Cut some of the bad food out of your diet.
You don't have to do it all.

Building your awareness of the carbs in your diet.
- [Beth] That leads us onto number six
which is,
- [Dino] 'Hydrate Yourself!'
Drinking water is super important.
- [Beth] It helps you go through day to day life
and therefore, burn more calories..
- [Dino] So there's a lot of adverse effects..
Can I use the word adverse?
- [Beth] You can use the word adverse..
- [Dino] There's a lot of adverse effects
to not being hydrated
or, walking around day to day,
being dehydrated.
How long is it through the day
before you have your first glass of water?
A lot of people may even suffer these without even realizing
that a glass of water could help.
- [Beth] Feeling tired?
- [Dino] Have a glass of water.
See if it helps.
- [Beth] Got a headache?
- [Dino] Feeling a headache?
Have a glass of water,
see if it helps.
- [Beth] Low on energy?
- [Dino] Low on energy after work?
Try having
a glass of water.
- [Beth] Still hungry?
- [Dino] Still hungry after dinner?

Honestly, you have to experience it

some super simple ways
to help you guys drink more water.
Idea number one:
- [Dino] First things first,
find out how much water you're drinking on a day-to-day basis.
- [Beth] We have got a blog that's linked to this video,

in that blog you're gonna have

food and mood,
which also has a little water tracker on it as well,
so check that one out.
- [Dino] Idea number two:
Okay, this one is super simple
Buy one of those really big bottles of water,
and take around with you all day.
Your goal is to drink the whole thing
by the end of the day.
- [Beth] Idea number three:
Set alarms on your phone.
It's always nice to have reminders saying to
hydrate yourself.
- [Dino] Idea number four:
If you don't really like drinking water,
which is fair enough,
for people who don't like it.
Take one of those squeeze-y squash bottles.
You can fit it in your handbag
or your backpack
and it make's water taste good!
- [Beth] Idea number five:
Have a glass of water with every meal.
You'll be amazed at how much more full you feel
after having literally just one glass of water
- [Dino] Idea number six:
If you're taking water out with you, make sure you drink it.
Don't just carry around all day.
- [Beth] Idea number seven.
Get a sharpie and write times [on your bottle] that you're gonna
need to drink some water.
