three

and we live in a one-bedroom apartment which costs us around 1,400 dollars per month

whereas two-bedroom apartment costs 1650 and penthouses cost $2,000 per month in

the same building. We have seasonal outdoor pool, indoor car parking, centralized

A/C, Sauna and Gym. The Rent includes our heating and A/C charges, heating

in winter and centralised A/C for the rest of the season.

we also get stove and refrigerator in the kitchen.

Other expenses that comes along with rent are hydro, laundry and home

insurance. For our usage we get around 45 - 50 dollars per month

and for laundry it costs us $50 per month whereas home insurance which is a

must and we pay around $35 per month . Now we are done with all the expenses , let's

move on to my home. This is how it looks as we enter the apartment we have a

spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom and a rest room. We have

tried to set up this house in a minimum budget. This 3-piece leather recliner

sofa set is from a local warehouse and we got this for $1,200. If we had got

this from a branded show room, same would cost nothing less than $2,400. One of

them is having a rocking option as well. Believe me it is so comfortable, easy to

assemble and they even did a free home delivery for us.

To the right we have a small closet to keep our jackets and shoe racks. These

shoe racks are from Dollarama, 3 dollars each the chair that we see here is from

Ikea which I got for $10 and I mostly used to reach the smoke detectors

when it's alarming. It is very sensitive and it goes off every time I start

cooking. We have two small closets as well here and one of which I used to

keep my laundry stuff and order to keep our files and other household stuff.

we usually prefer buying electronic items from Costco, this Samsung Smart TV

is from Costco and we use a Jadoo setup box to watch our Indian channels

live which is around $200. This is a portable heater which comes with a tiny

remote and it is very convenient to control the room temperature. This tower

heater is also from Costco and we got this for around $65. We have two entries

to kitchen, one is from the living room which we are seeing now and other

is from the dining area.

This corner of the house usually looks dark because there is no proper lighting in

this area. We usually prefer the living room to be bright and we decided to get

this lamp from Ikea which costed us 13 dollars and a bulb of 70W

costed us around 6 dollars. This vent is for the centralized heating and A/C, but the controller is having only two options of low and high. We

sometimes prefer using our portable heater to have better control over the

temperature.

This is actually a dining area, but we are using it as a play area for my

daughter. This desk is from step two and we got this for $80.

The door next to the desk is to the balcony. We have a very good view from

our 25th floor and these doors and windows are very well insulated so we

won't feel much cold when you're closer to the doors and windows.

This Playhouse, magnetic board and foam mat are from Walmart and the chair which is

inside the house, the small chair is from the Canadian Superstore. I usually prefer

buying the kids stuff from Superstore or Walmart for two reasons. One being the

quality and the second price also the customer service is very good in these

places.

Here is the other entry to kitchen from dining area but this way doesn't have

any door.

Here is the entry to kitchen and these are magnetic letters for my daughter to

play and to the left I have a small puja Mandir and all these things are from

local puja hut. We get everything here, there is nothing specific

that you have to get from India.

The kitchen stall here is very small so I'm keeping my oven on the dining table

the refrigerator and the Electric stove are the two appliances that are provided

by the property owner and these kitchen mats are from Ikea bigger mat we got

for $14 and the smaller one for $4

Most of these organizers are from Dollarama and IKEA. IKEA has got a very

good collection for reasonable price.

This Preety blender is from Amazon and it is super costly. It is always

better to get this from India. This electric stove comes with a bake and

Grill option.

Mattresses are super costly here in Canada and this mattress along with

boxspring we got it for $400 and this indoor slippers I got it for $7

from Ardene. Ardene is a very nice shopping place exclusively for women

where you get such good stuffs. We need a very good comforter to keep us warm all

night during winter so these comforters are from Superstore

and they are $40 each.

The closet in the room is very small and it is not sufficient to keep all the

clothes so we got this organizer from Amazon for $60 and it is very good, easy

to use, easy to assemble and the price is also reasonable.

We got this portable humidifier from a local store for $40. Humidifier is a must

during winter. It helps in restoring the moisture in the atmosphere, also it

prevents us from flu infections. To the right we have a small closet to keep our

clothes.

This apartment comes with three piece bathroom suite which includes wash basin,

toilet and a bathtub. All the organizers and accessories are from Dollarama

like shower screen, brush holder, soap dispenser are all from Dollarama

I hope you liked this video. If you liked it, please don't forget to give a thumbs

up and subscribe to my channel for more videos. I will try to give more

information in my next video. If you have any feedback or suggestions you can even

comment below. Thank you :)

Phoenix Open Purse: How Much Does the Winner Make? | Heavy.com - Duration: 7:56.

Phoenix Open Purse: How Much Does the Winner Make? | Heavy.com

The winner of this week's stop on the PGA Tour, the Waste Management Phoenix Open, will take home a $1.278 million payday out of a purse of $7.1 million.

The second place finisher will win $766,800 with third place cashing in at $482,800.

Rickie Fowler entered Sunday's final round of the Phoenix Open with a lead over Matt Kuchar and Justin Thomas, who joined him in the final group.

Fowler, a four-time PGA Tour winner who has earned more than $34 million during his career, is looking to win the TPC Scottsdale golf tournament for the first time.

Branden Grace and Harold Varner III are also in the running.

The tournament has been played each year in January or February at the TPC Scottsdale since 1932.

It was originally known as the Arizona Open and was also called the FBR Open after title-sponsor Friedman Billings Ramsey from 2003 to 2010.

Waste Management took over the title sponsorship from the investment bank in 2010 and brought back the Phoenix Open name.

The tournament draws a field that often includes many of the top players in the world and its prize pool is among the higher end of those on the 2019 PGA Tour purse list.

The Phoenix Open has earned the nickname the "Greatest Show on Grass" and is known for its raucous, party-like atmosphere that has made it one of the more popular tour stops for players.

The Phoenix Open is typically matched up with the Super Bowl, providing an entertaining lead-in to the big game.

The tournament is run by and benefits The Thunderbirds, a Phoenix civic organization.

"The Thunderbirds began in 1937, when the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce expanded its role as a convention and tourism bureau.

There was a need for a special events committee to venture into new fields.

Five young executives were selected to lead the committee.

The Phoenix Chamber of Commerce suggested that the committee become an 'official' group and expand its membership," the tournament's website says.

"Each of the five then selected ten additional members to make up a committee of 55.

The Thunderbird name was chosen because the emblem of the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce was, and still is, a Thunderbird derived from American Indian symbols.".

The 2019 Phoenix Open purse was increased from 2018, when the winner took home $1.242 million out of a $6.9 million purse.

Gary Woodland won the tournament in 2018.

The PGA Tour heads to Pebble Beach, California, next week for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

The tournament will have a purse of $7.6 million, with the winner's share at $1.368 million.

Ted Potter Jr.

won the top check at the 2018 Pebble Beach event.

Here is what the top 50 will be paid this year at the Phoenix Open:.

Tom Brady & Water: How Much Does He Drink? | Heavy.com - Duration: 6:32.

Tom Brady & Water: How Much Does He Drink? | Heavy.com

As Patriots' QB Tom Brady heads to yet another Super Bowl, every detail of his life falls under scrutiny, as people look for clues to explain his athletic excellence and endurance.

That includes his water consumption, which he has written about and is the subject of some controversy.

How much water does Brady drink? Why do people care about his water intake? They care because the amount of water that he reportedly drinks is so unusual.

It's pretty crazy, actually.

According to The Daily Meal, "Brady reportedly drinks over 37 glasses of water per day, enough water to hydrate a healthy person for five days." It's a bad idea, though, to try to emulate Brady-like diet peculiarities based on what you read on the Internet.

The Daily Meal reports that drinking that much water per day could be dangerous.

Brady is so rigorous about his water intake that he doesn't drink sparkling water, which he considers dehydrating.

In contrast, his rival on the 2019 Super Bowl field, Jared Goff, changed up his diet because he discovered he had an enzyme deficiency preventing him from putting on bulk.

However, Goff's diet is nothing like Brady's; the austere nature of the QB's diet is legendary, and that includes how much water he drinks.

It's a lot. Don't try it at home.

Brady and the Patriots take on the Los Angeles Rams on February 3, 2019 in the Super Bowl.

     .

The site quotes nutritionists who say drinking that much water is both dangerous and not needed.

It can trigger a condition called hyponatremia, which occurs "when you've flushed so much water through your system that there's not enough sodium left.

Your cells absorb too much fluid and swell, causing swelling of the brain and the potential of a stroke." LiveScience says that Brady's water input amounts to about 2 gallons of milk.

That's a lot of water.

The site claims most people get a lot of their daily intake of water through the food that they eat.

Here's what you need to know:.

Brady Has Written About His 'Hydration Method'.

Brady wrote about his "hydration method" in his book "The TB 12 Method.

" According to Fox News, he claims "that drinking more than 35 glasses of water per day will help you flush out the toxins in your body and even help you prevent sunburns.

"Drink at least one-half of your body weight in ounces of water every day," he says in the book.

"That's the minimum.

Ideally, you'll drink more than that, and with added electrolytes, too." It's not just water, of course.

Brady's extreme diet is the stuff of legend.

"He eats a largely vegetarian diet, but avoids or limits foods with sugar, white flour, MSG, and so-called 'nightshades' — including tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants — because they have no anti-inflammatory properties," reports Newsmax.

According to The New York Daily News, Brady argues that you "can flush out toxins and increase your chances of what he calls 'pliability,' his term for leaner, softer musculature.

" The newspaper notes that some of Brady's claims about the benefits of water are not backed up with anything but anecdote.

As MetroWestDailyNews reported, "Brady's also selling a lifestyle, TB12.

If you eat and drink your vegetables, down gallons of water, and stretch your muscles you too can be an athlete at age 40-plus.".

According to the Mayo Clinic, "Hyponatremia is a condition that occurs when the level of sodium in your blood is abnormally low.

Sodium is an electrolyte, and it helps regulate the amount of water that's in and around your cells.".

The site notes that the condition can be dangerous.

"In hyponatremia, one or more factors — ranging from an underlying medical condition to drinking too much water during endurance sports — causes the sodium in your body to become diluted.

When this happens, your body's water levels rise, and your cells begin to swell.

This swelling can cause many health problems, from mild to life-threatening.".
