P has had a tough year with his drug controversy but it seems like his fellow BIGBANG member G-Dragon is committed to remaining loyal to his friend. A netizen posted a photo of the two allegedly meeting up in Itaewon, Seoul.

According to the post, he was in a shop just drinking his coffee when he witnessed two familiar faces standing outside. It appeared to be G-Dragon and T. P chatting in the street.

Although it only went viral recently, the photo was originally taken on November 20. Incidentally, G-Dragon shared a photo of all five members in one of his posts on Instagram a few weeks back.

Many believe this was his subtle way of celebrating T.

BTS Anti Forced By Police To Write Public Apology Letter - Duration: 2:46.

BTS Anti Forced By Police To Write Public Apology Letter

An anti fan was summoned for a police investigation, after they were caught of writing hateful and false posts about BTS.

With BTS fame rising world-wide, increasing attention also took a negative turn as BTS has been receiving a lot of hateful comments toward them.

BTSs fans and Big Hit Entertainment worked together by gathering evidences to be submitted to the police.

One account on twitter just deals with receiving official evidence submissions from fans to be sent out for investigation.

This twitter account recently released a portion of an apology letter of the anti-fan who was ordered by the police to write one.

"… I have been writing a few posts in the past about BTS' plagiarism and hateful comments.

I am embarrassed to even write down what I have been posting.

I regret my actions in the past and sincerely apologize.

I have been summoned by the police recently and have received an investigation.

The police ordered me to write an apology letter, and which I did, I just felt the need to apologize on a personal level to BTS.

But I was refused the contact information and even the company did not pick up.

I know that it is silly for me to say all these things now.

But I really wanted to extend my apology to them some how.

I have been searching for ways to find a contact…".

The anti-fan sincerely apologized for their hurtful actions and asked to be able to contact either BTS or the Big Hit Entertainment for a personal apology.

2017 Key Partner Awards - Detroit Public Television - Duration: 1:52.

Hi I'm Julie Chapin and I'm one of the nominators for Detroit Public Television

for one of our key partner awards. The University signed an agreement in

January of 2016 and because of our common mission, Extension became the

point person for the University. Much of our work with them is focusing around

early childhood education and family engagement. So many different topics that

there are programming in that we can highlight our work in ways that really

help us to reach communities particularly in Southeast Michigan but

across the state of Michigan. with the work that Extension is doing.

Georgeann:>> I think the thing is we have these shared values about really helping the citizens

of Michigan and trying to address the needs of the community, and we have great

assets here at Detroit Public Television, the university has incredible assets

plus a lot of arms and legs to help us execute. So I think coming together only

allows both organizations to have a much greater impact than they can have on their own.

Rich:>> This partnership is so important to us and it's been great. It's

been a great ride, and when you think about who could do that - great thinking,

great extension services team, great public television station, who could do

it? Spartans Will. Of course always Spartans Will.

MSU you've been terrific to us, we're

excited to work with you, we can't thank you enough.

You're great folks and you're easy and fun folks to work with, so here's

to five more years, ten more years, and twenty more years of helping

citizens and parents and kids and everybody who's involved in making our

state better. Thanks

JFK Files Show J Edgar Hoover Said, "Convince the Public" That Oswald Is Assassin - Duration: 6:07.

JFK Files Show J Edgar Hoover Said, "Convince the Public" That Oswald Is Assassin

Almost 54 years after President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, a treasure trove of information surrounding the case has now been released.

This past week, the Trump administration released a stack of documents that have never been seen by the general public.

Over 3,000 previously secret papers were unveiled… and some of them raise intriguing questions about how the government operates.

One such file has revealed that FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover was desperate to crush any alternative timelines or conspiracy theories about JFKs assassination,. and pushed the government to convince the public of Lee Harvey Oswalds guilt.

In order to do that, the larger-than-life lawman urged officials to issue their findings as quickly as possible… even though the investigation was presumably very much still underway.

There is nothing further on the Oswald case except that he is dead, Hoover wrote in a memo just hours after Oswald was himself shot by night club owner Jack Ruby.

The thing I am concerned about, and so is (deputy attorney general) Mr Katzenbach, is having something issued so we can convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin, the FBI director continued, according to a CBS News report.

There are a few ways to interpret this fascinating memo. The first is that Hoover and the FBI had their doubts about Oswald being the lone gunman, but decided to push this narrative in order to keep public inquiry at bay.

Thats certainly the angle that many skeptics take.

In fact, a solid 61 percent of Americans believe that Oswald didnt act alone, a 2013 CBS News poll found.

The other way to look at the newly-revealed Hoover memo is that the director was simply trying to put the matter to rest before alternative theories could begin to flow.

That wouldnt necessarily mean that the FBI doubted Oswalds guilt. Believing that he was the lone shooter while also being wary of conspiracy theories are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

However, what this new memo does make clear is that government agents — including the legendary head of the FBI — had no problem having something issued before the investigation was complete, in order to convince the public of an officially approved narrative.

Thats very different from following the facts regardless of where they lead, and believing that the truth was the most important factor.

For example, if contrary information was discovered after this memo was written, it would be in the FBIs interest to not reveal the new facts to the public.

Otherwise, bureau investigators would look like they jumped the gun, if youll pardon the expression, and would seem incompetent or worse.

Once a narrative was issued from the top, it makes sense that the bureau would continue to toe that line.

This Hoover revelation also has interesting implications in light of modern crimes, such as the Oct. 1 mass murder in Las Vegas.

As with Oswald, investigators insist that gunman Stephen Paddock acted alone.

Just like this decades-old memo, it seems that a narrative was quickly pushed, despite the fact that countless questions remain and constant revisions to the official story seem contradictory and confusing.

Its been said that patriots love their country but distrust their government. In many ways, that is accurate and healthy.

The United States was founded on the principle that humans are fallible, and power has a tendency to corrupt.

It is possible to respect law enforcement officers while being wary of uniformed bureaucracy.

Americans can be proud of their countrys great accomplishments while also acknowledging that power often leads men astray. The late J. Edgar Hoover is a stark reminder of that fact.

The day JFK died, Nov. 22, 1963, was a turning point for the United States, and there are many lessons to be learned from that era even half a century later.

Investing in Tomorrow's Public Health Professionals, Today - Duration: 2:57.

So as the relatively new dean of the

School of Public Health,

having started just in February,

an important part of my job is to

try to alleviate

the economic burden of our students

who are obtaining their public health education.

Two of our immensely talented

students are Arsema Thomas

and Jonathan Rhodes

and they're going to share

with you what being

recipients of the alumni fund means

for their education.

So I plan on going back to Ethiopia

and working and partnering alongside the

Ethiopian government

and helping them enact

their journey towards universal health

coverage because the country is expansive

with a very populous country.

Their issue lies on accessing

people who live in rural areas who

aren't able to physically be in facilities.

And with this I plan on using

Mhealth,

which is mobile health,

and so had not been for the alumni fund,

I probably would not have been able

to attend Yale, in all honesty.

And it's because of that I'm able to

not only realize the breadth

of my interests

but also to watch

my goals

and my dreams manifest.

And so for that I'm extremely grateful.

This alumni fund is so important for students

like me.

The scholarships that it provides can really mean

the difference between studying here at

Yale School of Public Health

or not or even pursuing a health care

or not.

For me since being here it's opened up so

many doors. This summer I was able to

work as an intern

at the Cleveland Clinic

and the Cancer Institute

and I was working to work on variety projects

there,

working with operations,

in I.T.

And it really opened up so many doors for me

in the future I hope to be a health care leader

at a hospital along

with some of my other students here.

So I just wanted to thank you so much for your support

and the scholarships.

Arsema and Jonathan are just two

of our 450 students in the

school today immensely talented

future innovators,

caretakers,

public health practitioners,

scientists who will

transform public health in the 21st century.

We think the problems in public health are

absolutely immense,

and we're going to need

folks who bring in

the talents from multiple disciplines.

We'd love to combine

your resources

with that of thousands of other alumni

to support these students

and try to support the workforce of the

21st century.

Yale School of Public Health is a marvelous place.

We'd like to keep it affordable for our students

and with your support of the alumni fund,

we'll do exactly that.

Thank you very much.
