Hi there I'm Jen from Simple Green Smoothies

and today we have a

Plant-based snack recipe that you are going to love. It's called Maple Granola B Bars and it uses a mixture of natural sweeteners like maple syrup

combined with gluten-free rolled oats, and then we're adding in some protein with almond butter.

Very delicious simple to make let's get started. Alright first you need a pre-heat your oven to 325.

And then we're going to begin adding in all the dry ingredients.

So the first one is gluten free rolled oats and

Then you're going to need to add in some almond flour.

To get the exact measurements and more detail on the recipe head on over to our blog where I have everything laid out for you.

Right next is sliced almonds.

And then we're going to add in some raisins there is some natural sweetness and it also makes it a little chewier, which I really like.

If you're making this recipe for your kids school lunches and maybe there's a food allergy such as a nut allergy

Feel free to swap out the sliced almonds for sunflower seeds

and you can even take the almond butter and swap that out for sunflower butter.

Now we are going to add in the cinnamon a little bit of nutmeg and

Also some sea salt.

The last dry ingredient is chia seeds which have

Omega-3s. They also have protein and a little bit of healthy fats.

so they are kind of like the

superfood that I try to act as many things as I can to get that extra boost of nutrients

So mix it up.

Now we're gonna add all the wet ingredients on to the dry ingredients so we're gonna start with maple syrup.

One of my favorite things about this recipe is it only takes one bowl so it's super easy cleanup.

You have a little bit of vanilla extract.

Then some coconut oil.

Mix it all up together so that everything is evenly coated.

Alright now we're going to add in the almond butter.

And this gets a little stuck in here so a spatula comes in handy.

You can swap out any other nut butter as well if you have cashew butter that works great.

The dry ingredients are tending to get stuck on the side, so I'm just making sure to push them to the middle.

So that they are getting

all of that coconut oil and almond butter goodness.

Once all the ingredients are mixed together. Well, we're gonna transfer it into a baking sheet. So then we can bake it.

I'm going to take this baking tray which is an 8 by 8 and line it with parchment paper.

You can also grease the pan

But it's going to be a lot harder to get it out of so I strongly recommend using some parchment paper.

Once you get it into your baking dish you need to make sure to push down the edges.

All the way you want it to be evenly

spaced out and pushed all the way to the edge so that this really does turn into a granola bar.

All right now we're going to put them in the oven and bake this baby.

Once they're cool you can remove them from the parchment paper.

Really nicely just be careful to not break your bars.

Now we're going to cut them in half one direction.

And then into another half.

The edge ones are a little crispier which I prefer the inside ones are a little chewier.

So depending on your favorite just reach for one of them.

Here we have homemade granola bars.

These are also great to bring on long runs or hikes. They're full of proteins. They hold up well and

They just taste really good.

I work for Trivadis, a consulting company.

When tuning SQL statements I quite often see very complex or hard to read statements.

These statements are often the reason for the bad performance.

Performance tuning does not automatically mean

create new indexes or statistics or things like that.

Quite often it's much a better choice to rewrite the statement or to

analyze the statement and to find out what it does

and write it in a different way.

Quite often this means that the statement can be simplified or using

some advanced features like analytical functions or wave statements or pattern

matching or whatever to make it not only easier to read but also easier for

the optimizer to estimate the calculations of the statistics on it.

So a statement that is easier for us to read is also easier for the optimizer to

understand and to calculate the code execution plan.

Therefore my recommendation is keep your SQL statements simple but fast.

and if you want to link number and names as refference, you can add them here

To begin, you can use Full View mode by pressing CTRL+Q

and to get back to Normal View you can press CTRL+W

So when you show this to your audience you enter the Full View mode like this.

To start Drawing a number from the drawing list, press TAB key on your keyboard

and you can see the number is shuffled

To STOP you can press SPACEBAR

Then the number is shown

and also the name if you add name references

then you click the brown button on the bottom-left to record the number

in the results list

Then you can start new drawing by pressing the TAB key again

then to STOP, press SPACEBAR again

or you can click the Green START button here on the top-left.

then click the Red STOP button on the bottom-right

or either combination click START button and press SPACEBAR to STOP

Really easy and simple to use

Bonnie Gayle Bonnie thanks for joining us oh my god thanks for having me Silke I

always love talking to you well these these segments I tell you

they're it's been interesting and we will join we will link to our previous

ones this was specifically on different topics of sexual shame today and Bonnie

and I were chatting off-camera and one of the things that you know we didn't

really consider you know both Bonnie and I are at a time of our life where we

want to have the best sex of our life we and we are we're enjoying it

what we also remembered that a time where we weren't and that's what we want

to talk about today for especially those of you who are in relationships and have

that loss of sex drive due to aging menopause etc Bonnie talk to us about

that so a lot of times what ends up happening is when as we lose estrogen in

our body we also lose our libido or our desire to have sex and that can be very

shameful because if your partner's wanting to have sex all the time or just

even regularly and you have no desire and you're not even in your body and you

don't even want it that's a shameful thing and that can be

a shameful thing so let's talk about some things that we can do to enhance

our sexual desire when we're really not feeling it the first thing is that you

need to get out of your head and into your body so one of there's two things

that I love to do that are really quick things that you can do in five minutes

or less and the first thing is to put my headphones on put my music on and start

dancing around to the music that I love and I'm rocking around and it's great

and I love it the other thing is I have like a little

mini trampoline called a rebounder and so a lot of times

I'll put my headphones on and I'll start jumping on the trampoline and get into

my body and all of the sudden I'm into my body and my body's like

getting excited and it's starting to feel things so I love to do that now now

that I've gotten out of my head and into my body

I love sex better so this is where I would take a little dollop of sex butter

which we've talked about on different episodes of your show that has like a

little minty mixture in it and literally rub it around on your fingers and

massage it into inside your vagina on the walls all over on the clitoral area

and now within seconds your body has woken up so you physically woke up the

rest of your body and now you woke up your vagina and you are starting to feel

frisky and so I love giving people hints on that because this is something we

could do in like literally under 10 minutes and it's fun

ya know exactly exactly and that of course you know of the greater picture I

mean with with me in my 40s I had no sex drive it was it was just gone I was

content or expected never to have sex again and I know there's thousands of

women out there that feel just like and of course for me and I believe for you

as well you know the the bioidentical hormones are huge you know in getting to

the root issue of that because of the testosterone that we lose you know

nobody ever talks about a female testosterone because that's not accepted

in Western protocol so you know that coupled with just what you described

just changing your mindset and you know and just opening up yourself to the

possibility that believe me it can all change right well and when you get out

of your head and into your body like you're getting your blood flow going

throughout your body so it's going everywhere so it's you know you mean so

and then you just put a little dab a sex butter on and then now it's like focused

into that area so it's like whoa you know it's like okay I'm gonna have some

fun now and that's what it's all about you know it's

like I think that you know when we get older it is not easy to have sex for

like long extended periods of time like you can't go for like two and three

hours like you used to so it's really important that you find things and find

ways to really have fun and have pleasure and that your body is going

along with it like your body's like yeah I'm in it well Bonnie we've talked it

you know primarily right now about women about women and loss of desire which and

that is very prevalent again because of the the hormonal changes but you know

male there are men go through the same thing maybe not as drastic as we do what

about loss of libido for men ... so loss of libido for men actually is really the

same thing it's you know getting out of your head and into your body so like

literally it's getting your blood flow going so doing something similar like

maybe you're not gonna dance around in the living room because that's kind of

not a guy thing but like you could jump on a trampoline right you could

definitely jump on a trampoline for a little while you know like five minutes

and you know and rock out to some music and then literally like applying a

little bit of sex butter on your penis because remember it's you want you know

you want to start feeling yourself down there too and so getting that blood flow

focused to that area that's what gets a man hard that's what allows a man to

stay hard well and what Bonnie's talking about with sex butter is there is a

minty texture not texture but mixture yeah to it that tingles there and I love

that you know about it like I love being woken up yeah and and this is not and
