Corporate Training Videos: Our (Simple) 5 Step Video Production Process | Sharp Eye Animation - Duration: 3:22.

Are you looking to make training videos for your business?

Do you want to them to be powerful, memorable and make a difference?

Hey everyone, I'm Daniel Bales, Founder of Sharp Eye Animation.

And today you're going to learn the 5 step process to make killer training videos.

more corporate video marketing tips, and new videos, you'll get notified.

So getting the right information from people in the know is the most important task in

making a training video.

The challenge is that the people in the know don't often articulate what they know.

Find a subject matter expert and interview them to find out the key points you want to

showcase.

Spend some time with them discussing which steps are crucial.

Most complicated processes are easier to learn when they're broken up into a shorter steps.

So if your steps are long, you might want to consider creating a separate video for

each one.

When all of your steps are similar, viewers have a hard time differentiating them.

Figure out the key elements in each step in your process, and make that the focus of each

video.

A process with too many steps can be hard to remember, no matter how many times someone

watches your videos.

Make every video stand out on its own by finding a key phrase – or acronym – that's specific

to that step.

Making every video memorable is important but you want to tie it all together to distinguish

the process.

Check out our video here, for ideas on how to do this.

Over all, we recommend using animation to make your video stand out, like this:

Este Truque Simples Irá Refrescar Instantaneamente Seu Banheiro - Duration: 3:43.

Nothing better than having the house always scented, Is not it?

In addition to the pleasant odor, aromas are impact of part of our system.

nervous, responsible for our emotions.

If you like to leave your home always scented, should know that one of the places where this task

it may be more difficult is in the bathroom.

In today's video, we'll teach you some simple tricks you can do at home,

ingredients that are easy to find and will help remove unpleasant odors

from the bathroom and leave it more fragrant!

The first trick we are going to teach is everything very simple to do.

All you need is an essential oil with aroma of your choice.

This will be the aroma that will be part of your bathroom for many days, so choose

the one that pleases you the most.

Whenever you change the roll of paper bathroom toilet, drip a few drops

of this essential oil on the inside of the roll.

Do not need too many drops, something around from 3 to 5 is already more than enough.

Put the roller back in the holder and you're done!

Whenever someone uses paper, the act of spinning the roll will help the aroma to be released

up in the air.

And when your bathroom is with an unpleasant odor, what do you do?

In the market today there are several options of flavorings, which even serve to

purpose, but are not always considered a good choice.

This is because these products may contain substances chemicals that are hazardous to health, such as

case of phthalates.

These substances have already been infertility and developmental problems

in rats and even banned in several countries.

In addition, many people report reactions contact with these products, which

can range from small irritations in the region to more serious problems

of health.

So let's teach you an alternative totally natural to aromatize your bathroom,

leaving you with a refreshing air.

To make a natural flavoring you will need baking soda, vinegar

and an essential oil of your choice.

Take an empty spray bottle and fill it with 2 glasses of water.

Add one tablespoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of baking soda and

10 drops of the chosen essential oil.

Use as needed.

You can also use baking soda to absorb the bad odors of the bathroom.

Fill a 1 liter bottle with bicarbonate until the half is covered.

Add a few drops of essential oil to bicarbonate.

Optionally, you can also place 5 cloves in the mixture.

Cover the mouth of the bottle with a tule or similar tissue that allows the

passing through the air.

Then tie with a ribbon.

This tip will help remove bad odors of your bathroom and exude the aroma of the ingredients

of the bottle in the environment.

SUPER EASY DIY FAIRY LIGHTS BACKDROP | Simple Filming Background/Room Decoration - Duration: 2:17.

Hey guys, it's Sher and today I am showing you how I made this really simple filming

background with only 2 items.

I think it looks really pretty on camera and the lights give the whole background a really

cool effect.

Of course, you could also just do this for room decoration instead of using it for a

filming background, but that's what I'm using it for, sooo.

Anyways, if you want to see how I put this together then let's get into it.

First, I bought a set of warm white fairy lights online.

There's a bunch of different colors you can choose from like cool white, red, blue, multi-colored,

but I thought the warm white looked best on camera.

Then I bought a sheer curtain set from Amazon and I made sure to buy the extra-wide set

made for sliding glass doors so that it would cover my wall completely.

I strung the lights up against the wall I wanted to use as my backdrop.

You can use an actual curtain rod for this but I don't do anything the normal way, so

I just used some zip ties and a backdrop holder that I already had.

Then once the lights were up, I fixed the curtain over them.

Also, using more zip ties because I'm literally the master of DIY, I know.

What's cool about this set of lights is that they have different speed settings that you

can play with and adjust them to and even if I don't use the different settings when

I'm filming, I still think it makes a really cool room effect in general for when the wall

is lit up regardless.

And yeah like I said, I think it looks really cool to use as a background or just as a room

decoration, it's really simple to do and I linked both the lights and the curtain I bought

from Amazon down below.

If you like super simple, basic, DIY 101 videos like this that literally anyone can follow,

then make sure to like this video so I know to make more.

Also subscribe to my channel down below before you leave and click the bell notification

so you know when I upload new videos.

Thanks for watching and I will see you guys in my next video.

Simple & Effective Back Workout at Home | Calisthenics Family - Duration: 6:37.

Whatsup guys, Yannick here from Calisthenics Family

and today I am going to show you a back training that you can do at home

as you can see I am standing in my room, I have hung a pull up bar

it is currently very cold outside

it is winter and as a calisthenics athlete you often train outside

and if it is cold, you want to be able to train indoors

so if you have a pullup bar and a set of rings then that is enough to do a back workout

so that's what I'm going to show you today

All right ladies and gentlemen, today we are going to do a back workout for beginners

lately I also always sport inside more often since outside is just very cold

by the way, if you want some warm clothes

warm sports clothes, take a look at myprotein

now 35% discount through our code, I wear for example this nice warm myprotein sweater

I also have socks, they are super nice

but let's continue with the workout, we're going to do six exercises today

3 exercises on the bar and 3 exercises on the rings

so let's start with the first exercise right away

the first exercise are normal pull ups

Try to do 4 sets of 6-12 repetitions

if 6 repetitions are too difficult, get a resistance band so you can make 6 repetitions

and if the 12 repetitions are too easy, you can take the exercise a bit wider

or you just pick up a few more repetitions

as you can see I do a full range of motion so that means chin above bar

and hanging all the way down to a dead hanging position

the second exercise is the military pullup.

also for this exercise you take four sets and again 6 to 12 repetitions

also remember that with this exercise you alternate with your grip

so the one time you place your left hand in front another time you put your right hand in front

then we move on to the third exercise that is the pullup hold

in this exercise you pull yourself up and hold yourself on top

until your chin is above the bar. for this exercise you try to hold about 20 to 30 seconds

if that does not work you will pick up a resistance band at your level

make sure you get 20 seconds

this exercise you do three sets and for the second set you'll do another variant

namely the small grip hold

and for the third set we take the reverse grip hold

then we take the rings now

if you do not have rings you can still use a low bar

you see, for example, the bar that I have between my door, which you can also hang lower

the fourth exercise is the australian pullup

this exercise is slightly lighter than the normal pull-up

that is why you want to do more repetitions here

try to do between 6-20 repetitions

it can be made easier by walking a little further backwards

so you're standing a bit up

and if it is too easy you can walk a little more forward until you are horizontal

making the exercise more difficult

and then we move on to the next exercise. this is somewhat more difficult

the one arm australian pullup. because you do this with an arm, it is heavier

and do you want to make it a little easier by stepping back a bit further

so you're right up a bit more

make sure you are standing nice and clean. so not that your hip collapses or is too much forward

make sure you are in a good position. Then you make a pull movement with an arm.

in this exercise you also try to do between 6 and 12 repetitions

if that exercise is too heavy, then you can walk a little further back as you see here

if I pull now you will see that I am actually standing upright on the top

this is easy because now you can get a little more rest in the top position

so that the exercise becomes lighter

and now the last exercise. That is the australian pull up hold

the same as the australian pull up but now you stick to the top

try to hold it for about 20 seconds

if it is too easy then you can walk a bit further forward then it becomes a bit more difficult

if it is too difficult you can walk a bit further back so that you are more upright

for the second set you get a reverse grip. Then you train something more your bicep

for the third set you can choose whether you do the reverse grip or the normal grip

OK ladies and gentlemen, so this was the pull workout that can be done at home

full workout of six exercises where you train different angles

you do holds, sometimes more for the biceps and all are for the lats

this is a good workout to do at home! Good luck with the workout

Brewing A Simple Hard Apple Cider Part 2: Racking - Duration: 9:42.

Hail, friends. Welcome back to the Bag End brewer. I'm Michael and today I'm going

to rack this cider.

It's been 21 days since I put together this cider and the other day - six days

ago - I took the first gravity reading. Let's take a look at that. It's been 16

days since I brewed up this hard apple cider. I don't know if you can see that

on camera. It's pretty far away, but a lot of sediment has gone down to the bottom

and it is looking really clear right now. But I need to get a gravity reading on

here, so we're going to go ahead and siphon some out into my graduated

cylinder and check the reading. Let's go ahead and cut this bung off of here I

had to tie down as you saw in the last video. Try not to disturb it any more

than I have to. Of course I've sterilized all the equipment that I'm going to use

today. Oh, that's stuck in there. That's stuck in

there real good. That smells like alcohol. Let me smell that again. That really

smells good. Give this a couple of pumps.

Hydrometer.

One point zero one zero (1.010) today, after 16 days. So if we started at one point zero

five zero (1.050) as I calculated - or estimated, really - and we end at one point zero one

zero... subtract that and then divide it by zero point seven seven six, I should be

looking at five point two percent alcohol. That's what I was shooting for.

Six days ago I had a reading of one point zero one zero which, according to

my calculations, would have been a five point two ABV. I'm pretty sure I already

said that last week but I forgot. And then I let it sit for

the six days and checked it again. I thought it was going to be done at that:

five point two ABV; and I was happy with it. I was happy with the way that that

tasted. But after letting it sit for another six days I tested the gravity

just now and it came out to one point zero zero four. Well, the best that I can

read on that hydrometer. I'm pretty sure it's right there which puts it at five

point nine ABV, approximately, right? And so I have to decide what I'm gonna do

with this cider, because I'm not quite sure. It's almost dry and I did test it

and it is, but I like it. It actually tastes a little bit like champagne. But

am I going to back sweeten it and and carbonate it? Bottle carb, right? Bottle

conditioned it? I think that's what I'm going to do but I need to do some more

study on that. So in the interim today I'm going to rack it off into a

secondary carboy and that will clear this one up for my next brew: a mead. So

let's go ahead and get started. Now, of course I've already sanitized my carboy.

I've sanitized everything I'm going to use today as a matter of fact. That is

clear; that's crystal clear.

Like I said, if this was carbonated I'd be all over this!

First things first, my auto siphon. And I got to tell you I'm having a hard time

with this auto siphon. I obviously do not know how to work it. I'm gonna take this

clip off of here so that I can make sure to get it down to the bottom. A couple of

pumps setting this up higher in order to get the gravity to work I don't know if

that's up high enough and maybe it could go faster than that. I don't know. We'll

speed this up. The auto siphons are designed so that you can actually set it

down to the bottom and not suck up the Lees. I'm afraid to try that. Nice and

easy. We're gonna try it. My very first brew. If this goes off

without a hitch and this comes out good I'm gonna be surprised, myself. In fact

what I'm gonna do is these first few brews: cider, then Mead, and then, I think,

either a Ciser or a ginger beer - probably a Ciser - I'm going to keep them very

simple as far as the recipe goes, and then after that I'll branch out and try

and get a little bit trickier. Let's keep an eye on this. Now will I be able to

tilt this in order to get as much cider as possible?

Man, it is beautiful! I'm tempted to eat one of those raisins. Have you ever done

that? Another thing, I was tempted to throw in a cinnamon stick in this but I

can't really get a straight answer. If I were to put a cinnamon stick in here -

which I'm not going to - but if I were on a future brew would I need to sanitize

it sterilize it? What what do you do with your cinnamon sticks?

All right. I'm not gonna pump I'm just gonna leave it like that. Now here's the

tricky part. How do I do this? I guess just like that. This I'm gonna

take to the sink. It is beautiful! and I just did something that most people say

is an absolute no-no, but some people say that you can do. I'm not going to tell

you what that was. You can guess. Go ahead and put our stopper in there. Hopefully

I'll have this dry enough where it will stick in. Please stick in.

That's pretty good. And voila! My first time racking. So I'll let it sit in here

until I decide on what I'm going to do with it. Again, to recap on that, what I'm...

what I would prefer is a... well I definitely want to bottle condition, and

I did get some swing top bottles for a really good deal on Amazon, and I'm

thinking of back sweetening it. Which I want to show you something real quick.

Okay, many people talk about back sweetening with Splenda. I don't know if

I want to use that or not. I'd rather use a natural means to do that.

Remember, this is Bag End Brewer, and I want to do things as close as I can to

how they would brew a cider, or a mead, or a ciser, or beer, in the Shire, Beowulf, at

King Hrothgar's. I've already talked about all of this stuff. What they would

drink at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But regardless, this is

Splenda sugar blend. So it says that however much sugar you would use cut it

in half. So here's my question: If anybody has used a sugar blend or a

Splenda sugar blend - if I were to use this in order to back sweeten and bottle

condition at the same time, have you ever done that?

Did it work, and what measurements did you use? I've gone online and seen

carbonation calculators - "well how much fizz do you want and what's your volume"

and put in... you know, what are you gonna use? Put in this amount.

I haven't found anybody talking about doing a sugar blend with Splenda. So let

me know if you have any experience with that. And so in the meantime we're gonna

let this sit and hopefully this weekend I will get started on my very first mead,

and I'll show you every step along the way on that one.

So thank you for joining me here on The Bag End Brewer.

Again, I'm Michael. If you like what you see please subscribe to the channel and

click the bell icon down there at the bottom and you'll be notified every time

I post a new video. I also want to do some food. We're thinking about different

dishes that we can do here in order to complement my fine apple wine, I guess.

It's not; it's a cider, right? apple wine needs to be a higher ABV whatever we'll

talk to you next time on the Bag End Brewer.

And I realized that my dog has been barking the entire time as I've been

doing this episode that's wonderful I want to eat one of these raisins uh ha

ha ha I actually like that smell
