A simple match of Insurgency - Duration: 3:11.

Well, if in every match Federico and me remained alive

Or Federico died

Or i died and Federico stayed alive

I only know that...

Me and Fed... him succeed to...

reverse the match and...

they stopped to that points and we won

I'm always aiming there

I don't remember how much a round took

Because we were killing and capturing continuously

It was such an abnormal thing

Amazing

And then what..

Did you know what i recorded?

A guy that...

I ran out of ammo and I was like 2 Cm from him * 2 of them are going C *

2 on C? It's ok, I am checking A and B

Wait... Who's on B? * Me *

Ok, there's an ally

An ally is on C.. I think that they killed him

I made him respawn

Shit i'm shutted down

He died again

Alpha and Bravo clear

They're going to the balcony * I'm already down... *

But you DVD (SteelPunch aka Mr_DVD_99)

Careful though

B

Lorenzo, do i go to the blue balcony?

In the helicopter * Chopper *

Chopper... * He's in the helicopter *

Eh... * And 1 upstairs *

On a balcony, he was sniping

Did you see him?

Yeah but i don't have a clean shot

* I didn't understand anything :D *

I don't have a clean shot

Wtf did he go?

Here he is

Nice man... Capture B

No... * SHOT * I knew it

There's another one

Cap B

Yeah, he want me to cap B but they're capturing A

So i can respawn * Alpha Alpha... on Alpha *

Run run run, don't stop

Otherwise there's a problem

Check the railway before, the railway

That's why

I said you check the railway before

I think we lose this match

Great, great... Cap

I don't want them to cap

I don't know how can you do, they're winning

Go on B, just go on B

It's the nearest point and...

Look, here there's a pile of sand ba... Ah... You saw him

Great

My godness, fuck this match was...

* ENEMY DEFEAT THAT BURNS FROM INSIDE *

A Simple Chipping Game To Lower Your Golf Score - Duration: 4:56.

Hello.

I'm Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

And today I am going to show you a little simple game you can play that's going to really

help your chipping.

Stay tuned.

[MUSIC]

So if this is your first time to this channel.

Welcome.

This channel is all about helping you play better golf.

And one of the best ways to lower your score is to improve your short game.

And a lot of people spend a lot of their time practicing thier short game and they are hitting

multiple shots to the same target with the same club.

It's one way of doing it.

I prefer to do it a bit differently.

I think we should be trying to re-create what we feel on the golf course.

We want it to feel, smell, taste like golf.

So one of my favorite chipping games and I have already set this up here.

I have got a junior class starting here in a few minutes.

So I have got down here early.

And you can see I've got 6 cones set up all around the green here.

So I have an uphill shot breaking a little bit left to right.

I have got a straight up hill with a little embankment.

I have got another one that's a little bit uphill.

Then I have got another one that's a little bit down hill with a right to left slope.

I have got this one here which has quite a severe right to left slope.

And then I have got a shorter one with a little right to left down hill slope.

So we are saying it.

The rules of the game are.

We have got these little ah ring set up which is a 1 meter around the hole.

And then I've got another lot of these red hats that are another 2 paces in diameter

from there.

So they are effectively 3 meters from the hole.

So the rules of the game and there are a few different options we can do when we play the

game.

With the kids tonight we are going to say if they get it in the hole they get 100 points.

If we get it inside the inner circle they get 50 points.

If they get it inside the bigger circle of red hats.

They get 25 points and obviously if it's outside the circle they get nothing.

One thing I have learned about with kids is they can be awesome in hitting the golf ball.

But until such time as their fine motor skills develop they will be terrible at this.

I have run 5 classes already this week and it amazing how the kids just don't quite get

it.

The moment they start writing their name better.

The moment they start drawing pictures that look like pictures.

They start chipping and putting better.

So that is just a little foot note for kids.

So for us adults we are going to change that a little bit.

We are going to try and make it feel real.

Now this green isn't the greatest to putt on.

So what we are going to do is say is if we can get it inside that little circle it's

going to be a chip and we are going to give you the putt.

If you get it inside the next circle we are going to say its a chip and 2 putts.

And it might very well be that you do 1 putt it.

But for this exercise we are just going to say it's a mandatory par.

If it finishes outside the circle we are going to have a bogey.

So every single shot here requires a different club.

You need your full set of clubs.

The last thing I want to see is a whole bucket of balls down here and you are hitting multiple

shots.

I just want to do it with one.

Have a score card.

Write your score down.

So I have got 6 holes set up for our junior class because we are only doing this for half

an hour.

But you could do it for 9 holes or even 18 holes.

If you wanted to we could even include it in the bunker.

I think it's a really good practice method.

Now I am way out of practice.

We will see how I go.

I need to really work on my short game.

Because I am spending too much time on the bike at the moment and not enough time on

the golf course.

So the ball is rolling.

It has just hit the cone which stopped it a little bit.

It's finished inside that circle so I am going to give myself a birdie for that one.

I think I got a little bit lucky hitting the cone.

But who knows it might have hit the flag we don't know.

So if I was playing this game for real I would move to one of the other ones.

There is no flow we can go to any other one at random.

It doesn't have to be the same next one in sequence.

I think random works quite well.

And then you tally up your score.

You write it down and keep a record of it and you see what your PB is.

Great chipping game.

Really good for the short game and it does smell, taste and feel like golf.

Thank you for letting me help you with your golf.

Make a Simple Fur & Flannel Throw with Rob! - Duration: 14:39.

I have the greatest last-minute sewing gift idea for you today.

That is right.

We're going to use this really great plaid and this fantastic cuddle fur to make a super

simple throw.

Let's get started.

I will admit, I think one of the keys to this super simple throw is actually the fabric

choices itself.

It made it so easy to work with and that's how I'm going to teach you to work with

the fabrics today.

Now before we get too deep into the video, let's talk.

We have the Robert Kaufman Mammoth flannel and I chose two yards of it because it is

45 inches wide.

And then the white fur is a Shannon cuddle.

It's called Llama.

And it's got this fantastic real organic looking nap to it.

It looks awesome.

And for this I only purchased a yard and a half because it's 60 wide, they say on the

bolt.

Mine arrived in even a little bit bigger than that.

And as we begin cutting into our fabrics we're using our fabrics to cut, working with themselves.

I know that sounds confusing so look down here on the table.

Check this out.

What I have done, first of all is I looked at this wonderful plaid and I really couldn't

tell if there was a right side or a wrong side to it.

So I pet it for awhile.

I tried to get a bit of nap going.

But it's a truly woven fabric and it's nice and stable.

So one side has a little bit more fuzzy look to it than the other to my eye.

I'm going to pick that as my right sides because I want it to match the fur.

I have folded it so that my lines are perfectly straight within the plaid because I am going

to use the plaid to cut the fur and then the fur to cut the plaid.

And yes I do mean it that way.

I have both of the folded sides down here along this edge.

And I've used some of these wonder clips like this to pinch them and hold them into

place so that nothing is moving while I am manipulating the fabrics.

I was trying to point out in your supply list, your yardage, that there are different widths

of goods so you have to shop accordingly that way.

And now what we're going to first do is we're going to come down here.

Oh sorry I got a little excited.

When I was pinning and clipping I should have pointed out way down here on this far edge,

what I did is I've already got all of this true and square and clean and lined up perfectly

so that now as I come down here I can address first this edge of the plaid.

And for the plaid I'm actually going to scissor cut it.

So the first thing I do is I come in here right where the black and the red meet because

that's the end of the fur.

I took that nip and I'm cutting right along where the red and the black meet like this.

And I'm doing a single layer, right?

So that I didn't have to stay on that line perfectly.

Later on we'll be sewing and we'll be using these lines to our advantage as well.

If you haven't worked much with this Shannon fur.

And you might, let me stop here because what I was starting to tell you was a story.

But I actually made a little bit of a mistake and we're just going to point that out because

I don't want you to be worried about this.

The story I was going to talk about was not being worried too.

So let's just talk about it right now.

The fur itself, when you cut it and sew with it, it has a nap, it has a texture.

So we have a couple of things and strategies we're going to do to make things a little

easier to work with.

One of those is a big seam allowance.

I'm going to be taking about a half inch seam allowance today.

So what just happened right here, I'm hoping you can see this is the fur got caught on

my scissor tip because I was thinking, I wasn't paying attention to my real cut.

I'm paying to cameras over here, right?

And as I started cutting, I nipped into there.

But that's ok because I'm going to have a big seam allowance so I didn't panic.

I don't have to cut everything down.

We're just going to keep that in place because like I said, what I wanted to talk about is

manipulating these fabrics and working with them together, ok?

So I've got a clean edge that is clean here to the top layer of fur.

But the bottom layer of fur wasn't cut perfectly square either yet.

So now I'm going to take my rotary cutter and my ruler.

And I'm just going to slide.

Now we have to learn to embrace the fur.

Ok, it's going to be everywhere.

I do like to get all of my big cuts first made.

And then I will come back later and clean up a little bit.

And one of the best ways to clean up is a shop vac or a lint roller.

And cutting along the fuzz.

Now the fur will not keep shedding, it's just because we cut it.

Now those clips were in place on the fold so that I could then turn and spin so I could

still use my rotary cutting and the mat is running underneath like this right now.

But what I'm also making sure was that everything has stayed as it's supposed to.

And I could choose to use my selvedges from the plaid or I'm going to choose to cut

them off in case that's how you want to do it at home.

The big seam allowance allows you to use your selvedges too.

Ok, let's get this so I have a good starting spot down here.

And again I do a lot of petting, a lot of managing of all the fabric.

And here we go.

I'm putting a lot of pressure on my cut.

And I have a fresh blade in my rotary cutter because I don't want to be sawing back and

forth at this.

But look it, that cut is looking perfect.

Now as I slide this back up over the table I've got those clips.

I'm just going to move it up here really easy.

So a majority of the work in this project actually is the prep work.

Once you have your pieces managed perfect it's really easy just to go over to the

sewing machine.

So we're spending all of our time here getting our prep work awesome for us.

Make sure I made that cut all the way through there.

And just another minute we'll be ready to take a little break here and get that sewing

machine out.

As a matter of fact while I'm finishing this off, why don't you take a break now

I'll be back with the sewing machine ready to go.

As you can see we've already gotten all of our cut and prep work done on both the

plaid and on the fur.

Can you see the fur flowing around in front of me?

Isn't that fun?

It's like it's snowing in here.

I love it.

Now I picked up a bunch of these tips in both working with the furs but also on Shannon's

website and in the description below we've got some great links to some of Shannon's

fantastic tips and techniques on using their cuddles and their furs as well.

So one of the things I'm going to be using on my sewing machine is I'm going to use

a walking foot.

The walking foot I've got a quick tip out there for you on how to put it on your machine

as well.

But it's going to help manipulate these looser woven layers as they travel under the

machine together.

I'm also going to be using a stiletto.

I'll show you how to manipulate the fabrics here pretty quick with that.

But the most important is we want to pin.

And we want to clip our edges of our plaid and our fur together.

So I went right sides together remember I found that fuzzier side to be my right side.

And now I have my fur itself inside.

And I've used these wonder clips every few inches to hold all the layers.

Now because there's a good amount of give on the fur I want my feed dogs to be manipulating

on the plaid side.

The plaid is much more stable.

So as I approach my sewing machine I'm going to take one of the short ends of the rectangle,

right?

Of my throw.

And we're going to leave about a three inch opening that we can turn all of this back

out or maybe just the width of our hand we'll call it.

So I'm going to start up here.

I believe I mentioned it earlier we're going to use about a half inch seam allowance today.

And you can use cotton or polyester threads.

This is not necessarily going to be a real washable project.

It could be if you wanted.

But either cotton or poly, nice and strong for us.

Now as I'm lowering my presser foot I've got a seam guide on and I can feel my fabrics

are up against it but I can't see what's going on.

So I learned in the first few stitches in working with this llama fur because it's

got such a beautiful fiber is I am now going to go ahead and manipulate this up and out

of the way with my stiletto while I work.

Ok.

So here we are at our very first stitches.

We're going to do a couple of stitches forward and a couple stitches back just because we

are using that as our opening.

Now I'm holding my stiletto to hold the fur up and away from the needle and the presser

foot because if this fur falls in here it will stitch itself down and all of a sudden

we'll get stuck.

So I'm not sewing fast.

I'm just taking every couple of stitches.

And I'm just using that stiletto there to keep the fur from getting caught by the needle

the whole time I'm feeling underneath that this plaid is right up against that edge guide

over there.

And that's giving me a really nice sewn line.

We just don't see it at the moment.

Ok and we're just double checking where we're at location wise as we ready, coming

into that corner.

Ok so as you can see as we're coming into that corner and because I have that half inch

seam allowance I want to go ahead and stop.

And then I'm going to pick up and pivot and rotate underneath there.

And I want to make sure that I can see my plaid underneath there too.And the beautiful

thing there is about this fuzz or the fur, fiber is I can actually cheat a little bit.

I can tug and pull a little bit if I need to.

And now that that's caught up and started there and then my stiletto is back in service.

And I'm just going to keep on going around the corner.

Ok so now as I'm sewing out of this corner I'm going to hit caffeinated mode and go

all the way back around except for that opening about the width of my hand to turn it right

sides out.

So here we go.

Fasten your seat belts.

Ok slowing down out of caffeine mode here I'm getting towards that opening here where

my thumb is is where it is.

And I'm just coming in, still making sure everything is lining up nice and square.

And those pins or wonder clips really helped all that happen.

I've got about my one hand's opening.

If we take a few backstitches there to lock that down.

And now I hope you're as excited to see this as I am.

But when I'm sewing on thick or layers that move around a bunch, a good habit to do before

we turn it right sides out is to go ahead and flip it over where you can really see

your stitching.

And then I'm just going to check all of my seam allowance to make sure that I didn't

have something odd happen while I was going all the way around.

So I'm checking, checking just to make sure that I don't have to flip it back right

sides out.

Excellent, now we're going to find that opening down here.

And the easiest way is just to stick your hand all the way up into the far top corner,

right?

And I'm not even worrying about trimming these corners or anything like that because

we're not going to do any topstitching or anything.

We're going to be completely finished here in just a second.

So now I have that corner.

I'm just unpacking this awesome gift.

And I just love as I've said millions of times today how this llama fur feels.

But a lot of I think the character to our simple throw is really the fact that we are

not going to do any other stitching other than closing that opening we made.

I'm not going to topstitch around the outer edge.

I"m not going to quilt.

I'm not going to tack or anything throughout the body of the project because it is the

layers moving within themselves I think that make it so awesome and fun and snuggly.

Ok so we've got it all set.

Down here is going to be, try to hold it still for you but I've got that last little opening.

So what I'm going to do, I've got that white thread still in my machine.

I'm folding that edge under.

And I'm going to sneak it back over to the sewing machine and ever so lightly I'm going

to stitch right along, let me do this like this.

I'm going to stitch, oh that fur is in my way, crazy.

I'm going to stitch right along that little edge, right along in there to get that to

close over.

So I need to make sure both my layers are folded so the right sides are out and the

wrong sides are hidden down in here.

I'm going to slide it back into position here.

And I still have that walking foot on.

So I'm just going to take a couple little stitches, lock them in place.

And we're just going to go right across that edge to seal it off.

If you need your stiletto close it's not a bad idea to have that handy.

And a little backstitch.

And you, ladies and gentlemen, have finished an awesome, easy to construct but super easy

to give and receive.

Simple, simple throw using some fantastic fabric.

So I certainly hope you enjoyed this project today on Man Sewing.

How To Avoid Traps When Asking For A Raise? - Duration: 6:09.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

I got a question from Francisco Quintero.

I think that's a made-up name because that's too cool of a name.

I don't know, Francisco.

I'll go with it.

Maybe it's your stage name.

I like it.

He says, "Does my commitment deserve a salary raise?"

That's the question.

He says, "There have been a couple of weekends I've had to do some work, no big deal, nothing

that would take me a whole day to do, but those days start to add and it seems to be

something that is going to continue down the road.

Should I ask for a salary raise that would compensate my extra effort?"

He says, "Additional info: I understand sometimes we should show some level of commitment with

the project/company and I have no problem doing it from time to time, but with this

project it starts to feel different, more demanding."

Okay, so I've done some videos—I think I did a video on should you work overtime.

You should check out that video definitely so you're not taken advantage of or I think

it was called like Should I Work Extra Hours for my Employer or something like that.

I don't know.

Hopefully we could find the video.

In this case, so I'm going to give you sort of a different advice.

You should ask for a raise, yes, always, because you're doing such a good job.

It has nothing to do with you working overtime.

Now, if you're going to work a lot of overtime—see, I'm against working a lot of overtime.

I don't want you to—here's the thing.

This is a trap that you could go down.

Let's say that you go to your boss and you're like, "Dude, here—" don't call him dude,

but you say like, "Here's the deal.

I'm working a lot more hours.

When I signed up for this job—it's cool, it's cool, I like it.

I love the company.

You're an awesome guy.

That's a nice shirt.

But here's the thing, so you have me coming in on weekends now.

I'm okay with that.

That's cool, but I'm doing more work, so you need to pay me more."

He says, "I don't know.

Let me talk—" and then finally he gives you some money, he throws you some money.

Then what happens now is you're stuck because you've made the case for getting a raise,

your basis for getting a raise is that you're coming in on weekends.

Guess what you're going to be doing for the whole fuckin' rest of your life at that job.

You're going to be coming in for weekends because that's what you're being paid to do

now.

You see what I'm saying?

So, yes get a raise but do not make it because you're coming in on weekends.

It's no good.

It's no good.

You don't want to be trapped in that.

You see what I'm saying?

That's a bargain that you don't want to sign.

Instead, you go to your boss and you say, "Hey look, I've taken on more responsibility"

it doesn't mean on weekends, right?

Or you say, "Hey, I provide a lot of value for this company" and you show the value,

and you have a folder.

I always say have a kudos folder.

I did this video, I think, a while back on creating weekly reports.

If you can't find the video or—the whole point of it is that you can have a bunch of

stuff that you work on and you save this up in your kudos folder or whatever, and all

these things, so that when you go in for a raise which actually, I will tell you, that

in my other book though, in The Complete Software Developer's Career Guide, I'm just going to

plug all my books here, in that book I do tell you exactly how to get a raise, exactly

how to do it, step by step how to do it.

What it is is that what oy want to do is you want to show a lot of accomplishments, you

want to show your value.

You never want to come in and you never want to be like, "I had a new kid and I need more

money" or "My rent went up."

Your boss doesn't' give a shit about you.

Honestly.

Fine.

Maybe your boss does, but the business doesn't, the business doesn't.

What you've got to have is you've got to have a reason why you're creating more value, why

it's worth it.

That's the position that you have to come from.

Again, yes, should you get a raise?

Of course!

Should you ask for the raise on the basis that you're coming in on weekends?

No.

Let's not get into that trap.

Instead, what you want to do is you want to figure out why are you more valuable to the

company, what value are you creating right now that they should be paying you for, and

make a really good argument and case for it.

Keep on doing it.

Always ask for the raise.

Always ask for the raise.

Why not?

Why not?

The worst that could happen is you get turned down and then you just keep on trying.

I mean no one ever gets something—like your boss isn't going to be like, "Hey, I think

I'm just going to give you a raise."

Maybe in a review or something, but it's not going to—you're not going to get what you

don't ask for, so I'm always asking for stuff.

I'm asking people for crazy shit.

Sometimes people just give me stuff, but I'm always asking.

I'm always asking.

I'm out there asking.

Be asking.

Grant Cardone has a good—he says—I love what he says.

He's like, "You've got to find out who has your money, who has my money.

Who's got your money?"

I like that because then you're asking it.

That's my money.

You've got it.

I want it.

That's kind of the attitude that you've got to have with this, but don't fall into that

trap.

Don't fall into traps of working weekends all the time as well.

Once you start this—you've got to really have boundaries and say, "I work 40 hours

a week."

It doesn't mean you never come in, it doesn't mean you never help your employee when there's

a pinch on a project or whatever, but you've got to have those boundaries, otherwise you're

going to be—you've got to play it forward and think about if you want to live your whole

life this way.

Because once you start to erode those boundaries and you let people start to take advantage

of you, whether they need to or not, then you start to lose that ground and it's really

hard to gain that ground back.

Gaining that ground back is really, really difficult.

Think about things.

Play it forward.

I wish you the best.

I hope you get a raise.

Let me know.

Send me an email.

I want to hear about your raise.

All right, by the way, you can send me an email if you want me to answer your question.

Simple Divisibility Tests (1, 2, 5, and 10) - Duration: 4:53.

Toward our goal of having divisibility tests for all the numbers from one to ten, let's

just go through kind of the easiest ones to remember.

First, I need to be writing.

Oh, that's not a pretty color...okay, we're in black.

Every natural number is divisible by one.

Okay, it doesn't matter what that natural number is, when you divide it by one you're

going to get itself, so there will be no remainder, so it's divisible.

Okay, so everything is divisible by one.

Great.

Let's talk about two.

A natural number is divisible by two

if and only if it is even.

Okay, that is to say it ends in a zero, two, four, six, or eight.

I'll note that.

Ends in zero, two, four, six, or eight.

Okay, for example, is thirty thousand...or, sorry, thirty million, two hundred three thousand,

one hundred twenty-six divisible by two?

Well, all I need to do is see if it's even.

It is because it ends in a six.

So the answer here is yes, two divides thirty thou...thirty million, two hundred three thousand,

one hundred twenty-six.

Okay.

Is twenty-three million, one hundred twelve thousand, five hundred thirty-three divisible

by two.

Well, again, all I need to check here is this last guy.

That is odd.

So, since it's an odd number, two does not divide twenty-three million, one hundred twelve

thousand, five hundred thirty-three.

Okay, let's get our next one.

So let's look at five.

A natural number is divisible by five if

and only if it ends in a zero or a five.

Okay, because think about multiples of five, think about counting by five.

Zero, five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and so on, all those guys end in zero or five, so a natural

number is divisible by five if and only if that number ends in a zero or five.

For example, I have sixty-eight million, three hundred twelve thousand, five hundred sixty-five.

I just need to look at that last digit, since it's a five, the answer to this is yes.

Five divides sixty-eight million, three hundred twenty-one thousand, five hundred sixty-five.

Okay?

Here I want to know is nine thousand, nine hundred twelve divisible by five?

Just need to look at that last digit.

That last digit is not a zero and it is not a five, so five does not divide nine thousand,

nine hundred twelve.

Okay, just one more, let's get the test for ten out of the way because, again, it's easy,

it's simple, it's simple to remember and think about.

A natural number is divisible by ten if and only

if it ends with a zero.

Right?

Ten, twenty, thirty, forty, any number that ends with a zero, it's last digit is a zero,

is evenly divisible by ten.

So if I look at thirty-two million, three hundred thirty-two thousand, one hundred seventy,

it ends in a zero, so ten divides thirty-two million, three hundred thirty-two thousand,

one hundred seventy.

And, if I look at a number like forty-two million, two hundred twenty-one thousand,

three hundred twenty-five, I just need to look at that last digit, it's a five, it's

not a zero, so ten does not divide forty-two million, two hundred twenty-one thousand,

three hundred twenty-five.

Okay, so our rules so far, for one, every number is divisible by one.

For two, it's divisible if the number is even.

For five, it's divisible by five if it ends with a zero or five.

And for ten, it's divisible if it ends with a zero.
