No matter how gross it may seem, the mucus produced in your nostrils can tell you a lot

about your health.

This secretion contains proteins, anti-bodies, water, and even diluted salts.

In fact, our body can produce up to 1.5 liters of mucus a day.

Its main goal is to keep our nostrils lubricated, moistening the air we breathe in, and capturing

the dust and other substances that might be floating in the air we breathe.

When mucus changes colors, it may be a sign as something in your body isn't right.

Even though doctors don't normally analyze the color of mucus, it can give you some helpful

tips about what's going on in your body.

Clear mucus Clear, liquid mucus is considered to be normal

and healthy.

If it's produced in excess or is too liquid it may be indicating an allergy or irritation

in your respiratory system.

Yellow mucus When your mucus turns yellow, it maybe a sign

that you're getting sick.

When we catch the flu, our immune system starts fighting the infection by sending an army

of cells to fix the problem.

White blood cells are among them and get it eliminated through our mucus once they've

done their job.

These blood cells are what make your mucus turn yellow.

Green mucus When your mucus turns green, it's a sign that

your body has been fighting an infection for a long time.

Colds, for example, can last between 10 and 14 days.

In this case, your mucus may gradually become thicker and more full of cells, taking on

a greenish hue.

If the symptoms continue after the normal amount of time is up, you might have a sinusitis

or bacterial infection.

Pink or red mucus When your mucus is more red in color it normally

indicates the presence of blood, but don't panic.

This may be just the consequence of a number of small tears on the inside of your nose,

easily caused by dry skin or an irritation.

Brown mucus Just like when it's red, your mucus may turn

brown if it contains blood.

Another possible cause is something that you inhaled, such as dirt or dust.

Black mucus A darker, blackish mucus is more common in

smokers, but if that's not your case, this color may indicate a serious infection caused

by a fungus.

How To Live a More Fulfilling and Happy Life - Duration: 13:18.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: Coffee with my dad.

It seems so simple, but for years I found myself not being able to commit to having

a weekly coffee with my dad.

As an entrepreneur you have to make sacrifices, I totally get that, I understand it, but if

you're sacrificing the simple things that lead to true happiness and fulfillment, you

could achieve all of the success in the world and still feel empty.

And if there's one person in my life who's taught me a lot about balance, it's my dad.

He is a former pro athlete, he now runs a major league soccer team here in Vancouver.

So I figured, might as well go talk to him about this and bring you along for a coffee

date.

I've learned that fulfillment doesn't come from what I do, it doesn't come from a job,

it doesn't come from a person, it doesn't come from money, it comes from knowing who

you really are and what you really need.

And a friend of mine recently shared an exercise with me that showed me that technically everything

you need can fit into four boxes.

And that's what I'm going to show you today.

Hit the like button if you're excited to dive in.

So, how do you live a more fulfilling and happy life?

Well, it seems like a pretty tall task.

Bob Lenarduzzi: Watch It's a Wonderful Life once a year.

It, clearly, it doesn't matter how many times you watch it and the fact that I still well

up when I get to that scene, when we get to that scene, it's a great message.

And the message is throughout your life you impact a lot of people, and in Jimmy Stewart's

case he didn't know until he was faced with, "I'm going to kill myself".

And then the ghosts do their job and take him back and look into the future, and it's

clear to him at the end of it all, "Wow.

You know what?

I actually did some pretty good things".

Sunny Lenarduzzi: What if all of the joy you need fits into four boxes?

That's it.

It's that simple.

Sometimes the simplest things are the things that actually bring us the most fulfillment.

And a friend of mine recently broke down this exercise for me after he had gone through

an experience in building a very successful business, he ran an agency.

But he went on vacation with his wife and his daughter and he was tied to his computer

the whole time.

It was their first real vacation as a family and he couldn't get away from his computer.

He was constantly tied to it, he felt like he had no freedom, and it really wasn't a

vacation.

So it was his crux point of changing everything and finding a way to build a life that actually

fulfilled him outside of just his work, and something that didn't tie him to what he did

for a living.

So these four boxes, this exercise, is a game changer, truly.

I did it a few weeks ago and it really was so helpful for me in creating a full life

and a happier life that doesn't just rely on my business or relationship, and it's all

coming from what fills me up as an individual being.

So my four quadrants break down into this, freedom, first and foremost, which is the

freedom to create my schedule, to choose how I spend my day, to go for a walk or hop on

my bike at any time that I want.

I feel really sad and low when I get boxed into a very busy schedule and something where

I have to be places at all times.

That's why I can't work in an office, it doesn't work for me.

I tried it, doesn't work for me.

So I like to be able to have the freedom to create my own day.

So freedom looks like a bunch of different things.

It doesn't mean I'm traveling the world all the time, although I enjoy that from time

to time, that's not where I get my freedom from.

My freedom is just a freedom to do what I want, when I want, how I want.

The next part, the next box, on my four boxes is creativity, which is what I am doing right

now as we film this video.

So as I'm filming this, this makes me feel fulfilled.

Since I was a kid I've loved creating.

I've loved making things, I've loved creating content, even if it wasn't for a social media

platform.

I started making videos long before You Tube was even a thing.

And so that's been a hobby for me my whole life, and that's usually a big sign as to

what makes you feel alive.

A prime example of this is that ... Again, this doesn't have to be your job, it doesn't

have to be what you do every single day, but I have a lot of friends in my life who absolutely

love cooking.

And they're not professional chefs, but cooking for them is this creative outlet and it's

something that makes them feel fulfilled, it makes them feel happier, they like to provide

and create these dishes for their friends and family.

That fills them up.

So what's that thing?

I want you to comment below right now with a hobby or something that you do that lights

you up, and it has nothing to do necessarily with what you do for a living, it's just something

that makes you feel fulfilled.

And how can you integrate that into your life?

It doesn't mean you have to all of a sudden start join a professional ballet academy,

but it just means integrating it in some way, shape or form, and being okay with doing it

imperfectly.

The next thing is growth.

So growth for me is reading a book.

I read about five pages a day.

I'm not reading an entire book a day, but even reading five pages a day of a book in

the morning or at night before I go to bed, makes me feel like I've learned something

new.

So that's how I cultivate that growth in my day to day life.

So it's learning something new, it's chatting with a new friend or meeting a new person,

having a really interesting conversation, watching a TED video, reading an article online.

Whatever that might be, it's just growing my mindset and opening my mind to new ideas,

new opportunities, new things that I can learn every single day that makes me feel fulfilled.

And the fourth part, funny enough, is teaching.

Connection and then I think one of yours is growth, which is developing the next generation,

especially in soccer.

I think growth for you too as you and mom are so active, you both work out every single

day and that's like developing and growing your ... So I would say fitness.

Bob Lenarduzzi: Yeah.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: I love teaching, and I never thought in my life that I would consider myself

a teacher, but I think that that's what I've become.

I live to teach you guys.

I live to share new ideas and the best part about this is that because I love teaching

things so much, when I learned this concept, which is part of growing and that growth fulfillment,

I immediately came home and I had a dinner with my family and I ended up telling my parents

and my boyfriend about this exercise.

And I had them all do it at the table and we all talked about our four boxes of fulfillment.

And so my dad called me the day after we did this exercise and he recognized that one of

his boxes of fulfillment that he likes to do on a daily basis is connection.

So he wants to go for a coffee with a friend, or he wants to meet a new person, or he wants

to go and have a chat with me or have lunch with me.

And so the funny thing about this was as I filled up my cup and I fulfilled what I needed

by teaching this to other people, which is my family, my dad had this light bulb moment

of, "Oh.

I need to have more connection in my life and I'm going to now make it a priority and

make sure that we're going for this weekly coffee every single week".

And what do I do every week when I have those coffees?

Generally, I'm sharing some sort of new idea or thing that I've learned that week with

my dad, so it fills us both up.

Bob Lenarduzzi: I can't even write something down.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: Well, also, your writing is so bad.

Bob Lenarduzzi: I know it is.

I'm like a doctor.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: You are like a doctor.

So how do you do this exercise and figure out what your four quadrants are?

You don't have to do it perfectly on the first try and this make some time for you to really

dial into what it is that makes you feel fulfilled on a daily basis, but just start to note the

times in your day when you feel that yes, I feel so good about this, I feel good in

my body, I feel at peace, I feel lit up by what I'm doing in this very moment.

It could be little teeny, tiny things that you're doing throughout the day and those

are a huge clues as to what makes you feel fulfilled.

It's nothing external, it's nothing that you do in your work or in a relationship, it's

just you as a human being, what makes you feel good.

Bob Lenarduzzi: Peace.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: Yeah.

Peace and quiet.

Bob Lenarduzzi: And under peace would be ...

Sunny Lenarduzzi: It would be cutting the grass.

So there's two ways to do it.

Figure out what those over-arching buckets or categories are first and then start populating

the activities you want to do within the boxes, or write down a bunch of different activities

and then figure out how they all can be organized into four different buckets.

So that's really the simple process to building a more fulfilled and happy life outside of

just work and outside of what you do for a living because that is not who you are, and

that is not going to fulfill you in the long run.

You have to find what you as a person enjoy in life and make more time for that.

If this is making sense to you, give me a like below and let me know that you're enjoying

this by commenting below this video.

And like I said, we created a little print out for you of this exact exercise.

So you can grab that below.

There's a link below to go download it.

And like I said, you can do it on the computer or you can do it with a print out version

and do it offline.

And hang it somewhere that you can see every day so you make sure that you do feel fulfilled

on a daily basis, which will ultimately lead to a happier life.

And what I would love, love, love for you to do is as you start filling these out, make

sure that you take pictures of them, screenshot them, and tag me on Instagram with your four

boxes of fulfillment and I can't wait to see what you come up with because this is such

a huge component of living a much happier life.

The next thing that I'm going to show you in next week's episode is how to find your

tribe.

The people that are going to elevate you, the people you want to surround yourself with

to build a bigger, better, more successful life on your own terms.

It's so important and I can't wait to share the tips and tricks that I've learned in connecting

with some of the people that I've looked up to for years and years and years.

So it's going to be an amazing episode, can't wait for you to see it.

And on that note, I do have to give a shout out to my friend, Mikael, who is the guy who

gave me this exercise at a recent event that we went to.

And he is the founder of Funnelytics, which is an amazing company as well for anyone in

online business.

You want to definitely check it out.

I'll link to that below in the description too.

So thank you so much for sharing this with me, and I'm so happy that I can share it with

you because this fulfills me.

So if you like this video, like I said, give it a like below.

Subscribe for new episodes every week.

Next week, like I said, we're talking all about building your tribe to elevate you and

attract the right people into your life.

And make sure you comment below with #BossClub to enter to win shout outs in my videos and

free BYO Boss swag.

New videos every week on how to be your own boss, build your own life.

We'll be back next Tuesday.

Can't wait to see you then.

Thanks for watching.

How do you define success?

Bob Lenarduzzi: I would refer back to Nono, your grandfather and what he actually said,

not on his deathbed, but close to.

I sat with him in the house and he was really struggling at that point.

And so I sat with him in the basement.

I was getting ready to go to Australia, wasn't sure I wanted to go or not 'cause I knew he

didn't have long left, and he was even struggling to converse.

I sat there for a minute and he looked over and he had a good moment and he said, "What's

wrong?"

And I said, "Well, you're obviously not in a good place".

And he said, "Don't worry about me.

I've had four good boys and never had any problems with them, and I know that they'll

be a legacy when I'm gone.

And if someone had said to me when I was 20 that I'd make it to 80, I would have snapped

their hands off".

So I was actually quite taken aback 'cause he was struggling to speak.

But not only did he speak, he actually provided some pretty succinct information at a time

where I didn't think he was capable of.

But that's stayed with me since then and I've repeated it on numerous occasions.

So back to the answer to your question, it's you, it's Ryan, it's now Leo, it's your mates.

And ideally hoping I'll be in a similar place when that time comes.

How Much Power Does The Vatican Have? - Duration: 7:46.

The Vatican is the official headquarters of the

Roman Catholic Church as well as the residence of the pope.

The word Vatican is from the Latin vaticanus, which means hill, but the term Vatican also

refers to the authority and jurisdiction of the Pope.

The Vatican runs very much like a government, appointing its own ambassadors as well as

receiving ambassadors from other countries.

It is recognized by world powers and most nations have ambassadors there.

So how influential is this small city-state?

That's what we'll be looking at today, in this episode of The Infographics Show:

How Much Power Does the Vatican Have?

Before we explore the power of this huge religious institution, let's first look at its history.

Vatican City was founded in 1929, following the signing of the Lateran Pacts, a treaty

and financial agreement between the Holy See, an ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Catholic

Church, and the Kingdom of Italy.

It's not only home to the Pope, but also a raft of iconic art and rich architecture,

including the Sistine Chapel- famous for Michelangelo's ceiling.

As a sovereign state, it is recognized under international law, so though Vatican City

is situated slap bang in the middle of Rome, you can think of it like a mini country with

its own jurisdiction.

The Vatican has a judge, a tribunal, an appeals court, and a Supreme Court.

These were all put into effect in November 1987, and their role is to serve and exercise

authority in the name of the Pope.

Vatican City has a population of 1,000, most of whom are working as part of the church-

Cardinals and Bishops, members of the Curia, seminarian students, and visiting clergy.

The Vatican is not just a center of the Catholic religion, it's the center of government

for Catholicism.

So where does the pope fit in?

The Pope is the leader of the Catholic Church worldwide, so if the Vatican was a business,

he could be likened to a CEO.

Or if The Vatican were a government, then he would be The President.

The College of Cardinals elects the Pope, and he holds all legislative, executive, and

judicial powers.

The current pope is Pope Francis, who was born Jorge Mario Bergoglio.

He was elected as the 266th pope of the Roman Catholic Church in March 2013.

He is Argentinian and the first pope from the Americas.

Ok, that's enough history on the Vatican and its spiritual leader.

So how powerful is this religious giant?

Although many consider the Vatican to be a spiritual kingdom, it is actually far more

than that.

Unlike any other church, as we explained, the Vatican is an independent state which

puts it in a unique position.

Just like a big business with cash to spend, the Vatican has assets including land and

real estate in many different countries, and as a result it has influence worldwide.

And because it's a church, its assets and income are tax-free.

According to an article on The Nasdaq, or American stock exchange, The Vatican Bank

manages $64 billion of assets on behalf of its 17,400 customers.

It owns $764 million in equity, and keeps gold reserves worth over $20 million with

the U.S. Federal Reserve.

Until very recently, the Vatican's banking system has resisted pressure for financial

transparency, arguing that its church status made it exempt from external audits or investigations.

But in the last few years, there has been more scrutiny on the churches finances, and

with so much wealth at stake, it's maybe not a complete surprise that The Vatican Bank

is often at the center of scandal and corruption charges.

Cleaning up the bank has been a focus area for Pope Francis, who labeled his intentions

as part of an "honesty and transparency" campaign.

Officially, Vatican Bank accounts are only meant to be held by residents of Vatican City

and church personnel, but according to Gerald Posner, a Vatican bank scholar and the author

of "God's Bankers," there are also powerful Italian officials who have accounts with the

Vatican Bank so they can hold money without paying taxes.

In recent years, the bank has closed over 4,000 accounts in an effort to eradicate this

corruption.

Another shady case with the Vatican was when the Vatican bank released its 2014 financial

statements announcing that it had more than $1.2 billion in assets that weren't on the

previous balance sheet.

That's a big number for the accountant to miss!

What else did we learn about the Vatican from these balance sheets?

The Vatican has two main entities, The Holy See, and Vatican City State.

The Holy See reported a deficit of $27.9 million in 2014, even though it received over $58

million from the Vatican Bank.

But then it does have a large staff payroll with its 2,880 employees absorbing a total

of $147 million off the bottom line of that 2014 balance sheet.

The Vatican City State is responsible for running the Vatican Museums, and in 2014 had

a surplus of $74 million, so that makes up for some of those staff losses.

Tourism is also a major component of the church's success.

According to Vatican figures there are estimated to be 1.2 billion Roman Catholics in the world.

Many of these people travel to see the grand architecture, the museums housing ancient

artifacts, and of course catch a glimpse of The Pope.

Vatican City is a tourist hot spot and visitation has tripled under the popular Pope Francis.

Between 2013 and 2015, more than 12 million people visited the Vatican for events featuring

the Pope.

And those figures are only for events inside the Vatican.

Pope Francis also travels, garnering as many as 13 million additional visitors flocking

to see him in other places.

All this helps to spread the influence of the Pope and the church.

The Vatican has even managed to reap some rental revenue, when in October 2014 the Sistine

Chapel was rented out for the first time to the automaker Porsche for a corporate charity

event.

Forty Porsche enthusiasts, at a cost of $5,900 per head, were the first group of people treated

to a private tour under the Vatican's new program: Pope Francis' Art for Charity project.

The Porsche clients enjoyed a private concert while admiring the famous ceiling painted

by Michelangelo.

A far cry from what the Sistine Chapel's normal 20,000 daily visitors get, which is a quick

glance at the chapel before they're rushed out of the door.

Though there is a lot more transparency with the Vatican, it's still not easy to get

the kind of information you would with a publically listed company, where everything is shared

online.

What we do know is that much of the cash and assets are distributed around the world, even

including large sums of money held in Swiss Bank accounts.

It's clear the church is very wealthy and has global reach & influence due to the distribution

of that wealth, and that Pope Francis continues on his crusade to rid the church of bad apples.

The New York Times reported in March of 2018 that a former president of the Vatican bank

had been ordered to stand trial on charges of embezzlement and money laundering, relating

to losses of more than $61 million from real estate sales.

This makes him the highest-ranking Holy financial official to be indicted

on charges.

So, does this institution have more money than it needs, or is this wealth important

for the long-term survival of the Catholic religion?

Let us know your thoughts in the comments!

How Much Money Do You Need To Start Amazon FBA?! Hidden Fees Break Down - Duration: 12:20.

hey everyone welcome back today I'll be telling you exactly how much money you

really need in order to start selling on Amazon FBA

how much money do you really need in order to start selling on Amazon this is

a very common question that new sellers always come to me about because

they are worried that they do not have enough money in their bank to start

selling on Amazon I just want to be very open with you about all the hidden fees

in regards to starting your new Amazon journey if you decide to take on this

business and what you need to be prepared for for the months to come

there are a lot of hidden fees that a lot of gurus do not talk about so

hopefully you find this video useful and you can start doing the math and see if

you have enough money in your bank to start selling on Amazon so I know

everyone sells a different product but some products cost a lot less than

others and as a new seller I always suggest new sellers to source a product

that is under $2 around $2 and nothing more because the more money you put out

the bigger risk it is for you to lose it as a new seller and your first product

should always be about learning you have to have that mentality and not have the

mentality that you are going to become rich or make a huge profit off your

first product because chances are you are not

the first product is usually just a big learning curve for you to build some

experience and learn the ropes so hopefully you know what to do for your

second product anyways let's get started with the fees that you need to consider

when you are selling when you are a new seller on Amazon so obviously we have

cost per unit I always suggest new sellers to start with 1000 units if you

order anything less you're going to run out of inventory very quickly especially

if you do a product launch you're just going to end up with a few hundred units

and then you're gonna have to relaunch again which is totally not fun and just

a huge waste of money so as I mentioned for cheaper products make sure you find

a product that is fairly cheap I know my first product was around just under a

dollar it was about 90 cents and that included the packaging and everything

and to me I felt safe I just knew that if I were to lose that money if I were

to lose that money I'm not going to cry myself a river because it's all

part of business you might lose money you might make money and you have to

know what your breaking point is how much money are you willing to lose and

not be totally hurt by it the next thing to consider is customization as I

mentioned the more customization you do the heavier your product the bigger your

product the nicer your packaging with all the fancy bows ribbons and boxes

then the more expensive it will be so try to keep this simple if it makes

sense to your product you have to consider the payment which payment

method you use so on Alibaba you can pay by e-checking or a credit card or do a

wire transfer no sorry a bank transfer and depending

on which bank you use it's going to cost a fee usually it's about sixty to

eighty dollars but for me I do e-checking so it costs me $0 I use

trade assurance and they just debit the money straight from my checking

account so that's zero dollars on top of that there's no hidden fee however

credit cards I believe it's a 2.9% on top of everything that

you owe to your supplier and if you use PayPal which is mainly for amateurs I

think there is even a bigger fee depending on your supplier so you really

don't want to do that in my experience trade assurance e-checking is safe

and it costs you zero dollars to use that method you have to consider the

exchange rate if you are from a different country myself I am from

Canada so every time if I were to use a Canadian bank account I need to consider

the exchange rates i actually i don't use my Canadian bank account I have a

US-based account which saves me a lot of money and I have a separate

video about that if you look previously on my channel you have to consider

product photography so you have to hire a professional photographer in order to

take very nice photos for your products now for me I actually do my own photos

I'm not going to get into detail about that in this

video but you have to consider that and that can cost a few hundred dollars if

you plan to pay someone for listing optimization meaning for them to create

your whole listing for you to make sure all the keywords are fully opt... your listing is

fully optimized with the highest ranked keywords then that's another

fee you need to consider and this fee can go I've seen some people charge 500

600 dollars just to create a listing for you I do this myself and I've

learned to do this myself so I saved that few hundred dollars however if that

is not one of your strengths and you have to pay someone in order

to do your listing then you have to keep in mind that it will cost you a few

hundred dollars to pay someone professionally to do your listing

shipping ok now shipping costs we all know everyone has very high shipping

fees when it comes to shipping your products from China to the US so in

order to save money I strongly advise you guys to hire a freight forwarder a

freight forwarder specializes in shipping the rates are typically lower

than your supplier your supplier is simply just the manufacturer they do not

specialize in shipping they do not specialize in clearing customs for you

so please you guys find yourself a good freight forwarder and they will pick

up your product from your supplier and bring it back to the Amazon

warehouse for a low fee so for me I know typically people say it's six to seven

dollars per kilo to ship from China to US for me my freight forwarder usually

charges me three dollars fifty cents to four dollars DDP shipping by air or by

sea and this depends on your product so sometimes it costs a little more but if

you should use a freight forwarder it's always cheaper than using your supplier

so if you were to ship by sea it's actually a lot cheaper I do this now I actually

ship half by air just so I have enough inventory for the month in Amazon

and the rest goes by sea and I saved myself

thousands of dollars I suggest you guys do this when you are

more experienced with Amazon but right now please consider that shipping is

expensive and it costs a few thousand dollars depending on how much inventory

or how heavy or how big your product is so if you are doing sea shipping or if

you're worried about your air shipment you also need insurance I

actually don't use insurance for air shipping I use insurance for sea

shipping and it's only like twenty five dollars but hey everything adds up on

Amazon right you might need to get an inspector to inspect your products I've

actually never done an inspection before I know that sounds crazy but for me I

really trust my supplier and I have never had any issues with the products

from that my customers buy from Amazon so but if you were to do an inspection

it does cost anywhere between 100 to 200 dollars so please keep that fee in mind

if you are doing a launch sorry not if you are doing a launch when you do your

product launch because you have to launch your product on Amazon in order for

it to rank to the first page to get the most sales it will cost you money

whether that's using PPC or a launch service you need to save at least $500

put 500 dollars away for this whether that's PPC or to pay a launch

service I know Viral Launch alone costs $400

Zonjump costs a few hundred depending on how many coupons you buy so please

please you guys save $500 put it to the side for your product launch on top

of that we have more fees reviews so depending on how much your product costs

and if you need to get some reviews from others you need to pay for that review

and that costs money that adds up for every product for me I always try to get

10 reviews first before my launch so it's 10 times whatever the amount my

product costs Amazon FBA fees there are Amazon FBA fees if you just Google

Amazon FBA fees it'll show you how much money they're taking from you for each product

every time it sells you need to be aware of this to see if you can actually

afford what you're buying auto email subscription you need an auto email

subscription every time you start your business on Amazon because you want

customers to organically write you reviews and they're not gonna write you

a review if there's no email being sent to them requesting for a review I use

feedback whiz I know the basic plan is about 15 dollars if you choose and use

another service that's up to you but please keep this in mind that this is a

monthly subscription and you need to have the money in order to pay for your

subscriptions speaking about subscriptions you might need other

subscriptions like key word subscriptions I know I use seller tools

and word tree and those are monthly subscriptions depending on which package

you decide to go with usually the basic package is good enough however that's

another like hundred dollars that you need to think about when it comes to

subscriptions also your monthly Amazon professional seller account fee is $40 so

again it's another few hundred dollars on top of everything in order to get

your Amazon business going and if you were to really take Amazon seriously and

you're selling well you're seeing your sales steadily be if you have steady

sales on Amazon for a while now I would say maybe after three or four months you

want to think about a trademark and opening up a corporation because you

need that personal protection there are lots of hijackers on Amazon they can

just steal your listing and start selling their own crap and you don't

want that you need to file for a trademark and trademarks can cost

hundreds of dollars I know for me I filed it myself because I had time and

it cost me $225 filing my trademark using TEAS

plus if you decide to hire a lawyer to trademark your brand or logo or whatever

it's gonna cost a few hundred dollars and if you were to open a corporation

it's gonna cost you another few hundred dollars so how much does it really cost

you to start selling on Amazon at least $5,000 I know that's a lot of

money and I know there are a lot of people that tell you you only need

$1,000 or you only need $500 I don't know where they come up with that number

because if you logically think about it shipping alone costs more than a

thousand dollars or just under a thousand dollars depending on how light

or small your product is so you guys please please consider all these fees

before you start your Amazon business I've seen a lot of new sellers make this

mistake not having enough money and then they're stuck and they don't know what

to do and then they have to borrow money and then they owe the bank money and it's

just a huge mess so you don't want to get yourself in this mess anyway I am

going to put this list down below in the description if you want to use it as a

checklist and if you need to think about exactly how much money

you need in order to save to start selling on Amazon so the list is below I

hope you new sellers found this video useful please comment below please

subscribe to my channel and please feel free to ask me any questions if you have any

and please like this video I'll see you guys next time

how MUCH is your STARTUP idea worth? - Duration: 4:27.

I was in Los Angeles and I was driving that Uber driver down to Los Angeles

downtown and what happened he is like what are you doing I said that you know

I'm in the software business I build apps for mobile phones and websites he's

like oh my god I've got a great idea it's a million dollar idea

driving down the 101 to pick up Tesla and charge it because it's been parked

for weeks now.

Recently I've been approached by different entrepreneurs

and they all would ask about building apps, building websites building IT

products that we do people have millions of ideas every taxi driver or an uber

driver would have an idea and they would pitch it to me saying hey you know what

I've got an awesome idea there are a lot of ideas circling around the world there

is no shortage of ideas trust me if you have an idea the idea doesn't cost shit

Airbnb for parking and he explained me the concept and he is like yada yada

yada this is a great brilliant app idea it worth a million

bucks and I'm already rich in my head and I've listened to that as I listen

to many of those stories and started to ask him questions how are you planning

on executing on this idea and and he literally told me that he has no

plan and then I asked about previous experiences have you executed anything

else have you built anything else out of an idea and the answer was also no and

then I kind poked him around a little bit about his sales strategy

engineering part and he thought that he has an idea he'll hire some developer

for 1 or 2 percent of equity and somebody will build him a $200,000 worth

of code piece of code of software just for 5% of his brilliant idea and he's

gonna put it out there and he's gonna make a bunch of money and millions of

dollars and that's that is literally how wrong and twisted the whole thing is

just because we have an idea doesn't mean you will be successful execution is

the key to that to that thought the idea doesn't cost a shit just because you

have an idea doesn't mean you have a business or you have to ask everybody to

sign that NDA before you share anything. the world of technology is so fast it

evolves quickly and the only game you have to play is compete against other

people it's the matter of who innovates and market their features and products

first that's what it's all about that it's all about execution execution is

the key to a successful business along with the sales hello this is Alex yeah

how was the shoot listen I really wanted to chat with you about kind of further

steps because I have a couple of questions based on a conversation we had

you know getting investment money, getting your sales, building

up an engineering team or finding a partner that can build you a great

scalable product within within a certain price range that you're looking for and

that's what fascinates me a lot of people have ideas and concrete exact

examples they ask you to sign NDA because they think their ideas are worth

millions and billions of dollars but in reality ideas worth shit they

worth nothing without execution think about that execution is the key

Stressed.

I don't know how I'm going to do when I'm old.

Yep, definitely, because I have a job and I'm not really going too good with it.

No, I didn't know that.

I thought it was just like houses and stuff.

If I found out my super fund was doing those sort of things, like chemical weaponry and

tobacco, I would definitely pull out.

Because it's not right.

Firstly, I worked hard for that money.

It would be nice to let me know what it is you guys are investing in.

No, no no!
