The Department of Education is reportedly looking into letting

states use federal funds to buy guns for teachers. According to

The New York Times, a grants program in federal education law

doesn't specifically prohibit weapons purchases. So Education

Secretary Betsy DeVos could use that program to approve state or

district plans to use those federal funds to pay for

firearms and firearms training for schools. But the Trump

administration is disputing The Times' report. A senior

administration official told CNN the idea didn't come from DeVos

or the Education Department. The official said DeVos does want

Congress to clarify whether schools can use federal funds to

buy guns, though. If the Education Department is looking

into this, it would run counter to a move Congress made in March

that allocated $50 million a year to schools for security but

stated the money shouldn't be used to purchase weapons. And

the plan would likely face backlash, seeing as the Trump

administration's call to give educators firearms has received

a lot of criticism already. A spokeswoman for the Education

Department told multiple outlets that the department is

"constantly considering and evaluating policy issues,"

especially those related to school safety. But she also said

the department doesn't issue opinions on hypothetical

scenarios.

 On August 24, actress Hwayoung held an exclusive interview with news outlet Sports Kyeonghyang, as buzz surrounding entertainer LJ's SNS photos taken with Hwayoung continued to stir up the media

However, not long after, he began showing his hidden, violent side as well as his obsessive personality, and so in just on week, I told him we should remain acquaintances

""I comforted him and tried to remain friends, but he kept fasting or threatening to commit suicide, and then resorted to threatening me with 'I'm going to call the news reporters'

My twin sister Hyoyoung even took LJ's side when I said he was threatening me, so it wasn't easy for me," Hwayoung confessed

Afterward, Hwayoung said that LJ entered her house without permission. "In the early morning of August 22, I drew a stern line in our relationship, but he continued showing signs of violent behavior

He forcefully took my cell phone and entered my house without permission, so I had no choice but to yell and protect myself

People started gathering around us, then the police came and sent him home, but the next day, he posted those photos on Instagram

" Furthermore, "LJ sent me a threatening text message saying, 'If we release an official statement that we have been dating for 2 years, then I will stop'

But I've only known him for a year, the time period we spent considering a relationship was only a week, and then he made me suffer for the past 2 months

"Hwayoung also confessed that LJ took photos of her in a swimsuit without permission

Finally, the actress relayed, "I spent so many days alone and in tears, suffering from selfish love and threats

Even so, I brought out my courage in order to reveal the truth, so that I do not receive unfair treatment

I don't know who would even understand my perspective of not wanting to admit to such a brief relationship full of fear, to the point where I could not think of him as normal, but I'm displaying courage

I will not stay silent and be victimized any longer."  Hwayoung

While popular daily fantasy sports site DraftKings has added college football back into its repertoire, it seems not every state will be able to take part in the action.

Fantasy sports analysts RotoCurve revealed the list of states able to play fantasy college football after speaking with DraftKings.

Here's a look at which states it will be featured in:.

Alaska California Connecticut Washington, D.C.

Florida Georgia Illinois Kansas Kentucky Michigan Minnesota Nebraska New Jersey New Mexico North Carolina North Dakota Oklahoma Oregon Rhode Island South Carolina South Dakota Texas Utah Virginia West Virginia Wisconsin Wyoming.

The list features a total of 27 locations, meaning there's still work to be done in order to get daily fantasy college football to nearly half of the United States.

Restrictions on daily fantasy sports obviously play a role in this, as Legal Sports Report reveals there are eight states who cannot play on DraftKings.

This list includes Arizona, Alabama, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada and Washington state.

College football was previously a part of the DFS world until 2016 when both DraftKings and FanDuel pulled it as part of a deal with the NCAA.

Since that point, any form of fantasy college sports has been tough to find, and until this recent update, there was no timeframe on a potential return.

After the previous release of the news, DraftKings has since created multiple different options available for games on Saturday, August 25, as well as Thursday, August 30.
